oh my god Instagram filters can now be made by anybody your creepy neighbor Charlie from down the street yeah he's making them that annoying girl in your science class Shay's making them literally anybody can make Instagram filters which has led to some ridiculous and weird Instagram filters and now I have taken it upon myself of course for you to go through the hundreds of Instagram filters that random people have made to try and find the most ridiculous and funny ones basically I'm just gonna do a little bit of a montage for you guys enjoy me looking ridiculous I love that show the
