VS | Revan & Malak vs Bane & Zannah

me free for sixteen years the Mandalorian Wars raged becoming the bloodiest Galactic conflict the Republic had ever seen according to giant master Noster all officially the Jedi Council was against taking up arms against the invading barbarians even while their raids went on for almost a decade but not all Jedi agree with the passive his response to the Outer Rim warlords notably the young up-and-coming Jedi Knights revin and Alec [Music] for most Jedi the fall to the dark side was not an overnight affair for revin and Alec the descent happened over the course of decades the war effort chipping away at their Jedi compassion bit by bit struggling with the paradox of using the dark to save the light perhaps the culmination of this degradation was the final battle with the Mandalorians the battle of Malachor five reven and a light proved victorious in the end Alec leading the charge and a raven defeating Mandalore the ultimate in single combat in one heinous act when the Mandalorians were already in retreat Mitra suruc later known as the Jedi exile ordered the use of the mass shadow generator destroying everything on the planet including Republic soldiers the aftermath was described by force sensitives as a traumatic experience a flat-out violation of the force with the apex of power depending on who you ask with the taste of the darkside saturated on their tongues revin and Alec ventured into the Unknown Regions where they discovered a secretive Empire and their leader and for officiant it was here that their descent to the dark side was solidified returning through a public space as Darth Revan and Darth Malak Lords of the Sith initially their turn was directly influenced by the Sith Emperor but they eventually broke his spell working through their own accord now their mission was discovering the star forge a weapon and a tool that would ensure their victory over the Republic to pursue to the star Forge and the resurrection of the Sikh temples inflated their ambitions so much so that Malek frequently challenged reven which led to the removal of his lower jaw like any good sit apprentice Malek stirs for power and his wounded pride led to his betrayal of revin during a battle with a Jedi strike team Malek ordered his flagship to fire on revans leaving his master for dead and at the mercy of the Jedi breaking the union between the two that had lasted for nearly a decade not all Sith were fallen Jedi some were honed and crafted knowing nothing but the darkside three millennia after the Mandalorian Wars in the Jedi Civil War the Sith reformed into a Brotherhood of Darkness years of infighting dismantled the previous stiff Empire the most powerful Sith Lords of old killed off by ambitious students and resentful rivals the leader of this reformation was a former Jedi Master now Lord kaan of the Brotherhood who ruled under the banner that all were equal but not all agree with such abilities Lord kaan found success when unifying the Sith warlords under one banner but one student would criticize his sharing of power at the age of 26 a young man named to sell quickly rose to the ranks of the Sith army as a foot soldier it wasn't long before he was identified as a force sensitive with the midst darkside potential as a student at the ancient Sith temple of Korriban de sel rose quickly taking on the new name of Bane but he was disillusioned by his mentors teachings feeling as though the power of the Sith was diluted by the organization so the young man severed ties with the Brotherhood conducting a scheme which destroyed his leadership and many of his students in the Brotherhood's place Bane took on the title of darth once again creating a Sith order which had heared to a rule of two one master to embody the power one apprentice to crave it in this way the power of the dark side will be concentrated into one life form and passed down to one other who would continue the legacy that apprentice would come by way of a young girl named rain initially recruited by the army of light a subset of the Jedi Order Bane would take her under his own wing after finding her in the ruins of ruse on standing over a Jedi she had just killed Bane like in their meeting to fate knowing that the girl had a taste for the dark side and a strong connection to the force after years of training Rana was renamed as Darth Zannah dark lady of the Sith under Bane's strict tutelage Zhanna became a powerful sorceress and a master manipulator two attributes that would become paramount for the new Sith order together Master and apprentice struck from the shadows setting up a gambit that would manifest in the Jedi his complete destruction a millennia later and has been intended for his new Sith order in time Zana took the mantle as the reigning set master challenging her master to one final duel on the desolate plains of Ambria taking his life and with it the legacy of the Sith [Music] [Music] [Music] for this video I will be examining these characters as they appear in the legends continuity for Revan and Malak I will be observing them during their time as master and apprentice just before Malik's betrayal of revin but I must note many of their feats and story lines at this point are based more on accolades that concrete feeds if you do not like this type of analysis this video is not for you and may