in this video i decided to copy the diet and exercise of five different models on five different days in hopes to see if i could handle their lifestyle and to see if i can change at all from the beginning to the end of the week if you're interested in learning some healthy recipes meal ideas at home workouts and my results from the end of the video then keep watching hi guys my name is fernanda and welcome back to my youtube channel so today we're going to be copying the diet of five different models we're going to be doing kendall jenner gigi hadid emily ratajkowski stella maxwell and cambrie shrotter which is fit with cambry we're almost at 50k so if you'd like to help us get there then subscribe down below and also leave a comment saying anything it really helps me grow my channel i just wanted to mention that please do not feel pressured to eat a certain way or look a certain way or work out a certain amount of times during the week based on this video or when you are looking at other models just know that all these models that have perfect bodies they are half the time genetics or they have personal trainers so don't feel pressured to look like that i mean even if we all ate the same we would still all have different body types so as long as we are working out and eating healthy and making these lifestyle changes for yourself and not for anyone else then you are golden so that's all i've got to say i hope you enjoyed this video and let's start by getting off our groceries let's [Music] i feel like everybody knows who kendall jenner is but she is a very lean skinty nice toned body she is a model she's models for victoria's secret i mean she's kendall jenner just in general instagram model celebrity yeah so it says that kendall jenner starts her day with a fiber filled breakfast of avocados over eggs and a side of oatmeal i'm just gonna modify it a little bit and make this one avocado toast with eggs on top just was a little bit different from stella's day and then we're gonna have some oatmeal and she has a lot of detox tea so for this day i bought a detox tea from amazon this is the hey girl time to cleanse your body for digestion and bloating it cleanses and detoxes and it's 100 natural the instructions are to do it after dinner or before bedtime so i think that's when i'm gonna do it tonight let's go make breakfast because i am starving [Applause] [Music] so hi guys so for today's workout we are doing kendall's at home ab workout now i've seen this same exact workout on so many different websites so i feel like it must be legit but this is the 11 minute core at home ab workout that she swears by it says that this is her go-to workout it's only 11 minutes long so i feel like it shouldn't be that hard there is 13 workouts you can do all of them on a yoga mat i'm gonna put the workout on this side right here so you can see what it looks like you can follow along with it i already stretched and got warmed up i just searched up 10 minute yoga on youtube did that and now we're ready to begin the workout so let's begin [Music] okay i just finished the workout and i'm sweating don't know if it's because that was actually hard or because it is really hot outside i recommend you searching up the kendall jenner workout it's super simple really easy you can do it on the go for kendall jenner's dinner she likes to eat margarita pizza and i decided that today we're gonna make some but we're gonna make some my mom is currently singing but we're gonna make some from scratch so i've got all my ingredients here i did buy a little basil tree basil plant yeah we're gonna have fresh basil leaves to put on our pizza and we've got some tomatoes and some of these little i think they're called broccoli no i'm no clue i'm completely butchering that but some little circle cheese balls thing and some mozzarella so we're gonna put that on our pizza and it's gonna be delicious we gotta make [Music] i've got all my ingredients here and i'm gonna show you guys what i'm doing [Music] okay it is now done being mixed i'm gonna take it off of the mixer and of course with my washed hands i'm gonna remove the dough from this machine thing and i guess get some flour on my counter here start kneading it into a ball and then we're gonna add it into this [Music] bowl [Music] okay so we're finished with the dough here i'm going to cover it with a slob and it says to keep this in a warm place it is supposed to double in size so i'm just going to put it over the stove i'm just going to wait a few hours and i'll let you know when we're ready to start making our pizza [Music] hi guys so it is now right before i go to bed basically and i feel like i'm a little bit hungry and i am in need of a snack and of course kylie jenner does not need any random snacks she eats veggies so i've got a pepper and some cucumber here we're gonna cut this up and eat it with some ranch dressing i don't think this is the healthiest option i'm pretty sure probably a hummus would be better but i don't have any hummus right now and i actually don't even really like hummus and then we will try our delicious tea [Music] the 10 minute timer is up while i was waiting for these 10 minutes i was doing some research on this tea that i bought and apparently it's like not even that good it's not bad obviously but there's other detox teas that are better so i'll still link this in the