all right we're pulling up to the spot seeing the gold signs look at this spot spot 800 feet your destination will be on the right rating baby this is the entrance or not saying go up further maybe this is nice that it is it's huge it's all set up right here with the blue fence no we didn't yes we did yeah this is where we're at they're just pulling into the gates right here [Music] dude we made it via trading no way this place is okay all right we just made it to via trading here in linwood california much bigger and more glamorous than we actually even pictured it is huge this is a real operation so we're gonna roll into the gate the doors here for the first time and meet our boy mike and he's gonna hopefully give us a tour of the place first so that us and you guys can see this operation in its full glory also i was going to say this is such a unique business and via trading's been in business for so long it's basically just the true american hustle that's what everything is in the resawing game so like whether you're doing flea markets estate sales storage units liquidation cabs it's all part of the you know the bigger dragon there's a lot of dedicated hard working people in this business and we are really happy to be a part of this and to show the world hey what's going on you all right yeah how are you nice to meet you too how was your place what's going on dude himself how are you good good good it's good all right good to meet you yeah for sure oh the one i talked to when i talked with you guys yeah yeah two years ago yes okay yeah where are we starting we're starting right now i'm just staying rolling all right yeah dude these are the guys the main guy second guy marketing car via training he's about to show us the warehouse so give us a rundown a little bit of what you guys got going on so we're a wholesale liquidation company we've got direct contracts with majority of department stores all that i cannot name actually now you just found out that i can't name any of them you'll figure out what they are once once you see them so we've got contracts we get semi loads on a daily basis dozens of truckloads and we sell things either by the case which is a small box by the pallet or by the load and we can show you actually what it looks like so you could buy like this big one pallet one chocolate anything half chocolate you can yeah i mean you can build your own truck so to speak because everything's priced by the pallet you feel like i want this car this part this pal this pallet build 26 50 pallets whatever fits in the truck so i saw a guy come here he had a van he bought a pad and loaded it suck that's the way that's the key right yeah is that a lot of people do that a lot of people do that so later on here you'll see this parking lot get full because from experience the shipping and a lot of people ask me about this the shipping cut into the profit so much you'd rather just pick it up that's what i was thinking yeah i mean shipping can be cost probability it depends on what you buy yeah unless you buy lot or it's higher value but if you're buying a pile for 250 bucks you pay 200 freight yeah you shouldn't use off the floor but do you what you guys say a lot of people pick it up or most people ship it a lot of people that are local will pick it up yeah and no auctions this year no auctions anymore no exactly no due to kobe there's no auctions and like typically these racks completely filled with merchandise that's what i saw in the one video yeah covered just cleaned us out but good good and good very good yeah it's good dude i mean so now merchandise comes in and it's already sold technically so you'll see a lot of gaps in the racks in a warehouse that you haven't seen in past videos that we've done ourselves okay and we didn't just place the pallets there back in the day it was actually full but now it's hard to keep it inside it's hard to keep it in stock today everybody's looking for merchandise yeah so should we check this out should we put these on yeah it's gonna be a minivan yeah [Music] this is more organized than the average whoa oh my gosh you could drone in here either hit the thumbnail oh yeah you've seen the drone footage though [Music] he's about to show us some variety of what they got in here yeah so this is our main warehouse where you know you see a bunch of customers they walk in everything's got a price on it so i mean if you're looking at these boxes for example all the orange labels they'll tell you what it is they'll give you the price and they'll tell you the condition so the condition meaning if it's new if it's shelf polls if it's customer returns defective whatever it may be so we try and give all customers access to all that information right off the bat philadelphia eagles look at it there you go this would sound quick yeah look and the i like that i don't want to do that well this past season yeah but it doesn't matter still have fans check this out dude what wow how are these so organized how do you do this that's what i don't get how do we get them as a secret we can't tell you how they're organized is i would never secret because that has a good quality product right there by humans is it you know all this merchandise comes from all over the place right all different department stores bunch of manufacturers wholesalers and then all right so some is like the this is our case package yeah and it's amazing here yeah this area behind us simply case packs and then all around us you've got pallets and lots which is multi-pallet lots and it's everything from shoes to accessories apparel toys general merchandise furniture housewares electronics tool you name it so your house is nicely furnished then not at all because we do not take anything from ourselves nor can we even purchase from ourselves wow yeah that's great think about it if we start buying all this stuff what's left for you or anybody else right nothing would be left nothing won't be left after i got to it but uh dude people usually buy cases or they're payouts mostly right you know it really depends on on the risk the vast majority is pallets yeah that's right so definitely pallet sales are the bulk of the business but