The RPGing of Isaac - Afterbirth+ Mod

hey what is up everybody I am Hudson welcome back to active birth plus we have a very special mod today called the RPG of Isaac so Before we jump in let's read the description let's not miss a damn thing this mod gives Isaac a leveling system where you get XP base out the max HP of an enemy each time you level up you have a choice of four stats to upgrade awesome awesome awesome let's do it man I'm ready for this I've been waiting for something along these lines press H to hide H to hide oh that's ok HP down XP down I mean sat down I don't understand why there would be a thing like that why would I want to lower my XP gain the less XP there must be a challenge mode what is it Games fever stat no let's restart let's not do those I'd like to experience it as is ok so we still go to d6 you still have items but depending on how many enemies we kill we can upgrade our stats and that's why we have 3.15 damage because eventually it's I think it's hinted that this getting like very overpowered so you know what I should just reroll these items but that that feels too cheated in me let's just leave those items alone so yes the problem here as denoted by the mod Creator is that it can get overpowered right because if you keep grinding away the more enemies you kill the more XP you're going to gain and then you just dump that all in the damage it's just it's free damage upgrades and you already have uh you know item rooms and stuff I don't know it feels the devil or silver I'm assuming everything is pretty similar but I like how it's based off the HP of the enemy to come in that time so it's the most complete balanced thing I've ever seen but I think it'll work for the most part here we're already almost level 2 I'm very excited to see this happen you know this is kind of like this is getting to the stage you guys where some of these mods could sort of work together and just make some sort of super epic completely new and different game like almost all together you could recreate the entire game and that's kind of what I'm excited for you know it's kind of like Garry's Mod and how like it just opens everything up to you there's been how many games that have come out that you know are not just garrys mod there's just something completely entirely separate something totally new like prop puns and the hind speaks and all those things like that I want that to be like Isaac I want there to be Isaac you know with Isaac mobs and then I wanted to be like a plethora of just new and interesting [ __ ] that citizen that's different I'm excited to see it you know and I love this this engine that we're running on do like I just I don't know and the artwork everything awesome so close all the tools please that guy okay so the red champions they have even more health than normal which is good oh yeah you've said point vbn okay if it looks like luck shot speed or regular speed and I can't exactly tell what's going on I'm swimming vias look be a shot speed and N is regular speed 0.9 damage what's that on the bottom I don't know let's just go ahead if I click H that hide all of stuff no V I guess oh okay so you go around I got you BB NVB and so vnn can switch between things I mean I want damage for sure plus 0.1 7 damage sweet awesome our shot speed does suck though we already leveled up because that one guy had so much health totally crap damage 3.5 damage we just got to on level 3 back to starting damage okay that makes sense flight behind I'm ready I'm still going to love love up there on fights and feel it I do suppose that levels are going to be harder and harder to get to right we're not linear or at least they shouldn't be they're not in most games you know it doesn't take 10 XP to get to level 2 and then 10 XP to get to level 30 from 29 jazz beat is killing me it's basically gotten rid of any kind of range I might have but actually you know the shots we'd make so that I can stick in front of them for so for such a long distance in front of them that were pretty much out of his range anyways Wow we did it we did it um luck would be something that would be amazing but only when I really have like an unlocked based item and you know why here's a range upgrade so we're not to really worry about shot speed right now maybe regular speed would be a good thing to bump up at this point on let's try it minus 0.1 minus point 1 mean plus point one plus point zero five okay interesting do I want to hide the XP bar I don't know I like that they gave the option to hide it though it's quite nice of them this is a good first floor I like this first floor you know what I would have known that there was uh enemies in here I would have waited to reroll that range upgrade but like I said rage is pretty good when you have no shot speed so I wonder how many levels you gain for fighting the hush or boss rush good lord the levels of your game so it definitely makes us that you want the full clear things at the same time if you feel clear you're not going to go fast and like I said make it to boss rush or hush so I don't know what's which one's better with how many levels can you gain I want to see people download this mod and legitimately play through it without other mods that is and just see how far you can level up I don't know like what's the maximum possible level that you could even gain if you did every single room and every single boss rush and hush fight and delirium and all that stuff about all just like worked out perfectly I think something that could be cool to to balance this out what if for every single time you take damage you lose experience you know what if you would if you don't call it experience but yet you call it something different just like you know like a combo right the more combo you get the more stats you can increase and if you start taking damage you actually start losing that combo and when can we get a Diablo like mod where you have to grind for items the helmet and you have a shield you have a sword or you know something obviously not those things you know combat is with our face and our tears but you know maybe you could have like different glasses that you wear maybe you can have like contacts would be a thing you know maybe instead of armor you have things like you can stab your you know like a needle through you see crime or or the wire coat hanger just and let's go full RPG on this and for