Wago Is Back From Paint and It Looks AMAZING!

[Music] oh [Music] well guys fong is getting out of here tomorrow morning and we're saying our goodbyes right now because he'll probably be gone by the time i wake up he gets up very early so he's gonna be hitting the road glad you could make it down it was an awesome time and yeah it's superman it's i say it's like i have more fun than i expected you know it's this kind of place awesome you know kai is awesome everything kai health is man you're welcome anytime it's why we got this place so our friends can come out and hang out when we need a spot in florida when winter hits again in colorado or anytime they want to come out i want them to know that they can come here and uh have a place to stay when we're out here in florida but i want to see paul get the phoenix back up and going and making some good passes because he had a couple issues with it kind of darted over but at least he figured out what he needs to do on the car to get it running right so he'll have that thing i am super excited today guys because right now we are getting ready to go pick up waggo i just got the word that she is ready for us to go pick it up it just got painted we have not yet seen the car in person and it has been over at adam's place for about a month now i was hoping to get back down there to give you guys some more updates as far as the bodywork primer and stuff like that as he was making progress on wagon but we have just been so busy that we have not had time to go down there but luckily he has kept up with all of that on his channel and right now we are getting ready to go pick this thing up it's a little over an hour drive for us and we're gonna be driving waggo back she's gonna have all fresh paint and i'm just super excited to see this thing and yeah i don't know what else to say let's just let's just go get waggo all right guys we just made it over to adam's place i can hear waggo in there you guys are fired up we're gonna lift the garage door up and uh give you guys the big reveal on wago's new paint job here i can already hear that idol search for two holy brother [Music] damn dude this thing is looking fresh what do you think brother [Music] at least we know it'll start back up right yeah [Music] and dude it looks so good dude it looks sick it is so clean though wago is clean oh dude you fix the bumper back here freaking big pimping dude yeah this was dangling off dude all the trim pieces are back on for once it's been years since it's had all the trim pieces but this is the replacement fender yes so we got a new fender on there from the wreck oh yeah freaking all clean dude man so it's silky smooth it matches the engine bay pretty good because i did that just out of a rattle can so this is wago's oem color right here it actually looks really good when it's fresh it's a lot more blue than it used to be i think the old paint was pretty sun faded it's gonna say 30 years worth of fade yeah it looks pretty good you know everything looks amazing but i know you guys are gonna say right away we definitely need some other wheels on this thing that's the one thing kind of making it not look so hot but man dude you killed it thank you bro yeah you want to kind of go over what you did yeah yeah so it's just all like the blue base coat with clear that's pretty self-explanatory pretty easy one thing that i like to do with all the black because you know how oem it doesn't come glossy so i like to do flat clear coat whenever i do any of the black trim so that's what this is and it was super challenging to figure out all the layers and figure out what i'm going to do each order in and like what i'm going to do first whether it's the black the blue and then also scary with the tape line because you've got a tape over fresh paint so that's intimidating but it came out really good back bumper had the hole in it like you just mentioned but oh yeah it was like right here on that corner yeah exactly how did you fix that you just kind of plastic inside yeah and then i grind it down with like an 80 and then do the primer primer primer primer and the fitment still isn't 100 but dude it's it's an old car it's fun who cares i think it's solid it looks so much better than i'll say it's a thousand times better nowadays and even this like the trim for example how it was all chrome before that's just like rubberized undercoating to give it a little bit of a texture so i did that there even painted repainted the wing and glued it back on and yeah it's about to come off dude we talked about taping it down for the drive down here that was one of the og videos freaking hayden was there for that and we we gorilla glued this wing on and we just put cinder blocks on the wing to let it dry overnight and it was about time to be re-glued hopefully it stays dude yeah i know it looks like it should be i think it should because i was i was moving the whole car with it so it should be fine yeah it's a lot more stealth than it was dude i think the biggest thing is just the roof right the roof was so sun faded and now it's just all nice and and do this cause one solid color it has a lot of roof to it yeah like it's a big roof up here yeah it was it was kind of challenging to do the roof and that's why the roof is wet sanded and buffed and everything yeah you're going back over the trim pieces that looks really good and just pulling them all off like dude it's so tough because all the clips break and everything but so now they're clipped and they have some of the panel bond to it so they shouldn't go anywhere so oh yeah it's looking way good get some freaking fresh wheels on this thing yeah that's what we need to do right away is some wheels for waggo and yeah dude i'm pumped wago's finally getting some of the love it deserves yeah killed it dude nice and i appreciate you bringing me the car it was a fun project to do for sure i enjoy doing stuff like this freaking they've been trying to get