be too hypothetical for your taste for Bane and zhanna I'll be observing them as master and apprentice as they appear in Dynasty of evil as a physical opponent in her prime DARS Ana's primary concern was speed and agility as described in Dynasty of evil her body was that of a gymnast spry yet strong her brawn did not come from her ability to break her upon his defenses through sheer might but by way of outmaneuvering them this is highlighted by Darth Bane and book of the Sith where he likens on his technique as quote fast Isle emphasizing her footwork speed precision in acrobatics this is further validated by zhanna's contests with those of more physical might such as sorrows aaj and Darth Bane himself whom she contented with by way of redirection rather than a head-on clash and she was not without her strengthen her durability fighting through bruised and broken ribs against Bane in his mid-40s Darth Bane was just about as big as big kid standing toe-to-toe with the strength of Sith Lords like malgus and Vader he was battered by the minds of a pot roast battered by the students of the Sith Academy able to withstand large amounts of physical pain whether it be force lightning poison or trauma his greatest display of pain tolerance came by way of his orbit less armor a parasitic armor that leached from his lifeblood causing a constant stream of pain he sustained for nearly a decade despite his size Darth Bane was deceptively fast nowhere close to zhanna's type of agility but fast enough to defend against a rain storm for 10 minutes without getting wet display not only haste but sustainable endurance yet near the end of Bane's life he did weaken slightly years steeped in the dark side coupled with the ordeals he went through began taking their toll even resulting in a slight spasm in his right arm bill these ailments never factored into his combative viability but Bane is not the only tank in this contest likely in his mid-30s Darth Malak was often the vanguard to battle fighting through a battlefield on the mayors of his strength in tenacity he has been characterized as the Brawn to Darth Revan brain often standing as the tallest man in the room at 2 meters crafted by Mandalorian experiments long-form torture and darkside degradation Malik's more overt physical feature was a cybernetic jaw which was added after a heated duel with revin the injury did not hinder him in any way though ruining his pride more than anything else almost a head shorter than Malick doroth riffin was no less impressive as a physical opponent in a visual sense revin does not look like much he has a standard build and it was not incredibly imposing or towering if anything he was more akin to Zanna than he was to Boehner Malick while Malick has been characterized by his strength revin has been displayed as a tempo fighter and unlike Zanna whose strength came from her general dexterity reven strength came from the cadence of his movement this is highlighted best with his fights against the itani a people who dedicated themselves to Hanahan combat even against jedi utilizing calculating feigns attacks and dodges this will be a recurring theme for revin throughout his life and in this video he's not much to look at not the fastest nor the strongest but he makes up for his lack of physical superiority with skill similar to how Steph Curry can cut and drive between the big men of the NBA from most favorable to least favorable in terms of pure physicality I would list it as such Bane Malick Zana and then reven Bane and Malick are rather close in terms of their strength and constitution both with high levels of pain tolerance and a strong output for dishing it out but Bane for me has a stronger case with more impressive achievements with regards to his survival of his orbital armor effectively making pain his Zana isn't far off from these to approaching combat from a different angle the only issue is that once her own defenses are interrupted she isn't as sustainable and she will be hard pressed to outmaneuver these opponents but the most interesting dynamic here is revin while I do not believe reminisce tax up to the brutish strength of either Boehner Malek or the gymnastic dexterity of Zhanna he has something more valuable than either of the trio timing it's one of the most important and overlooked components of a fight you can be as strong or fast as you want but without the right timing it all goes to waste revin may not be as naturally gifted physically but he made the best of what he had which is what makes him such a competent foe for those he has faced in terms of pure physicality I favored the bane ins on a team but in terms of a team dynamic I favored Revan and Malak it's a predicament I often find myself in with these physical rounds judging pure physicality against how one uses their physical attributes but as I've concluded in the past such as my analysis of Darth Maul forces car bastard or Anakin Skywalker versus mace Windu I usually side with utility over power though Bane is superior to Malick in a physical sense revin makes up for this to superior skill over either Zhanna or Bane with this I favor Revan and Malak for their physical abilities less all because of their natural attributes and more due to their output notably revans by the time of Dynasty of evil Bane and Zhanna were equals as force users