alright hello everybody I'm here at the East Coast mecca's Powerhouse Gym in Syosset I'm here with Andrew berry and we're getting ready to krinkle in our legs today so we expect you to do this too so watch closely we'll get busy alright so starting off with Lake Burroughs we're going to do standing leg curls today mainly just because I don't have an opportunity to do standing leg curls a lot but they have them in this gym and check this thing this is an old-school leg curl I bet this thing was built by the cavemen so we're going to start right here we're going to do three sets of eight and then our fourth that's going to be a really really difficult drop set all kinds of fun stuff thrown in so here we go [Music] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] all right so now we're getting ready to elect dresses and on the leg press we're just doing sets of eight again all the way up to a top weight that we can barely get a twin and then we'll see what we do on that last set you never know [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] we're getting ready to our last step I'm gonna do a number of reps and then Andrews going to match it and we're going to drop a plate each time when we're not going to stop so I go and Erdos and I go Andrew goes I go and so forth chilling it out in the three plates each time you do a drop you have to beat the number of reps that's preceding seven so these sticks on the first one you got to do more than specs on the second one don't say you do eight then you have you more than a let's set up for that so who knows where the reps will denote by the time you down three plates [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] area [Music] all right so now we're on the max watch I will never ever ever pass up a good whacks ball machine guns if there's a good echo machine in the gym I'm using them so this XY feel nice and smooth so we've been doing sets of eight we just keep on going up you barely get a two straight sets we're going up to a heavy [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] you got one more all right so for your Claude finisher we're going to superset squats and leg extensions and we've actually already done three rounds and this is our fourth round so I'm just going to do what I can do here and do what I can do over there at this point they're really full of blood and it feels like the fibers are just popping so here we go [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] all right that's it four o'clock so we're going to come back the hamstrings and really stretch them out we're going to do barbell stiff-legged Ellis for four sets of eight feet the bar and close push your hips back keep your back flat okay real good stretch on your hands [Music] [Music] all right so that's legs for today we did leg curls leg Princeton's hack squats superset of squats with leg extensions and we finished with stiff legged in this give this a try let me know what you think comment down below so for my man Andrew Barry thanks for watching and we'll see you next time [Music]