description box but definitely if you're gonna buy a detox tea i think it's a good idea but do your research first and see which ones are the best right now you actually get a result out of the money that you're spending but let's give this a try i don't even know if i'll be able to drink this just because it is steaming it is so warm i'm gonna put some ice in that just tastes very fruity kind of nutty this is really good i'm just gonna drink the rest of this cup and then i'm gonna be going to bed and i'll see you guys tomorrow for breakfast i read that gigi loves having scrambled eggs for this breakfast i ended up taking two eggs and then i mixed in some peppers onions green onions some cheese and then on a pan once i used oil and maggi sauce i added in some spinach to eat with the eggs i also had some toast i didn't want to eat it plain so i just added some avocado to it and then i read that gigi either likes having orange juice or coffee in the morning [Music] okay so i've been researching what gigi hadid does as a workout i got all my notes here she actually has a workout that's on the internet this is the one i found it's called the jj hadid core focused workout and it's got seven different steps summer workout like exercises and most of them are saying that she goes boxing i'll put the list here of her own workout you can see how half of them i can't actually do because they're all like boxing things so from this list i took the crunches bicycle crunches plank and leg raises which is only like four things so then i added six other little exercises so we have a total of 10 exercises that we can do this is my new and improved list after stealing half her list and then changing it completely either way we're still working out today so i still am going to feel good and fit about myself let's just get started [Music] okay we are done as you can tell by my heavy breathing that was really tiring i need to go drink some water [Music] [Music] [Music] she said that she either puts chicken or tofu in her salads but i went with tofu today because i'll be eating a lot of salads this week so i figured that i'll just do chicken in the other days that are upcoming also the other day i went to a store it's called body energy club and i bought a bunch of these shakes is the vanilla keto cashew butter with unsweetened almond milk coconut meat clean whey protein cashew butter mct oil grass-fed collagen himalayan sea salt and monk fruit some kind of protein shake i probably should have had it in the morning but i just figured that i'm gonna have it with my lunch hopefully it tastes good there's a lot of things in this that could make it not taste good so we're gonna give it a little shake i'm pretty sure it expired actually like a day ago but i'm still gonna have it i'm scared honestly that doesn't taste right but i can't tell if it's because may or may not be expired or that may have just been a waste of like a seven dollar juice i've got my water here as well and let's start eating this salad because i am starving [Music] i've read online that gigi loves having ice cream as a snack so i just had a scoop of this 90 calorie brownie ice cream and then ask for dinner gigi loves going for sushi so i just went to get some with my friends [Music] all [Music] oh you don't think twice about me and maybe she loves me and i know maybe there's a lot of people that watch me that may be vegan or maybe vegetarian or don't eat me but i actually do like eating meat i do enjoy a good steak today we are going to be making a steak some salad and some vegetables i think my family is also making rice i don't know if i'm gonna eat that because technically that isn't a part of my diet today so let's get to cooking because i am starving [Music] next up for dinner i just had chicken salad and veggies i forgot to show the end dish because i was in a rush but the only clip i have here is of me cooking this chicken so enjoy it's kind of a disturbing image not gonna lie um kind of makes me want to stop eating meat just looking at how this is being cooked but anyways i just added some seasoning and in the end it did taste pretty good hello and good morning guys today we are doing stella maxwell she is a victoria secret model i have never heard of her prior to doing this video but she is gorgeous she is fit she has everything i want to be so that is why we were copying her diet today i did buy these juices from the body energy club unfortunately for me the day i bought these literally they expire that day but i don't know if it's actually expired it's just as best before so technically does that mean i can still drink it i don't know but we're gonna do it today this one is anti-inflammatory and it's got orange turmeric and cayenne and this one is a liver cleansing would be kale lemon apple celery and ginger honestly i tried the other one it has aesthetic packaging i thought it would taste good silly me it actually tasted horrible so we're gonna give these a little taste test before we go into breakfast and see how they taste okay i'm gonna give them both a shake i'm gonna start off with the shot we're gonna take one swig may or may not throw up oh my god that is so bad it's like spicy literally that's all i drink imagine drinking this entire thing let's try this juice who makes their juices this full honestly this one's not that bad this is the best one that i've had