What I Would Do if I Had No Money Today

not an idea either I'm not hustling ideas here I just feel like I'm broke with bacon not knowing what you are birthday you are broke you're broke she is broke she feels broke and she is broke so just make it official go to zero my goal is to meet as many people in this planet as possible to see people that are positive people that have more time to create them to be critical more time to hustle that they have to hate and they want to actually add strategy and techniques that are proven to grow their business so that they can take care of their family in the church I have roofing company it was easy to get into that particular business without putting any money of my personal money into it and so now I'm at a point where in order to say get out of this stalemate how do I decide how much money at this point should I be putting into the business to be able to scale yeah sometimes it's a benefit not to have money because when you don't have money you have creativity you like if as long as you got a commitment you're like oh my god there's money for somebody else so in the roofing business I'm just gonna go get people to give me money I'm gonna start knocking on doors banging doors out selling rust get people to give me money if I didn't have any money today what would I do I'd go out there and start getting money I'd sell stuff hey these shoes man can I sell the shoes kind of sell the jeans gonna sell the shirt can I sell the watch it's just got to be committed right I don't want the watch I want the money I want the money because I want to grow my business so where there where you like creativity you lack commitment right when when you when you're blocked and you don't have answers it's because you lack commitment whatever it is you want to whatever you want to go to so I always just ask the big question hey what I got to do to sell the place out you know what do I have to do to replace the money so how like what are you right now how liquid your business I'm thinking you have a bunch of money set aside well I'm actually I tapped into the properties that I'm that I have because you're saying you gotta get liquid or you have you have to tap into that good so I want it I'm sitting on something I I want to stash some of that money aside in order to multiply it in real estate uh-huh I'm trying to figure out how much of it do I need you sitting on right now okay so and and and in the business is that your personal yeah I mean how much is in the business how much is sitting around the business I mean it abscent flows okay see I see mine every morning first thing I get every morning's my cash counts so you know look you got plenty of money sitting around yeah you know just look back in the last 10 years if you ever needed even one time for a short period of time probably not most people sit on more cash than they need to once once they start making money they start like trying to I'm apart this time a park that I'm parked at because you want to get out of the game I would get rid of that money if you didn't have any money right now what you would do is you'd be doing more roofing jobs you'd be forced to ditch payroll who's got my money is is the battle crop and it's who's got your money who's got your next million or ten million or 20 million and it's gonna give me B from deals so I would probably take invested I wouldn't have my attention on it by the way that would be 450 I'd buy a passive income I'd buy it when I buy these big real estate buildings all I think what I'm doing is buying another flow easiest way for me to do it I'm just gonna buy that flow and let that build and sit there not even worry about it then I come to work as soon as I close that one deal and I buy that flow let's say I bought 40 million that's 2.4 million dollars where the income every month I'm gonna get a check for 200 you guys following the math on this I took 40 million I shoved the whole 40 million my 40 million is no different than your if it's all you have it's all you have everybody agree he goes in 40 million goes in say we're both a zero again the difference is I got income coming in then I'm not paying attention to I don't spend time on that activity I have that building's big enough to support the building and manage itself I actually bought payroll employees people managers etc so now I got this new drip coming in that gives me more confidence next month and then I'm focused right here I don't have any money I got to sell my event first thing I do when I walk in I'm on it inside like how much cash do I half second thing I do what do we sell yesterday every day I come in here what did we sell yesterday how many tickets do we sell how many of these do I have left every morning first thing how many of these do I have left how many g8 tickets how many times Todd how many card on use did we sell today how many contracts how many 360 what do we sell today so it's stay broke hustle not an idea either I'm not hustling ideas here I don't feel like I'm broke with not knowing you are broken you are broke you're broke she is broke she feels broke and she is broke so just make it official go to zero because once you go to zero now you can't make sense of it now you know for sure oh I am definitely a zero and this is what makes people rich right here
