TYPICAL DAY AT SEA | 15 DAY REPOSITIONING CRUISE

[Music] [Music] [Music] it is our third day at sea which means we've been on the cruise for three full days without getting up you might think that we are bored or sick of cruising life but we're actually really enjoying it so we thought it would be fun today to take you through one of our days hour by hour and show you pretty much what we've been doing for the last three days we have coffee in bed and do a little bit of work but we pretty much do that everything runner what that's standard weather we're all in the ocean or land except for here we have fuzzy girls around 9 o'clock every morning we head upstairs to the buffet to grab some breakfast where we're not taking elevators which I really regret in the morning so we have to go up like 10 flights are you love [Music] so the first morning when we came to breakfast we got to the breakfast buffet and there were beans white sausage no whether they call it putting it looks like sausage there was even like cooked fish on breakfast buffet it's gonna be a really long two weeks it right this time and then the next morning we discovered that there's actually two different buffets here on the ship one is an English breakfast which is rare with the first morning and the one that waiting at this morning is the continent perhaps which is now it is almost 10 o'clock every morning up on the top deck where all the sports stuff is they have this competition with these three ropes that you put together looks kind of like cornhole you like throw it and try to get it closest to the center we haven't done it yet but it looks like a lot of fun so we're gonna head out there and try it now [Music] [Applause] [Music] unfortunately George and I didn't fare very well in the circle rope game apparently we got matched up against the reigning champion but I don't think I'm bears myself either so feel pretty good about my first time playing now it's time for Kara to go do something that I will definitely not be participating [Music] all the time every day today it's line dancing [Music] Hey [Music] so it shines the first two dances for light dances and I had those up pretty quickly line dancing the last one was called a walk across the pixies and it's like their slow song where your feet just we're constantly like fetch right [Music] now we're going to do something that is not part of our normal travel routine but it's something that we've been trying to do everyday while we're here on the ship and that's go workout because we are eating way too much food three massive meals a day is not something we normally do and if we don't work out in between I'm like not hungry enough to go to the next meal what I like you work out they get hungry yeah okay we're going to work out but we're not taking this giant carrot because I'm pretty sure that would really freak some people out in the workout room hey feeling I really should make ourselves do that more often I remember on our very first cruise together a few years ago I didn't even know where the gym was and I thought it was weird that people wanted to work out on their vacation and now we're technically always vacationing yesterday so the cruise has calmed down like the waves have calmed down so much today but yesterday they were a lot thicker and when we were running on the treadmill it literally felt like you were running up and down the waves so I keep it readiness uphill on the treadmill downhill on the treadmill that was a really light weight for a minute and then it'd be like home okay so I knew it any minute I was gonna trip then the treadmill is just gonna shoot me straight off the back of it I think it's time to go eat now I need a shower first thankfully they have a really good salad bar for lunch so that's helping to keep us healthy [Music] totally change [Music] thank Peter done I like to be in my role a neat advocate unfortunately both of our computer side while we were at the pool so we're having to finish up work inside of our cabin before we head to dinner honestly though I didn't think I was gonna be able to work at all on this entire cruise one of the biggest things that's held us back from booking a cruise until this point is internet I didn't know how the internet was gonna work on the boat like I know boats and cruises sell Internet packages but I didn't know if it would actually be usable Internet so I feel like there's probably a few people that are wondering the same thing as me so I thought I would tell you that the internet on this boat has been super impressive I mean it's not like super high-speed Internet but yesterday we were able to upload three vlogs they took like three hours apiece which that's like standard in some of the hotels and stuff we visit so I don't know about like all the specs because I haven't any speed tests or anything but the Internet is working great right now hopefully it holds up across the Atlantic we are heading to dinner at the fancy restaurant but it's another dress up night which we can't really participate in because we don't travel with costumes but it is decades night so it's like 62 70s 80s and 90s dress I don't think will stick out too much they only has one collared shirt with him which is required for dinner every night and I'm wearing Gina's dress that she gave me so maybe she bought it in one of the thinking's what's just like great and it totally worked so all that work here are crazy present remember our names and they notice that we hadn't been here today thanks literally session well I'll stop with the potted shrimp and network better this New England chowder to get so you can come to this fancy restaurant for breakfast lunch or dinner it's really good but if you're coming you're committing like two hours of your life to them so if you ain't here for breakfast lunch and dinner there would be very many hours left in the day to actually go do stuff so we've fallen into the routine of going to buffet breakfast and lunch and then coming here and having a nice dinner every day also for those of you who aren't familiar with cruising on list when you sit down for dinner you can order whatever you want there's starters there soups salads there's main courses there's desserts just stuff after dessert apparently cheese and crackers is a thing you can pretty much order whatever you want in this restaurant we decided to start with this shrimp in a nutmeg butter oh my gosh menu had a section that was called taste of Asia and I completes our look they had a rocky road ice cream sundae this is the best dessert yet thank you very much we just finished dinner we're heading back Tara every night we have at your room we're like we're gonna go out and see a show tonight and then we get to the room Karen puts on a row and then 8:30 rolls around and we're like yeah we'll go see the show tomorrow night and I've been a legit for about night and we haven't gone since show yeah so we're gonna make ourselves go tonight singing on the camera so we have to do don't do it no do it we're doing it we're actually going to the show right now it's a decade's singing show [Music] [Applause] the class we hope you enjoyed food is exhausted just watching them [Music]
