hello and welcome to the end of bread week and a nother battle if you're not sure the battle is it's basically where these three go head to head to head to come up with a recipe on the seat they're trying to win your votes on the poll on YouTube and get brownie points from James and I this week there's a catch because James is our baking moisture of the studio the boys are free in a recipe he's created it this is the first and they'll see it they're going to try and cook it now I've tested all of these recipes and I have quite a specific vision for each of them no pressure then yes seen it I made it into the intro now to give us a give us a kickstart we've all been given a bread dough mine has been flavored with posh wari non flavors which are these almonds sultanas mango chutney personal because I'm making butter chicken in a naan bread bowl I'll be combined to my favorite things apple pies and funds I'm making apple pie ice buns now my vote is slightly enriched at or four dudes get Japan and get a simmering for about five or seven minutes until they are nicely soft finally I have chopped every piece of onion ginger chili garlic that exists in England today and I'm going to add it to a pan which has got some butter cardamom going in clove going in cinnamon go in in all Barry's got buns ten minutes time and then just second part of the apples it was the first half have softened after much chopping I am back to where I was when we last spoke veg pancetta in not as much oil here we go again all this double cream oj cometh hey crowd around everyone Oh everyone's here I'll get Hey hi guys burning my bloody pancetta that's a garnish now my abundance of calls into the bottom it sounds slightly hollow which i think is a good thing this means I can now take off the top scoop out the insides and add my apple filling right my onion garlic ginger chili have been frying gently for 15 minutes and they are now soft and they smell really fragrant so I'm going to add in garam masala ground coriander chilli powder and to multiply I'm going to coat it all and cook it out for another few minutes then add chicken stock saffron and sugar season and simmer for 20 minutes right I've pretty much finished off my sauce now it's time to skewer my chicken I'm going to place that under a grill for a few minutes to cook get a nice char on to it then we can add it into the sauce job done bread out put it in eat it with your mouth get brownie points ah today's on that late they are you alright yeah is that for garnish everything is done well well it's going to play is this is just going to go straight into the oven now because look how big is an impressive it is why don't you just keep on looking at this look and now this goes in here I'm so sorry I can't Foley I batty awesome version 2.0 is wrong it's got the best the savoriness of beer and richness of cheese I think cause you had to go back and do your roux again cause it split then the little bit of crunch of the veg still remains second time around I also did a bread battle so please feel free to dive into the bread do it dive into it you're right we got to be judging the bread as well here and it's a good bake and I think you were the boldest and bravest put your bread in last you gave it a long second fruitless better with the bread okay it's a prototype sweet and then it's slightly better for me so from beer I actually think that's pretty close I think the only reason things are missing is because you did have to start that again so you missed out in the pancetta flavor the effect is maybe a touch hard but in terms of like the soup working with the bread it's delicious this one first off I love the brief the combination was sweet in the spice rack I like I don't care by the bread space fantastic current and again a good baked good color from the tin but good soft inside I'm half of that you actually happen to proud I'll sit on a beard never say that you take that back okay so you look at it and you think that's quite dry because it's quite a dry apple mix it doesn't look like a prime egg and then you eat it and it's all there and I like the fact of the crunch of Apple as well as just apple puree I would've liked that right yeah very balanced and again we're judging the bread nice golden color all over a 10 minute bake delicious that is submitted everything I'm going to go very the brownie points they prepare them prepare them ah [Music] because there's different from the recipe lab and the better they look better they taste better I'm going straight there brownie point because I think conceptually it's a great idea and it is been delivered very well the sweet and the spice and the cream delicious three awesome recipes very good make very later if you want to get any
