Unearthing Hidden Gems In A Sea Of Vintage Flea Market Jewelry!

welcome in thanks for coming in for another video this is video number three video number three of the flea market series it'll definitely be in a playlist thank you so much for joining us for this we are not sure what's in it we just went ahead and took that bargain that was offered to us and we made an offer of $50 for a bag full of jewelry approximately 75 pounds of jewelry still sifting through the mountain here Robert of course is doing most of the you call it bab grunt work the grunt work of it because he's really good at it but I'll show you some of the things he's pulled out so far and we're still here dealing with no electricity so we're working by the light of day and on a generator but it's only generating for the essentials like the fridge and a couple of fans so no AC what is this day five four day four going on five days I got this fantastic piece you know how we feel here about patriotic things and the Old Glory there so that was a really nice one then I was impressed with this big one here isn't that pretty I like it it's on a gold leather cord it has kind of a knot so I don't and but then it has a lobster cloth so it may have broken it looked like it may have had another kind of a you'll have to excuse my nails I haven't had a chance to redo them and this post hurricane Burl July when did it hit babe July 9th I don't know July 2024 just for the archives isn't that pretty though it's a nice heart it feels like some kind of acrylic I don't know if it's a natural element or not but it looks like it's trying to imitate a stone and maybe Jade very nicely carved it's so hot my glasses fog up yeah Albert's glasses are fogging up with the heat and so we're just doing a few incremental videos here throughout as much as we can stand and we're also turning off the fan but you can still probably hear generators and that in the background as well this is very nice this is actually a sterling finding on this bear and that's a sticker that I'll have to take off I think it's a bear that's what it looks like to me and it's some kind of stone maybe a Jasper of sorts someone put it on this very insignificant rubber looking necklace but I think they were trying to get crafty they did put some AB crystals These are nice the workmanship and the design I'm not too crazy about but I will take that cute little bear that is on a sterling finding there off of there and make it even better than what it is all right then we got a little stretch this is pretty little stretch bracelet looks like encased glass but it's all acrylic oh this is so interesting a sotoa with wonderful beads and the beads are I I know they have a proper name but I don't recall they're the rolling paper type and then we have some metal and this is still tagged Style with love Noonday collection meaningful opportunities around the world and empowering women for jobs Etc I really do like the gold cord on that too it's a nice little fashion piece I always like that purposeful craft there here is something that's imitating Stone a brast chain and it is acrylic it's got some detailed Matrix there taup color boy they're coming out pretty quick Robert did get a little head start I had to stop him because he was so bored he wanted to start working on I said wait wait wait we have to do videos so he's gotten a few already out look at this gorgeous necklace this is really pretty Ely there is one broken not missing but broken rhinestone there in the Corner can you see it that's too bad but it may be able to be fixed or maybe we'll find the piece here oh look at the way it's made it's made really nicely it's hinged and it's on a very very long chain got I like the way it's just suspended suspended there see that half piece missing ah okay then we got a fabulous bracelet I am so surprised this one is not missing any Stones look at this parido and rhinestone color of course wow I don't see a maker on it look at the interesting clasp almost looks like an Omega back earring and there are no Stones missing these are prong set beautiful bracelet look at that that is really nice parido colored clear rhinestones that's a fantastic piece I also love this beautiful emerald green on kind of an antique grass beautiful graduated CLE that's long also a nice long necklace look at that oh that's such a beautiful color and I love the way they did that test so that looks really nice very pretty this one is New York New York in company just rhinestones this looks very very 80s really it's got rhinestones on the Rings strands of rhinestones kind of crystall looking ones as well all right so yeah that goes something like that with the rhineston and all kinds of interesting elements there here's another with the multi- rings that I showed you from that Paparazzi video but this is not Paparazzi but it still has that same look of that Magnolia Pearl jewelry that sells for $400 and it's not even Sterling