chicken breast I'm going to bash the shaky breath out some making my burger and then get that in the buttermilk which you're going to be seen in with paprika cayenne and garlic powder got garlic that now the second part my hot wings is the hot sauce now this is a take on a buffalo sauce I didn't wanna cordon buffalo wings because Barry would get really confused does he seem buffalos and he hasn't seen them fly it is refusing it is immediately it is confusing to make the hot sauce mix a few drops of Tabasco with corn flour to make a paste add that to the pan with lethal syrup hot sauce butter and a whole bottle of Tabasco a whole bottle of the best and then I've white also got a selection of hot sauces here so we can choose how parts we want to go [Music] medium medium-well extra extra home I'm going to put some stuff in my flour oregano paprika scarlet powder basil [Music] if the chicken mix another chicken farm yeah this is a raw chicken does it get salmonella I advise a blue cheese dip and then forgot to write in the cider vinegar so I've had to read pour it back out of the pot it's going to take that blue cheese dip which was fantastic so now being even that's even something that's above 70 degrees Celsius a really nice chicken salads recipe would be great chicken says so I like the idea of putting chicken which is a very savory thing with fruit and we did an amazing chicken and mango salad while they're going to head peppery rocket in it it had strawberries mango and then roasted chicken and it was a very unusual combination and it's pretty much 50% fruit but it was so good I don't know why but I'm just listening to you and all I can think of is how good this would sound and half-speed when I'm not looking I'm just not listening I'm not listening to the food it would have sounded so good in half food right Liam chocolate always tastes great for what about chicken what does chicken go great with bracket sweet question mark okay so I think chicken does Tara treats our fruit we just mentioned that but the other one would be chocolate but not sweet chocolate dark chocolate mole a so kind of Mexican sauce it's got loads of spices and it's about open and it doesn't look good he got his light through and get it all because you need the bacon fat well-seasoned hash brown rush these things and ultimately we're judging the chicken and that is another great fried chicken at East burger that oh oh thank you wait what that is I mean my definition that is a hot wig me this is a good hot wing is something that it's hot it's quite it takes over your mouth it's succulent you've got the outside shards which is amazing and you want to go back for more yeah the question is how often this with like a fair a second no so I can taste the plate off which is rare for wings that slice today what on this case I think less is more I love the simplicity of that and the saffron mayonnaise takes it to a level I was not expecting these that kind of awesome almost metallic fat phony level of flavor that is the winner yeah this week this is also good and they cooked well they're just well they're hot wings but I never made these for you I make
