The PERFECT Budget Console Gaming Setup

390 is the total I paid for this entire gaming setup and I'm going to be showing you exactly how first is the console and when you're on such a tight budget the Xbox series s is the clear winner it's just buy for the best bang for your buck and you can find a lot of these pre-owned on eBay for 220 the Xbox series s is so much more powerful than any of the old consoles and allows you to get 120 FPS in a lot of games we had exactly 170 dollars remaining in the budget and I still wanted to get a really good Monitor and I had no idea you could get 165 Hertz pre-owned monitors on eBay for literally only 99 without shipping this specific one is actually open box that's how they're able to make it like so cheap but as long as the monitor works exactly how it's supposed to get to 165 Hertz and everything like that then it's perfectly fine oh my gosh oh my gosh bro I just had a mini heart attack I was looking for the monitor I didn't see it and I almost just let it face plant on my table bro inside though you literally just get the basics you get a pretty decent looking monitor stand and then here is the actual thing that sits on the table and you just connect it I think just by screwing it in yeah you just screw it in that's really easy and then it comes with the power cable right over here and an included HDMI cable all right here is our monitor stand and this is the actual monitor itself it's pretty small it's only 24 inches but it's still 165 Hertz so the refresh rate is actually faster than the Xbox series s is but that's just good if you decide to upgrade in the future to like a budget PC or anything like that and this is how it looks on the back all you have to do is slide it in just it shouldn't be too hard yep okay there we go that's it it's so easy no like screwdriver needed or anything like that you just straight up tighten everything by hand and that's it monitor's done now I only had 70 dollars remaining in the budget to buy a keyboard mouse headset and mouse pad and this is where I had to do a little bit of searching the mouse is the hyperx pulse fire which I got in a little bit of a sale but you can buy a brand new on Amazon right now for only fifteen dollars by the way everything will be linked down below for the usual packaging that hyperx uses this is definitely extremely on the budget side you can tell they tried to cut the price as much as they could but I mean that just makes it cheaper for the consumer which is kind of a win-win I guess all right first impressions of the mouse is it definitely is a little bit heavier than you would think I personally prefer more light mice but I mean it is only like 15 this mouse you have like the DPI buttons right over here you also have your side buttons which are really really important make sure you don't cheap out and get a mouse with outside buttons because that will be a nightmare but I can't really completely review it until I actually use it in game but so far looks pretty they're the exact same size they kind of just perform the same they both have red clicky switches but since I'm going on an extremely tight budget I'm gonna cut the four dollars and just use the 25 wish keyboard when I first started building setups I definitely neglected audio quality and it is just not worth it at all but you can still find good headsets like this one right over here has a microphone and everything for 25 audio quality completely blew my expectations out of the water and it's not one of those cringy like gaming headsets for like 20 bucks where they have a bunch of blue all over them and they're just absolutely be terrible trust me I've had like one or two of those and I never liked them but this thing is by far the best headset I've had for 25 dollars and I didn't know you could get this good sound quality for that kind of price and finally for the mouse pad it is kinda not that long in terms of its actual like width but it is a pretty decent sized mouse pad looks pretty good personally I'm a fan of the design I like it a lot better than like those plain black mouse pads got it for 14 on Amazon brand new again everything will be linked Down Below in the description but I can't really explain how the mouse Glide will be too much but if I just grab the mouse here and kind of just lay it around with it a little bit it doesn't feel like awfully terrible and it's just kind of how you would expect if I'm being honest okay so now let's put together this entire setup and I'll just show you guys how good it really looks [Applause] [Music] last time I used the Xbox I actually showed you guys how you could get into Microsoft Edge and watch YouTube videos or anything like that and just in case you guys haven't seen it you can literally just pull up YouTube you can look at any of my videos on my channel just like you would on a normal PC and you can also do school work or anything like that so the Xbox series s is basically just a budget PC that's literally what it's basically become okay but what everyone cares about is the actual gaming so I have fortnite open of course and we're getting like 124 FPS the FPS does drop just a little bit but it goes to like 110 most of the time sometimes it drops a little bit lower if you're in like a more intense fight but most the time it's like really consistent the only thing I really am not a fan of is the motion blur that you get wait 10 damage oh okay yo this is so weird if feels a little bit delayed if I'm being completely honest just because I play on like a 40 90 so you know I'm playing on the best of the best comparing it to this but this still feels really really good initial impressions of actually gaming this is the first game I've actually played with like this entire setup okay wait let me just kill this guy okay okay but what I was saying though this monitor for 99 is insane I mean 165 Hertz you cannot complain at all the mouse pad feels pretty good just nothing crazy at all kind of normal but the thing is I am extremely picky with mice and to be honest this mouse is just like I was saying I already knew it was going to be too heavy it doesn't feel too good to Glide like if I kind of like just slide it around it doesn't feel that good the mouse is kind of too heavy in my opinion okay we're heading into Mega City and this is where it's kind of more busy so the FPS definitely takes a little bit of a hit we're still getting like 90 to 100 FPS the lowest I saw it go to was 84. wait I hear oh right here okay oh sure I forgot I had this dude that thing is so weird it's literally so weird we're also in Pub lobbies by the way because my account not high enough of a level to play Arena on Xbox which kind of sucks oh this guy right here that's good oh my gosh I hate Pub so much I hate that they have Boston I just don't know why they would ever add that bro wait he's right here yeah this is like definitely a bot you see what I mean this is why I don't like it oh wait there's another is that another bot oh that's a real player finally an actual real player man what the yo I don't know it feels like there's kind of um oh my I actually almost died yo it feels like there's some type of mouse Glide or extra Mouse boost Sensitivity I don't know it's kind of weird oh how did I feel no way I doubted this guy right yo I'm gonna die to this guy I'm calling it oh oh my gosh okay this shotgun hits for nothing there we go how did I almost die to him bro yeah dude there's just way too many Bots bro in pubs there's just way too many it's annoying I say that every the console bruh when you play keyboard and mouse on Console it gives you like kind of annoying things sometimes like this oh I'm so smart I'm so smart I got rid of it oh my okay this blur is crazy I cannot see anything for my life yo there has to be a way you can get rid of this blur bro I cannot see anything bro correct oh wait no actually he's not cracked at all oh I see someone right there yo how do I switch my weapon oh my gosh I cannot see I can't see bro I ran out of bullet bro oh my he's right here I don't I'll have one plate yo where's this guy I cannot rely on my audio yo where's this guy bro yo stop camping behind that bro yo he's literally camping bro oh I see him I just saw him running bro what yo who who has nades in here bro are you kidding me all right war zone 2 doesn't feel like bad honestly at all to play the only thing is the blur but I almost guarantee there is a way to get rid of the blur I just like really never play Warzone at all so I don't really know if there is oh my gosh bro I can't do anything okay at least we got two kills I'll take that I'll take that for me never playing Horizon at all FPS wise it did really well there weren't like huge frame drops or anything like that so Warzone if you're actually good at the game works well okay and even if you're just a Casual Gamer you can still play games just like Forza Horizon or anything like that no that was such a clean drift at the beginning there okay I literally never play Forza on like controller or anything like that so I'm like really bad at usually play on like a steering wheel and it's a lot more fun that's for sure like I'm sliding all over the place here I also forgot to mention earlier in this video when you buy an Xbox series s it comes with like their brand new Xbox um Series S controllers like this all white one and you can use it for casual games like Forza 5 or like anything else really so I I mean you're getting a lot of money probably one of the best arguably the best gaming setup you can get for 400 in my opinion performance and looks wise this setup is just so good let's just drive into the water real quick you know what I'm saying if you watched all the