but it's got the design and style and that's what you're paying for you're paying for the design but you can have it for Less add a FL Market oh this is pretty this looks like a 1928 it's one of these logos here a heart have you seen that not sure who that is it's just a brass heart I was thinking Tiddly wins or whatever that other brand is but I don't know what their logo is I believe it's got a missing Stone though still gorgeous though look at that the little heart kind of an enamel I like it you could even use that necklace and remove the pendant and put another one because the necklace is beautiful with the beads it's actually just kind of applic on there and then a little tassel of course we'll get the requisite kid jewelry in here this one has fuzz balls on it little fuzzy pom poms this one needs a clasp but it's beautiful it's all glass kind of a cranberry colored glass very nice and it's long a 24 to 30 in Long on that very nice necklace all it needs is a clas pin set so that's nice I am dripping in sweat down my back what is this Apple watch I think it's an Apple Watch or some kind of a watch band it's a pretty watch band actually a rose gold mesh we are getting some crafter pieces out of here this looks like it was a bracelet possibly that would look nice with a nice leather band on it wouldn't it more kid jewelry or doll jewelry this thing is Tiny it's probably 12 in nice beads on there though these are glass beads so that'll go into a crafter as well this is very heavy this is very pretty little geometric shapes with enameled accents very nice if you're enjoying the video so far don't a lot heavier than myy grow beads black simple gold chain here is a very pretty Stone on a New York necklace it's kind of a Moonglow Moon well kind of a luminescent glass bead it's actually glass some metal metallic looking beads as well it's the same on both sides oh I like this we have a vintage piece here look at that clasp hook clasp with a little weighted back ball there oh that's gorgeous look at that you can tell it's vintage by its craftsmanship but the design is timeless that is just fantastic brushed and high polish on that that is a nice piece I'm really surprised it's not marked I'm going to look under the chain itself no name on it no major mark on it but look how pretty that is that's really a nice design here is some kind of stationed geometrics not on both sides likely put that in a crafter as well these would make nice earrings oh but they're they got the little hole on both sides maybe not I do like the chain on it too so it be nice tror another kind of play on the Georgian or Victorian jewelry there box chain antiqu metal color on that I feel like I'm in a spa is so hot everyone oh my gosh this is unbelievable unbelievable it's an interesting piece it looks ethnic it's got wonderful little bead balls dangling some are missing it also looks as if it was funed it could have been a belt so this will make a fantastic crafter piece as well because it could be easily turned into just a choker yet it had all of this extra chain there faith belief loyalty belief tradition religion oh looks like it says that wow that's pretty cool looks like it cut off the part where it didn't finish saying it didn't quite finish the whole thing there it is there thing babe Robert's going to try to untangle this go thing we showed yesterday when we're off camera bring it back oh I love this butterfly this is so cute someone put it on a rubber necklace but look how precious that is oh my gosh that's cute looks like one pink stone is missing at the bottom but this is such an easy fix too that is layered on there so cute there's the back of it I don't think it came with that rubber neck mom probably gave it to her daughter because the paint Stone fell out and then she put on rub neck that's what I'm thinking I don't know cute very cute piece got some more here with shell now these are the kind that are layered so okay this way oh my gosh I don't know how much nice okay I love this heart I think I've had this heart before I feel like I've had it kind of like a mirror on on the inside so it has a very nice reflection see that isn't that pretty that's the back of it so I think you could even wear It reversed but this has sort of a mirror likee Mercury colored inlay there or element rather oh this one looks like they ripped off so's logo it's a long chain Chevron design there also in sort of a brass tone generators are still going trying to keep our fans and fridges going right hot to speak honey mhm these are double beads not I don't recall seeing this trend I really don't it looks a little bit like the wrap bracelets and these actually have blue and gold in them but I don't know let me know in the comments if you've ever seen anything like that it is a long chain on a brass colored it's broken apart oh it's broken okay so we found some broken beads we're going to put those in a plastic bag and put them in a crafter