THE NICEST MOTORCOACH ON THE MARKET RIGHT NOW! Newell Coach 1704

[Music] ladies and gentlemen it is a beautiful day today here just outside of atlanta georgia and behind me is what i think is the nicest high-end motor coach that is on the market right now this is a 2021 newell coach bunk model with two full baths this is newell coach 1704 the current owner of this coach liked this coach so much that they ordered a 2023 renewal coach you're probably wondering why would someone trade a 2021 newell coach for a 2023 renewal coach well there's two things that the current owner does not like about this coach that i'm going to tell you today i want to take you on a tour of this coach show you this coach with the slide outs in with the slide outs out go through the basement bays let's go check it out if you haven't already seen some of the videos i've done at the newell coach factory with the team from newell coach those are definitely worth checking out to get a behind-the-scenes look at the build process of these coaches i will leave a link to that video in the description below so you can see the factory tour and how they're constructed all the stuff like the steel cage that's around the cockpit area the sidewalls are aluminum there's some really cool stuff going on in this paint job like i want to show you look at the fade here if you notice down here it goes from a dark gray to a light gray and then the same thing here from a light silver to a dark gray and i love the red and blue stripes with the bright white pin stripes giving it that patriotic feel and of course the huge newell coach windows give you a view unlike any other coach in the industry let's take a look in this engine bay here first but this does have the cummins x15 the most powerful engine in the industry the 100th anniversary there notice how clean it is i love seeing this too a power washer back here to help keep the coach clean and even a foam cannon and i love all the little goodies like the chrome finishing there nobody finishes out the engines like newell coach does here's an air compressor here if you need to air up your tires i'll point out right now you can't see it because it's light outside but it's got that light down there so if you ever do need to change a belt or work on it at night that will illuminate your engine bay one of the things that impresses me the most about newell coach is their 24 7 customer service hotline regardless of age of the coach so if you ever get in a pinch and you need to get a hold of a technician at newell coach they have a system set up in place where you can give them a call and they'll have a technician call you back within 15 minutes 24 7 365 let's go into the base here a little bit and show you what's going on now the current owners still do have some of their belongings in here but one of the things i really like about these newels is you've got this remote right here you just come over here and press this out button and that whole bay will bring all of your stuff to you and notice how high the wall is of this bay really making it like a compartment so everything holds into place and look at how far that comes out so it's very easy load all of your stuff up you can put a ton of stuff in this area and of course newell coach finishes it out with all these cool textures and materials and of course all lined with carpet and you just press a button and it slides right back in there so bait two has this kitchen area now this is a really cool feature that you don't see on too many coaches you've got the kenyan cooktop and then it's got this cool mechanism to hold everything into place if you want to open it up you just slide that over and this looks pretty clean i don't think this has been used too much it's got the carbon fiber face with this aircraft style hardware and then there's also a lot of storage behind your kitchen area here and i've got to point out how this is finished out you've got this countertop space that extends out and that will extend on both sides and then you just pull this little drawer out here very simple very easy to use then you can see how much countertop space you have there with your exterior kitchen area really a great use of that space and it's unbelievable how much this will come up and how much you could fit into that smaller bay bay 3 is going to house a lot of your electrical components and then it's got this bin that does come out and you can take this bin off or put a toolbox in this tray you can see how well everything is labeled newell coach does a great job at keeping everything simple so as i was mentioning that 24 7 customer line if you ever need to fix something they can walk you through it and a lot of that stuff can be fixed in this compartment and this tray is manual i like how it's got the polished stainless bay four is gonna be your entertainment bay you've just got this remote here and one thing i've got to point out too is newell puts velcro on all these remotes so you can just bring out your tv and swivel it so depending on the position of the sun you can swivel that tv and then behind it is going to house your aqua hot 675 that's the biggest aqua hot that i know of and everything is just so clean well taken care of there's your yamaha sound bar and then you just press a button right here and your tv will swivel right back in and it's got a little spot right here just to set your remote tuck that away and bay five is your diesel fuel tank as well as your battery bank and i love how newell coach finishes out even their diesel tank with the polished stainless that's a 200 gallon fuel tank you could put down a lot of miles without having to stop and refuel and a few other things i want to point out about this bay is i don't know if you can see them but those led lights are actually reflecting down so if you need to fill up at night you've got that light illuminating where you need to fill up and one of the really cool things newell does with our fuel bay is when we close it there's a camera right there when you're trying to align your diesel fuel tank with a fuel pump you can just turn on your camera inside and then when the fuel pump aligns with that camera you know you're good to go and it makes life a