case packs are you know for i was gonna say unique but unique is the wrong the wrong word but for for people looking for smaller quantities that have less of an investment you know if they just want to spend a few hundred bucks or get something that's more unique like those nintendo cartridges you saw people who buy more so these is it like uh people that are reselling online or you know i would say typically case packs will be for online sellers typically he just has them like nonchalantly sitting there hanging out they look very uh they are specific like this one oh man what a lot of them are japanese as well that's what i was wondering all the pokemon ones right there so we were selling it for 615 bucks there's 41 pieces and 15 dollars a piece i have no idea what they retail for what they go for online dirt cheap uh for for what you're selling is what i'm playing with is it yeah but then again it would have to be well then we're no longer selling that no i'm saying that that you guys are just uh like fun today it's cool like if you broke down each thing it would take you so long you'd lose money at the end of the day yeah and the more we tell i mean we're in california as well right so minimum wage wage in general is not low and the more people touch things the higher our cost goes the higher the cost goes for the customers and then nobody wins at this point we we try to touch nothing so the vast majority is sold as is with the case packs we need to assort them sometimes because you get you know philadelphia eagles you'll get an entire palette of them chances are you're not going to sell 2 000 philadelphia eagles jerseys but if you just condense it into case packs then you can spread the love around yeah that's smart i think this one might be a buy i didn't come here to purchase but if i could you know what's the point this can go in my suitcase but this could easily be put in my suitcase and then i can make some money too the way you're rubbing that though well we can maybe we can maybe make some money too while we're at it you know i know maybe just put it over there yeah let's check let's check out some of the pallets maybe you've got like tool pouch can we see that like tool palettes let's see what we got today or like uh this stuff all right let's go check that out like some of those are power washers and stuff like that yeah you get some pressure washers you'll get uh lawn mowers a bunch of lawn tools don't see so i don't think you have to call them tools but all these so these ones you'll see the condition right these are as is as is literally means it is what it is right still such a good but it's the whole thing all the way to the ground whole palette yeah whatever's on that palette so and if you ask me what's on it i see what you see i've got absolutely no idea what i said this is actually really good there's like a whole um i don't know what you would call it like a bunch of people that like to fix this stuff though and they they do it as a hobby too yes people do it as a hobby some do it some people buy these type of pallets because they're in their gardeners or their landscapers or whatever the case may be and they may need one or two of them and for that price if they can repair one or if the who's like showers we call him lower man uh he's retired but that's what he likes to do in his spare time he's always coming to our house and like getting things like tinker on and fixes them he's like how many monroes does he have out in front of his house they're all sick he comes in like every couple of days or every week to see if we have any broken lawnmowers because that's what he likes to do so this mower right here i used one like that before that's a good hour so good yeah i don't know if you price check i'm saying just this one just one of them is super nice literally let's see and a chainsaw in there and echo oh i mean just this lawnmower here is 480 bucks and then you've got i don't know if these are the same one or not but if they are you know it's already making itself bad is this a return yeah these are as is so you don't even know we got no idea who knows what you're from is that a snow blower yeah it's a snow well there you go over here they're hard to sell huh they're fair they're more challenging to sell well because just like at home they would just come and pick them up oh yeah yeah this typically hears people that are either we're adding into a truckload and shipping across the country or will he'll sell during winter because we do have skiing out here so this is the kiki palette the kiki for sammy j well that's for that's for fish but this one cat's meow sammy you're going to need this uh is this all cat food because we're going to need it for all the babies wow she's going to get all these vacuums though this is unbelievable i didn't realize the because like it would be the one that he couldn't get another one yeah he did it he does it all the time i cleaned it like every time every week buying that for their what because i feel like guys everybody you know you get an entire palette 100 bucks for this palette don't ask me how many are in here but there's a lot i don't know why give it a hundred for how many like you could sell them for a dollar you should make your money that's what i'm saying mommy cds like these prices are so good so these are customer returns right so who knows what happened maybe they just didn't fit maybe the person didn't like it no i mean it looks to be in they were too lazy and they were like i can't do this or they got too many who knows or yeah that's the thing if you're doing like a whole house maybe they over bought there's that as well the thing is sammy you're thinking that uh the praises are really good because it's like you're not thinking of if you could just come in here and get it that's how you make money because like we couldn't just come to a place like this where we live no that's the beauty of it you're living close enough even within an hour like a reseller you're not looking at it like an hour to away from a place like this though that's where it's at look at this costume then everybody guess what they deserve this is all day youtube video