We Spent 100 Days In Minecraft Pixelmon - Duo Minecraft 100 days Pixelmon - PainDomination

today i survived 100 days in pixelmon with my friend brendan pokemon has always been a huge part of my life i grew up playing pokemon on pretty much every console it's been on it's safe to say that as the number of pokemon have grown over the years so has my fondness for the franchise every console has provided me with a handful of nostalgic pokemon experiences except for the wii u we don't talk about that anyways pokemon has always had a significant place in my heart and that's why when the awesome people at mc complex asked us to come play on the server i couldn't say no for these 100 days we'll be playing on the diamond version server on mccomplex's pixelmon server the ip is on the screen now and in the description down below along with a link to the guide to install pixelmon before we set off on this journey we decided to set four goals one we need to build a full base with the roof and a beacon if we can get one on the server two i would like to ev train one or more pokemon three we need to find some dank shiny pokemon in four we would like to each collect as many pokemon in the pokedex as we can will we be able to complete these goals before the end of 100 days watch until server and we were greeted with our choice of any starter pokemon we wanted being the big brain that i am i chose one of my favorite starters trico i am so nostalgic for the third and fourth generations of pokemon that it was honestly a super hard choice brendan decided to go with fennekin because it is one of his childhood favorite starters even though my pokemon was grass i still decided to have a nice battle and he wrecked me then we found this cool feature where you could tp to a biome of your choice we decided we wanted to go to an extreme hills biome so that we could build a cliff house and watch over the lands i found an ultra ball right off the bat and got the seismic toss tm this is going to be a fun journey and not long after i found a larvitar which is one of my favorite gen 2 pokemon and just let me tell you he was not easy to catch because somebody decided to kill my starters so i couldn't weaken him but then i found another one but i wanted brennan to catch him he failed and gave up so i just threw a ball at it and i caught in one go let's go don't worry though i do plan on giving him that larvitar because i kind of feel bad about it on day two i found a magikarp and brendan decided to get lost in the wild while looking for him i fell in a hole but it's cool because i found some rubies and crystals that i have no clue what to do with then i ran into this ghastly that i don't think exists it didn't want anything to do with me so i just kind of left i didn't want it anyways after that i found another gas leak and this one actually let me battle it so i decided to catch it gotta start working on that pokedex now on day three we found a random player's base and it had a nether portal upon getting into the nether i went on a killing and catching rampage no pokemon was safe after getting back from the nether brendan found a riolu and it destroyed his team i threw him a couple of ultra balls and he managed to catch it then i saw the shady looking trainer just kind of creep into the shadows over here on day four i made it my mission to find a riolu i love lucario and he could be a crazy attacker in the future after searching all day i just kind of gave up i'm having a ton of fun just exploring and catching pokemon but we do need a place to claim some land and call a home we need to find the perfect spot on this server there are different jobs that earn you money when you just kind of play i chose to be a trainer so that way i can make money whenever i fight or catch pokemon and then literally right after that brendan found a shiny zubat it is only day four and we already have a shiny he couldn't catch it so i just kind of joined the great ball in the air and i caught it in one go i mean i'll be fair though this is his zubat so i i guess i'll give him it anyways i got a hundred and thirty seven dollars from catching it on day five brendan went out mining for his mining job and i set out to destroy tons of pokemon he'll level up on day six i set out to find us a nice place to call home while exploring i found a jangmo he's one of my favorite go-to competitive pokemon from gen seven he took a few ultra balls and i got him i also learned that you can use slash cell to get rid of certain items and make some sweet cash take that disgusting tms then i decided i would change my job to a miner since battling wasn't going that well you get more money for higher level fights and i was not high leveled while out exploring i found some glowing things under the water and it turned out there were water stone fragment ores and there were ten dollars each when mining on day seven a boss pokemon raid spawned in the world i was by no means ready to fight it but i went anyways in the hopes of mooching off some good players the fight took about five minutes and i did pretty much nothing but it was kind of like a pokemon go raid so i was rewarded for the nothing that i did i got some pokeballs and some rare candies i continued exploring until i found alexio luxray is one of my all-time favorite pokemon in his shiny looks absolutely insane on day eight i found a gibble in the desert brendan was heading off