today probably because of the lemon and the celery i can taste that a lot oh my god they're both tragic i gave the rest of the juice to my mom let's go have breakfast because i'm starving today we're having scrambled eggs an avocado and some oatmeal and i'm gonna put some fruit on it bro i think you can smell the cayenne [Music] so [Music] that breakfast was delicious i normally don't really like eggs but i cooked it with some butter and honestly the pepper made all the difference and normally when i would look at that i'd be like this is literally no food like i'm gonna still be hungry but i ate that whole thing it was healthy nutritious and i was not hungry at all when i was done so now i've taken a little bit of a break and we're ready for the workout of today i've been researching what stella maxwell does as a workout obviously as a victoria's secret model she probably has like a trainer some intense workouts i think she's a lot of cardio but one thing i saw that was her go-to workout was bikram yoga i actually have no clue how to say it i'll put it here on the screen you can see how to read it i searched it up and it looks quite intense i know you can do like classes of this and honestly it would probably be better but in my case i'm going to watch a youtube video i'm probably going to do like a 30 minute little session of it bikram yoga is a form of hot yoga consisting of a fixed series of 26 posture practiced in a hot environment of 40 degrees celsius now i'm not in an environment of 40 degrees celsius but it is summertime and it is hot okay i'm gonna do this 30 minute hot 26 yoga class it looks really hard these positions don't seem easy at all let's just try it out point your left toes come down halfway come down so you look like this letter t exhale fold forward [Music] for dinner i read that stella loves having italian food so for today i decided to make some rice and quinoa gluten-free and vegan spaghetti just so that i could try making it healthier and i made it in this spinach sauce i'll leave the link to the recipe down below because it was really good the only thing is the spaghetti kept breaking my noodles so they were really short but other than that it was really really good for today's breakfast i had protein oats in camry's meal plan you actually have the option to either put it in the fridge overnight or cook it on the stovetop in the morning which is what i chose to do [Music] at around 3 p.m i ended up getting hungry again and for lunch i had a protein plate i used brown rice quinoa avocado chicken and for my steamed vegetables i use carrots and broccoli hopefully i don't look too weird i just got my glasses this morning i've already had my breakfast and lunch today so today is cambrie schroder she is the sister of faith schroder they are both models they are victoria's secret models they are definitely instagram models they've been in like swim week and all these different shows cambrie the one that i'm going to be doing today actually has her own brand it's called fit with camry she has a lot of workouts and like meal plans that you can do so i thought this would be a perfect person to include in this week challenge because she actually has full diet plans today for dinner we are having taco wraps in lettuce wraps i asked for the workout i couldn't find her like everyday workout i know she does a lot of boxing and just a lot of fitness training but obviously i'm not gonna be able to do that so basically i meshed together a bunch of different workouts that she had all into one so let's go make dinner because i'm so excited for these wraps so my mom was so kind enough to already make me some of the taco meat so we don't need to do that the only thing that we need to do is saute the vegetables so i've already cut up a few carrots asparagus and peppers so i'm just gonna cook that on a pan with some oil and then i have my iceberg lettuce here we're just gonna rip open the lettuce so we have little cups and we're also gonna add brown rice into our wraps and you were also supposed to add black beans but i don't have any right now and i also don't like beans so we're not gonna put any beans in it but [Music] here's how my lettuce wraps turned out might be too much meat and insides to the ratio of the lettuce but i think they're gonna taste really good okay guys that was the end of the video i filmed the intro and the outro after making this video so that's why i look the same in both portions of the video i just want to give a little overview on how my week was first of all based on results um i don't want to give too much of like a before and after or what i weigh or whatever because i feel like it's not really necessary to say those numbers and it doesn't really benefit anyone i will say that i did lose five pounds but the other thing is that my weight fluctuates all the time like i could wake up one day and be like three pounds lighter or three pounds heavier so i'm not really too surprised that i like fluctuated between five pounds but i did use a tape measure around my waist and i think i was like 26 inches and i think before i was like 27 i mean it's only one inch difference but i think in a week that's still quite good also i felt really productive during these five days i felt like i had my life together you know making all my meals and working out i feel like that's all i really have to say