a hold of me because my freaking car insurance policy my car's extended warranty looking real clean dude og waggo too clean it looks good though by far the cleanest wago has ever been even before i got it and then which side had the rest was it the passenger side well there was some rust everywhere this is the side i patched up but then it started to re-rust fix the little leg down there and then this side as well no more no more big hole right here even the door this was the brown door so i had to do the inside to make it match as best i could so like i did the whole jam and that's your panel and everything just to make it oh yeah i don't even know what to say guys waggle looks so good all painted up we'll get her some nice wheels you know i don't know if she needs much more than that maybe turn her up a little bit well guys we have quite the trip ahead of us so we're not going to hang out here for too long gotta get why i go back but man guys came out so freaking good huge thanks to adam over here yeah man i was glad to do it thanks for bringing me the car for sure it was fun i appreciate it it's cool project yeah dude it came out awesome and yeah guys wago has been deserving this for so long and finally glad we could make it happen adam was saying that possibly in the future if we need something else done that we could do it yeah dude we'll get the hatch cleaned up or any of them do just bring all of them we'll do them one by one by one dude that's on camera you sure you want to stick with that yeah we may work with him more in the future to get the rest of the fleet looking this clean because man now we have the red mr2 and waggo looking really good with the fresh paint job and i'm really starting to like it i kind of see why people do this now feel much better about your vehicle showing up places and not looking like a pile of crap it just looks so good so we actually had to bring the hood with us as well because we didn't bring that originally and we dropped that off with him and uh he'll get to that when he gets to that but there's still no rush on it because i don't know if i'm gonna keep the hood exit yet or not or go with a full exhaust under the car i'm not too sure what i'm gonna do with the hood here i do like the hood exit and when the car is low having a full exhaust sucks because it scrapes on everything and it is kind of our style to go right out the hood so i mean if we painted the hood and did a nice beauty ring with this exhaust just kind of trimmed down flush with the hood it might look good i don't know you know what we should do huh we should do a cabin dump right through the firewall into the cabin dude yeah we're not doing that i don't know why we brought wide along for these suggestions but yeah if it gets cold down here you know you shoot flames right in the cab might warm you up be pretty nice we moved to florida so it doesn't get cold if you ever take it to colorado colorado dump game changer but yeah guys adam killed it on the wagon and uh like i said all the progress on this thing is on his channel bodyvision so appreciate that if you guys wanna go back and recap i'll get one more look at her before we get out of here pretty cool man though he was telling me thanks man he's telling me that he's a good drag race driver i don't need to hit him up to drive yeah yeah so yeah showing him some of our stuff but it was really cool that he came up and kind of checked it out there you go what's the racing yeah he really wants to drive he just wants to drive something fast i asked him what he thinks of the car because when he came up he was like dude and his body language was dude this thing was sick right that's what i was getting out of it we have to go we have to drive to two hours yeah yeah so fast there we go my gosh i can't believe this is the same car dude i've just been in here looking at it it looks so good in the shop right here dude it's a freaking show car now guys oh my gosh wago it looks so good huge shout out to adam over at bodhivision freaking killed it look at that guys i'm probably going to be repeating myself a lot here but it's a pretty special moment for me guys i've been wanting to do this for so long and wago out of all the cars definitely deserved this and i'm glad that it got the treatment you know it needed got a full uh paint job on the car there looks freaking amazing and you know for a lot of you that don't know uh this car right here was basically the one that got the channel kind of up and going we were known for the wagos i had this and the hatch and you know the hatch isn't looking so hot right now we will give her the love she deserves soon as well we got big plans for the hatch but these two cars right here the wagon and the hatch kind of started it all and to see the wagon looking like this right now man dude that is just insane i don't even know what else to say guys that just looks so freaking good so that's probably going to be about it for now guys i mean yeah i don't think i need to say any more you know freaking killed it on the paint job why goes a whole new car especially after the wreck and everything and now it's you know kind of back to even way better than it ever was it's just it's just awesome so still more to come on waggo now i got to track down some wheels i'm super picky about wheels i've been searching and searching and i found ones that i wanted and they ended up being discontinued so now i gotta get a good set of wheels on this thing something i'll be happy with i always change my mind on wheels though that's one thing i suck at picking out as wheels because i can't just choose something and i get the interior cleaned out of this thing mate dude it's a whole nother car now it's on a whole nother level i can't just you know drive it around beat it up like we used to like she deserves to be taken care of now and man yeah i'm just gonna have to end it on that view guys it looks so good for everyone who's been
