if you're new to Valerian you may not understand how all of the in-game mechanics work so let's start off easy if you're moving your bullets will be inaccurate you need to come to a full stop before taking your shot but there's also a mechanic called first shot inaccuracy this means that even if you are on target the shot may not hit and this will vary between different weapons for example the classic has a very high chance of having first bullet inaccuracy but the guardian has a much lower chance every weapon will also have a recoil pattern that you can control when spraying to make a spray more accurate for example if you spray a phantom without controlling it the spray will go straight up and then to the left so in order to control it you would need to pull down and to the right with your mouse and it would look something like this the Vandal pattern is very similar so you would pull your mouse down and to the right to compensate for it as well and last but not least skins equals wins but since not everyone can afford it I'm going to be giving away 1 Island battle pass to one person who likes this video and comments their free cash username in the comment section below and I've personally used free cash to earn myself over 200 worth of valorant gift cards and I know this definitely works for people because as you can see one of my viewers has made over 554 dollars by using free cash and another one has made over a hundred fifty five dollars there's a bunch of ways to earn free cash points you can do something like this raid Shadow Legends task where all you have to do is sign up and open six sacred shards in 45 days and you can make almost two hundred dollars or they have easier and faster tasks like this Tick Tock one where you can earn a dollar fifty for just signing up for tick tock I currently have over eighty dollars in my balance and on average it only takes users 17 minutes until they have enough to make their first withdrawal once you've earned enough free cash points and want to withdraw just select Valor and gift card and the amount that you want to withdraw and click withdraw to get your code then hop on Valiant and head over to prepaid gift cards and type in your code and just just like that you've earned enough for a new Valiant battle pass if you want to try it out join from the link in the description or pin comment for a chance to open a gift box worth up to 250 dollars now let's get right back to the video there's a few chat commands that I would recommend learning such as slash CC which will copy a player your spectating's Crosshair and allow you to easily try it out through your Crosshair profiles or you should also learn slash remake where if a teammate leaves the game in the first round of the game you can type this in and this will cancel the match and make it so that nobody in the game loses ELO now I know there's a lot of people asking what Crosshair to use but there is no real answer they do not give Aimbot and the most important aspect of a Crosshair is just making sure that it doesn't block your vision and it's mostly personal preference you can use the Valerian Crosshair database website to check out a bunch of different Pro players crosshairs and just copy the code and paste it into your ballot to try any of them out but here's five of my personal favorite ones if you want to try these the PRX something Crosshair the loud as fast Crosshair the sentence Crosser the Sinatra Crosser and the cryo Crosser I'll put all of these in the description for you guys if you want to try them out now let's talk about sensitivity this one is technically preference as well but you still want to optimize it to a sensitivity that you can control efficiently I have a full sensitivity guide out already if you want to watch and find yours but if not let me give you some bass lines for you to understand what a good range of sensitivity is and this is all going to be based on edpi to calculate your edpi just multiply your in-game sense by your DPI the average edpi in Pro play is 280 and the lowest edpi in Pro play is 100 while the highest is 569 by PRX forsaken so as long as you stay around this ballpark between 100 edpi and 569 edpi you're probably in a decent range but I would try to get as close to 280 as possible now here's some tips for the spike that not many people talk about the spike can be half diffused but a lot of people don't know that if you tap the diffuse the sound pitch will be much different from a non-half diffused Spike compared to a half diffuse Spike take a listen you can also know if you will die from the spike explosion by looking at your mini-map if your outer white circle on the minimap is out of range of where the spike is planted you will survive it's also important to note that when planting a spike the direction you are facing is where the spike will be planted so if you're facing a sage wall it will break when you plant the spike now let's talk about agents I'm not going to base this off of how good I personally think each agent is because in all honesty it's important to figure out which agent class that you need to play and which works best for you if you want to be very passive and want to flank enemies Sentinels are