THE MOST CREATIVE SKATER AT VENICE SKATEPARK!

while insane I'm learning something today first try only try hey how's it goin this is Andy Anderson and we're at Venice skate park when I show up here sometimes sometimes I hear the stretches I'm near stretching to skim the basics modified pidgin probably probably fast-forward through this Nigel you should probably do this this is the modified you see you make a 90-degree thing right here oh it's almost perfect 90 degrees 90 degrees and then you start doing sort of like push-ups but you want your heart to go - yeah that's it see this is how you elevate your skating knife exactly so what's your history with this park daddy oh man the history of this park I used to come down here with my dad when I was a kid we do a road trip down the coast and that's just always been super fun but when I turned 18 I was like maybe I should go down to LA by myself and go check it out go see what's down there and I was kind of nervous and my friend Sean Sean Hayes he just talked to me dude he's like bro just go don't be worried just just go do it and you'll figure everything out and you know what I learned a lot of stuff since then but one of the biggest lessons I learned was just go do it I just slept in Denny's parking lots like which I'm not proud of but it's true and yeah dude it it it made my life and just coming here all the time it's one of those parts you can come to any day and always see the same people people nice if you meet people here today and you come back in three years just still gonna be here it's a it's got that home vibe yeah let's do it let's get some lines in there you've been coming here for a while like it though at some point see it front foot impossible I know it's happening oh yeah you know it's I need to do that to my dude you guys spell your name bring your knee up as high as you can so for you practicing like catching your flip tricks and then you spell your name and all capital letters oh my gosh yeah I think that's why I suck at skating now oh [Applause] Andy Anderson for president yeah how do you give it to stick to your feet like you're bored so a sword fighter taught me this lesson not a skateboarder as a fighter seriously yes awesome it's been Vancouver and he's a fan of swords like the momentum of the sword and he's also likes coin magic so can I see this let's pretend this is a coin could be anything he says when you do an air you get it to stick to your feet it's the same concept as this so if you do a little tiny one it's got to be like really quick maybe do a big one the whole thing slows down but it's always in relation to the apex the highest point that you bring it up to so it's the same motion but the speed changes based on your height if your board keeps flying away from you when you're doing a frontside ollie chances are you're all in like you're on the flat ground and you're kind of like at the top before you're at the top if that makes sense that makes a lot of sense so yeah thank you Bailey the sword fighter from Vancouver just keep it like I got it yeah exactly that's right footing yeah that felt so much better I think we've unlocked some things a secret what that was dumb this is amazing dude some say this you gotta scan it Tiger Eyes dryer Matthias would be upset with me right now you know boardslide around the deep end my guys doing at the beginning like maybe not all over but it's like much as I can get on see my rail like melted Street melted bruh oh that note right there went right down to this screw just kept sliding it was like we just locked in well amazing though yeah but it started scrape metal I suppose the plastic oh you know with a messed up about this ball it's one of the only balls where seal the concrete changes color it doesn't change color the bottom of the rent it's like three feet out so like when you're in the air you're like where's the bottom of the ramp it's weird but it's like not where there just be careful that what to do maybe I could get a tail Block in here see that's why my tail is square so I get your tail box there's still tough on slippery surfaces so slippery okay let me just try it anyways okay tail block coming through oh my can I see if I could just do some airs on the deep end but now I got a clever way to start right here yeah yeah let's go skate that second and magic simply dude you made that look so easy [Applause] oh you got that you got that get it right here ready yeah brother I'm so happy came to Venice I'm happy that you honored us with the skating here remarkable thank you very much I don't think any of you