lot easier and i just love this paint scheme pictures and video do not do justice of how good this looks in picture in person like this huge white stripe i mean just a totally different stripe with the blue and red stripes running through it and then all those fades like i was talking about how it goes from a dark gray to almost a light silver and of course you've got the stainless across the bottom and a real bright blue and a bright red just to tie it all together really a stunning looking coach and i hope this video does justice but nothing like seeing this in person and so this is going to be the other side of that pass through bay you have that same remote again lined with that stainless plenty of room for storage the current owners do have a bunch of stuff in here right now so this is something really cool that was added bait two here again same thing we just press the button so this slide out tray is the other side of the outdoor kitchen and you can notice on the back of the outdoor kitchen you have an outlet as well as usb ports and again finish with carbon fiber and then plenty of space for like these big totes now this is something that i've never seen in any other coach a very high-end refrigerator freezer and one of the cool things about this it's got it'll open on this side and and then it'll open on this side as well so you've got dual sides that you can open both your refrigerator and your outdoor freezer here really a cool high-end design but the owner of this coach did some really cool stuff with this plumbing bait now of course newell does an excellent job i love all the features you can just pull your sewer hose right out and then it's got a manual dump as well as your regular dump now one of the cool things that this customer did was added a outdoor shower so this is actually not from the factory so if you want to wash your dogs out here you've got a little uh outdoor shower here what a great idea i'm surprised they don't put this in more coaches they do have this outdoor faucet that will come out where you can wash your hands of course a power uh hose reel but there's definitely something really nice about just having this wand that you can wash your dogs out here get cleaned up and then there's that huge mach 5 head hunter water pump and this does have a auxiliary pump too so for some reason this pump isn't working you can use your backup pump and still get water pressure of course you've got your manifold system water hose retract switch you can check all of your tanks uh out here here's the other side of that fuel bay and you can see there's a camera on this side as well and again polish with all that stainless and uh that same light that i was telling you about on the other side and then there's your depth fill uh now there is a bib right here so that when you're filling up you don't get any diesel or any depth on that polished stainless one thing that i don't talk about enough is how rugged these newer coach basement doors are these are the bi-fold doors so you can see this hinge right here when you close these you can really feel the quality you just pull it down a little bit like this and then put your hand on the top of it and when you close it you know that's closed some of the other basement doors and production coaches are kind of flimsy just something about how solid those newell coach basement door is very industrial i have been in a lot of high-end coaches and this interior of newell coach 1704 is definitely one of my favorites it's got the light colors the gray floors [Music] [Applause] the newell coach cockpit area i've talked about this in other videos uh the first thing i want to point out is this pattern on the leather i really like the patterns that they used on the driver's seat and of course you've got the wood grain steering wheel and this is all carbon fiber like i've talked about in different videos you've got this launch port pad that will come out your passenger also has a navigation screen right here that will come out and then that navigation can be toggled over to the driver so that they're not distracted and i love all the little details like the newel coach pedals and the nice carpet uh almost like a woven vinyl that they use up here i recently got a chance to do a test drive video in a 2021 newell coach really an incredible experience that was about an hour long video i will leave a link to the description and that video below when it comes to driving a newer coach really they cannot be beat they have the tightest turning radius with the steerable tag we demonstrated that in that video it also has the most horsepower so this is the fastest 45 foot high line motor coach that i've ever driven definitely has more power than its competitors in this same league when you're going down the road with that comfort steer the way everything is set up it's extremely smooth to me it reminds me of a mercedes-benz s-class and i actually mentioned that to one of the newer coach engineers that i thought it reminded me of the mercedes s-class and he said that's funny because it actually has zf suspension so the suspension in this is going to be the same that mercedes-benz uses and it really has that smooth feel but is extremely responsive at the same time just really nothing like it to have a coach this big with this much power this tight of a steering radius and this smooth of a ride this is really at the top of the food chain we're going to show you this with the slide outs in but this is a very livable floor plan so these recliners can be moved around they do have the little pads at the bottom so you can slide them around on this high gloss floor without worrying about uh scratching it and i'll point out you notice it's got the flat floors no carpets in this entire coach and the way newell coach uses their slide out system you've got so much floor space and really more living space than any other motorhome on the market and i've got to get you guys a close-up of these textures a real nice light cloth with these real vibrant pillows that really give it a nice feeling and then the cabinets here have a very cool texture to them and the owners are using this coach still so some of their stuff is in it there's the projector