Tutorial 08: Quick Video Transition in After Effects✔

in this simple tutorial I'd like to show you how you can quickly prepare a transition in After Effects quickly made within a few minutes and very useful for any video project you may do alright then the way I would do this I would select a rectangle I would create a big rectangle like that then I would open it and I'll go to it rectangle pad in the rectangle pad I have the size and I can here unlink it this will allow me to animate only in this space okay at the beginning I place a keyframe I go 20 frames forward I go to 0 or actually I need to keyframe assistant time reverse them because I wanted to start with 0 and go to this amount ok now I can copy those keyframes I can place them here and again I want to time reverse them so I have this little animation to make the animation a bit better I select all keyframes I right click keyframe assistant and I easy Eastham so now I receive something like that to make the animation a tiny bit better you can go into the graph editor and we have the value and speed graph maybe I'll select the value graph and I create something like this and here something like this you can see the green value is the green value in my size okay let me go to the speed graph as you can see we have an animation like that ok this would be there ready animation perfect now what I have to do I have to go to transform rectangle in the transform rectangle I want the position or not the position I want the rotation to be negative 45 degrees and this is it I have this object I take my selection tool and I place it here and now let me close it down ok ctrl D the next one will be here control the next one here control D until I fill out the entire screen ok I have snapping on control the I see a little mistake here place this above no this one a bit higher okay and the last one control D and boom we have everything filled out this is the animation we would receive of course the left one needs to be adjusted so we had an animation like that perfect the last thing I want to do I want to select the second one I want to select my left Alt key and check the page down page down page down page down page down pinch down always two key frames okay boom boom boom boom boom boom deselect boom boom okay and this is your finalized transition a super simple quick way to create a transition within After Effects