anybody crying about like will you take it away like the essence to the gate well don't you can play the game without mud before I don't care I'm not even saying that I might necessarily fall in love with an RPG Isaac if it was full but I just want to see what I just you know I want to see what it is I'm going to see someone try it out I feel like I you just sit here and let the void pump out enemies I don't think we're going to make it a boss rush anyways the more enemies are better right although I'm not sure how many points I get for killing a void 3.85 damage now on level six that put most of it into my damage I only put one into my speed I feel like with enough damage you don't need shot speed you don't need regular speed you don't need luck damage I'll just we'll pull you through and I'm betting that the locks when you upgrade it is only 0.5 bucks so I'm guessing at least that's a bunch of [ __ ] well that's a bunch of loveliness glory Carol cloth is it worth yeah I'll take it it's pretty good I want to have a mod that is legit Pokemon like please let me do that and then you know what you can take that screen where are you you bvn it between different stats turn that into your Pokemon holster you know which Pokemon are you going to throw out maybe you only throw out one Pokemon per room maybe every single enemy is an element type I'm just going to throw these things out there and then you're your Pokemon actually have the level of bars and then you can upgrade their stuff and then you know maybe even teach them more moves so they can have a different attacks I'm just damaged man damage damage damage damage me please piggy bank whatever I mean I yeah I could see it I could be it but if we get an angel Rome that's what I would rather save my D for you know and a bomb but I'm thinking man like if that there's a Pokemon mod right and you throw the Pokemon out but you still can take damage right let's say that maybe your Pokemon does have health right it can only last a certain amount of time and if your Pokemon dodge you can throw it another one and if all your pokemon die in one room then you have to go back then you have to go back to the start right it's like you died but it's just like reset at the floor you white it out right you've y-you blocked out you wire it out you green now whatever the [ __ ] color you want you know I think that'd be a hella creative but you know not to take away from what you've done mod creator I like this a lot top item this is pretty cool with over the inputs and stuff 1.15 X you know it's a multiplier that we're doing on the damage so the more we add to that multiplier the better it's going to get so you know there's no sense in spreading it out I feel like if it's not a constant number if it just is going to get better and better and better it's way better to just put it into one thing Wow okay well here goes nothing point two nine damage now getting a job when you have piercing tears like I am so sorry keep going man point for damage another one oh my goodness yeah yeah that's going to work out for me yeah that'll be okay I think that'll be okay I think that we just gave up a bunch of red health it's copy you know what forget that item room I'm moving on I'm moving on maybe possibly to get to the hospital I I feel like the reason that we gained two levels there's because job had health on each one of its segments that maybe that's not really a fair room but he won no I don't think I'm gonna come back for that so let's just take it black run black currents are good black rooms are really good alright this point I'm going to go ahead and hide the bar no I fat-fingered it no that's fine completely flat finger the button that's my bad what so I had it hidden I gained a level but it didn't give me the option it didn't actually let me select anything and I don't know if any of my stats increase I'm sure you guys know because you just rewind it and look but what why though apparently just can't have it hidden can I do it now oh I can do it now you just can't be in a room with sliding okay no that's fine killing it just killing it right now dark puted ah well it's half off sure yeah why not okay oh yeah sure dare that's oh good that's a little bit better that's a little bit better mildly and you know what I think it's time Oh Garf cute if you have nine lives oh I think nine live rocks before dark Judas is this true I mean can I just kill myself quick here please and try this out please thank you yeah nine lives is going to proc before dark Judas oh well I can kill myself eight more times but not sure I want to do that you know what yes I do yes I do what are we talking about you got dark bum we have nothing to worry about give me the double damage please now my damage and I want it now talk to the 1698 for my damage we're going to book it right now if we're gonna get the hush place 20 minutes already and we're only on case - oh geez that's what I'm talking about there it is let me have it I don't have it spongebob there's my speed there's my speed so here's the thing like I'm going to glad it didn't put more into speed because you're going to find it later probably your props probably gonna find speed and shot speed normally through boss fights now like I the answer is not really to take away normal items in the game because that would be that'd be suckfest that the [ __ ] fill you can't just take away everyone's items and our take away the RNG that'd be real boring so I don't know really how to fix that I don't know oh look at that room look at that room look at all those prizes I got Wow reminds me of like going like circus pizza or like Chucky Cheese like those types of places like those arcade for kids and you end up like getting like three jackpots and you're like I am Jesus I am Jesus I got so many prizes I won today I am a winner and then you go up to the cash you know the prize counter and you're like I've got four 2006 and they're like oh well here's your prize is kid and you're like I'm still getting the Xbox I'm getting three Xboxes and you go off there and like you can get like a piece of bubblegum and like maybe one of those little like flips Stoppers you know you wait your flip them inside out and then you put them on the desk and go foot and that was like 30,000 you're like oh life is a [ __ ] lie I literally would have had to spend $7,000 worth on tickets in order to get enough