so this coach actually has two projectors and i'm gonna tell you what the owners don't like about this coach in a moment but we'll keep walking through it so a screen will come down over this window right here and that'll turn into a huge tv screen really cool feature that newell does and i've got to show you the views out of these huge windows really nothing like a newell coach windows the biggest windows in the industry and not only are the the main windows huge but they've got these very large windows on the insides of the slide outs as well and of course the rgb lighting around the windows that can change colors and then you have rgb lighting in your ceiling as well those will change several colors as well one other cool thing here is this little table here that goes in between the two uh recliners will fold down or you could bring it up just to have as like a little uh coffee table there going into the galley area here they have this waterfall look here uh you can notice the countertop the grains in this marble come down this side edge giving it just a very high-end look and so there's so many textures in this coach that i have to get you guys a close-up of like behind this coffee maker here this backsplash is just a totally different texture than i've ever seen in any motorhome and then again a very large window behind your galley here giving you a nice view those of you that have watched a lot of my videos know i like having the galley on this side because usually your hookups your dump are gonna be back there and maybe your neighbors and then typically if you have a camping site with a view it's gonna be out this window that's gonna be your patio area where you entertain and you use those huge windows to utilize that view several tvs in this coach so you've got a tv right here you have the projector that i just showed you and then another large tv up front here so just in this living area you've got three tvs so no matter where you're sitting in the coach you're going to be able to tilt your chairs and watch one of those three tvs and i've got to point out you've got these launch port pads throughout the coach where you can control all of your systems they are passcode protected and then as we look at the valances here you can see that high-end stitching on these wall panels and high-end lighting and i like the mirror valance there a different look but really an incredible coach the dinette area is going to have that same marble uh countertop uh with the large grain going through it and these chairs i gotta get you guys a look at these chairs i mean this is just so modern and so cool just all the little things that they do just no detail goes untouched in this coach now this wall will light up but something with my camera shutter speed doesn't like it i'll show you guys real quick what it looks like and what you're about to see is not how it normally looks but if i just press this button it should be it should not be blinking like that it's just that's my camera that's my bad so going back through the kitchen area again that same high-end texture here on the countertops and there's actually like a pattern to it that gives it a cool feel and of course all lined with carpet you got plenty of drawer space here and i like how newell coach finishes it out these are all from newell all the drawer dividers here's your trash can area and everything is just so high-end when you open and close these doors looks like you've got another leaf for your table there here's your fisher-pequel dishwasher and i have talked about these mechanisms uh in previous videos there's like a pin that locks in here so those doors stay shut and i've seen newer coaches several years old still hold up very well because they're so well built now one other thing that i want to point out that they did is they broke up the colors a lot of the motorhomes used to have the same color throughout the whole motorhome but you've got this almost a rustic kind of a finish and then it goes into a light laminate really bright colors even that light feel and it's got to get you a close-up even this handle is wrapped in leather with the stitching just something so high-end and there's the inside of that refrigerator extremely clean and then you've got two freezer drawers so this is just for your ice and a couple things and then a very large freezer drawer down here and again just finished out with all those high-end finishes the stitching the leathers really cool so the thing that makes this coach awesome is it's a bunk model coach with two full bathrooms so let me show you the to the the full bathroom here in the middle of the coach i really like the sink area with the under lid uh and then this toilet does have a bidet here's your controls for your bidet all right here you could even you've got different cleansing levels uh i don't know i've never used a bidet before but i'm very curious three minute wash those bidet toilets people just keep talking about raven about how great they are all the surroundings are all finished out with these really cool textures i like a marble almost like a gray marble on the walls and then it goes to this really cool pattern and of course you have a large window here in your bathroom you do have a vent up there with a fan see a good amount of storage all lined with carpet again more storage there you've got a good size shower here in your second bathroom with that rainforest style shower head and it looks like it's got dual shower heads there that's cool and then there's a couple cubbies there to house all your stuff and what a cool showerhead uh and then uh towel hooks in here well something you always need and really nice style here on the marble on the tile there and i really like the tile here on the floor of the shower as well so these bunks are very inviting they've got the rgb lighting in there so we can switch colors i like the blue personally with the green but some people may want all green or maybe a aqua purple white red green i like the blue though personally and i've talked about it in previous videos how newell does custom bedding for every bunk and if you're not using these two bunks you can fold this up and you can see right here where you could put