for a drop on the map while i struggled to catch this future beast pokemon on day 9 we found a nice scenic cliff area without many people nearby to call home and brendan's character was multiplying i uh i don't know what i'm looking at here while out looking for wood for the house i found a village that had santa in it and he decided to roast rudolph what a guy i spent all of day 11 getting wood for a new house and an oshawott spawned in her house while trying to catch it i thought i saw a shiny krabby but it was actually a boss battle which i made quick work of on day 12 i got distracted by the wild pokemon around her house they were all level 30 to 40 all of a sudden and i wanted some easy xp i beat this man and he gave me two shulker shells which is insane so i made my first shulker for my under chest i spent the rest of the night farming easy water and rock type pokemon around the house for easy xp while brendan was still out mining on day 13 we both joined a tyranitar raid i got lucky and my tarantar was only level 59 so i managed to kill it with my milotic and grovile brendan's was level 79 because life hates him so he he couldn't kill it i got tons of loot from the raid and i really want to do more of these in the future then i went exploring and i found an xp share from this pokeball i found a mini boss rolly coley and he gave me a second xp share on day 14 we are heading back to our base and i found an aplin applein is such a cool dragon type so i had to catch it i have a weakness for dragon types okay don't judge me i gave aplin and luxio xb shares so i could beef them up i also gave my grovile five rare candies so he could evolve into a sceptile i really have to beef up my pokemon since on day 100 brendan and i are gonna have a real full-on pokemon battle on day 15 brendan begin creating machines so that we can produce ultra balls and i learned that shuckles dropped shulker shells as part of their loot i made two more shulker boxes so now i have three on day 16 brendan linked his discord to the server's discord and he got a free shiny savely so i decided to do the same and i got a shiny gulpin not gonna lie i'm probably gonna sell his body for money then brendan brought me to the level grinder and somehow my sceptile had high enough stats to kill the blisseys so i just kinda sat there grinding crazy xp and my luxio evolved into a luxury q battle montage [Music] during this grind session the server had a polka party and everyone got a free shiny i got a shiny braxion which is super ironic because that's literally brendan's shiny starter i continued grinding xp for the rest of the night until my starter was level 71. on day 17 i went to the safari to find some crazy pokemon until a dragonite raid spawned my dragonite was level 94. so it destroyed literally all my pokemon i still ended up with some free pokeballs though so i it is what it is sometimes it'd just be like that brendan spent this day trying to catch up to me in levels and the level grinder because he's a pleb on day 18 i went back to the safari with brendan to find some new pokemon i found a boss dano and it was level 79 but i did manage to take it down and it gave me a fireplace i'm pretty sure these are worth some good money in the gts right after killing the boss i found a wild they know i like how i'm just catching all the pseudo-legendary dragon pokemon i find it kind of ironic on day 19 we decide to join team forest one of the four teams that you can join in the server we found out that there are unique safaris and battle towers for each team so we went into the safari and i caught a vairova both brandon and i tried to catch pupitars but all they did was waste our ultra balls so we just kind of gave up we spent rest of day 19 and all of day 20 just catching pokemon for pokedex entries and i even caught a lapras on day 21 we learned about the missions you could do to earn team xp and loot so we both grabbed a bunch of them and went back to the safari to start our rampage cue pokemon destroying rampage [Music] [Music] on day 22 i went to the regular safari to complete my remaining challenges i need to defeat 10 nice pokemon 10 rock and 10 dragon types while fighting ice types i found a super rare glaceon then we decided to join this extrajail raid and it was level 179 so it wiped me out a lot but we did still get free loot on days 23 through 25 we claimed land and started to build different parts of our base i ran out of wood so i changed jobs and went to go chop trees and i made 600 while i was out gathering wood brendan was farming pokemon for leather so we could make item frames for some good old-fashioned ocd chest storage i bought a skeptite mega stone from the mega shop and then a tyranitar raid spawned so i decided to test him out he did pretty well but the tyranitar was level 99 so he almost wiped me i got some decent loot from the raid and i went home to continue building on day 26 we started to make a platform for all of our apricot bushes we were gonna fit a ton of bushes on this platform so we really need to get farming then a groudon spawned in a desert so i went to go look for it after failing to find the ground on we decided to go to the safari and farm for pokedex entries we were both running low on pokeballs so we really need to get those apricot trees to grow at the end of the day i was already at 13 done with my pokedex and brandon was at nine percent on day 28 