disbanded Vanguard action Squad and later one of the nine lieutenants of the Paranormal Liberation Front alongside his teammates he serves as one of the main antagonists in the forest training camp of surpassing all might NG Todoroki agreed to a quirk marriage with REI himara when he was 22 years old his first child toyotoroki was born prematurely although he did not inherit a composite Quirk from his parents Toya was born with a fire Quirk more powerful than Angie's own hell flame so when the time came his father would train him later that year his sister fuyamitoroki was born but she only inherited her mother's power from presumably quite a young age Toya was constantly trained by his father and the young boy was actually quite eager to learn all of his father's moves so that he could One Day become a Great Hero although none of his children bore the ideal Quirk he was hoping for Angie was satisfied with Toya and saw him as capable of surpassing all all might with his powerful fire Quirk alone so he placed his Ambitions on his shoulders these situation changed drastically as Toya's red hair began to turn white and his body suffered Burns every time he used his Quirk NG and Rey went to see a quirk doctor to find out what was wrong with him the doctor explains that while Toya has inherited a powerful Firebase Quirk from his father he also inherited his mother's resistance to freezing cold rather than his father's resistance to scorching heat meaning that he would burn himself whenever he used his Flames because of this Toya was limited in how far he could safely push himself with his Quirk NG deemed him a failure and suddenly stopped training him Toya despite the dangerous flaw in his Quirk still longed to be a Pro Hero when he grow up he began to beg his father to continue training him but and she refused saying that it was for the sake of his well-being but Toya wasn't pleased later he talked with his sister fuyomi and told her that he could tolerate the pain and burns but little fuyomi told Toya that she was also worried about him getting hurt her words offended Toya who yelled that she didn't understand him because she's a girl and walked off saying that his father was the one who lit the fire under him to surpass all might Toya began training on his own despite his father and sister trying to convince him to stop Angie lamented that his son also inherited his stubbornness and decided to have more children until conceiving a suitable successor to his Ambitions Rey said that his idea was too cruel especially considering Toya had finally realized what he wants to achieve through their children but NG considered that this plan would finally make Toya give up on his obsession years past and Angie and Rey had more children this would ultimately lead to natsuo's conception which made Toya start falling into despair while endeavor's desire to surpass all might continued to grow eventually Shoto Todoroki was born having inherited a perfect combination of both of his parents quirks and she had finally conceived his much-desired Heir that he was seeking but Toya had reached a Breaking Point as shodo's birth implied that his entire purpose and seeking his father's awareness and attention had just been taken from him however Toyo was still determined to fulfill his father's dream and refuse to abandon it he continued training on his own eventually starting to go to sokoto Peak where his father used to train Angie told Toya to stop training in secret because he was covered in birds and told him to look beyond the world of being a hero and do things like play with his siblings or make friends at school saying that he can't understand this and one day it will all be a distant memory told his father that everyone at school wants to be heroes themselves and he couldn't understand what it would be like to give up because he has him as a father Angie lit the fire in him to surpass all might and it was not going out just as he calls him by his hero name rather than father their argument Drew Rey and the rest of the children to where they are broken down Toya told his father to look at him as he violently lashed out with his Flames activated at his mother carrying an infant Shoto attempting to harm his youngest brother he was stopped before he could hurt anyone but after Toya's Outburst Angie decided to ban the other siblings from interacting with him so that he could focus on his training and entrusts Rey to look after Toya when Rey said that all Toya wants is for his father to acknowledge Him and he replied that all he can show anyone is the World of Heroes to which Rey scathingly replied that he's just running away from his problems during the following years Toya developed what appeared to be an excellent relationship with his siblings they were always together and they always played together this is especially true regarding his brother natsuo however they were raised separately from their youngest brother Shoto likewise his father's traumatic abuse and then abandonment had a strong emotional and mental impact on Toya and many times he used to go to his brother natsuo with tears in his eyes questioning why he even existed five years had passed since the incident and Angie decided to train Shoto preventing him from playing with his older siblings despite his begging a 13 year old Toyo witnessed them and glared at the two of them hatefully later that night he can fight it in not so his inner doubts acknowledging that it was his fault for attacking Shoto who did nothing wrong but rants about his feelings towards their father and how he considers the rest of his children failed Creations wondering whether the only thing Heroes did was make children and discard them when they didn't need them not however just wanted to sleep and suggested Toyo talked to fuyami once in a while Toya was hurt by the implication that natsuo was brushing him off as well explaining that he was the only one who Toya could talk to one day while he was preparing to go train at sokoto Peak Rey tried to dissuade him and made him consider whether or not he really wanted to be a hero assuring him that there are more options than the Hero World Toyo was infuriated by his mother's words yelling at her and asking if she'd been reading any self-help books lately his statements left Rey's surprised as he continued his rant saying that he already knows she only married Angie because her family was poor and that was the only reason he was born putting responsibility for his problems on her shoulders as well Toya continued to train sokoto Peak and during the winter season around the time he had a growth spurt his Quirk developed and his Flame's color changed from red to blue Toya discovered that his Flames were linked to his emotional state and would get stronger if he was riled up he started crying while saying he doesn't know why he does when he gets worked up shortly afterwards excited to show his father how he had developed Toya asked him to come to sokoto Peak next time he had a day off NG however lifted up his shirt and saw his burn scars angry that Toya had been training again but his son was adamant that he was destined for greatness and determined to make his father proud