Hi! I just watched the entire video. Your writing is excellent, your vocabulary vast, and your diction soothing. I think you do a great job of breaking down what did and did not work regarding game design, storytelling, and dialogue.

This is the best StarCraft focused content I have seen in a while. It is refreshing to see something that isn't strictly concerned with high level play. Additionally, most videos I have seen speaking on the story of StarCraft are unnecessarily negative to the point of absurdity. You did a great job of pointing out the flaws, while not disregarding the areas that actually turned out well.

One last thought, while watching your video I sat in awe at how much effort and time this video must have taken. From writing the script, to recording the voice, to putting together the visuals of the video. Absolutely incredible.

Thank you so much for making this, it is wonderful work.

This was surprisingly good. When I saw the video was over an hour long I rolled my eyes and figured I'd listen to it for a few minutes and close it down...

Ended up watching the whole thing. I really liked the analysis and I hope you make more of it. It was such an honest review of the whole thing, mentioning both fair criticism and redeeming factors.

Hearing fans and Starcraft personalities talking about the campaign post release, you'd think the game was either great and flawless, or complete ridiculous garbage.

It was refreshing to finally hear a reasonable and well thought out position. Sure took a while...

Holy shit that was a long video. Great articulation and vocabulary, it must have been a great effort and you seem to have the target audience of someone who has no idea about starcraft and if you did you nailed it.

I like it!

EDIT: Just watched about 15 minutes of it; it's still good, but there's quite a bit I'd do differently regarding the script/presentation. Kudos for the effort nonetheless, tho!

He did a great job with this, absolutely fantastic, but his friend did not half talk a pile of rubbish about the proscene, that part was disappointing like giving a pedestal to someone with out of date perspectives from the "save HotS" era....

This was really cool to listen to. Really well written, well researched and just a great perspective from a side we rarely see.

I kept getting distracted by him saying that Zero Hour was the 2nd mission of WoL, when it's the 3rd. Admittedly the 2nd mission is pretty insignificant and forgettable (effectively just a tutorial on gathering resources + introducing Medics), but since he repeated it as a fact 3 or 4 times, it bugged me. I'm a quibbling nerd, though.

It was overall really well done, and I appreciate the serious effort that was put in here.