we bought tons of apricots from the shops to plant so we could start making ultra balls buy the stack on day 29 we went to go do a blastoise raid and i was able to beat him three times you get so much better loot when you can actually defeat the boss also my gibb will evolve right there for everyone to see what a show off on day 30 brandon and i went back to the xp grinder to really level up some pokemon for future raids and i learned that you can earn skills by leveling up your jobs and you can literally surf on water type pokemon and fly in the air on flying pokemon on day 31 brendan learned about warp ultra so we decided to check it out and you could literally go to the ultra space there was low gravity and i found a bunch of beast balls which had z crystals inside of them on day 32 we both worked to the end to find some new pokemon i found this level 50 absol that would not get in the ball i caught a whole bunch of new pokemon and decided to go back to continue level grinding my team and looky what we have here a marowak raid it is my time to shine the marowak was level 170 but i could easily beat it and i killed it five times i got crazy rewards from this including a pixie plate and two master balls then praise arceus my favorite legendary had spawned and i need it but yeah i'm guessing you know how that went no requisite for me on day 33 i worked at making our house nicer and more spacious i really feel like our house is being neglected throughout these 100 days because going around the server is literally too much fun then i went to the desert where brennan was because he found a shiny sandshrew that's too shiny so far in the wild and both of them were literally his then i found a dreclock in the desert which is a super awesome ghost dragon type did i mention how much i love dragons because i uh i love dragons on days 34 through 36 we went around the desert killing every pokemon we could find for bones listen i know it sounds messed up but it's all good i swear no pokemon were hurt in the filming of this time lapse oh yeah uh cue time lapse [Music] oh yeah and the reason we needed bones was for bone meals so we could speed up our apricot farm growth i went back to our base and spent days 35 and 36 organizing our loot piles while doing this a toxipex raid started and this man's was a complete jerk he had a black sludge so he kept healing he would protect and heal then he would use recover i only managed to kill him once and from beating this raid i got five voting keys which allow you to roll for random loot and i got a strong wrestler on days 37-38 i went out fighting pokemon trying to find more leather for our item frames i discovered that pokemon that spawn in the mesa biome in the safari zone mostly drop leather so i spent the whole day farming here while brandon was out hunting for whalmers because apparently whalers dropped leather as well then i found this aerodactyl who wasted like 25 of my ultra balls i also found a boss makuhita who dropped me a z crystal and while organizing i found out that you can make different pokemon team outfits with the resources that you could mine so i made a team magma outfit and it looks kinda weird with the running shoes on not gonna lie on this day i continued to check the wiki for different items and i found out you can make a whalmer pail which allows you to water each apricot tree once a day and it will grow one stage so we went to water our army of trees we are literally going to be printing ultra balls by time this is over on day 39 i made brendan a team aqua outfit since blue is his favorite color and he always seems to rival me then there was a clefable raid and i easily knocked it out five times and i got some dog water rewards i did get a free pokemon spin which gave me a dracopol brendan also did not get much loot from this raid but he didn't deserve it anyways don't tell him i said that on day 40 brendan began mass producing quick balls and level balls since they have a way higher catch rate than ultra balls i mean just just look at this look at how you make poke balls it's literally insane while he was playing with his balls i continued touching up on our base day by day this base is getting closer and closer to kind of being finished on days 41-42 we found out that you can make pokemon lures that increase specific types of pokemon that spawn around you however it needed berries that we didn't have to craft it brendan went out farming pokeball item drops in the end and i decided to change my job and go mining since pokeballs cost a ton of iron to make then a legendary spawn so i decided to go out and try to find it and i found this weird looking cube in the ocean i broke it open and it had treasure there was a master ball rare candies and other loot i went back to strip mining and after about a day i found an already explored area with a dungeon in it but it had a pig spawner since mobs don't spawn in pixelmon on day 46 i went to the end to farm some gotharritas for books so i can make bookshelves and get enchantments and i found this cool shiny mega axle boss after defeating it i got an absolute and a destiny knot which would be super useful for reading i also found a drampa which is pretty rare i couldn't catch it with a quick ball so i had to use level balls after three balls drampa was officially mine then i had one of the most infuriating experiences i have ever had in pokemon this stupid