frustrated Angie ignored his eldest son's please and took his anger out on Rey for not stopping Toya some time later Toya waited at sokoto Peak for his father to meet him but Endeavor never showed up much to Toya's disappointment and anguish the emotional turmoil he felt caused him to lose control of his Flames resulting in a massive Wildfire Toya tried to save himself but he didn't know how to quell his Flames as his father only ever taught him how to increase the heat he was scorched with flames exceeding 2 000 degrees Celsius his body was believed to have been incinerated and the only thing that was found was a part of his Jawbone his death affected his family especially his mother Rey whose mental state had already been harshly affected by her husband's abuse and his brother natsuo who still considers his father responsible for Toya's demise Toya's family installed a budsudan Buddhist altar in his former room after his supposed passing and still send their prayers to him even Angie is seen praying at it saying that he regrets the loss of his eldest son however Toya did not die and jumped into a nearby lake to desperately calm the Flames not wanting to die before showing his father what he could do he was able to survive but he was left with severe degrees of burns all over his body and was subsequently found and taken in by All For One comatose for three years Toya woke up to found himself alive in a nursery with several accompanying children surprised to see him awake Toya was further shocked to learn how long he was unresponsive including his now changed voice and only wanted to return home however one of the attendants at the nursery tells him he can't since he lives with everyone else now and they'll be his new family Toya is outraged especially because he wanted to reconcile with his family and apologize for everything he said and did despite this a voice on the monitor tells him hope is in vain stating that his body was too damaged and all the missing pieces had to be replaced with regenerative tissue he further explains that he'll be unable to utilize the power he once had with his organs damaged body debilitated and senses all dull old rendering him unable to feel pain The Voice considered Toya a failure causing him to recoil in pain at these words devastated by his situation after The Voice still suggested he allowed them to raise him and return his fire Toya bluntly refused to be trained by anyone else and ran away from the nursery after setting at a light he returned home only to discover that his family thought he was dead and finding that his father was continuing his abuse and training towards Shoto seeing his father continue with his perfect creation and how his broken family moved on from him Toya was reminded of his status as failure and became mentally broken resigned to his fate Toya decided to embrace his death allowing himself to be reborn with a new purpose dubbing himself Dobby according to kudagaraki he was only expected to live for a month after Awakening from the coma but his grudge against his family kept him alive and going as the years passed by and after dying his hair black to hide his true identity Dobby secretly observed his father's actions from afar studying his hero moves to make himself stronger while also allowing his hatred to grow with every bit of praise and attention Endeavor would receive accepting his Newfound Life as a villain Dobby slowly plotted a plan to ruin Angie's Life by destroying his hero career versus hero killer Arc Dobby watches a public broadcast about the news of the hero Killer's capture inspired by stain's ideology Dobby decides to move towards the organization that was widely believed to Harbor stain's cause the league of villains final exams Arc giron brings Dobby and toga into the league of villains Hideout Dobby comments that the group's leader tamura shigaraki is gross looking Tamara is displeased with the recruits and immediately asked kodagiri to remove them kurogiri refuses and giron introduces Dobby as a criminal who has not done any flashy crimes but follows stain's ideology Dobby says he's unsure about the League's motivations and asks if they would really let a crazy gorilla Kimiko join Tamara remarks that she introduced herself and asks Dobby for his name but he says he will only reveal it at a later time Dobby goes on to say he will make the hero Killer's will a reality Tamara becomes wildly irritated by Dobby and himiko's comments about staying enough so to attack them Dobby and himiko prepare to defend themselves but kurogiri steps in and uses his Quirk to stop them from coming to blows Tamara stops off as Dobby complains about his attitude kurogiri asks giron and the recruits to wait for a proper answer at a later date Forest training camp Arc Dobby is eventually recruited into the league of villains and assigned to lead a team of elite villains called the Vanguard action Squad Tamara acquires equipment for the team and has them pick it up at an unknown warehouse location himiko announces that there is enough gear for everyone and that they should bring it along on their mission muscular adds that they need to hurry up but mustard disagrees because the team has been ordered not to rush or do anything too flashy Dobby agrees and says that Tamara acted like a brat and attacked them when they first met but now he's suddenly taking charge Davi proclaims that their mission will be a warning shot that will tear down false heroes from their shining pedestals and drag them back to Earth in order to create a new future for the world the next day Dobby and six other villains secretly arrive on the wild wild Pussycats Forest Reserve where you a high school students are training the Vanguard action Squad observes the campsite from a high vantage point the members of the group start to argue about their next move so Dobby tells them all to shut up he goes on to say that Tamara was foolish for trying to attack the usj with a band of low-level Thugs and that it's much better to use a small group of Elites Dobby announces that the league of villain's first task is to strip away the student's sense of security the Vanguard action Squad begins their assault the next evening Dobby uses his Quirk to set the beast's Forest Ablaze and blue fire Dobby keeps the fire going while the other villains search for katsuki bakugou who is their target twice makes clones of Dobby so he can distract the UA teachers Dobby Waits outside of the base camp building and surprise attacks a racer heading his way out he blasts a racer head with an explosion of blue flames but the hero evades and erases Dobby's Quirk by looking at him he overpowers the villain and pins him to the ground before interrogating him for information about his allies Dobby refuses to comply and gets free once a few of the students arrive Eraserhead goes to restrain Dobby again but the Clone disappears as Dobby taunts the latter leaving a racer head shocked Dobby tells twice the Clone is defeated too fast twice rub off Stubby's claim he comically argues until Dobby orders him to make another clone to keep the pro Heroes at Bay the Clone attacks the base camp again he blasts one of the classrooms and is quickly restrained