Bane perhaps with his Constitution and lightning Zana with her physical augmentation and sorcery both master and apprentice were naturally gifted with the force both making use of it to great effect well before they took on formal training and while they were effectively equals their natural abilities sent them down different paths non-combative Li Bane was capable of advanced Farsight for seeing the culmination of the six grand plan a thousand years in the future like mini force sensitives he could dominate the minds of beasts to do his bidding or influence the minds of other life-forms he was so confident in his abilities he felt he was above the likes of Sith amulets as Exar Kun had used combative li Darth Bane was more in line with the more traditional sis approach broad overt and devastating he ripped through his opponent's defenses with telekinesis rather than subverting them his use of consumed essence an ability that allows its users to feed on the fear hatred and rage of their opponent to empower themselves is another example of his savage approach it is an ability that has been mistaken as a vape ad invention when it has been around for much longer but more on that in the dueling round Bane's combative use of the Force has also been showcased through his natural affinity for force lightning a skill he picked up in a single session with giffany which culminated with his ability to turn those open to his attack into black and husks this all manifest in Bane's essence transfer ability an ability that allowed one to implant their own consciousness to another life form a last-ditch effort to be sure but one that characterized Bane's more dominant approach to the force but he had his defense as well able to throw up a solid force wall against oncoming attacks and applying to the minutes to redirect certain abilities his willpower was also extremely high able to repel Zana spells of madness these talons did not come purely from Bane's raw ability but by way of his perpetual study of the force if the Sith had an equivalent to a master's degree Darth Bane would have a doctorate of the discipline he studied holocrons from countless Darksiders including revin who inspired bane to create the rule of two however this extraction of synth lore can be seen as a slight against bane in a way he was not the most intuitive force user relying on established checks rather than his own invention something that will come up again in the dueling room Zanna was a bit different than bane and the more brutish tooth Lords of old she was more interested in the esoteric the less combative Lee inclined practices of the force notably she was a master with her force cloaking abilities able to cast a false light side aura around herself when infiltrating the Jedi Temple and later when the giant were actively looking for her on her master she was able to throw up a cloak that could not be penetrated a spell that lasted near a decade where Bane was dominating Zanna was suggested like Bane Zanna could influence the minds of other life-forms but she took it a step further by Bane's own admittance Zanna had a better understanding of Sith sorcery when he tried to throw up decoy for signatures she was able to root him out each time but in particular she was entirely masterful with her sip spells of madness an ability that has come to be underestimated and undervalued Zana spells of madness were very complex a combination of suggestive telepathy force fear and straight-up pain her power was so potent and powerful even Darth Bane who fully expected the use of the ability could not instantly repel its effects the TExES grabbed his initial experience as a sharp pain in the skull a tactic which softens the subconscious allowing Zanna to dig into her foes fears at her will the second step was very similar to what Lord Voldemort's locket did to its victims showing them their greatest fears for Bane this was a quote hate-filled gaze of his abusive father and the sound of his yelling voice but the key is that is different and personal for each target the final step was a quote strength of will as Bane would call it only two things can occur from this point the victim is driven to complete madness or the spell is broken Bane was able to break the spell partially because of his prior knowledge of how it worked coupled with his own willpower there is also the case of the darkside tendrils that Darth Zannah created during their final duel but I liken this more to the circumstance of her location which was a dark side Nexus rather than her own ability it's not to say that she's not powerful but the location fed into her power the bullets to her gun but without bullets there was nothing for her to shoot that said she was not without her own defenses capable of strong force walls and immense levels of willpower in their final assault Bane attempted to use essence transfer which she was able to repel yet only partially while she did ward off his complete transfer there are hints that his subconsciousness did remain his honor due to a muscle spasm she acquired in her right arm like Bane and Zannah Revan and Malak were naturally gifted and powerful force sensitives gorging themselves on the study of the dark side based on the accolades presented by many of his contemporaries reven was one of the greatest force builders of his time but