gold movie gold that really is so look at this the uh how much do you think we're selling one of these for i mean it's the whole palette but price per piece per piece five two i don't know ten eight ten five oh yes right on the money i was thinking that was pretty cheap i'm thinking yeah the thing is that you can have so much variety here you can just open a store that is just based off of one blow up dinosaur oh my god it's a blow-up dinosaur you guys got everything there's so much stuff in here he doesn't even know what's happening no idea turner i thought you had a lot of stuff in your garage thanks so much how could you ever yeah you got a bunch of consumables food snack snacks now with this snickers expiry date october 2020. okay so a lot of these will be expired and a lot of people don't care no they don't because you know what whenever you get it for 175 dollars you would never care i mean i would drink these sparkling waters in seconds i mean water has an expiry date yeah so i'm drinking this fire water she likes herself pillowcases let's see what else do we have everybody just disregarded my question too no that he doesn't have that well what was your question how do you know that so still pillowcases i have absolutely no idea they have pillowcases somewhere you can buy the entire palette this is what i would really oh think about the scenario every single person in here has a pair of shoes on so like if you think about it like that if people wear shoes you know i'm literally looking around to find somebody without shoes right no yeah yeah just to prove you wrong if you found them they would have like flip-flops on but yeah look at these these are so nice look at these adidas that's what i'm saying the pink one oh man i mean see something like this is worth shipping out to you it is right because you're paying almost two grand a pallet if you take two three pallets shipping is not gonna be more than what go with 250 bucks a pallet it's not increasing your price per piece by much it'll increase it by like 50 cents maybe a dollar that's true but then it makes sense right but if you're shipping something like this okay it's still 750. no you're true though you're true you know but shipping one of those pallets for 400 bucks and it's gonna cost you 300 bucks to ship it doesn't make sense no you're right you're right the shoes are where it's at shoes are high and they're super easy to store and it doesn't compare like it doesn't matter if all of them are like high quality shoes because everybody needs beaters well look look at this i know those are nice boots these adidas the adidas toms puma oh these are quality brands though not every single one but yeah you'll get a bunch of good brand names you'll get private label brands cardholders you'll get unbranded timberland this is absurd but think about it if what if he did have it out of some pillowcases one cell pillowcase so it's for like 80 dollars the prince of palace someone claimed the prince of pallets you've got pallets like this which are assorted i mean assorted assorted assorted like we've got absolutely no idea what's inside they come from unknown sources and we just understand price on it [Music] look at this so random you know that along with a pillow i know how much that would be there to bonnie yeah okay what is that i don't know this is that crazy like mystery palette mystery box but like not a mystery empty i think mystery palette would be like i hope you're uh looking around for what you might try and compete with me i guess oh yeah you better get yeah uh okay what is that then what is this okay this is it would be disrespectful it's a birthday small because look this is all burning off yeah he's right you think so yeah because that's where the food and water will go dude this is definitely an ig post to get an answer this doesn't say gardens either oh this [Music] i mean you do live in a house don't you yeah but it's not wow yeah all right we're here at and i have more water and we got we got a question for instagram what this is these guys are claiming it's a bird cage but like there's no this is uh we got some we got our dishes from about so we know we know some of them are crowded yeah the thing is something like this is so fragile that who knows they've gone from a customer back to the retailer back to the distribution center back on a truck to our warehouse right so customer returns you receive this and if it's a 24 piece set and 20 of them are broken it's customer returns right yeah the question is what do you do with the four that aren't broken yeah and i could have maybe been a little bit more optimistic and said four would have been broken and 20 weren't but you don't know but you could just but i got no idea and you can't say you could sell them individually or just give them to someone at that point like say all the other ones are good that's the thing about that like you're getting so much for such a good price this is what i've realized though when people are watching a video they'd much rather see something like that be unboxed than something like this because you already know what it is yeah dishes this mystery all day for a video like i wanted to know what was in here it's like you take everything out and show it and it's like everything's a new a new mystery yeah 275 bucks absolutely no idea what's inside besides what you see there's like a stool down there and then like some other plates like a cup or something all right we're about to take a tour in the rest of that warehouse but as you guys know coffee before claims [Music] at 11 o'clock and 3 o'clock we have daily raffles and that's to bring out the new merchandise that comes in because if we just bring it out at a random time it's first come first serve and then everybody else just i don't want to curse but get screwed right because they don't get they don't get to see it first so what we do is every day at 11 o'clock three o'clock we advertise what comes out so everybody will sign up for text messages and we'll say hey such and such merchandise is coming out if they want it they come here and what we do is at the reception you can scan a qr code on our tv that's going