oh my gosh so we got a call for a lexus suv that is stuck up by the radio towers up above tokerville so we're going to head up there and see if we can get them off we've been here before on another job that was terrifying i expect this one to be just as terrifying we got colt i get to be terrified too he's out here to check out a trail for a trail hero that's coming up so he just kind of got swept into this hey it's worth it it's like a hot like 100 degrees but plus humidity which we're not used to it's like 40 50 humidity so we're dying in sweat oh another surprise we got going on here is paul is back there he just happened to be down here helping us run the trail out there to sand hollow the ledges trail is the one that we ran and uh he's just gonna tag along on this job anyway it's gonna be a good time yeah yeah so we got toyota and a corvair to get alexa all we need is a samurai we'd be golden you got this guy got stuck there last night and uh it's just too dangerous to go up there in the dark it's just it's under the seat probably man what are you guys doing back there trevor's buckling me up there you go big guy thank you safety first anyway i got nothing really profound to say other than we're just happy to have paul and i'm just here just because matt bought luck so now i gotta pay for it basically pretty much [Music] that way goes to tarponville falls this way pretty much goes straight up the mountain [Music] so foreign [Music] and i kind of got the look at the angle i'm like you might be in the same place yeah and i found out when we got back to the hotel later last night i was like yep that's the exact same place what's your game plan well last time we winched the first little bit but i'm do you think they need to win it looks like it's more on the road than the last one i can just get past it and pull it up i almost feel like we might be able to back it i'm gonna walk up there and see well i'm driving it hey trevor [Music] what a freaking there is gonna be safer than backing down this let's get that unstrapped [Music] if you've got your winch if i'm parked there or i could even go up further and we could use the winch yeah at least to get it out of this stuff yeah i like that once you get up to the hard stuff then you can both just go as many straps yeah get me back on flat ground okay where's your winch controller so that's how we're going to connect to my hitch i definitely want to be in there when he's pulling [Music] easy hey rudy let's get you in here let's get paul run on the winch i'm all talking to my camera we don't feet then we come up here you can see right down where we were but now we are 5 hundred and eighty five feet that's a two thousand foot difference i know it's insane no time for math i must estimate [Music] everything hey rudy you want to just turn around and get in front of me [Music] [Music] so [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] so 22 degrees that's not even the so so on on google maps it looks like there's a nice flat spot up here um the nice flat spot is 22 degrees which isn't crazy except for there's just nothing to catch you so i am scared and i i feel like i have that right i'll let i'll add some weight to this side for ya well i mean if i'm gonna die i'm gonna die like a champ right 30 35 degrees too steep to turn around oh my gosh [Music] i think that was definitely as steep as it looks in the video or steeper oh it's definitely steeper yeah well i guess because i video too i i could see how steep it was before but yeah that's steep that's steep you take the video and you add about 25 and then and then and then matt goes ahead and you know kicks it out of front wheel drive so we can have a little tokyo drift party coming down it was pretty cool so that was a pretty nice lexus i'm not gonna lie and it's a super capable rig just got crossed up in the wrong spot i i don't blame him that hill is gnarly that road was definitely more tore up than last time we were there it was a little bit of a struggle it was touch and go whether or not the more of air was going to climb that hill this time but it did we got it out and it was a good day go check out fabret's
