these drivers are not working they're stopped that's what's giving you a problem when you're trying to download it that's why stopping the drivers or the installation on the computer i'll check the ip files and see what exactly it's giving you problem okay just a moment sir if you look on the screen so you can see this this is your ip addresses if you look right next to it you will see a list of foreign addresses here these connections are connected with multiple devices maybe you have these devices in your place amazon alexa or maybe you have an apple tv or this computer yeah i do it how did you know i had an apple tv it's on the screens are here oh my gosh and my roku these are all unauthorized connections are actually these yeah the roku and we say alexa amazon alexa you have all these foreign addresses we are talking about here normally there should be nothing there there should be nothing in there are these are all foreign addresses we call them botnets or hacking links or what do you mean they shouldn't be there i the game boy color is my i mean that's my game boy i'm and the apple tv that's your game i'm telling you again let me tell you we're calling it a robot yes no no i'm not i'm not talking a robot okay these are foreign these are actually foreign foreign addresses which are not supposed to connect with your devices recently that's what i'm trying to tell you i know i'm not i'm just telling you this is the list of your devices i'm telling you there should be nothing connected to these foreign addresses or these devices there should be no foreign addresses in there all these connections you can see established here these should be removed the different ip addresses you can see how many of them are numbers are coming up here these are all unauthorized connections we have to get rid of there should be nothing there on the foreign average section connected to any one of your devices so we have to make sure these foreign addresses are removed because these are neither nothing but ip infections or we call them hacking links this should be nothing there my mouse has a mind of its own it seems so i was telling you that i have the connection now i can work on the computer you can leave the computer the internet is working now it's restarting though that's what i've done i have to wait for it to restart give it two seconds give you permission to restart my computer why are you doing that sir we had to restart so there is no harm in restarting your computer sir we have to do it because we have to fix some problems here i hate restarting this dang thing it always makes some funny funny sounds now you hear that thing i'm telling you a computer kindly type in your passwords on your screen please type in a password um okay so you must know call it hacking removal technician will remove all these connections all these foreign addresses which were connected to your ip and different devices second thing we recommend you seriously which you can use to block all these connections further so these hacking links or foreign addresses will not come up against her i'm just trying to give a little bit of a hard time it's kind of darker for some