to open up a web page through the web page you'll log in to your account with via trading and then through there every single palette is going to have a number on it so for example if this is the palette this will be palette number one that'll be pile number two number three number four and you'll literally just like just like ig just like whatever social media platform whichever palette you want if you've liked them it then goes on to raffle and it's like a lottery system so if the three of us like the same palette we'll have three of our names ball will spin whichever name it lands on you buy that power that's fine yeah say like you if you were like oh i don't really want that can it just go to the next person nope you have to buy it you have to buy it okay so you got it if you select it you'd better know you want it okay because then a lot of people will come in be like hey i'll take all of them and they'll be like no i actually want that one no yeah i got you yeah because i was wondering that because everyone would just like every single person yeah exactly you can't buy everything so we fine-tuned it over the months i mean this is something we started especially digitally during covet who was the main guy that came up with that just all you guys together no but if i shout him out then i'm never going to hear the end of it [Laughter] so the guy that hasn't been shouted out this is the guy who came up with that idea because it's really smart which we know you're probably watching so he's definitely watching but uh that's pretty cool i like that all right so that's where the raffle is happening so they've already started we're gonna go take a look at it just so i can show you how the process actually works and now everybody's supposed to be social distance we enforce it and ultimately it's their choice so i said everybody scans their phone on the qr code and once we go inside we'll let everybody pass through and then we'll go inside and i'll show you how each pallet has an individual number and how you can actually select the pallets you want like them and then we'll go to the raffle section where on the tvs they're going to show who wins what where are the tvs other side social distance dude there's more it factor because you see the palette right there where those two people are look how many labels are on there so that's how many people want that so that's how many people want that palette wow so instead of doing digitally we're doing it physically with actual labels today and then you'll have your name on the label i'll say raffle you just slap your name on whichever ones you want how do these uh how do they find out about this place all these people find out if you talk to someone like normally what would they say a friend or word of mouth referral social media some people have been here forever for longer than i have youtube youtube youtube tick tock instagram facebook you know mainly murder man word of mouth yeah a lot of it is word of mouth yeah are you ready we're rolling yeah all right so let's show you how what happens with this one so see like all these pallets here so they're doing it the old-school way he said because the system's down so each person who wants to buy the pallet has their name on it on that payout so look how many people want this yes you see every single one of these labels is a customer and everybody wants this particular palette so what's gonna happen now once we're done we're not doing it digitally today this is old school so one of our one of our team members is going to come and put a number on each one of these so number one two three four five whatever it may be and then they're gonna pull uh a number out of a hat and whatever number that is that customer wins the palette which means they pay the price for that palette and this just shows you how many people want this merchandise these two pallets specifically this one's very sought after no this this one's literally not one person but i guess they calculated it in their head that this is a better deal while they calculated and typically what happens it's one pallet gets a handful of labels and then everybody else jumps on board right because everybody wants that one for a reason that's formal promo yeah you know especially if you're a newbie it happens every day you don't really know what what you're doing is your first time you're like yeah everybody wants that i'm gonna play the game they don't want to think outside of it the box that happens though all the time and then you just keep going some have no labels some have a bunch of labels yeah same concept two with uh like at a yard sale if you pick up something and you're asking the price and then like all of a sudden you put it down they buy it right everybody yeah oh it just continues on this side as well i mean you see them placing this nobody wanted this one because he just started handing out those packs that he told me that has all the names on it yeah right that's true we gotta think about what we want we should try to point will get the perfect thumbnail try to at least yeah this is the chocolate section is this only for trackpad the majority of it will be truckloads so i mean this here is still the sole section so merchandise has been sold ready to pick up it's gonna be over here and then everything else is truckloads or lot sections now you'll see a lot of empty spaces business has been good as soon as merchandise comes in it's either already sold or gets sold instantly you know we've got waiting lists for a lot of the programs do that go out there later whose job is it to cut down the boxes maybe you can meet them yeah right sure jump off the warehouse it's a contract that we have with a specific department store and some of them you'll pay us today and you may have to wait three four weeks receive the merchandise because there's so many other people in line waiting right so we don't even have the opportunity to bring it here and put it up on the racks because it ships directly from the retailer's warehouse that's crazy so we're talking like good there how many carrots in a chocolate usually i mean it really depends on the size of a of the pallets but it's