we all know what Steph Curry's accomplished with the Warriors but what if I told you he was almost drafted to the New York Knicks instead the team notoriously known for being terrible today we're gonna find out what would happen if he actually went there and if he can recreate the success we all know right off the bat Steph would make waves in his rookie season averaging 17 points and six assists per game solidifying himself as a future star in the league but while he's contributing at a solid rate he's surrounded by some questionable teammates only winning 28 games but because of the promise he showed as a rookie he wouldn't have to wait too long for some help the Knicks would start off by signing Amari sodomar in the off season immediately improving the team but a few months later they would make even more of a splash trading for a Bonafide superstar in Carmelo Anthony Anthony don't forget about Steph though who's now moving up to an 82 overall from his starting rating of a 78 eventually clearing 20 points per game for the first time but most importantly due to the addition of the two stars the Knicks would almost double their win total from a season ago with 44 to make it into the playoffs as a fifth seed just to be sent home in the first round and it was short-lived but even though they were eliminated early on the city of New York was buzzing yes and that's a good sign since we're simulating all the way to the present day to see how much staff can accomplish in the same amount of time and it all starts off with the 2011 off season where he would move up to an 86 overall and while he's improving individually so did the team they're now up to 56 wins and the second seed and fortunately for them they're beating the Hawks in the first round but they're now moving on to Chicago for the second and unfortunately for Steph he now has to guard a former MVP obviously Chicago has a pretty solid team but Steph good luck guarding the rose dude and as you would expect from two teams with plenty of star power both would go right at each other with each dominating the game of their own ways but eventually Stefan the Knicks would slowly start to pull away taking one extra game to go up 3-2 in the series and if they win we'll get to see another potential classic in the following round where one came away if they win they play Miami in the Conference Finals too but in order to close it out Steph and the Knicks would have to go into Chicago but given the fact that the Bulls probably have the best player in the series it really didn't go as planned and we're going to game seven so yeah this could end poorly which it unfortunately did as Steph was unable to keep rose out of the paint would finish with over 30 points but more importantly he's sending Steph home it was a solid season but he's falling short and unfortunately for him it's only getting harder from here this dude is just on another level step will get right to work in the off season now moving up to a 90 which would translate to 26 points per game and his first All-Star appearance but most importantly he's forming some serious chemistry with Carmelo Anthony and despite their unfortunate until last season the Knicks would once again improve to 60 wins making it to the playoffs as a second season the only team battle would be the Miami Heat led by LeBron James and it's pretty clear at some point the two teams will have to match up to the side runs at East but shockingly it's not happening this season because the Knicks will lose first round to a pair of unlikely stars of all the teams we could have lost to bro we lost to Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan so the cycle will continue Steph would hit the gym improve a little bit make another All-Star team score a lot of points and make it back to the playoffs but this time things are different he would not only beat Brooklyn in the first round but he would also beat Chicago in the second round and not only did he beat them and wound up being a sweep staff pull up over D Rose I don't know why he shot it there it's a 20-point game but yeah he's moving on to the Conference Finals which to this point would be the farthest he's ever made in the playoffs but now he's heading to Miami to challenge King James in the heat it's a battle between the two best teams in the Eastern Conference but what's working in favor of Steph is the fact that the Miami Heat are starting to age a little bit they're still really good of course and they can't be underestimated but they're beatable and stuff will go into Miami and take the first two games on the road but while his teammates are aging LeBron isn't he's still in his prime he would go into MSG his favorite place to play in the entire NBA and take the next pseudotype to series and now it's time for game five we're in Miami which would wind up being complete domination for Steph the old legs of the Miami Heat weren't enough to catch up to him and he would finish the game with 44 points but most importantly he's one win away from making it to the finals we have seen them low at 3-2 lead before so we can't really celebrate just yet but the series will now ship back to New York and after almost two decades of not making it to the finals it seems like this might be the year the Miami Heat Trio would be playing their final game together as Steph would finish with yet another 40 points to lead the Knicks back to the finals it's shaping up to be an all-time playoff room for Steph as he's averaging almost 30 points per game and has taken down two MVPs in the process but in order to win it all he now has to take down a third OKC has the usual names KD is a 98 overall the highest between the two teams which would immediately show itself as Not only would OKC win game one it was complete domination it wasn't even close the losing game one it was on the road though oh my God okay move on to game two bro but the series is far from over as Steph and the Knicks would fight back eventually tying up to series 2-2 we're now possibly at the most critical point of the finals as all four stars between both teams have no championships to their names but the two that would show the most fight would be Stefan mellow who would go on the road in front of a hostile OKC crowd and take game five to go up 3-2 in the series they're now both one game away from winning their first championships but it's still not going to be that easy as Katie and Russ are playing with a sense of urgency despite the fact that the Knicks