today i am casting for victoria's secret fashion show [Music] 2016. hi everyone welcome back to my youtube channel my name is fernanda for today's video i am copying the queen bella hadid diet workout and kind of lifestyle for the day now if you don't know who bella hadid is she is a victoria's secret model she is just a celebrity influencer whatever you want to call her she's got perfect skin beautiful face beautiful body lean toned strong fashion icon i can rave about her all day so let's just get right into the video with the night before [Music] it's currently 11 p.m i'm gonna have to sleep way early tonight if i want to be as productive as miss bella tomorrow she does in fact wake up at 6 30 in the morning but thank god it is now nearing the summer months and it's a lot sunnier out which makes it really easy for me to wake up in the morning anyways good night guys i'll talk to you in the morning good morning everyone it is currently 6 30 a.m and i'm ready to start my day i've been awake for like a few minutes i set my alarm actually at like 6 20 so i would be able to talk for this clip also you guys may have noticed my new room and like my new room just makes me want to wake up like i'm just so happy in it i remember the schedule for what today is going to look like first thing 6 30 am starts off her day with a bit of stretching and then she checks her emails and that's for like half an hour and then at seven she drinks three espressos before noon i don't think i can drink that many coffees i will probably have panic attack and pass out [Music] [Applause] [Music] did you hear that [Applause] okay not gonna lie i do feel pretty rejuvenated i think every single one of my bones cracked and i think i'm gonna start integrating stretching in the morning from now on because it's really easy and honestly it feels pretty good i'm going to do my skincare go drink some water have some vitamins and then move on with my day [Music] around 7 30 now and i'm gonna have a cup of coffee i actually hate coffee so i actually bought like an iced coffee mixture that's from starbucks so i think i'm gonna have one of those and then probably just do some more emails do some more work edit a little bit and then have my breakfast in another half hour [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] okay first try because i've never had this coffee before i did add a lot of caramel and i used a lot of caramel creamer so i'm assuming that it should be good [Music] [Applause] really good for breakfast today we're having an egg no what's it called an egg sandwich on a plain bagel i've never had an egg sandwich before at least not what is it called when the egg is is it sunny side up no no it's uh it's just it's not scrambled i think it's sunny setup no no it's a sandwich egg sandwich yeah what is the style of it that's an egg mcmuffin so a scrambled patty yes so we're having a scrambled patty bagel this is my plain bagel it has some seeds on it but it's basically plain and she also has sausage she may have fancier sausages i have hot dog wieners some sausages and she didn't have any other details about what goes in the sandwich so we have gouda cheese prosciutto and we have avocado this is gonna be a hefty sandwich gonna be a lot of calories and a lot of protein so it'll fill me up for a long [Music] time [Music] so [Music] i really hope you can hear me and see me i'm gonna sit outside because i don't know i just i feel like it's really sunny out and i want to have my breakfast out here i'm also sitting really behind my car because i have nowhere else that has shade so this is not the cutest spot to sit in not gonna lie but it's fine it's fine my breakfast looking beautiful let's have a little sausage you know what it's gonna be cooked a little bit longer also for those of you that are gonna tell me aren't you vegetarian because i've gotten a lot of messages like that i made a vegetarian what i eat in a day and i said in the video i'm not actually vegetarian but since this is a vegetarian what i eat in a day i'm just gonna title it back and now everyone thinks i'm vegetarian i do eat meat occasionally but i want to be vegetarian but anyways this is what my sandwich looks like i don't really like eggs so this is going to be a taste test and seeing if i like egg and if i do it's going to be awesome because then i can start eating eggs from now on and not be such a picky eater when it comes to breakfast foods also i'm embarrassed if my neighbors come out and see me andrea crystal if you're watching this right now if you see me sitting on the floor don't ask questions um beautiful i'll actually cry if i see someone i know watching me right now sitting behind my car eating a egg mcmuffin i don't feel at ease sitting here it is a little bit later it's currently around 11 and i am ready for today's workout when i tell you i looked at her workout and i'm like like i don't even know if i can do it because first of all it involves running outside and i haven't ran outside in no joke like years since like grade 10 pe and i'm 19. i'm concerned first of all she says she works out for around two hours a day which is a lot but like you know sometimes when i'm at the gym it takes around two hours looking through all these different websites where it has her different workouts i basically combined all of them together and put them into one i also wanted to mention she has a green juice of 30 minutes prior to working out 10 minutes stretch and then she runs for 20 minutes non-stop and then she does boxing box for three minutes and then she does an exercise box for three minutes and then doesn't exercise any exercises that we have are squats donkey kicks plie squats and banded wall squat walks and then they said if you don't have a boxing buddy you can swap the gloves for a skipping roll after that's all done she does a series of weights targeting glutes and hamstrings and then she searches for another 10 minutes i think that that's going to be pretty hard i think the challenging