probably a good fit for you you could choose between killjoy Sage chamber or Cipher at the moment kiljoy is probably the strongest but new players tend to like Sage because she can heal and revive her teammates if you want to just run it down and take fights you should probably go with a duelist like jet neon raise Reina or yoru I would personally stay away from yoru since he requires a good amount of game sense and probably probably just go with rain or a jet since they're pretty straightforward and easy to use if you want to be a support player you could play initiator which would be KO Sky gecko Silva or fade I personally would go with sky or KO as a newer player as they are more straightforward and easier to use than the other agents finally we have controllers which are the smoke characters of the game I personally think this is the hardest role for newer players since you need to know where to place your smokes but this role consists of Brimstone Omen Astra Viper or Harbor I personally think that Brimstone is the easiest one to learn and uses smoke since they're pretty straightforward and so is his ultimate Astron Viper are fairly hard to use since they both require a decent amount of map knowledge to use efficiently speaking of map Knowledge Learning college is something that may take a while and if you still want to be able to communicate with your team try turning on the show call out setting on your minimap settings this makes it so when you open up your map it will have every area of the map labeled and allow you to visually learn all the callouts much faster than trying to have someone teach it to you now everyone knows that valent has an economy system but after coaching over 100 players I've noticed that not many people truly understand how to manage their team's economy which can actually be the difference between winning and losing a game let's break down the absolute basics of how economy works at the beginning of the game each player will be giving 800 credits which can be used for piss around to either buy a pistol or your abilities for every kill that your team gets you will get an extra 200 credits in the next round and for every round one you will receive 3 000 credits regardless of the fact if you plan it or defuse the spike if you plant or diffuse you will gain a additional 300 credits if you lose the round it works slightly different losing around will normally result in a player only getting 1900 credits but if you lose multiple rounds in a row you will gain a loss bonus which will increase after losing consecutive rounds after two consecutive rounds are lost in a row you will gain 2400 credits and it will continue to increase all the way up to 2900 credits after a third consecutive round loss now I know a lot of people are confused on what to buy on pistol around so I'm going to show you guys the best thing to buy on every agent so there's no confusion it's also important to note that as of patch 6.11 the shorty and frenzy have been nerfed so while they are still viable I would say frenzy meta has sort of come to an end the price increase and damage drop-off for the shorty also makes it less viable at this point for pistol rounds starting with Duelists if you play Rainer you're going to want to buy a ghost and two devours for raise you want two satchels and light shields for neon you want a frenzy and two Fast Lanes for a jet you want a ghost and one smoke for Phoenix you want a ghost and one flash for yoru you want a ghost and one flash as well for initiatives for silver you want light Shields and a drone for fade two Prowlers and ACS for KO one Flash and a ghost and for breach just two flashes for Gekko you want light Shields and a wingman for Sky you want your heel and a Trailblazer for Brim two smokes and a ghost for Asha two stars and light shields for Viper two snake bites and light shields for Harbor two Cascades and a Cove for Omen a paranoia a smoke and light shields for chamber one trip and four Headhunter shots for Cipher one cage one trip and a ghost for killjoy one Molly and a ghost and for sage two slows and your wall now I know not everyone has time to do a long intensive aim training routine but I would recommend before playing a competitive match to do just a quick warm-up just so you aren't missing because you aren't in the zone when you play I made a really quick warm-up routine for you guys and this is the quickest way to warm up in my opinion if you're short on time so just turn on the practice spots and only make horizontal adjustments on them while strafing just to warm up your movement and Crosshair placement then I'd suggest turning on 30 easy Bots and doing the same thing and then proceed to do it again with 30 medium Bots as well try to be as precise as possible while doing it and not rushing the shots because accuracy is more important than fast flicks and will lead to you being more consistent I really hope this video helped you out and if it did don't forget to subscribe it really helps out the channel and if you think you need more help go ahead and join my Discord in the description where I do free coaching which I stream all live on Twitch at twitch.tv remvalent and again thanks for watching and peace out