beldum chump would not catch for anything i actually learned in the future that beldums have the same catch rate as legendaries literally why this process felt like i was trying to catch a full health for quasa back in the original pokemon emerald on game boy advanced so after i wasted about 40 balls i said screw it and just i murdered him he's dead no more so much for my metagross on day 47 it was like it was meant to be a wild metang spawned in the end but this thing was a literal demon i sat here wasting so many pokeballs that i started to think that they couldn't be caught at all but i did finally catch it then right after i found another mega axle which dropped me a life orb after that i noticed someone putting dratinis up for sale on the gts i didn't have a dratini yet and i had no clue where to find one so i bought it for 875 coins after that i dyed my shulker boxes so that way i could have some better e-chest organization i love how shuckles drop shulker shells especially since they spawn around her house during this day brennan afkeed around the house and he continued making pokeballs on day 48 i had two things on the mind leather for item frames for organization and books for bookshelves so we could actually start enchanting i went to the safari and killed anything and everything that dropped leather no pokemon who dropped leather were spawning so i kinda just went back to looting in the end then a mere rack raid spawned and my mega sceptile wiped the floor with it i killed it so many times but the loot that i got was literal garbage brendan was still afk during the raids so he missed out on it after that i decided to make a sugar cane farm in our house that way we would actually be in the active chunks and maybe it would actually grow because if you're too far away from sugarcane it doesn't grow during ticks so that way it prevents lag this was what seemed to be our only hope at getting bookshelves that didn't take literal years during this day i finished 20 of the pokedex which actually gave me crazy rewards i got two free random shiny pokemon which ended up being a samurai and a dewpider which are both pretty great shiny new fighter is actually on my huge list of favorite shiny pokemon i also got four or three pokemon rolls and one of them was porygon who was actually super rare to get if i actually get to 50 of the pokedex by the end of 100 days then i'll be granted two random legendaries on day 51 i decided to play a bit without brendan because he was stuck writing a paper for college i did a blaziken raid and i was able to easily destroy him quite a few times i ended up getting five vote keys from the raid however i didn't really get much from them then i set off to the end which is so much easier to traverse using a flying pokemon and it's super easy to find pokeball items because they stick out i also decided to be super big brain and i started setting waypoints for each item using journeymap this way i could come back to them every two days and loot them for money xp and items on day 52 i decided to work on the apricot farm while brendan was still gone but i was distracted by a shiny zero arc that someone put in the gts for thirty one thousand poke dollars i had over seventy thousand and i wanted to call shiny to evie train so i caved in and i bought it i finished fixing up the apricot farm and i put up walls and windows around it but i ran out of wood to build the roof so i had to go on a deforestation montage on day 53 i spent the whole day causing global warming but first a toxipex raid spawn literally the hardest raid in the server that i've done he was absolutely destroying me until i decided to buy a psychiatric crystal i really need to ev train some good pokemon anyways i killed him a couple times but it was a mad struggle after the raid was over i got a random pokemon spin and i almost got sylveon but i didn't i got a gross rosarate which i guess it's a pokedex entry so you know whatever anyways qd4 station montage [Music] i spent days 54 through 58 working on the apricot farm more while working on the farm this tyranitar raid spawned and it was super easy i didn't really get anything that impressive from it though then i decided to put some spare items up for sale in the gts because i need money for shinees and legendaries 40 000 is pretty poor when it comes to getting good pokemon after that i destroy the sugarcane farm because it really wasn't growing and i replaced it with an enchantment table and some bookshelves but the enchantment table's max level was only 28 so i guess i needed to get more books from the end after failing at enchanting i decided to start eevee training my shiny zara work his nature isn't ideal but he will still be pretty good i began by finding out what his current evs were and i fed him berries to reset him then after that i maxed out his special attack his speed and i gave him his last four evie points to his special defense after that i went to the training war to level him up after maxing him out i bought him the tms he needed and i gave him a phytaneum z honestly he's strong but i can't really tell how strong his ivs in nature are trash but a level 170 boss fight is not exactly a good way to test his skills on days 61-72 i made the last two bookshelves for the enchantment table and i began enchanting books in hopes of getting silk touch or fortune i ended up getting a bunch of trash books but i