what makes reven so interesting is the praise he would receive from both the Sith and the Jedi Johanna said that quote revin was as great as a Jedi could be creo added that quote revin was power it was like staring into the heart of the force these testimonies will be very similar to what has been attributed to the lights of Darth Sidious whose power was described as a black hole in the force though it should be noted that revans power did cap out at Emperor vitiates level in the previous round I classified Ravan as someone who elevated his ordinary physical attributes with enhanced skill while that applied skill is still relevant here it was backed up by reven sheer presence and power in the force it's quite daunting when one looks at all the tools Reverend had at his disposal and the authority he had to enlist him after his initial training as her becoming a Jedi Knight revin sought more knowledge from other masters a more complete and comprehensive training these masters included czar in kriya the latter a controversial Jedi who would later influence much of redness dark side tendencies in his final decision to defy the Jedi Council and retake the territories loss of the Mandalorians offensively revin was capable of telekinesis force lightning to the point of force storm enhanced precognition among other abilities such as sorcery telepathy and force trained defensively revin had a powerful force shield in a general resistance to domination which is showcased by his ability to walk the corrupted plains of Malachor 5 and his use of the star Forge whose power devoured those of lesser strength what's more his defensive strength allowed him to break the spell cast on him by Emperor vitiated overall revin was a complete master of the dark side of the force his skill arranged from physical based augmentation including pain tolerance and enhanced reflexes to the more dominating use of telekinesis force lightning to the advanced defenses of his barriers and natural immunities he's without many concrete feats with regards to these abilities but based on the list of his capabilities and accolades I claim him to be the Jedi's most powerful champion or a figure that transcended history you have to respect the implications of such power of the time Darth Malak was second only to revin oftentimes overshadowed by his master's all inspiring talents but he was still very capable and accomplished in his own right or in short he was the coal Bryant 2r Evans Michael Jordan for Malik his use of the force was more in line with a Jedi guardian or a Sith Warrior which included focus on physical augmentation and utility powers and as the vanguard of most battles he could sustain these abilities for long fought engagements combative Lee he was capable of powerful force pushes and waves when taking on the official practice of the dark side Malik expanded and refined his overall force output adding such abilities as force grip sift lightning force trained stun and whirlwind among many others and like Bane his mentality was to dominate rather than suggest as expressed he was use of mine domination his presence was so significant he can be felt throughout the galaxy by other force Adams unlike Zanna Malik made his presence known rather than cloaking himself in a shadow but he also made use of sis sorcery and had a defense against it less intricate than zhanna's magic Malik was still capable of calling on the power of ancient Sith Lords again this was to bolster his own resolve rather than undermine his foes but he has specifically been listed as being able to resist the effects of force fear though Malik started out as a somewhat straightforward combative force user ki expanding his skill set as a Sith Lord making himself a more well-rounded and educated practitioner of the dark side when his natural physicality could not get the job done he could turn to his force lightning and if that did not penetrate his foe he could adapt more archaic magic and though this analysis does not extend to his showings and Knight to the over public where he displayed an even greater power with the star Forge it should be noted that after revans captured Malik was the undisputed Lord of the Sith his subordinates utterly obedient and in all of his power each opponent in this fight is naturally and possibly equally gifted with the fours but there are some differences which present some advantages one such illustration is presented in the Darth Bane books which read revin had discovered many of the rituals of the ancient Sith and as the holocrons avatar explained their nature and purpose Bane could barely wrap his mind around their awesome potential some of the rituals were so terrible so dangerous to attempt even for a true Sith master that he doubted he would ever dare to use them this speaks to revans all inspiring potential and broad knowledge of the force one that Bane never actually attempted even into his fifth mastery true this is only related the likes of rituals instead of active combat after all mother Talzin cannot stand up Sidious and active combat even though she was probably better at rituals but in terms of blows of strength like a force lightning lock or a telekinetic tug-of-war this type of raw ability tends the matter and as we've heard from revans peers he was both a tactician and a powerhouse only met with resistance