by the blood hero Vlad King the Clone goads Vlad King until Eraserhead arrives and destroys it Mr compress is able to successfully capture katsuki compressing him into a marble a long fumikage tokayami and radios the team to Rendezvous twice complains and Dobby argues that Mr compress did a fine job Dobby seems to notice Yuga aoyama hiding behind a bush but before he's able to act twice reminds him to call back nomu twice had to remind Dobby to unleash nomu on the students earlier Dobby remembers the nomu was designed for him and will only react to his voice he then signals for the nomu while he and twice want to the meeting spot Dobby and twice meet himiko first Dobby asks her how the mission went and himiko replies that she was only able to collect one sample of blood as twice and himiko begin to Banter back and forth Dobby tells them both to shut up and notices a trio of students tackling Mr compress out of midair yzuku midoriya Shoto Todoroki and mezzo Shoji Dabi unfazed by this entrance orders Mr compressed to move aside as he does so by using his compressing Quirk on himself Dobby throws a fireball that burns mezzo and izuku the other villains attacked the students and Mr compress motions to give the captured students to Dobby he meant to keep their compressed marble bodies inside of his pocket but mezzo stole them kurogiri arrives to evacuate the villains as their goal is achieved Dobby refuses to leave without kotsuki but Mr compress reassures him that he was hiding the marbles the entire time hiding from the Shadows Yuga shoots Mr compress in the face and he drops the marbles out of his mouth mezzo is able to retrieve fumikage but Dobby secures kotsuki's marble before shoda reaches it Dobby taunts shodo's attempt as he commends Mr compress to confirm kotsuki's body kotsuki reverts to his normal body with Dobby's hand around his neck Dobby calls Checkmate and the villains disappear within the warp gate Hideout raid Arc having completed their mission Dobby and the Vanguard action Squad returned to The Hideout they restrained kotsuki and bring him before tomorrow tamura tells Kat's about the league of villain's goal to reform hero Society he then asks Dobby to remove his restraints Dobby argues that konski will fight but tomorrow asks him to do it anyway Dobby orders twice to remove the bonds and then katsuki immediately blasts Tamara in the face with an explosion kotsuki tells the league he'll never join them because he wants to be a hero like all might Magna comments that kotsuki is clever for realizing his own value to the villains Dobby argues that he's a Fool For Fighting Tamara puts the Fallen hands back on and requests that nobody harm kotsuki Tamara asks all for when to lend him his power and then orders compressed to restrain kotsuki the league of villains is interrupted by the unexpected arrival of what sounds to be a pizza delivery then all might suddenly bursts through the opposite wall with kamui woods and the latter restrains all the villains with his lacquered chain prison technique Dobby attempts to free himself from the wooden binds by igniting his Flames however Gran Torino flies in and stops Dobby by knocking him unconscious with a swift kick to the Head Dobby and the other villains are saved when all for one warps them up to the destroyed nomu Factory all for one activates the Quirk of the unconscious and orders the league of villains to capture kotsuki and Retreat Mr compress uses his Quirk to compress Dobby's body into a marble all of the villains are forced to flee the battlefield when all for one uses Magnus Quirk to force them into the warp gate Shia hasakai Arc three weeks following the battle in Camino Ward the league of villains separate in order to conceal themselves and recruit like-minded individuals to their cause Dobby enters an Alleyway hoping to find recruits there the low-life thugs threaten to kill Dobby and he recognizes that they're nothing but weaklings he tells him to get out of his way and then burns them all to death with his Quirk Dobby mocks them by stating that they're garbage and the least they can do is become kindling for his Flames while he was busy with these matters Tamara and the other members of the league of villains have a clandestine encounter with the current leader of the Shia hasakai overhaul a series of discrepancies and differences of opinions generate a confrontation between them that ends with the death of Magna and Mr compress losing an arm despite this Dobby is present at the meeting in which Tamara informs them that they will form an alliance of the shiah hasakai Dabi says nothing but twice and himiko are happy with this decision but tomorrow assures them that it's for the good of the league and the time when they can avenge magnet and compress will come a few days later the Shia hasakai compound is assaulted by Heroes and with the help of twice and himiko they managed to defeat the entire organization and arrest its members during the aftermath of the Shia hasakai raid Dobby accompanies Tamara spinner and Mr compress on their mission to confront the defeated overhaul Tamara claims that his plan is simple as a game of shogi Dobby argues that shogi isn't that simple the league of villains engages a police Convoy carrying overhaul inside one of the trucks while he's restrained and strapped to a medical bed Dobby tells spinner to stop driving erratically because it's making him car sick he maintains his composure and attacks the Convoy with a large flamethrower stream prompting the sand Heroes snatched to appear from within one of the trucks dobby recognizes snatch as a powerful Pro Hero while Tamara fights him he also notes that Tamara's infamy has gotten him way too famous Tamara crashes several of the trucks into each other while Dobby confronts snatch himself Heaton snatch for being a hero that always needs to jump in to rescue others snatch recognizes Dobby as the villain associated with a string of murders where the corpses were burned Dobby admits that he's excited to hear about his notoriety snatch attacks Dobby with a sand tiger move and Dobby counters with a large blast of fire while snatch is distracted Mr compress uses his Quirk to trap him inside of a marble with Dobby's Flames Mr compress accidentally Burns himself and then asks Dobby if snatch's sand will burn Dobby believes that snatch can only transform his upper body into the sand and will likely die while compressed Tamara exacts his revenge on overhaul by destroying his arms spinner warns his allies that police reinforcements will arrive soon Dobby Mr compress and Tamara walk back towards the truck as the Flames from the destruction burn in the background Pro Hero Arc Dobby is assigned to test one of Dr ujiko's high-end nomu at hidamari kindergarten on the same day as the hero billboard shirt JP release Dobby tells the high-end hood that it is the first intelligent nomu and he expects good results Hood then attacks the number one and two pro Heroes Endeavor and Hawks watches from within City Limits when Endeavor narrowly wins their fight with the two pro-heroes injured from their fight and before they can request for help Dobby confronts them himself and greets Endeavor Dobby confronts