decided to take this spot for i mean you don't really need prop 4 on the server which i guess kind of makes it rare maybe it will sell maybe it won't i've really been focusing on the gts to make some dank months and i honestly love the idea of a gts then i ended up being desperate and i bought 49 sugarcane from the gts since it literally never grows i made books and i made the super stupid decision of wasting all the books when i could literally just enchant wooden pickaxes to re-roll the enchantments then i spent the next 10 days grinding xp to evolve pokemon for pokedex entries which while selling stuff in the gps i mean i guess i just can't escape capitalism huh anyways here's an awesome pokemon evolution montage [Music] on day 73 i began working on making a boardwalk to our house while brendan was being uh brendan then we compared our samrats mine's bigger by the way then we did another muk raid and with my maxed out dell fox i literally one shot it repeatedly and i got a free pokemon spin which ended up being a crappy geodude on days 74 through 75 we started making the machines in pixelmon brendon was working on fossil machines while i begin making ranches for breeding i began making pcs for the farms and i saw you could make a fossil cleaner apparently you have to clean the fossils before you can resurrect them then i gifted brendan back the shiny zubat that i had caught for him much earlier in the hundred days we placed the fossil machines and the partial effects for resurrecting pokemon are insane we also began messing around with the ranch box i would like to get a shiny shanks or maybe a perfect one but the odds of that are pretty low so we'll see what happens i also learned that you can dye machines so i made a bunch of pcs and then i've made them my channel colors because you know you gotta flex somehow on day 79 brendan and i explored the ultra space with fly every beast ball that you find drops sea crystals and other rare items brandon and i split up and i found this crazy biome that had this blue obsidian and coal block trees weird then a lapras raid spawned and i easily kept killing it with my eevee train zorowark and luxray but brandon couldn't manage to kill his i got a free pokemon spin and i almost got a cortana but i got another roserade on days 80 through 85 i bought another star from the gps so we could make the haste 2 beacon for mad stonks while i was messing around with the gts brendan was planting berries so we could try to make some dragon lores we went out mining for a massive amount of iron and gold so we could mine with haste 2 and get tons of diamonds we didn't really need diamonds but they sell for a decent amount on the server and it's honestly just a good flex nothing like some juicy capitalism we kept mining and enchanting pickaxes until we both had a good silk touch pick and a fortune 3 pick these enchants are actually pretty hard to get on the server so they were worth a good amount of money now we just need resource blocks for that haste 2 beacon at this point we also already had about 2 stacks of diamonds on days 89 through 90 i dug straight down under our base and we made a hastu beacon with all the supplies that we had gotten then we decided to shred through the stone and we dug out a huge area for resources honestly we probably don't need any of these resources but we did find 22 diamond ore just under our house alone on day 91 brandon went back down to the beacon to break it since we didn't really need it and it wasn't working that well and it would honestly just be better to flex it on the surface then both brandon and i found two wild token kisses while out exploring on day 92 i bought an adamant 96 percent iv bagon from the gts that i plan on giving a mega stone and evie training it then i finished up the roof for the apricot farm while brandon went to the xp grinder to level up an espeon that he had just gotten after that i added a pokemon ranch to begin breeding my lux ray and chinks we gave them ranch upgrades to further their breeding stages hopefully we do get some eggs from them before the 100 days is over after that brendan cleaned some fossils and put them in the fossil machines and they looked super cool on days 93 through 95 brendan and i finished up the roof over the house so we weren't technically homeless anymore i also bought a perfect iv larvitar for the gts that i plan on ev training but my footage corrupted so yeah i don't have that anyways the house turned out pretty good i do think the roof is a bit weird but it's still pretty comfortable inside so you know what it is what it is i was trying to build outside of my comfort zone and it kind of worked but it also kind of didn't on days 96 through 97 i built a fancy beacon for the flex and i gave it speed too because you know honestly why not after that i went to eevee train and level my perfect adamant tyranitar while brennan was out training his pokemon some more i didn't really focus on a team comp because we didn't really have the time but with three eevee trained pokemon brendan honestly stands no chance on days 98 through 99 i eevee trained my last pokemon salamence and i was officially prepared to take on brendan on day 100. on day 100 it was time for the ultimate battle between my team and brendan's for this ultimate showdown we had to find the perfect place to duke it out so we decided to do the classy thing and we decided to fight where