against arguably the strongest if ever an emperor vitiated on the flipside we have as on his own uses his sorcery which could be applied against either reven or Malik but considering their immunities their ability to manipulate the star Forge and to carry out sis rituals too dangerous for Bane to even consider I feel confident that Zanna could not break them that's not to say that Zanna spells were not effective but again such opponents her abilities will likely not suffice Darth Bane might be able to match Darth Revan draw power though I doubt this but I definitely do not see Bane outsmarting reven in any way instead being subverted by revans tactics and while Azana does have some nasty tricks which i feel would have success on all but the most powerfully will Jedi and Sith I don't think she would penetrate a lord like Malik who has endured quite a bit and is listed as having a familiarity with sorcery and immunity to fear effects and his more utilitarian use of the force is more likely to interrupt Zana stability for this Revan and Malak at the edge for their force abilities you as will be attributed to Revan and Malak Bane was noted by his instructors as being able to devour lightsaber combat knowledge almost to a fault along with his standard classes Bane had secret sessions with the blade master kasym and giffany to the point where kasym stated Bane was quote beyond forms and sequences after completing his lessons with Kissin he was gifted a new lightsaber from the safe battle master despite several pieces of artwork the official continuity of Bane's lightsaber is a curved hilt a lightsaber hilt that belonged to kisum's former master which he had been holding on to you for 10 years waiting for a suitable student who could wield it according to Bane's own amusing in the novel the hilt allowed him to perform more nuanced and unusual attack sequences powerful overhead strikes likely that of a falling Avalanche movement of gemstone and odd angles of attack which slightly informed his erratic giulia movements on the subject of lightsaber forms Bane had knowledge and mastery of all the forms as any SIF master would but he preferred the use of form 5 Jim so which he referred to as strong style in form 7 Giulio which was the most complex and final form of lightsaber combat and though unlisted in any source book there is credit for his use of the third form sri suta the defensive style Bane's number one priority in combat was the most direct and condensed version of an assault as he writes in book of the Sith he openly criticizes the Jedi study of seven forms which he fills his quote excessive in a waste of time for bein a battle should and quickly through dominating aggression and this mentality was highly affected and just about all his fights whether against a skilled ablai master like a sim or a lift Acrobat like Zanna he had them on their back foot giving them very little room for counter or escape he went about this in one of two ways first was the straightforward strained Cleaves of Jim stove which was designed to counter and retaliate with relentless Authority second were the intricate and unpredictable move sets of giulia which was designed to consume the full extent of his anger and the rage of his opponent sonna fide by raw lightsaber combat as hinted before in the previous round there will be a conversation about Bane's use of consumed essence and his presence in Sith history before the creation of the Jedi version of a pad some have depicted Giulio as only using one's internal rage while vape ad uses both internal and external sources throughout the Bane trilogy the Dark Lord uses enemies fear and rage as an external source to empower his own strength Lord scourge another Giulio practitioner Gorge himself on his opponents emotions even becoming overly reliant on it in Darth Maul replicated this ability when fighting obi-wan Kenobi in the chambers of Theed in short the key differences between the two variants isn't that one is exclusively internal while the other is not the difference instead is that the Sith are more inclined to internalize their power while a Jedi is always looking to reflected by Bane's own accounts Giulio is the mastery of control not the loss of it with a style like this one might assume it leaves no room for defense and this is partially true an example of this technique on steroids is showcasing rule of two where Bane style is specifically altered for reckless abandon due to his impenetrable or bolused armor in his fight with Rosco lassoo she was able to instantly subvert his guard but only because he led her knowing she would not be able to harm him he allowed her swift a chanee based offense to slash at him opening herself up to his staggering and enhanced counters in the case of this analysis these feats don't apply as Bane is without his armor here and he actively adjusted his technique when it was removed in the early chapters of dynasty of evil he displays a mastery with Sir su defending himself from a rain storm for ten minutes without getting wet now you might hear arguments of how amazing this is based on people trying to explain the speed of rain and the impossibility of the task but I try not to write myself into such corners sometimes you'll have an author saying one character moves faster than thought or that characters move in and out of