the two Heroes and traps them within a wall of fire Endeavor recognizes Dobby as the villain who murdered snatch and Dobby claims he has no idea what he's talking about Dobby tells Endeavor that he wants to talk while they have the opportunity Hawk stands up the Dobby and the latter claims he wouldn't try and defeat the two top heroes alone then Dobby says that they're both on death's doorstep and decides to attack and that's when Mirko interrupts the latter and attacks Dobby from above her fearsome stomp keeps him at Bay making Dobby realize his disadvantage Dobby then calls ujiko to use the warping Quirk to warp him away before he leaves Dobby calls Endeavor by his real name and tells him not to die afterward Dobby meets with Hawks to discuss Hood's attack hawks is upset with Dobby for not keeping to their original plan and holds a blade to his neck unfazed Dobby replies that Hawks wasn't supposed to bring someone as powerful as Endeavor he questions the lack of casualties from the battle insisting that a villain sympathizer wouldn't have acted in such a heroic way Hawks explains that he has to keep a heroic appearance to the public to make himself more useful to the league of villains understanding Dobby walks away and tells Hawks he can't meet their leader yet but he'll contact him again in the future while walking towards the harbor Dobby recalls snatch and is seemingly moved by the hero's last words to him Dobby says thinking about all the families he's affected has nearly driven him crazy he wipes some of the blood from the patch underneath his eye as if he was crying meta Liberation Army ARC prior to the hero billboard JP the league of villains has seen better days they're barely scraping by with no funds and have resorted to stealing from other criminal groups and living in a rundown building rather than partaking in Theft Dobby spends his time trying to recruit new members he returns to the filthy Hideout and berates his allies for sitting around doing nothing twice replies that Dobby just burns everyone he meets Dobby claims he burns them because they're ambitionless trash and himiko taunts him for being a poor judge of character spinner confronts Tamara over the the state of the league and admits that he's only here to fill his empty heart with new purpose Dobby taunts him by saying he's just a hollow cosplayer of stain they're interrupted by an intense rumbling that brings the villains outside the league of villains come face to face with a giant claiming it's searching for all for one's successor Dobby questions the identity of this Titan and Tamara claims that he is the secret weapon korogiri got captured trying to retrieve the giant quickly overpowers the league while the voice of all for one's doctor plays from the beast's radio which hangs around his neck the doctor explains that the giant is named gigantom machia and he is all for one's ex-bodyguard gigantom machia went into hiding before all for one's defeat and the doctor claims his meeting was all a part of the plan Dobby replies that the big guy isn't exactly a generous gift and lights up his Flames Dobby blasts a gentlemakia in blue flames shocked Dobby watches as the giant brushes off the fire as himiko tells Dobby his attack didn't work a recording of all for one's voice soothes gigantomakia and calms him down the doctor warps the league to his lair using the warping Quirk from Camino Dobby immediately notices the nomu housed in the lab the doctor commends Dobby's sharp eye and introduces himself as the Ruma ujiko annoyed Dobby asks why the league is at the lair and the doctor replies that they must prove themselves if they desire his support in response Tamara explains his past and why he desires to destroy everything bored Dobby stands by with the others who don't appear to quite understand tomorrow's Distortion the doctor accepts Tamara but he will not fully support the league until they defeat gigantom machia Dobby refuses to help because he wants to put more time into recruiting a potential ally Tamara says he's excited to see who he brings and the doctor tells Dobby he can help test a high end for him following this the high-end attack on Endeavor and Hawks takes place almost a month and a half later Dobby contacts Hawks by phone call and gives the number two hero one last job to prove himself to the league he must kill a specific person a few days after this while Dobby hides out on the border between iwe and Shiga radastro leader and great commander of the meta Liberation Army contacts Tamara radastro informs him that they captured and tortured his broker giron in order to find them as the MLA considers Tamara and his allies a threat to their plans for this reason he declares war on the league and informs them that if they do not go to daika City to confront them they will use their influence so they have to face a force of Heroes Tamara accepts The Challenge and orders the doctor to warp everyone to the city where the confrontation must take place Dobby is also warped and regroups with the others for a war against the metal Liberation Army Dobby's annoyed that they dragged him into their mission to rescue giron and this angers twice himiko notices someone approaching the group and Dobby readies his Flames it turns out to be an escort the Pro Hero slide and go slide and go leads the villains through these seemingly abandoned city where they eventually meet with kokohanabara and chitose kizuki two top Executives of the army koku begins The Liberation Army's Revival celebration and dozens of citizens Ambush the villains Dobby appears to avoid direct combat while dodging various quirks aimed towards the league spinner comments that no matter how many warriors are defeated they just keep coming in waves Dobby replies that spinner hasn't defeated single one yet Coco hanabara uses his campaign van to announce that chitose has perished at the hands of himiko the Warriors are enraged and swarm at Tamara who counter-attacks by killing them all with a single swipe of his hand impressed Dobby realizes it's about time that he got serious about fighting when suddenly a hooded man tries to crush him using two giant ice gauntlets Dobby avoids it and admits that he's gotten stronger and now he can tell at a glance that this new Bruiser is tough too Gatten asks Dobby why he hasn't used his wide range of flames to attack yet suggesting something might be wrong with his abilities Dobby smirks encounter attacks with a wave of flames that melts his opponent's eyes the ice Warrior collects ice from all the nearby buildings and collects it into one massive Frozen figure he claims to have been perfecting his Quirk without School his entire life Dobby taunts him for living a sad life and the elements of their quirks Collide splitting the battlefield the blue flames prove more ferocious and hold the advantage against getten's eyes Dobby taunts his opponent calling him outmatched since his ice is all gone compressed struggles nearby against some of the Warriors and asks for help Dobby asks why he should help when an army of twice clones is headed their way the Clones fight to protect Dobby and compress from the other Warriors many of them decide they should try and double