Trash Picking Rich Neighborhood! Look What I Found - Ep. 367

all right everyone welcome back to the channel this week i should be leaving at the right time uh this week also was very very busy the last 24 hours have been bonkers i do still have to take out some stuff out of the van uh last night i did get back i unloaded most of this stuff i had to do a lot of sorting one to a bunch of those donation bins dropped off a bunch of the clothes i didn't want to keep or sell but i still have a ton of stuff uh so the van is somewhat packed from the storage if you guys haven't checked that out check out that video as well and a lot of different things going on around here so uh very very busy 24 hours no days off 2020 we're going back out today trash picking let's make another fun one and hey let's try to find some treasure what do you say let's do it all right first stop kind of books are we working with they all look like older yearbooks are not your books textbooks this is cool i think it's a scooby-doo telephone now we'll see what kind of records you are when i get back it says 1988 what could that be i don't know oh those are cool that one sounds really nice these stars definitely will sell this van's not gonna look pretty today i'll tell you right now i had somebody leave a comment on my instagram page about something about packing my van better yeah good luck i'm gonna take all of these this would definitely sell up where i'm at people love the farmhand farmland look not only these stars people throw these on their garages better if you're playing to be a ninja you are my sunshine my only sunshine sunshine it's one of those words all right let's try to hop out here without getting smoked i think we're good close the door this thing fell over my sunshine thing this was 22.50 and by the end of today it might be worth two bucks you can always count on a chair i totally forgot to use that line when we found the other chair but you're my sunshine this i'll just walk this way so so far i haven't seen any competition which is extremely rare um i felt like i left later today maybe i left 10 minutes later not that late anything on this side nope just couple trash cans i should lower this window amazing how these uh windows get so dirty now i'm very curious about those records i didn't really get to look at it but on the back of that one record i did show it's a 1988 on the bottom so i didn't really look at it too closely it was more like put it in the van that was it um but on the front it had a local wrecker store sticker on it for a local record store which i was going to bring all those cds if you guys remember i grabbed all those cds from the auctions by bringing all there uh but after a couple messages i realized it just wasn't going to work i wanted to get rid of everything they only wanted certain genres uh and we have treasure here so sometimes just not on the same page as other people which is fine grab whatever's over here all right so we got a bunch of chairs back are these somebody might want that don't oh they're they're boxes i'm not gonna take that because if somebody wants if somebody wants that whole kit i'll leave it for someone how do i just take the uh the poles because they're aluminum but i don't really want the skis i don't just want to leave skis there somebody wants that whole kit together they can have it yes i got it's broken right there oh well somebody might want it generally i would take that like just the poles but this thing's missing all the casters scrap but still early in the day it's getting closer towards the uh ski season so somebody might be able to use it hmm it's like signing off a garage door almost looks like a crank there for uh or something [Music] so that's probably i'd say three dollars and scrap right there all right usually it wouldn't like stop for this kind of stuff not because i don't know should be odds let me put this away most scrappers won't stop for this it's probably close to a dollar in scrap 80 cents maybe right now this guy always throws away like one or two small items or boxes and once in a while you'll get like a nice pile going so i don't want to discourage him from throwing stuff out somebody like just cherry picks them i need to go to that other scrap yard and just take these things in for once so there's another scrap yard that it's the same scrap yard that apparently pays brass price for pewter they also are supposed to buy these computer towers which they might not be a gear oh tower is not computer tower this is looks like for a radio station am i wrong am i right this might be a computer tower this is beer tower it ripped out something probably the hard drive this this might not be that's not a computer tower either just looks like one it's probably some sort could be i don't know it could be something with a radio station as well looks like a bed frame oh everything's falling over let's see if i can just toss this over there all right she's in there all right so i'm driving to the other side of this town usually i don't hit up any side streets because there's really not that many houses and they're really spaced out so i usually don't go down like to the left over here i do go down to the right that's that way is the way where we come across that one-way street that has the stop sign facing the other way which i heard a couple people say that it'd really be helpful if you went out like accidentally that wrong way it'd be like a stop for you but then i thought like i'm pretty sure every one-way street doesn't have that on the opposite side i don't know i feel like it's just kind of like you're supposed to know to go one way but i don't know it could be right could be wrong who knows who knows i do know one thing i haven't seen a lot of tv boxes out in trash today so today is the first trash picking day since black friday which was last week um trash big in this town that is our first trash day in this town since black friday and is that the red truck in front of us no i don't think that's him but we'll find out here in a bit um but i haven't seen that many like black friday items so with everything going on i think it's kind of crazy but it makes perfect sense everyone's going down this way you get a tree well that place is crowded everything keeps falling behind there um but yeah i guess because of everything going on a lot of people then do like black friday like they usually do black friday not that many boxes or tv boxes out in the trash maybe you've seen like one and usually i would see one every other street so not seen anything wrong with it it might be promising all right so we made it back i can't see because of the glare but it's also standing that's like standing in the wind what is that i don't see anything but i hear stuff ruffling around in these leaves over here nothing it's stopped uh i don't hunt that's one thing i don't do but i heard a lot of stories about people who uh they go hunting and all they do is hear squirrels running in the grass or the weeds or the leaves yeah that's a squirrel um it becomes kind of annoying i'm pretty sure exactly that same exact sound i was hearing exactly what they were talking about it's almost like they were getting trolled by a squirrel so we got a record player who knows that this thing works kind of weird they throw away their records and their record player at the same time but mainly uh not mainly but most likely the record player didn't work they decided to throw it out and then they're like these are all the records i don't watch or listen to so maybe i'll throw those out uh don't know who they are these look fairly yes it's all from this record store by me don't know any of these but this isn't a genre of stuff that looks like will not sell like i can't tell you how many records out there just do not sell like i don't even know what genre this stuff is i legit have no clue breaking glass that actually looks like some sort of punk rock thing uh electronic new wave synth pop 1980. i don't know somebody out there likes records steppenwolf these are pretty cool albums i don't know one person is that kansas that's not kansas i can't read nightmare allen i don't know anything like any of this stuff it's i have no clue about any of this music i've never heard of one of these bands but it's probably why i don't listen musics i just don't know music i don't know uh i do listen to music but i don't like i don't put things on a record player you know i'll throw up something on spotify or something but i don't really sit around and collect cds or eight tracks or whatever it might be but uh someone out there is gonna be able to use these somebody might even just use the covers uh we got a bunch of metal got some cool signs as well i got a stepladder which may or may not be uh functionable in the future but overall oh yeah we gotta check out this this was gonna say this thing yep that's exactly what i thought it was it's a scooby-doo radio or not radio uh telephone scooby dooby doo where are you i guess that's the uh yeah that would be the yeah that's the foam part i think i bet you i might look that up online it's probably worth some money who knows if it works i don't know if it works i don't have a landline to test it but cool thing all around hopefully you guys enjoyed yeah another treasure hunt always a