would have a seven point lead with two minutes left Katie's on the other team it's far from over they pass it over to KD Katie with a pump fake shoots it over Steph and it's good and a few plays later Katie would find the ball in his hands again we have a five-point game OKC putting it in the hands of MVP Kevin Durant and he shoots a layup and he bakes it bro I don't know what I just witnessed bro can we please give it to Steph that is not Steph oh my God bro now is not the time to be icing him out sevolution with the ball over to Katie Katie in the paint the pump fake he missed the layout can we please pass it a step he's about to be open on The Fast Break Stuff with the behind the back staff top of the key someone just sat on the screen bro don't even over complicate it amari's about to set him the screen Steph with the pull-up oh my God he missed it the Knicks are trying to throw away the game they don't want to win they're tanking in the middle of the finals they haven't gotten the memo they're supposed to be good Katie with a pull-up it's a two-point game yo Steph come on bro this will not this will not be good okay but there's still no reason to relax as OKC would drop a play for none other than Kevin Durant all right here we go Katie with the ball top of the key ISO driving to the Elbow that's his spot he kicks it out to cephalosha pass out to KD again the double Team Stefan the paint playing the help defense oh my God no way he gets to stop right now they pass it out to Derek Fisher what the Knicks were able to blow up the play and get the stop of the Season much to Katie's this may and it seems like he might be getting frustrated with the franchise Stefan mellow have won their first championships and first for the franchise in 40 years oh my God bro he didn't win the finals MVP but it's only getting harder from here I love you I'm back as LeBron has returned home to form a super team we are now entering a new era of NBA basketball and with it a brand new rivalry staff would start off by winning 64 games to make it to the first seat while LeBron wins 62 to make it to the second Steph would then beat Miami and Charlotte to make it to the Conference Finals while LeBron would be Boston and Chicago to make it as well for a second straight season both will go head to head with a trip to the finals on the line we're meeting up against LeBron for the second straight time it's definitely a better team than what was on Miami but while LeBron's Cavs teammates are better than his heat teammates it really didn't make that much of a difference LeBron of course is playing well but he's being overshadowed by Steph who's averaging 29 for the entirety of the playoffs and he would keep it up eventually going up 3-2 in the series just as he did last season but when you have LeBron you have a chance and if anyone can make a comeback it's him in front of his home fans and his home state he would keep the Cavs afloat in game six eventually resulting in a tie game of one minute left but unfortunately for him Steph would have the ball entering the final possessions of the game with his season on the line it might be over for him staff about to be able to potentially go to his second straight finals I worded that horribly oh my God he pulls up he missed him he missed it he missed it he missed it LeBron with the ball LeBron driving to the left driving on mellow his best friend mellow blocked by Mello gets his own rebound mellow somehow mellow mellow is playing defense the Passover to Seth at this top of the key we could be witnessing a signature moment the screen from barniani driving to the basket the floater it's off oh my God oh my God oh my God Steph has shockingly gone cold at the worst possible time and now the Cavs are calling their final timeout while you may think LeBron would be taking the final shot the final play would be drawn up for one of his teammates they're about to throw it into Kyrie if Kyrie hits the shot again LeBron's standing in the corner it looks like I would assume Kyrie's taking the shot they pass it over to Dion Dion Waiters oh my God Dion Waiters is crazy no the Cavs were able to force game seven in the most dramatic way possible and after a loss like that it seems like Steph's morale along with his teammates are down the drain there's still one more game to be played so it's not over yet but it's pretty damn close cause LeBron will go into Steph's house dominate One Last Time eliminating him to move on to the finals just when you think Steph's ready to be the face of the league he still has a lot more work to do he will now be moving up to a 97 in the off season and in real life he would now be winning his second MVP and 73 games but in this reality he'll have to sell for a scoring title in 59. he really had a fantastic season and postseason but this is the end of the line because he's meeting LeBron for a third straight time where he would get absolutely crushed Steph with the ball driving to the right he throws it away LeBron with the steal LeBron with the slam he's moving on to the finals Steph would now be sent home at the hands of Braun for a second straight time eventually winning the championship and I keep mentioning it but it really isn't getting any easier Kevin Durant but before we worry about them we have to check in on staff but more specifically his teammates and we'll start off with carmelo who's really starting to age he's still contributing out of Saul rate but he's not the same player he was when he first joined the team so to combat that the Knicks would wind up trading for Derrick Rose but because of his injury history he's not the same player who eliminated staff earlier and to top this whole mess off the Warriors are having a fantastic season led by Kevin Durant meanwhile Steph's only the fourth seed and he's being eliminated by LeBron for a third straight time it's over bro it's over it's over but they can't beat LeBron man ever since Steph won his first title it's honestly been a disaster but there might be some hope for him even though LeBron would be eliminating him he might be taking the worst loss of all as Kyrie Irving will be leaving Cleveland for Boston to lead his own team knowing this information Steph saw it as his chance to make it back to the finals hitting 99 overall in the summer eventually averaging a career-high 35 points per game unfortunately it still wasn't enough to bring home the MVP still no MVPs for staff man but at the end of the day it's a regular season award and