Dobby but compress urges them to save some fodder for one gigantom machia awakens get 10 takes out most of twice's Sad Man's parade with a barrage of ice confused Abby asks if this town specifically manufactures ice the Iceman explains that he can lower the temperature of the town's water supply in order to generate more Dobby calls him obnoxious for not leading with that in the fight and get down responds by claiming The Liberation Army will create a world where status is attained by the strength of one's meta ability Dobby believes that yeten's words of sheer strength sounds miserable and rudely asks him to Keel over and die the ice Warrior claims Dobby will be the one who dies as he can smell his burning body from here get then has been observing Dobby's Quirk and believes his body is not compatible with it Dobby's blue flames start to eat away at his body meaning it's difficult for him to fight prolonged battles compress wishes they could stick gigantom machia on the Iceman and worries about Dobby's fate Dr uchika notices the league is in Peril and awakens the giant early despite his injuries Dobby fights on against getten in a battle of elements the fighting continues until both Fighters are worn down and gigantom machia enters the city the giant proves far more powerful than the Army can contend with and compress realizes they were foolish for underestimating him compris asks Dobby to finish up this battle so they can save Tamara before the giant reaches him worried for his own leader getan flees the area and tries to stop the Giant on his own only to be easily cast aside annoyed and smoking from his wounds Dobby claims that he was close to burning that icy freak up before he fled Tamara achieves Victory Against The Meta Liberation Army's leader and obliterates half the city with his Quirk radastro concedes and hands The Liberation Army over to him the league of villains all survived the Revival party and recover for a week in a new mansion Dobby meets back up with Hawks and confirms he Liberation Army with Tamara as its new leader the league of villains and The Meta Liberation Army merged to become the Paranormal Liberation Front Dobby is one of the nine lieutenants appointed to Tamara and will receive a team tailored to him Dobby then meets up with Hawks sometime after the ceremony and greets the number two Pro Hero wondering about the latter's sudden change of mood Hawks decides not to tell Dobby about his actual mood towards the new formation of the Paranormal Liberation Front my hero Academia Heroes rising at some point after The Clash Tamara and his allies gained information on one of ujiko's projects involving Quirk and body enhancement upon getting requested to transfer important cargo to an unknown location the league questions uchiko what's inside the cargo to which the doctor simply tells them that it has nothing to do with them with that being said Dobby spinner and Mr compress are assigned to the task although they dislike being treated like regular delivery men the three agree to the request on one late winter night the league uses a an armored truck to transfer the cargo while fleeing from a group pursuing Pro Heroes on night Duty it turns out that the information about ujigo's project was leaked and the heroes have apparently formed a trap to prevent the league from escaping when Rock lock and his partner try to get closer Dobby emerges from one of the truck's windows and unleashes a blast of fire straight at them this forces Rock clock to use deadbolt to protect him and his partner preventing them from pursuing them the other two also fend off the heroes but one of them manages to board the truck Dobby acts quickly and brutally cremates the hero to death before he could do anything although they successfully blocked off their pursuers spinner wonders who alerted the heroes of their escape route to which Dobby replies it must have been an info League Endeavor and his small team reveal themselves at the end of the road surprising both spinner and compress Dobby on the other hand expresses delight at endeavor's arrival and launches another fire blast at him Endeavor counters this by using flash fire fist jetburn causing both attacks to cancel out each other spinner decides to accelerate the truck while Dobby readies himself to release a more powerful blast of flames both intended to kill Endeavor right on the spot unfazed by this sudden move Endeavor tells his allies to leave the scene as he retaliates with prominence burn which ultimately breaks through Dobby's attack and consumes the truck in a burst of flames the villains melt into sludge as they turn out to be clones created by Twice The Burning truck rolls off the road and crashes into a nearby Forest which was later revealed to be exactly where ujiko wanted them to drop off the cargo a few days later the league relocates to an abandoned Shack they discuss who is inside the Convoy to which Dobby believes that it wasn't that important just as ujiko mentioned before despite their discussion all members excluding Tamara are still unaware of what was truly inside of it Endeavor agency Arc as the Paranormal Liberation Front prepare themselves for the next coming months Dobby sends star serpent to cause Havoc at a nearby city later Dobby and his allies excluding Tamara and getten are present at a meeting in which Hawks informs them of endeavor's decision to take on two new interns other than Shoto Dobby comments that he feels like the students haven't changed ever since the training camp incident the lieutenants are also informed of Tamara's ultimate scheme to destroy everything in about four months once the latter finish is upgrades afterwards Dobby would soon send ending to attack Endeavor and his new trainees at his family's home paranormal Liberation War Arc once two months have passed Dobby is assigned as a commander for the Vanguard action guerrilla warfare regiment Violet team along with keten when the heroes launched their attack on the Paranormal Liberation Front Dobby and the other lieutenants are first unaware of the raid that is until noticing the ganga Mountain villa mansion splitting apart by cementos's Quirk the Paranormal Liberation Front lieutenants decide to evacuate their subordinates and send their lower ranked advisors to fight the oncoming storm while everyone else evacuates Dobby moves towards the scene with somewhere else in mind upon hearing twice screaming Dobby heads right over knowing that Hawks has betrayed the organization Dobby eventually reaches where twice and Hawks were fighting he takes time to hear what hawks had to say about his role Dobby then makes his move by firing off a large flamethrower to save twice from harm Dobby enters the room and approaches an injured Hawks who was badly scorched by his Flames the villain steps on hawks's face while emitting Flames from his Souls mocking the hero of for making excuses for his hero-like behavior however Hawks reveals that he survived Dobby's assault thanks to his wings carrying him and twice to safety Dobby tells Hawks that he lost most of his feathers for combat Hawks calls out Dobby for nearly burning his friend to death but Dobby admits that it's expected of Heroes to put their