hey guys this is nasim here and welcome back to guardian guides where i break down all the patterns and teach you how to dodge them [Music] today's guest is hel gaya and she is another guardian that can burn you to death halgaya's patterns are quick and may be harder for slower classes to dodge so make sure you know how to get rid of the burn debuff the recommended battle items are hp potions flares whirlwind grenades and panaceas like any guardian raid you should start with using your flare to locate the guardian panaceas are used to remove the burn debuff i recommend removing this debuff when this is higher than 4 stacks helgaya is a unique guardian that tries to evolve as you fight her when she evolves she gains more patterns and she can evolve up to 2 times this is her trying to evolve and she will do this every 30 to 40 seconds you can stop this by applying enough stagger and if you don't have enough stagger you can use whirlwind grenades here however the more you stop her evolution the more stagger you need to stack to prevent her from evolving let me give you some meaningless numbers to help you understand let's say you need a stagger stack of 10 to stop her from evolving you guys stopped her from evolving then the next time she tries to evolve you will need 15 stagger stacks to stop her evolution the next one would be 20 and so on so eventually you get to a point where it's practically impossible to stop her in this case you want to step away from her and let her evolve because when she succeeds she damages her surroundings [Music] normally depending on your class you can stagger helgaya three to five times during phase one two to three times during phase two and at phase three when you apply enough stagger she will go back to phase one [Music] before helgaya packs her head goes down while her wings go up when you see this being at her sides or back will give you a good window for damage because she always packs the same place twice [Music] helgaya flaps her wings and keeps them up high before charging when you see her flapper wings get out of this line however if she is glowing blue during her charge you can use a counter skill to the head and knock her out her fireball motion is similar to her pec just make sure you dodge the side when you see her flap her wings like this this makes sure you dodge both the pec and the fireball patterns the only difference is she can use the fireball twice and will change directions for the second fireball so if you have the aggro make sure you keep rotating around her just in case she uses a second fireball when helgaya quickly flaps her wings she is trying to throw you behind her quickly use your dodge to prevent being thrown helgaya looks to a side and her body twists to the opposite side then she will perform a wing slash if you are a slow class this is really hard to dodge but you can try dodging towards her tail for this pattern helgaya twists her body which swings the tail to one side then she swings her tail to the other side ironically the safe zone for this pattern is to be right upper back so if you are already dealing damage here you could ignore this pattern and keep damaging her phase 2 patterns include all our phase 1 patterns it also changes the fireball to 3 fireballs these spread out as they travel further so rotating too far away will be harder to dodge however if you are too close you can be hit by all three fireballs and this will give you three burn stacks instantly be close but be ready to rotate around her because she might use this twice in a row helgaya will flap her wings twice and bring herself up in the air she will then slam the ground in front of her check where she's looking and dodge away quickly because the area of effect is bigger than it looks phase 3 includes all our phase 1 and phase 2 patterns this also changes her charge into a flying charge when helgaia does a leap attack she flies up really quickly for this flying charge she brings herself up slowly so you can get ready to counter her if she is gluing blue she also leaves a trail behind her which will give you burn stacks if you go into it helgaya rises up a lot higher than her other patterns she will then start dropping meteors make sure you dodge as much as you can because if you get hit by one you will fall and more will fall on you [Music] [Music] i hope this video helped you master helgaya and i hope to see you in the next episode of guardian guides alright peace [Music] when you don't talk to me
