not fair for us to like play this charade to keep you around it's all I really think we need to part ways we're prepared to offer you offer you three weeks severance we think that's more than fair you're obviously a man of your feet you're smart guy you're a good engineer but you're just not really good fit for here so it's just like we just need to move on the situation we need to get a better it anymore but stuff with Jen's not going that well I think she wants to break up she cheated on me but I think we can make it work but I don't know she's nothing I think that one's over we've got that dog together and I'm so cute but I can't take care of him she doesn't want him I think we're gonna have to give him away somebody I'm here for my parents it's on their back on the East Coast I'm