existence and other hyperbolic composition I tend to take these kinds of descriptions with a grain of salt which does that minute ly bring in subjective influence that all said the feet does tell us as an audience that Bain has some significant defensive skill to fall back on but like with his force abilities he was a bit of a slave to form mapping out his opponent sequences based on his training rather than intuitively following the flow of battle while this is a valid commentary of Bain in his early years this negative tendency does seem to taper off later in his life Bain was a fast learner and after being exposed to any unorthodox sequence he usually did not fall for the same trick twice for Zanna she took less interest in her lightsaber combat because of her affinity for Sith sorcery unlike Bain who made more use of the lightsaber forms Zana was far more specialized but this should not be mistaken as Ana's fighting abilities as being any less masterful the best example of her comprehension of the blade was her weapon itself on Darth Bane's recommendation Zana uses saber staff with shortened blades to enhance her defensive techniques and nimble abilities both Bain and lair Darth Maul would describe the difficulty of using the saber staff stating that only an experienced and trained individual could willed it properly a novice for instance was more likely to harm themselves than their opponent Darth Zannah was almost an exclusive user of Suresh but unlike someone like obi-wan Kenobi who can drop into the form in Stonewall attack she used the form war for redirection relying on a constant rhythmic flurry to keep her foes at bay but her defensive achievements were notable what tends to be forgotten in the context of her fight against the Jedi on Tython is that she was the only participant who was not amped in any way she had no or Birla's armor like her master your battle meditation from a Jedi partner yet she was able to stand her ground against the towering Sorrows --oj her only real shortcoming was her reliant on her rhythmic redirection which when interrupted was hard to recover from but her offensive output left a bit to be desired if only one other form could be attributed to her it will be itaru the acrobatic form used to outmaneuver ones opponent and utilize your entire body as a weapon a style that aligns with his honest physicality yet her only real achievement of pressing an offensive advantage was against at heart a good fighter but one who was not on par with master level duelist otherwise far too often Zhanna finds herself on her back foot with only her force abilities as an effective counter despised Ana's hours of lightsaber knowledge she unfortunately falls into the trappings of ceresco as creo would say of the form it merely delays the inevitable first as a Jedi Knight and then as assists Lord Darth Malak was always noted and regarded as one of the best swordsmen of the time in fact by drew carbon Chen's own musings Malik was a superior blade master to revin this of course is called into question when one recalls the fact that the reason Malik no longer has the lower jaw is because revin removed it but I think this has an explanation which I'll get into later though never directly specified my judgment of Malik's chosen forms and his fighting style stemmed from his descriptions within the lore and his depiction in the Knights of the / public video game by the standards of book of the Sith Malick falls in line with fast style which stresses the use of footwork speed precision and acrobatics the most obvious clue of his specific form comes by way of his one-handed grip which usually denotes a user of form - also known as Makka XI the fencers form this would align with the footwork and precision of fast dial which was the foundation of Makka she measured thrusts and cuts economy of motion and balance footing all things Malik has shown in general combat the second clue which relates to the speed in acrobatics a fast dial is Ataru as I've covered in previous rounds Malik Maeda his prime concern to augment his physical attributes to devastating effect this mentality has the fundamental tenets of Ataru which taught to force assisted agility to overwhelm one's foe this is something that is expressed in Mally's blade sequences whether it be attack or evasion and his fencing thrusts were often followed up with an elaborate flourish the pairing of the two forms optimizes sustainability and devastation mikoshi conserved energy while otário expended it my initial thoughts turned to Malick having some preference that she'd show the first form of lightsaber combat and the best technique to use against multiple opponents and crowd control because of its wide and instinctual blade shrugs after all Malick was at the forefront of many battles during the Mandalorian and Jedi Civil War but perhaps he was less inclined for crowd control and more predisposed to attacking each enemy one at a time leaping from one to another with his use of Ataru and then quickly subverting their guard with Makka she the best example and only example we have of this comes from Knights of the Old Republic where his tactic was to disable revans party before moving on to a lone opponent and it should be noted that within the lore mccoshen Ataru were both geared to single opponents his form does leave a bit to