lot simple I love getting these chains though because I have some Sensational pendants and I have drawers and drawers and drawers of them as a matter of fact in my last auction I opened an old jewelry box and out came these tons of pendants I had forgotten about and and we sold them and many of them were not even Sterling so people do need a little chain added to those that'd be great be probably easier for me to sell them as a necklace than just the pendant alone and this one's in great condition nice Rollo that's the roller chain there this is a cute little anklet of elep fence all around it's very large probably a nine so definitely an ankor that is super cute this is the this is really cute it's tiny beads with the um warding off of the evil eye concept here and they're bezel set they're very small I just kind of hooked it there it doesn't have a substantial jump ring or anything found a nice ring [Music] summering for me let me check and see if it has a mark we've been at it 26 minutes let me know when you want to take a break I'm ready to jump in the shower nope I know another one right we got another whale tail how cool is that yeah I don't see a mark on it it's probably silver it's probably uh silverplated I really like it though and I love these coil I love the bypass you know that I wear them all the time but I also love the ones that coil around and they're always adjustable as well if you use a Mandel especially it will turn out nice so we found the oh my gosh we hate these in the jewelry world babe we ha hate these I love this earring though it's stuck on it or earring stuck on the fish wire don't we hate the illusion of fish wire I actually hate because they get tangled up but I really like the way they look this one is rhinestones yeah I'm only going to go 20 more minutes we have an hour video go we're at 28 minutes and 6 seconds huh and dying and dying I cannot breathe yeah so those are pretty cool I think these will make great additions to a crafter lot because they are not as popular as they once were with everyone else they do get kind of crinkly and damaged as well sometimes the single ones I think are just fantastic can still wear them especially the ones with real pearls I love them but that will go in a crafter is another one that I will put in a craf see how they get a little crinkly and I've never found them to get un wrinkled honestly I've hung them with other weights I've done the blow dryer method so just be be Leary of those who tell you oh it's just a little crinkled it no there's my there's my Soap [Music] Box people will say you polish them up okay we've got Amber here reconstituted Amber and um please do your research on reconstituted Amber many people have called it garbage and many people still appreciate it but uh I think it still looks pretty it glows hopefully I will find the match but do your research reconstituted Amber is not the same as Amber some of these earrings are fantastic I want to show you just the singles because I do like them look at this one costume but just so pretty I love Coral colors but all the single earrings in a special jar so that when I'm looking for them they're not mixed up with all my other other single earrings of which I still have tons I will probably bring those to my auction soon I love this statement necklace here this is really a pretty one look look at this I was leafing through the um Elizabeth Taylor jewelry book the other night while we were have not I have not done so much reading and I'm so grateful for it that's one thing that comes with storms is uh free time and uh Elizabeth Taylor was wearing one similar to this it was a daisy though and it was by uh David Webb very cool of course hers was diamonds and real coral and everything else but it was gorgeous and it reminds me of this one so pretty this one's fantastic babe I love this is it a chico yeah I should have know as soon as I looked at it soon as I picked it up I knew it was Chicos this is fabulous and I really thought they were real pearls because they look like real pearls but they're not but it is a Chico's piece it's gorgeous it's got this huge ball of smoky rhinestones Smoky colored rhinestones there gorgeous huge oversized pearls and this one is on a I think a uh yeah feels like real leather feels like this one is real leather and that is a Chicos and don't underestimate Chicos they make beautiful jewelry very collectible very desirable jewelry and not cheap it's got a big Hefty price tag got the got the ego price tag to go with the big ego for sure this is beautiful this is a modern piece but it's gorgeous it's rhinestones all around beautiful still nice and Brilliant that is so pretty so princess like I love that bracelet I don't think I showed this one yesterday I don't recall a little religious theme this is not Sterling it looks like silver tone and I think that's the Madonna and child there and the cross it also looks oversized could almost be an