lives on the line Dobby smugly reveals that he never considered trusting Hawks from the start of his cooperation with the league with that said Dobby launches another barrage of flames straight at the winged hero causing a large explosion outside the crumbling Mansion twice manages to escape hawks's grasp and tells Dobby to continue assaulting Hawks Dobby then encourages twice to go wild and fight at full power high-fiving his comrade while Holding Back Hawks with his Flames unfortunately Hawks flew outside of Dobby's Reign shocking the flame villain once more Dobby proceeds to call Hawks by his real name to catch the hero off guard while unleashing another flamethrower this gives twice barely enough time to escape only for Hawks to land a fatal blow on the villain killing him in the process upon realizing that twice has died Dobby goes completely berserk on Hawks sarcastically mocking the hero for killing his comrade Dobby continues to beat down Hawks with every bit of rage and anger stored inside of him Hawks wonders why Dobby is smiling despite witnessing twice's death Dobby reveals that he can't cry due to burning his tear glands in the past and he's upset by twice his death since it was necessary for his own dream to come true Hawks then questions Dobby's true identity to which the villain responds with a Sinister tone Dobby opens up that he's never cared about shigaraki nor the league all he ever cared about was carrying out stain's ideology and spreading it to the world just as the villain readies himself to burn Hawks to death Dobby gets pushed back by the timely arrival of tsukiyomi Dobby tells fumikage that it's pathetic that UA forced their students onto the battlefield then cruelly points out that Hawks murdered twice when the latter was trying to protect his friends this shocks fumikage hard to the heart Dobby then questions fumikage why he's here and mocks him for looking up to a hero that's far dirtier than the villains however fumikage refuses to falter at Dobby's Words which makes the latter realize the situation he's in Dobby readies his Flames just as fumikage prepares Dark Shadow to try and get him and Hawks to safety the villain shoots out a large flamethrower to burn the two Heroes nearly scorching fumikage to death in the process a barely conscious Hawks tells fumikage that Dobby will keep talking as taunting serves as a way for him to recharge his Flames telling his intern to leave fumikage sends Dark Shadow to attack Dobby but the attack misses Dobby then jumps down and uses his flames on his feet to hover downwards and chase after fumikage and Hawks noticing that his teacher is unconscious fumikage tries to use black Fallen Angel but Dobby appears before them hovering he prepares to blast them to ashes while noting he saw hawks's betrayal coming however their Skirmish is interrupted by geta and sudden ice attack allowing fumikage and Hawks to escape soon Dobby rejoins with Mr compress just as the villains are beginning to retaliate against the heroes Dobby questions Mr compress on the whereabouts of the other plf members to which he points out that he was supposed to be with the other lieutenants the flame villain admits that the whole regiment never worked out due to the sudden attack the heroes launched suggesting they should Escape for the time being Mr compress then reveals that he witnessed twice his death and this resulted the himiko losing her composure Dobby silently observes him and called killing other Heroes out of Vengeance for her friend's demise suddenly the place begins to shake and gigantomakia emerges from the ground raising a hand to grab compress and Dobby although the latter moves away seeing that he's putting the League members on his back Dobby deduces that Tamara was awakened when the Behemoth tries to grab him again Dobby asks him to wait a moment because there's someone he wants to use he grabs a hold of skeptic to his exasperation and takes him alongside the other League members believing soon will be the time for his big plan as gigantom machia tries breaking through Mount lady who tries to hold him back the villains discuss what happened where he suddenly grabbed all them Dobby deduces that Tamara has awoken otherwise gigantom machia wouldn't even be moving a frantic skeptic demands to be let down as he wants to go back to help redestro Dobby ignores his pleas and asks him to be quiet as the heroes have not yet realized that all of them are on giganto Maki is back gigantomakia decides to take a shortcut to reach Tamara quicker so he throws a side mount Lady by her foot and charges forward to his destination kamui woods and midnight attempt to intervene but kamui gets doused by a stream of flames courtesy of Dobby himself midnight manages to witness the league on gigantomakia's back but ends up slamming into a group of building debris released by Mr compress with the pursuing Pros out of the way gigantomakia and the league continue their escape while an injured Mount lady and kamui would struggle to drag him down however their escape is cut off by The Villa raid backup team in which they end up sending giganto Makia crashing into the ground with their quirks the villains then noticed several students charging straight at them kyoka tries to attack with her amplifier Jack but Dobby blasts them with his Flames forcing her to retract them denki follows up by shooting many of his discs near the villain's positions but due to Rico throwing him at a poor angle he gets knocked down by Mr compresses remaining pieces of building debris chicken tamakia opens up his mouth nearly allowing the students to throw in the sedatives only for the Behemoth to blow most of them away with his breath Dobby releases more of his Flames to hold off the remaining students on the battlefield causing More Steam to emerge from his body he then comments that he once heard that having multiple quirks allows the user to remain more active in battle a trait the chicken tamakia possesses however Red Riot manages to climb up gigantomakia's arm and throws the sedative into his mouth just as another group of pro Heroes joins The Fray regardless gigantomakia manages to overwhelm the pro Heroes and escapes without any scratches the Behemoth eventually tears through multiple cities destroying everything in his path with the remaining members of the plf following behind during the Giants run skeptic informs the others that he got a visual of Tamara facing off against Endeavor this is good news for Dobby and he tells skeptic to get ready as they're going to tear down the hero society and gives him a series of videos to upload and broadcast when the time comes as gigantom machia finally arrives at Tamara's location and protects him from the combined attacks of nejire and Shoto Dobby appears from the back of the giant villain to announce his arrival to the heroes on the ground pleasantly realizing that both Endeavor and Shoto are there Endeavor angrily calls out Dobby's name but the villain retorts by telling Endeavor to call him by another name Toya Endeavor and Shoto are frozen in shock as Dobby removes his hair dye to reveal his white hair and his identity as endeavor's oldest son Toya Dobby continues by saying that