tickets back or coins rather to get tickets back in order get that Xbox it's a $7000 Xbox it yep yeah no it's $7000 I ran the math was it worth it no no it was not your parents are sitting there like I could have just [ __ ] bottom an Xbox it was taking them to Scott dam arcade pencil hell yeah oh yeah that's every 15 shots weekend a monstros long blast his goodness is real good sack of sack double charge so just filled to the goody today oh my goodness I've mined over already like sort tears go through an enemy they turn into a double damage homing tear of death doom very good for crowd control and piercing is just good in general you know I probably given up some health just for piercing oh that's not taking damage man I said stop taking damage your big dumb how are you - what the hell's that does that pulsating hole why why is there a pulsating hole please mom oh jeez I can't I cannot and I cannot and I will not ones delirium I think the pulse anyone that's that's a weird I don't know about that is help just give me help please somebody a little Chad right now it'd be glorious again pee right now I'd be glorious Aiden that gives me red heart watch the [ __ ] blasted six I hate how he travels five hundred bajillion miles after y'all lose a little bit of hit damage the Fallen not good we could easily get hit here we could easily get hit here holy [ __ ] holy goodness help that's not health I need health right now I'm going to die so speaking of dying or like really really need health oh how we're going to get to the hush fighting how are we going to survive the hush fight if I die right now please tell me I'm not going to I somebody please remove these cutlery from my needs holy [ __ ] shape worms no not like this holy [ __ ] tapeworm please ace of diamonds not helpful at all there it is get it give it to me yes that's all I needed permit card take me away you know what let's actually choose this room person than Hermit card now Hermit card take me away - so hearts we're invincible less than a minute to kill mom's heart can we do it watch me volcano Walsh mate shark fun now thank thanks bud 40 second 40 second Miracle on Elm Street ah nice get them come on go faster what's up the lasers oh they're coming yeah they are whoa did we do it yeah it's good 20 seconds let's go into here first and see if there's anything worth getting a little better guppy I'll have to I [ __ ] have to oh my god we did it nineteen point nine one damage it feels pretty good yeah it feels kind of nice what do we got for our prizes that's not very good you know that's less so that is less so the battery in here so I'm reeling both of them blink wow bad you know what do it again in here really really really bad Kevon no could give me more chest on the chest double judgment I forgot about that take all my money I'm not going to take the health and then I should have saved my real for out here I should always have put the judgements in here and then I could have had four items to re-roll all dreams strikes card could be pretty good here let's pop the strengths card in that room for sure and then I'll take explosive oh because I'm not a [ __ ] strength card please algae's if we need it but it's hope you don't holy crap we're going to look at those bombs this is out of hand this is getting out of hand I can't even see his tears behind my ginormous sized explosive Oh explosion sighs doomed fangs of doom level 18 they'll write this down how many levels do we get for killing hush I probably get to level 19 just off as flies alone just close your eyes close your eyes and keep shooting is it working it is working I did it I did it we're done two stat points 18 to 20 damage damage 35 damage okay 35 with a double strength card though house not a good day to be Isaac okay no more collecting keys we like keep them get all of them that's the plan going forward oh yeah nope nope and continuum higher range with tiny planet is a very good thing this is just getting ridiculous the best part about this is that when they pierce through an enemy and they get the double damage they just kind of keep going around in a circle and it's going to be a big slugfest nails 1 t 7 that was six a more than six damage right there forget me now woo come back for that later blue baby just level up so I probably won't level up again I don't think so and there's a void does the void stay there do I have to go now because you know what ah whoo I would have forget-me-now on the chest though I really do I wish there was a way that you know we could make a decision easier we'll probably just end up going to delirium instead of redoing the chest weren't weren't where I got to go for all the tears upgrades that we can get right oh goodness it doesn't even matter where it's aiming just spit out some tears around me just do it I can't even see anything I can't see the screen anymore god damn it stream backfire shielded tears would create an impenetrable barrier around me that would be good if I get a bet that thing that I just said multi-dimensional oh my god oh no way no flipping way judgment double judgment goodbye well that was bad conjoined meanie I think we're pretty far away from conjoined honestly that's it that's it folks down to the one place delirium just hope that we don't get those delirium right away if we do it's not a big deal we could totally handle them dead I fancy grabbed tears up please point seven five damage per damage upgrade now pretty good [Music] I can't see anything trying to press a kitten yeah he would like that thank you this is going really well incredibly well Wow he sucks at hitting me he's really bad at this game holy [ __ ] he crusted kitten be proud of me gained a level for it good you know what we capped out I did not know that you could cap out it at a time to multiplier okay what do you think we should put it on two kittens like it matters at this point in time let's just go ahead and put it on our luck 0.75 luck 0.75 lakh 0.75 like three levels okay what do we get to level 27 by the end of this sweet there's still plenty more that we could have done but I think it's good enough to call today this is a fantastic mod thank you so much for the motto for creating this and I'm excited to see what's going to come of it I want to see this idea take off into something totally new thank you guys so much for watching and I will see you in the next episode see you
