The Lore of KillJoy | Valorant Agent Lore

hey everybody jeffy here and welcome to killjoy's valor and agent lore video i searched all over wiki pages and reddit forms to find all the lore i can on the valor protocols quirky nerd killjoy if smartest agent on the protocol how she developed her gadgets and the people who mess with them and some interesting facts about her i know you guys will love so let's start things off as we always do with where and when killjoy was born so killjoy was born and raised in germany and not too long ago either as it's pretty clear that killjoy is young not as young as jet i believe but her mentor brimstone commonly calls killjoy kid sorry kid you left me no choice kid we'll talk a little later in the video how brimstone and killjoy have such a great relationship almost like father and daughter well killjoy would grow up and immediately take to technology and expressing herself in colorful ways she's always seen wearing a bright yellow and purple jacket with some emblems she really likes on her green hat as well she knew she was really smart growing up but also at the same time she isn't shy either and really likes talking to people too all right guys get ready for this killjoy is also a gamer too and plays riot games other amazing title league of legends all the time now listen everybody i swear if you all start spamming killjoy with gamer girl gamer girl gamer girl now that you know she plays video games i freaking swear also can i say how cool it is that league of legends is a thing in valoran's universe i wonder if killjoy competed in any tournaments or anything i guess i don't know well anyways we also know that she really loves music as well and i believe that's what this player card i found is trying to tell us as we see her chilling outside a concert with one of her alarm bots she created also to me that looks like a classic rock concert if i've ever seen one so maybe her favorite music is rock pretty cool so back on the topic of killjoy knowing she's smart yeah she may be a little cocky as i found a bunch of voice lines that definitely sound like it relax i've already thought of everything okay i put together some data on our last six combat missions did you read it did anyone read it oh god can anyone here read everyone makes fun of german efficiency just keep laughing as you use all my gear i could find plenty more to be honest uh but just these are some of my favorites well let's move on to when killjoy joined the valor protocol and her contributions to the team since she joined well to be honest guys i do apologize but i couldn't find anything on how or why she joined since she's agent number four that means that she was one of the first agents to join the protocol behind brimstone viper and number three is only i can imagine that brim was the big reason on why she joined and maybe also for a way for killjoy to show off her smarts and technology no joy has a part in making or wanting to develop gadgets for other agents on the valerian protocol she made brimstone's molle launcher and his bracer as well the gadget on his arm killjoy you control the admin account on my bracer i might need you to reset the password brimstone remember your screen isn't frozen it's just locked and no the internet isn't down it's never down brim have you considered embedding your bracer in your limb i can do that you know killjoy i say this with love but stay the hell away from my arm and this has nothing to do with any of the gadgets i was talking about but i thought that this quote was pretty funny and cute it feels bad to kill that brimstone i mean i will just feels bad killjoy also developed all the gadgets she uses on the battlefield the sentry bot is her favorite one though now if you guys ever noticed the sentry bot has a little face on it well killjoy didn't put that little face on her sentry bot you think she would with how colorful she is and decking out her outfits and all her favorite things but nope she didn't make it rey's did actually it's believed that rey's put the face on it to resemble one of her favorite brazilian soccer mascots we know that reyes always messes with killjoy's devices especially the century bot because of these voice lines raise pointen if i see even a gyro out of place i'm locking you out of my lap my poor sentry bot killjoy after this you want to do some tinkering sure but if anything explodes again you are telling brim also i found a couple voice lines that may lead to telling us that reyes was the one that added an exploding aspect to kiljoy's alarm bots killjoy thanks for letting me borrow your alarm bot it's so much better with explosions why did you never try that okay raise fine you're tinkering may have made my tech better nice work also we get a really cool player card in the battle pass that features reyes and kiljoy both at their stations working on devices raises looks more janky while killjoys looks way more sophisticated i bet you that triple monitor setup is where killjoy plays league of legends i wonder if she streams at all on twitch oh well well speaking of streaming on twitch follow me over there to watch me get angry at video games and where we can talk about well whatever you guys want to talk about did you guys