what really matters is a play which would be yet another matchup between Steph and LeBron the fourth straight time and after three straight losses it's safe to say I lost some confidence all right bro I have no expectations so I can't be disappointed just pass it into stuff that's all I ask live and die by step they pass it in oh my God man surprise surprise Steph has lost to LeBron it's a fourth straight time and it's also been almost a decade since he won his first chip and right now it seems like he won't ever go back I'm feeling pain bro I'm feeling physical pain but shockingly he would have a major Stroke of Luck as LeBron would get eliminated by the Joel embiid and Ben Simmons LED Sixers and when Katie eventually winning the title LeBron will be making a move out west to La clearing the runway for Steph to make it back to the finals but it's not going to be that easy and it's going to take some time as for the 2019 season the Knicks would only make it as a 6C it's getting bad man but in the off season the team would bring on Julius Randle a young player with All-Star potential and while The Following season was pretty uneventful and laid the groundwork for Steph's second prime Julius Randle is the most improved player a mid-season trade would bring back Derrick Rose who's better than his first stint with the team we also can't forget about mallow who's remained loyal this whole time and with the help of his teammate Seth would storm his way through the playoffs making it back to the finals for the first time in eight seasons but unfortunately for him he's meeting up against LeBron for a fifth time can he finally get it done this has to be the season bro this has to be the season Steph has a new look team which would prove to be useful as several put up his best fight in years against LeBron dominating from everywhere on the court eventually taking a 3-2 lead but while he is one win away from a championship LeBron's on the other team it's far from over and then they throw a lob to LeBron in the clutch what is what is happening as he would eventually bring it to a two-point game with one minute left steps trying to win his second Championship while LeBron's trying to take him down yet again can we get Steph to shoot it he's been passing it a lot he drives right that's a wide open layup oh my God thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you Steph has 43 LeBron only has 27. I don't even know where I'm going bro I oh my God man I can't even commentate I'm having a commentating problem a speaking problem at the worst possible time to pass out to Mello in the corner wide open he shoots it over LeBron he drains it oh my God that was really questionable shot Steph's played a decade with Melo and he's come through at the best possible time and to keep it on the theme of teammates LeBron will be relying on the man he left Kyrie for Anthony Davis down the stretch oh my God oh my God 80 sold A.D sold and fortunately for the next Steph would go to the line where he would of course make both three throws at this point it seems like he might get it done it's looking good for Steph right now unless some miracle happens they pass it into Caruso but the ball would actually find Anthony Davis who would shoot at three miss it leaving LeBron questioning if he made the right move leaving Cleveland but most importantly after almost a decade Steph has finally made it back to the top of the basketball Mountain winning his second championship and he finally has the finals MVP it's about time but now Steph would be facing one last challenge as The Following season will be the last for his teammate and good friend Carmelo Anthony the two have gone to Wars for over a decade but the 2022 season would be the final chance for the duo to bring a title home knowing this information Steph would dominate his way through the playoffs as usual and with LeBron out of the way it went pretty smoothly Steph has made it to the finals yet again but now for the finals he would be up against his toughest opponent yet Draymond Green Klay Thompson and the kd-led Warriors in an alternate universe the two were teammates but now we're about to find out who was actually better it's pretty much the same team that won the championship in real life but instead of Steph it's KD and heading into Golden State for game one Seth felt unusually comfortable despite being on the road dropping 38 points and six assists to take game one but game two wouldn't be as easy as Katie would keep it close the whole time and with both players going shot for shot it's no surprise that we'd see a tie game with 30 seconds left this could be huge man they have Julius Randle they sent a double team Jordan pool wide open he missed it Jordan Poole choked in the clutch Julius Randle with the ball pass over to Steph Steph with the wide open layup at the end of the game yo I don't know how I feel about Julius Randle on KD bro I don't know he gets the screen They Don't Really okay now they're sending the double team that's kind of what I expected Draymond in the paint Draymond smokes the layup holy sh who would have thought out of all the players to come up with a defensive stop it would wind up being Steph who shockingly forced Draymond to miss a clutch Leia oh my God staff with the defensive stop of his life he's entering his 17th Prime bro but not only has Seth answered another Prime but he's winning another game and with a return back to the garden for game three he would explode for a 40-point game to go out 3-0 in the series he's one came away from taking down KD who's one of the best players in the entire world but it seems like he's met his match because while he would take games four and five Steph would close him out in game six leaving no doubt winning his third Championship dedicating this one to his good friend and longtime teammate Carmelo Anthony peace and while we do have the 2023 season to simulate it would wind up being pretty uneventful he's finishing with no MVPs and that's how it ends which means we now officially you know what would have happened if Steph was never drafted to the Warriors and what would have happened to the legacies of the players around him but what would happen if we took two players even better than Steph in Jordan and Kobe and put them back in the NBA similar to what we just did to Steph how different would the league look and would they win more championships than Steph did to find out the answer to that question click the video on the screen foreign