he's been watching Endeavor all this time and has started broadcasting his past to the entire world to discredit his father while telling Endeavor of the terrible pain he endured as a child asking himself why he even existed his original plan was to kill Shoto when he became a hero but after Endeavor took the number one spot Dobby decided to send multiple threats such as hood starservant and ending his father's way he then asks Endeavor if he feels good now that he's the number one hero and he can now look at his children with pride he yells that it's wrong for endeavor to assume he can just keep moving forward while the past never dies while taunting his father and telling them to dance together in Hell Endeavor refuses to believe this stating that Dobby is telling a Despicable lie but the villain replies that it is the Despicable truth telling him to take some of his blood or spit for a DNA test to be sure at the same time Dobby Reveals His blood tests on his broadcast to confirm his identity as the son of endeavor while continuing to deride his father as a man who completely lacks empathy the broadcast then shows doctored footage of hawks killing twice to make it seem as though the number two hero ruthless they kill the man who was trying to save his friends and paint him as a murderer while also revealing that Hawks killed best genus the number three hero Dobby also reveals more of hawks's past how hawks's Father Was a Serial robber and a murderer who was ironically arrested by Endeavor the villain derides Heroes as individuals who only care about themselves and use others to promote themselves Dobby thanks Endeavor for going strong until now then jumps down preparing to eliminate his father and the others with his prominence burn before he can do this he's immobilized by wires he looks up and is surprised to see the number three hero falling from the sky who he'd believe to be dead Dobby is surprised by the hero's arrival having believed him to be dead best genus informs him that he is overreached with his Ambitions and now he will come apart like inferior denim Dobby however says even if best genus is alive that won't sweep under the rug the Todoroki family's hard truth nejiree meanwhile tries to strike tomorrow but unfortunately gets blasted by Dobby's Flames as he's burning through the wires much to Shoto and the other's horror as she falls out of the sky Dobby tells Endeavor that once again another child with a bright future has been burnt up by his Flames as he breaks free of his restraints Shoto desperately begs Dobby to stop as Shoto clashes with his brother he reveals to Dabi that one of the buildings he sent endeavor's way nearly killed natsuo the one who claimed he cried to every day Dobby however merely says it was a shame that he didn't die because then Endeavor would have suffered more an incredulous Shoto asks his brother if he's insane and Dobby confirms he doesn't feel anything anymore he starts to push Shoto back excited at the thought of finally being able to kill his little brother as Dobby keeps battling and taunting Shoto midair he traps him in his arms and unleashes his Flames shoda warns him that in doing so he would burn himself as well but Dobby replies that he's fine since he gets to see Endeavor powerlessly standing still and seemingly broken as his puppet Masterpiece dies in the fire of his failed experiment and relishes the opportunity to see what face Endeavor would make once Shoto is burnt to ashes but suddenly Deku catches him with black whip Dobby quickly frees himself with a heat blast that also knocks down Shoto and Deku chastising the ladder for meddling in his family affair as he Falls Deku retorts to him that endeavor is his mentor and though the past Never Dies the latter is still trying to make amends and then he finally adds that Dobby is not Endeavor Dobby laughs at Deku stating the obvious then argues that he's the pitiable result of a hero's cruelty that Justice is losing to evil and that what comes next is a future where chaos will blow away all the heroes hypocrisy in one final clash as shodo uses Flashfire fist jet kindling on Dobby the latter responds with a larger more powerful version of flash fire fist jet burn that overwhelms and knocks out his younger brother he's sarcastically apologizes to him and leaves the battlefield since killing Shoto now would be pointless Adobe if Endeavor is about to pass out and not completely broken yet he then meets up with Mr compress who uses his Quirk on him and skeptic who puts him in Spinner's scarf so he can escape with the rest of the league the heroes attempt to stop the remaining League members since gigantomakia himiko and Mr compress from escaping with the surviving near High ends but all is in vain as they proceed to escape the battlefield after the league successfully escaped one of their lairs Dobby is later seen sitting by aside a all-for-one possessed Tamara who is rejoicing from the series of jailbreaks he's caused all over Japan he then asks Dobby and Spinner to keep watch while he lets Tamara's body rest two days later Dobby is lying on a sofa in the former creature rejection Clan Mansion contemplating his brain scars and commenting on how they've gotten worse even though he doesn't feel any different knowing that endeavor is probably still alive and recuperating he deduces that not only does his position not allow him to die even if he wanted to but he would also have to make a public statement soon something he joyfully awaits as he expects a pathetic display he then tells his former family to take a good look at him in the depths of Hell while shedding a tear of blood he then reminisces about the tragic night he lost control of his Flames commenting that this was to be expected since his father only ever taught him how to turn up the heat later when seeing his father making a speech to the public Dobby is disappointed that he did not fully break his father's resolve after the latter revealed his abuse to his family to the world laughing that he didn't go far enough UA traitor Arc about a month later Dobby has been hiding alongside the rest of the League members in all all for one secret cave Enclave when Tamara's Quirk factors are damaged as a result of his battle against star and stripe all for one apologizes to the rest of the villains that they have to wait while Tamara recovers Dobby complains that he has to wait another day to take down his father leading to all for one to tell Dobby that they are alike in many ways but also different explaining how he carefully Maps out different routes to achieve his goals he also says that unlike Dobby he has friends despair informing him of his many spies he is located within UA currently Dobby asks if they could be in trouble if one of his friends gets caught but all for one assures him that it's not the case since he not only has multiple friends but that all are more like disposable pawns to him Dobby later finds himiko at her family home and laments that he didn't know a nut job like her had a heart which she rebuff saying that she was just curious about her old home and that it's perfectly normal Dobby asks if she's sure she's ready for what's coming next to which she responds