be desired in terms of defense as his technique was curated for an intricate and overwhelming offense which is another explanation for his missing job it also leads me to believe he made use of giulio which sacrifice defense for offense while a master of the form could demolish the best of Defense's it could be countered by a well-placed feint which I believe is how Reb and technologies jaw or the form could be countered by a well-placed force push this weakness could have been supplemented by his use of dune Mach the tactic of employing taunts and verbal attacks the place dout in an enemy a tactic when successful could lower the guard of a foe which could open them to Malik's form of swordplay [Music] as specified by the lead writer of Knights of the Old Republic Malik was a specialist while revin was more of a generalist and in his opinion reven would have been a specialist of form six also known as Nieman designated as the moderation form naman was undoubtedly the most balanced of lightsaber forms it bore no weaknesses but carried no overwhelming strength the blanket form even makes sense in the context of the video game where the player has varied skill sets at his or her disposal with many different weapon trainings and Styles attached and it was the use of this form which makes Redmond such an effective fighter revin was effectively a master of all lightsaber forms adopting the best tactics from each form at the right time defense or offense and the use of the form was only elevated by his dedicated intubation of the force this runs directly in line with revin who is noted not only as an explanation of the possible outcomes in the early fight I think we would see some preliminary strategy from revin who would take Bane and advise Malek to take us on and though Malek may internally resent the decision he'd still listen to reason facing off against the dark lady in this initial engagement the dominating forces would be Bain and Malek keeping to his standard mentality Bain would presses strength-based gym so cuts plowing through revans balance guard as though he were chopping down trees meanwhile Zana would already be turning her Sabre staff in a pulsating rotation ready for Malik's assault and as was typical of the Dark Lord he depressed his commanding physicality quickly leaping at Zana with an itaru falling leaf technique or otherwise malik might continue attacking his on a longer that he should not immediately realizing how impenetrable her defenses were while she played out his circular motion but is fast yet precise style which keeps on her from effectively countering out of her defense and malik would eventually change his tactic utilizing SIF lightning or force push to unbalance on his tempo Bain would continue his vicious assault but reven would seem to anticipate his heavy Cleaves retaliating with Peppard kicks and quick punches nothing that would be fatal or damaging but more annoying for the Sith Lord in the early fight the only true advantage might come from Malek over his honour I don't see a contest between Bain and reven ending anywhere near the starting engagement reven would turn away Bain strong style as easily as he did against Malek he will be looking for pokes and jabs measuring Bain skill more than anything else Malik has the best chance of earning a victory point for his team possibly interrupting Zana stability with the fours following the small window with the mikoshi feint instead of course this is not the most likely scenario only a possibility as Donna's recovery speeds were quite noteworthy by the time of Dynasty of evil like his fight with Zhanna Dame would switch up his power blows with a more intricate swordplay a form 7 but unlike Zhanna who simply retreated and try to turn bane desperately aside reven would adjust to the new style slipping and dodging like an Achon e ducking and weaving as he likely did against Malik but the more random staccato blade work of Bane's lightsaber would be harder to adjust to and revans previous counter-attacks would be less frequent as he focused on keeping up with the random attacks in contrast to Malik or Mandalore the ultimate Bey's technique will be slightly more nuanced with the use of his curved hilt and instead of striking in a bizarre kurz rage his elaborate blade work will be measured and controlled Malik will continue his attempt to find the misstep ends on his dance measuring his blade work more precisely sacrificing speed and sweeping splashes for accuracy and meticulous stabs but such an adjustment would allow Zhanna to muster her his opponent's defenses in spite of Bane's best efforts Revan and Malak would be too good of a team with Malley taking the forefront with his own form of Giulia and revin supplementing with nagging push last techniques knowing he was defeated in one last-ditch effort Beynon would submit to essence transfer lashing out not at revin who at this point in the fight he would come to respect for his force abilities but at mallik still though the effort and decision would be quick-witted and may have an off chance of success it's unlikely he could dominate Darth Malak bringing Revan and Malak overall advantage to eight victories out of tin and thus after a long hard-fought fight with Malik's personality perhaps having a slight adjustment Darth Revan and Darth Malak the ro Jedi the Sith