anywhere from 24 to 52 50 too yeah isn't that like a double well pallets like this you can double stack so you can stick one on top of the other and then you maximize your fragrance i got yeah yeah right because you don't want to send an empty truck cause when we bought what have we bought those pallets and guns and supporters like how much does it just ship it a lot [Applause] more you know a lot of people have lost their businesses lost their jobs and liquidation and resale you know people are always looking for opportunities and people are catching on to it too so this is our docks areas so inbound and outbound trucks come in here so technically everything that's out here is already sold and it's going out or coming in so we'll show you what it looks like bicycles for days you've got bicycles you've got truckloads of general merchandise you know this is all general and you've got one pallet that's half ultimate portable grills so when you have something like this which is all the same item typically and generally speaking they're going to be in better condition because it's probably a shelf pool right though you still see some damages and that could be warehouse damage package damage there's no telling and for the seller sometimes then that they can list it one time yeah it's one scan and just put all of them up these are from specific truckloads but they go in containers and since container loads are a lot taller than semis we need to maximize as much space so we'll rebuild the pallets for the customers well you guys that's like three right there basically yeah yeah for three over here this pallet could have been this short and we took another pallet we removed the wood and we stacked them up on top of each other because the wood will still take another two inches or so and you want to maximize the frame so we'll do all that i'm doing that right here actually maximizing the freight baby this is not look how crisp that pull up easy to get on and on nice gentle merchandise yes so i really think this is super important for him to explain every different thing because i already know a lot about this and i still don't know anything about it so like somebody just knew trying to get into the liquidation business it's really good information and i think like the way they break it down you could literally just buy a case for like 100 bucks and start from there and if you don't like it don't do it again there's so much opportunity in this business for literally anyone it's just really unique i don't think that many people even really know about it did you even know about this i had no idea no idea it was even real right because we don't have any anything for the record like this near us but they do it different in cali we're coming way way different way if it's the governor or what's going on but it's it's just a bigger thing look how many trucks they're loading right here shout out to my boy tony hawk lot of people are probably going to be asking watching this they might not even have ever done this before how easy would it be for someone to get into the liquidation business saying just sell one pal like to start i mean it's as easy as you make it right as long as you have the idea that you want to buy merchandise and start reselling it for a profit all it takes is signing up on our website for example coming in here meeting us you get assigned a dedicated account manager somebody such as myself that would work with you on a on a one-on-one basis understand what you're trying to do where you're trying to sell it and your business in general and then from there just point you in the right direction recommend the best options the best sales channels and the rest is history right but it is committed action and it's wanting to take that risk because it's a little bit like gambling right you're typically buying customer returns just the good the bad the ugly you don't really know what you're gonna get ultimately you buy something you get really excited and you find out that it's missing a piece or it's broken and that's the name of the game right so you got to be a risk taker for sure but at the same time if you do it enough you're never going to lose money because even if you get smoked on one pallet it's a long time over over longevity there's no way exactly so i tell everybody and especially people just looking to start don't base your perception on liquidation as a whole not just our company on one purchase because you can buy one pallet and it could be gold you can make a killing on it you come back the next week you buy one pallet and it absolutely sucks dude people yeah you're true about that because we've bought stuff before and that's why we not that we do it all the time but we're not really scared to take that risk and it's a long-term game right you're right it is like gambling a lot of yeah get deterred by one bad experience yeah yeah 100 it's kind of dumb because you know you know what i mean as humans we get caught up in our emotions yeah right so your first palette is crap and that's it you hate it you hate the company you hate your sales rep you hate liquidation you hate buying and selling if your first pallet is amazing you absolutely love everybody and instead of sticking to the plan and being in that committed action and taking one step at a time and understanding it's a long-term game and that one palette is not going to change your life well wouldn't you that's the problem with the tv shows though they don't show everything like they just show the good stuff that people are getting but it's not always like that would you say that uh most of your customer base would be repeat customers though or mostly all of it right yeah a high percentage is repeat i don't have the stats on me right now no i could see that though because like obviously those people standing there where they're coming here they've been here before yeah yeah solid so i really swear that i'm up to no good who said that in the movie where'd that come from which characters had that map that was the girl dude that was it wasn't no i said it why do you ask questions you already know the answers [Music] so if people can guess the right thing
