THE TRUTH ABOUT THE BANNERS Of 4.7 | Small Deep Dive - Genshin Impact

I know a lot of you are still wondering what the banners for 4.7 and also the chronicled wish are because in every single video I see a lot of comments about it well in this video we won't be necessar finding the characters who will rerun but rather to clear up misconceptions and also ultimately get a clearer picture of what really is happening usually by now we get at least some early news saying these are the characters but for some reason we still haven't received that info yet this also goes for the banner I would just wish they specified at least what nation it's going to be that alone should give you a good understanding of the situation with banners we really don't have anything other than someone who said it was chlorin Rio sigin and Navia the person who said this also doesn't have any credibility if I'm not mistaken and if there was indeed something hxg dich would have surely made a tweet about it all we know is that hoyo has a lot of characters to rerun and they prioritize early release characters with zero reruns so that would be Rio and Nava maybe finina as well but she has some complications about which I will talk later 4.8 firstly was said to be the release of Emily then later on they said she wouldn't be released but would attend the main event as an NPC and since no info has come up about her yet 4.8 could just be a full rerun patch just like 2.8 and 3.8 now going back to the priorities of hoyo which are new characters with zero reruns who were released early with that priority we can confirm that Rio and Navia will get a rerun by 4.8 so if any one of them doesn't show up in 4.7 they will rerun in 4.8 now let's talk about furina she is a really complicated character since she was supposed to be released in 4.6 but hoyo said she isn't an archon anymore and nalette did follow the archon pattern which is is that every archon after their first release gets a rerun after three patches so let's assume he is the archon in hoo's eyes and rerun pattern now wouldn't that make furina just a normal character like Navia and Rio and if a character from 4.3 is getting a rerun which is Navia why wouldn't a character from 4.2 not get a rerun which is furina so we really can't say if finina will only rerun during Natan now or if she will indeed get a rerun during the Fontaine Arc she as I said is a really complicated character right now I would personally say there is still a lot of confusion between nette and forina even though new Vette followed the archon pattern so what I'm trying to say is that there is literally no info about the 4.7 rerun characters and none of the bigger data miners have said anything about it yet the same goes for the chronicled wish as well someone said it was lieu characters but we don't even know if a chronicled wish will happen in 4.7 the criteria fit well it's a patch without a new map which can be considered a filler but of course we have things like the new end game Dane's life Quest but assuming a chronicled wish does indeed happen the majority of Liu and Inazuma characters have rerun three times which is also the criteria to be in the chronicled wish this is the chart for the characters that haven't returned yet and this is a chart I made about Liu and in Zuma characters that have been rerun three or more times you can see Shena is on top but Shena hasn't reran three times so I don't think she can be included in the chronicled wish if they do it's probably going to be because of how early she was released then we have NYU alham and yalan at the top they also haven't reran three times so we can't add them to the chronicled wish since they are the characters without the highest reruns they could be the rerun characters for 4.7 and 4.8 now you must be asking all right then what about kookomi kokomi actually fits very well so does ganu too so now the question is which nation would have the chronicled banner to that I have to say it's kind of complicated but I'll explain hoyo never told us that the chronicled banner is region specific but yes 4.5 did seem like it was but their only two rules are that the character must have rerun at least three times and the character shouldn't rerun closer to the new chronicled wish about to be released so if we go with hoo's rules we can have multiple characters from different nations so it could be kokami ganu child or Hut but if we go with region specific and it's Inazuma it could be kokomi aaka and yoia since they are the highest and have rerun three or more times but if it's from Liu it could be ganu huta and Xiao Xiao is the only character here with the lowest by the way so if we exclude him there are only huta and ganu which doesn't make sense by the time 4.7 releases xia will move from two to three banners different from the chronicled wish so I would say he is qualified if we consider child to be with Le I guess it could work but he is from snia so yeah now after all this I'm pretty sure you are confused you probably don't even know what to believe and that's exactly the point we don't know so when people say it's this or not without Big Data miners supporting the claim it's just well pure speculation without any bases I know this probably resets your banner expectations but the truth is the truth so to sum it up Rio and Navia will be either in 4.7 or 4.8 furina is a little complicated so we have no clue about her the chronicled wish is a mystery and we do not know so I hope that cleared up your confusion about it I mean basically what I proved here is that the banner news and chronicled wishes are not real we still need more answers from the data miners so chill relax we probably aren't going to see any news about the banners soon even though I wish we could I'll be looking everywhere for anything that comes up but of course from credible sources we should be seeing a beta update for 4.7 pretty soon I think it's every Monday or Wednesday that the beta gets updated and who knows maybe the answers to our questions will be answered there also I wanted to ask this question a long time ago but I never had the knowledge or time for it but I know a lot of you also play Star rail so I was wondering if you would like me to also cover star rail content it could be on a different Channel since I know the majority of you in the community only play genin but let