part about this is the running and the fact that i'm going to do it outside my friend shaylee is going to come pick me up because i do not want to run alone i am scared of getting kidnapped and abducted and looking like a freak we're going to get our green juice go to the park and start our workout okay we went to body energy club and we got our juices or smoothies what did you get what's yours daily greens ready for this green apple cucumber ginger celery kale and lemon i messed up i think i should have gotten one of those me getting like the fattiest thing it's huge we're not gonna finish that i know i just thought it had to be green so i got this and he said this was the best one the kale mango coconut water and something else anyways it's a smoothie though and i should have got a juice but it's still got killing it so yeah it definitely tastes like a juice you know taste straight out of the juicer okay i'm here i'm at the park i'm gonna run around this lake maybe once or two times i'm scared my legs are so itchy my shoulder blades hurt how do you feel oh i feel great i feel like we ran for like what 20 minutes i feel skinnier like lungs feel good yeah like my core feels tight i'm also sweating i just got to shaylee's house and we're going to do our second part of our workout here i guess apparently shaylee's brother has a boxing gloves and a punching bag so jacob if you're watching this sorry he's not watching this [Music] do i look so like like a string [Music] hey [Music] my shoulders are in pain [Music] okay so i just got out of my shower i am so hungry so i'm gonna have lunch now we're gonna have salmon and non-starchy vegetables i know she drinks ginger shots and kombucha instead of getting both of them i just got a ginger [Music] kombucha okay so my cauliflower is currently cooking i don't know if it's gonna be too much food i feel like it might salmon and asparagus is probably gonna be enough for me since the salmon is kind of big but i decided that i'd make it anyways because if there's extra then i can just have it tomorrow if you don't know what non-starchy vegetables are i think it's just like not like mashed potatoes sweet potatoes avocado etc non-sticky vegetables supposed to be really good for you also if you eat them raw probably better for you [Music] taste test first cauliflower pretty good i mean it tastes like cauliflower let's get some salmon in here it tastes so good i don't know if i can finish this salmon is kind of underrated i only started liking it this year and it's actually pretty good and i also have the kombucha but i'm so scared to try it because i know that i won't like it the bottom just looks so suspicious but let's have a sip i also feel like i won't particularly like this because it's gingery flavored like ginger mmm okay honestly not bad it tastes like sparkling cider but ginger flavor and i think ginger is supposed to be really good for you and kombucha is supposed to be good for you [Music] it is a few hours later i'm actually just heading out right now to go watch a movie with my it's been many hours later and by many i mean it's literally 8 p.m i am starving and also bella said that normally all her friends go out for dinner at like 10 p.m anyways but she's not about that lifestyle she likes to go to bed at 10 30. so instead she normally tries to have her dinners around 7 38 so i thought you know it's a perfect time and she also said that something that she often goes for for dinner is pizza i had the liberty of picking whatever kind of pizza that i wanted to since she didn't specify but two things that i read every single time i was looking through any of her diets was that one she eats a lot of spinach and two she has a lot of protein such as chicken so for today's pizza choice we're gonna have the restorante pizza spinach this is the number one in canada selling thin crust pizza brand we're gonna cut some chicken up put it on this pizza okay the oven has finished preheating after literally what felt like half an hour i can't do two things at the same time wait oh it's burning my face [Music] and timer is ready looking nice and crispy looking real [Music] okay our pizza is done i put three slices here but they're pretty small so i don't know if i'll be hungry i might end up getting more i also have a cup of water here definitely tastes a lot like kale but i'm not complaining i'm happy i added the chicken i feel like it would have been a little bit too plain for me to just have kale the thin crust though they were not playing around it does taste really good [Music] i just finished eating i ate the three pieces that you saw and then i had another two you know why because intuitive eating i eat when i'm hungry and i stop when i'm full i'm actually so tired i feel like i've done more things today than i've done in like days bella does say that by 10 p.m she has a face mask and she's watching tv winding down so that's what i'm gonna go do hello guys it is the next day and i'm feeling like a boss i'm kidding i'm kidding also my room's a little bit messy but let's just ignore that starting off with the review on the meals breakfast delicious i think i'm gonna have egg sandwiches from now on second of all my lunch was fire and i realized how easy it is to make salmon so i'm probably gonna start making salmon more often for dinner pizza was awesome couldn't complain as for my body i mean obviously it's only one day so there's not going to be a difference or anything but i wasn't bloated at all yesterday and i woke up with that nice morning skinny my jeans are so high-waisted but this is currently what my stomach looks like i feel like it looks a lot better than it has been looking i don't know if it has anything to do with how yesterday was because i've just been more fit in general but i do feel a difference i highly recommend trying out these meals and trying out her workout because that was really hard and if you guys like this video please give it a thumbs up so that i know and tell me if there's any