like that transition to the self-promotion well it's pretty safe to say that killjoy and race have a good friendly competition there is one thing i really wanted to talk about though that kind of blew my mind when researching for this video so once again the voice lines are coming in complete clutch today as we get a really good hint at who made this spike that was brought over from mirror earth so originally i thought that the kingdom on mirror earth manufactured the spike to teleport radiant from earth 1 to mirror earth when they steal it i even thought this in a mere earth and kingdom lore videos i uploaded but that may not be the case actually so if the spike is planted in game and you're playing killjoy and defuse it here's what she says oh no no you don't deserve my inventions so does that mean that killjoy invented the spike but i don't even think it's our killjoy on earth 1 that made it i think that the mirror earth kill joint actually made it and the reason why is that in the duality cinematic where the mirror agent phoenix attacked a kingdom facility in rabbat morocco it looked like kilroy didn't really know what the spike was when she first got to it she developed a diffuser literally on the spot but the rating core she used to power it needed to be super heated as what viper said to work properly thank you phoenix for doing that by the way oh yeah real quick guys and the ready core that is used to power the diffusers kill drug made for everyone are the same things that powers killjoy sentry by now after they saved the facility she brought the spike to the valerian protocol helicopter for analysis leading me to believe she has no idea what this thing is or how it works also i thought it's pretty funny that killjoy had literally no idea if defusing the spike was going to work and she didn't say anything until like you know it was all over leading phoenix and viper to believe man if killjoy was wrong i probably would have died yeah yeah you guys probably would have died if killjoy got that wrong i honestly didn't expect that to work really so uh maybe give us a heads up next time so yeah that's my theory that the mirror earth's killjoy developed the spike pretty cool if you ask me well guys let's move on to some great voice lines between killjoy and some other agents on the valerian protocol that i really like i'm picking my favorites from the massive list but first i want to start off with one of my favorites when you load into a match if i'm not stressed then you should not be stressed i mean look at me cool as a cucumber yeah that's the thing americans say right okay guys now let's get into some other agents bridge i wish you'd take my extra reactor coolant if your arms overheat out there don't blame me cipher my condenser cables are missing from the lab again put them back please thank you cipher can you show me around the dark web one of these days oh oh dear no sweetheart we must protect you i thought this one was freaking hilarious by the way guys killjoy must be so innocent but like come on guys if she's a tech nerd and has developed all these intricate gadgets like she has to have been on the dark web already right like you would think i guess not maybe cipher your homemade gadgets are so cute reminds me of some of my work in kindergarten i'll get that spooky ghost boy reina i can see why you don't want any of my tech you're scary enough without it it always feels like rayna is after me personally does anyone else feel that way no just me no not just you killjoy there are a lot of agents on the vp that are literally just scared or freaked out by reina i made a phoenix lore video not too long ago and he said basically the same thing sky with a few genetic modifications your animal flora could be even stronger wait was that offensive sorry the enemy sky is here but don't worry my robotics will beat her organics every time they have silva over there too can someone um steal his eye what i want to see what's recorded viper do you mind if i run today's tests you're a little too biased no offense viper i'm speechless and i always have something to say there's a viper over there what a shame to rid the world of that mind but i think she needs to rest that viper is so hateful how could she even think straight you stopped thinking clearly this is for the best so apparently viper on the mirror earth is just ruthless and so hateful i wonder what type of experiments she performed over there i wonder how it compares to our viper oh the cool kid in class has some brains too impressive now i did find some voice lines for when killjoy goes up against her mirror earth double and here they are i know that killjoy's tricks wait she knows mine finally a challenge i'll show her who's a real genius is my double's dead huh looks like i was the smarter one well guys let me just say that i love the voice acting for killjoy i really do does anyone else think that as well let me ask you all a question which agent has your favorite voice lines in game and do you find yourself like throughout the day if you're not even playing valor and just like repeating some of the voice lines in game like i find myself doing that literally all the time well i think we're all wrapped up with killjoy's lore i love