a wardrobe bar and then right there that's where those little pins hook in i have displayed that in other videos these beds are made right now so i don't want to push it up but it's really easy just press a button right here push that up it locks into place and then you can put in a wardrobe bar and this can be used as a closet or if you just want to give the person that's using this bunk more space you can fold that up and then it'll be a much taller bunk so that they have a lot more space you do have a lot of storage for whoever's staying in the bunks here you've got drawers here that's going to be all your central back equipment i forgot to show you there's your central back right there you just broom your stuff right over there and that's it easy peasy or you can plug in your vacuum into this right here and clean up in here very nice feature so more storage here again with those same high-end drawers with those pin locks very deep drawers as well they uh really a lot of storage here going back into the master bedroom there's two things that the owners don't like about this coach the first reason why the owner is ready to get rid of this and step up to a 2023 is their children are growing up and this bunk is getting a little bit not big enough so they need an extra four inches so in their next coach what they're going to do is bring this bunk out shorten this slide out a little bit so it's not as wide and then extend that bunk another four inches just to give their kids a little more room i will point out the way that this bedroom is set up absolutely huge where if you're not going down the road very often a lot of room hopefully you guys can see the perspective of just how big it is in here a lot of room now one of the downsides about having all of this room in the master bedroom is when you do put the slide outs in the bed does have to fold up to fit everything in so you are sacrificing having a flat bed when you're going down the road so in the owner's new coach they want to have a bed where the slide outs aren't quite as deep and it's not quite as big with the slide outs out but you can keep the the bed flat going down the road so if someone wants to come back here and take a nap while they're traveling it would work that way right now the bed has to kind of fold up so just being totally transparent with you guys that's the cool thing about this owners they're totally transparent really good folks they were more than happy for me to share that with you guys so there's you know there's good and bad to everything so if you're driving the coach and no one is sleeping while you're going down the road and you want more space really not that big of a deal a lot of really cool stuff i've got to point out these patterns really cool vibrant pattern with all the cool pillows and again that same kind of rustic texture that i pointed out before now this will be your coat closet because you can get to this closet with all the slide outs in no problem now the storage above the bed here it's gonna house some of your components and then there is your projector now you do have the large digital screens here where you can uh control everything bedside there's those gallow speakers and then i've got to point out more of those gallow speakers up here and these acoustics are really incredible um now they're they're just this one speaker but that mirror gives it a look like it's a little bit bigger than it really is and the same floor goes throughout the whole coach i always like how the lights reflect off of that high gloss floor and you've got that back lit wall i don't know how well the camera's picking that up really cool pattern here on the wall that is backlit you can have a little more wardrobe space here bedside as well as some drawers here bedside and that same really high-end countertop going into the rear bathroom here this is one of the strong features of this coach i really like the corner sink here and it's got the different levels of countertops and this has a very cool feature in it check this out there's a television in the mirror right there so if you do want to watch tv in the mirror really cool feature and all of the bowl sinks that they use are really cool so you do have a lot of wardrobe space back here and again another bidet toilet so both bathrooms have the bidet toilets and then of course the heated towel bar i love that feature and a very large shower with different and this shower has different patterns and textures than we saw in the mid bath the same rainforest style shower head and you do have a fan and exhaust vent up there and there's a little ledge and a really cool tile pattern there on the floor then you've got of course a ton of wardrobe space in the back of these knulls uh the owners do have some of their uh belongings in here so i apologize but there is a safe tucked in back there as well and then you've got drawer space here below gotta get you close up here just all the styling of the lighting they just did a phenomenal job with the styling in this coach and then you've got the washer dryer asco washer and dryer and there's a place up there to store all of your laundry detergents and all that good stuff so we showed you the coach with the slide outs out now let's take a look at the coach with the slide outs in [Music] so really plenty of room to get to your dinette area obviously you can still sit comfortably in your couches and your recliners on both sides no problem getting to the mid bath or the bunks and the great thing about this coach is you have the shower in your second full bath as well so you can get to your head your shower all with the slide outs in no problem as well as the bunks and you can get to your king bed now this is set up in the recline position you would have to climb over the bed to get to your rear bathroom there [Music] i highly doubt this coach will last on the market for long 2021 newell coach it is listed for 1.625 million dollars right now newell coach has an 18-month waiting list for a new build their inventory is very slim this is the newest newer coach that i know of on the market right now especially with two full bunks and two full baths really an incredible opportunity for someone if you are a
