[Music] what's up everybody my name is Scott and you're watching Kentucky ballistics and we're back today for another episode of big big guns today we have the Bighorn Armory Black Thunder lever action 500 magnum this is basically their model 89 but it's been beefed up and blacked out we have a 16 inch barrel with a massive muzzle break on the end you have rails on both sides but this is M lock so you can pick and choose what you want we have a nice big rail on top for Optics it comes standard with Skinner sights and then here on the right side you have your loading gate if you've been you who don't know how big a 500 magnum is let me show you as you can see the 500 magnum is what do you you weren't supposed to zoom out anyways let's blast these toilets okay I'm gonna load up with some Underwood Ammo 350 grain jacket at hollow points and uh I failed to mention there may be a little something special in those toilets all right let's make a mess foreign I think that one needs one more [Laughter] oh I think that'll do it this is quite a situation here uh we have mustard all over the berm these toilets completely exploded and this right here that is pretty awful and a pretty familiar sight this is pretty much what it looks like anytime I order Taco Bell two three I had a good feeling about that one at least Center my legs bro before we proceed forward with all of the chaos I want to do a little bit of Science and fulfill a request from our last video you all wanted to know how fast is the bullet moving and how does it compare to a 500 Magnum revolver so we're going to do just that I have a 16 inch block of 10 clear ballistic gel sent To Us by the fine folks at clearballistics and I have this magical device called a chronograph and it's going to measure the speed of our bullets oh yeah that's a good nice new solid piece of gel so first we're going to take a shot with a 500 Magnum revolver this has an 8 and 3 8 inch barrel and I'll be using some Underwood Ammo 350 grain jacket at hollow points okay let's see if I can get good and low here here we go 1738 feet per second oh yeah oh look at this that is one heck of a wound Channel and my table's falling over but the force from the round hitting the gel block actually busted the table also if you notice I hit a little low actually quite low the chronograph here about bit the dust alrighty now for the Bighorn Armory Black Thunder try not to shoot the chronograph here we go oh that was a little bit faster 2026 feet per second let's have a look at this block let's see here I believe yeah that's our original shot and then there is our second shot those look fairly similar but I would say that the second shot did a little more damage and we had quite an increase in speed so I would say that the Bighorn Armory lever action 500 magnum is definitely delivering a little more heat all right now it's time to clean up okay up next I have a Target that you all have been requesting for a very long time Orbeez this is five gallons of Orbeez okay let's hit it with a 350 grain hollow point oh [Music] that was an excellent Target all those are you lurking around watching this video and you're not bit of damage to that wax block here is the other piece of it so it looks like we hit right here we traveled through the wax hit about right there and I guess popped out the top up next I am going to shoot every toy from my childhood first I have a Stretch Armstrong then I have vac man and then last I have this wretched creature a Furby this Furby may sound sweet but it's an absolute Menace if you get them wet they multiply and if you feed it after midnight it'll burn down the whole town [Music] okay let's hit vac man first oh now how about stretch say goodbye Furby oh well I may have hit a little high on Batman [Music] solid hit on Stretch Armstrong and Furby well uh Ruby's not feeling too good up next I have three gallons of Elmer's Glue let's see what happens when we hit them with a 350 grain jacket at hollow point moving it over two thousand feet per second glue number one all right clue number two and glue number three okay The Recoil when shooting prone is a little more Stout it's going right into your collarbone up next I'm going to take a shot at one gallon of gray Poupon oh there is poop on everything I got poop on my side I got poop on my toilet I got poop on my Predator I got poop on my Giant chicken I got poop on my chicken all right the last thing on the menu today is a ballistic dummy Labs zombie bust oh all righty well my scientific conclusion from today's video is that the Bighorn Armory Black Thunder lever action is an absolute beast and I think this zombie would definitely agree you know I just feel like I am forgetting to do something but I
