VRChat - Toggle In A Minute And A Half (Avatars 3.0)

hi to create an avatars 3.0 toggle first run a selector Avatar's base and drag and drop our FX controller into our animator component we'll create a new layer and name this toggle we'll make sure our layer weight is one then we'll head to parameters and we'll click the plus sign and add a new pool we're going to name this toggle or you can name it whatever you want we'll head to our toggles animation folder right click and create a new animation we'll name this toggle and then press Ctrl D and I'll name this toggle off we'll drag and drop these into our new layer create a transition between the two of them and zero out the transition duration and exit time we'll add a condition and we'll use our toggle parameter that we just made we'll make sure it's set to true and for our transition back we'll use the same condition but we'll make sure it's set to false and we'll head down and record our toggle off animation we'll click the record sign make sure we select our game object and then uncheck it to toggle it off click the record button to stop recording select our toggle on animation click the record button head up toggle it off and then back on and then stop recording now we've got a working toggle now we'll head back to our Avatar space and click on our parameters expression list and we'll add a new parameter and we'll use that toggle that we just created in our FX layer head to our Expressions menu add a new control we'll name this toggle and change the type to toggle and use the toggle bull that we created thanks for watching