that it's a little too late to ask her that now Dobby's pleased and tells her that whether they're smiling or crying the sun will always come out tomorrow so they should smile proceeding to burn down her old home as she skips away she warns him that he'll get them caught but notes that it was awfully kind of him with Dobby adding that they don't have the manpower to get caught now and that it wasn't so much as a kindness as it was twisting the knife in endeavor's back he then reminds her of her capability to use the quirks of those she holds dear when she transforms into them and now that she has a vial of twice's blood which he managed to obtain during the war she can continue his Sad Man's parade to help bring an end to everything for good Final War Arc prior to the final war all for one offered Dobby and Spinner a new Quirk for the upcoming battle Dobby casually refuses believing that he does not need it as all for one instead gives two to spinner Days Later Dobby is summoned by All For One along with the rest of the Paranormal Liberation Front to confront izuku to steal one for all before promptly facing down the surprise ambush from the remaining Heroes after tomorrow touches the ground and feels something strange He commands Dobby to attack who sarcastically tells his leader that he isn't the boss of him Dobby goes on a charge as he mocks his father on their meeting and asks if he's come to watch his Pals get incinerated throwing a torrent of fire but shout out emerges from a warp gate and blocks it with his eyes Shoto calls him out on being stupid for not counting them in the fight and Dobby laughs as he yells at his brother's name suddenly the Troy Defense System activates encasing the villains into separate containers the villains quickly break out of them with Dobby laughing that they didn't even last three seconds as all the heroes are able to shove them into separate warp gates Dobby and shodo are warped to Kamina where they face off while clashing with his brother Dobby proceeds to burn down Kamina Ward with a gigantic fire tornado dwindling down the accompanying Heroes and reminisces on the current events being similar to the hosu incident as seeing that battle was what spurred him to action in the first place after catching his wits Dobby is confronted within the Tornado by Shoto burn and keto and onima lamenting how Endeavor couldn't face him and instead sent his son and his three Sidekicks to deal with him he then mocks Shoto for being a pawn in endeavor's plan while shodo declares that he's not there because someone ordered him to but because he wants to be the one to stop him amused Dobby claims that that still makes him their father's Pawn but shoda replies that if he simply ignored him and tried to be a hero then that would be true after agreeing Dobby proclaims about how this war is about the people involved not the Mindless soldiers but the ones who want to change or destroy the world fighting for their feelings all representing the limitations of their super-powered society shodo then asks Dobby if he was alive the whole time why didn't he come back home as his rotting body begins to increasingly get burned from his Quirk Dobby notes that it's only fair that as shoda's older brother he gives his side of the story on how he became Dobby why he's still alive and how his Flames even surpassed his father's Masterpiece Dobby informs shodo that he was found barely Alive by all for one after his flaming Outburst he and Dr kudai partially restored him in a nursery in an attempt to groom him and become his subordinate only for him to run away and come home however he finds out that his family had moved on and Shoto was now the center of endeavor's attention after reflecting on how he cast aside his old name Dobby reveals that he dedicated himself to destroy Endeavor and improved his own skill to wreak havoc with his Quirk going wild and his body reduced to a crisp husk Dobby agrees with shodo that he was ready to die if it meant to destroy their father's life before he moves to attack Shoto standing defiant shoda prepares his flash fire fist while declaring he won't succeed Dobby gleefully laughs and then showed up for the chat stating that he'll make for some fine kindling even with their dad not there after Shoto responds that he'll be the one to stop him Dobby proceeds to comment on his thoughts he has about Shoto too right after working on reboosting his weakened flame Dobby remembered back to endeavor's words to encourage him while numbing of his body Stripped Away his limitations allowing him to follow his lead with Max output asking if shoto's a fan of all might Dobby unleashes flash fire fist hell spider sending a wide array of fire spirals all outside the tornado burn in keto and onima use their quirks to protect Shadow as he readies his blast but Dobby suddenly appears behind him having used the hell spider as a distraction Dobby throws a fiery punch at Shoto asking him how he felt holed up at UA with all these scared civilians as the son of endeavor and a brother of Dobby he continues his assault limb basting Shoto as despite being the boy born with everything blessed with an ideal body in the right place he still depends on everyone else as a half-baked puppet how never make a thing of himself unleashing a jet burn attack that blasts Shoto directly into a building however Shoto manages to neutralize the heat to Dobby's surprise he responds that he's not wrong and he was full of Doubt at this time recognizing himself as a half-baked dummy despite that considering he thought Dobby was only ever focused on Endeavor he's glad to hear that he's been keeping a close eye on him too shodo yells that even though their dad was a madman and their family screwed up everybody he burned to death was his own choice and that he's not taking any more innocent lives Dobby reacts vigorously at the Masterpiece as shodo tells him to aim his rage at his family unleashing his ultimate move at him Flashfire fist phospher shoda regains the upper hand against Avi and unleashes his new Ultimate move icebound crash cold Flames pale blade Dobby manages to recover using his fire noting how since he has a body to withstand his fire and the ice to quench his Flames he is the perfect man of the job after jumping backward he realizes that even though they share the same blood they ended up completely different Shoto ends up losing control of his phosphor and needs to switch it back on just as Dobby touches the ground and Unleashed a violent torrent of Hell Minefield pushing his fire into the ground to create massive volcanic eruptions all over the battlefield telling him to just burn up and die already burning keto and oniman take the brunt of the damage to protect shodo giving him enough time to start building up his Fire and Ice Shoto bursts toward Dobby's chest telling him that they're going to mingle whether he likes it or not and to stop already blasting him with his ultimate move great glacial ager a gigantic wave of cold fire that shoots directly through his chest the fire all over kamino is frozen over by shoto's ice and Dobby's body is left hanging over Shoto the news of Dobby's defeat is then broadcasted to all other Heroes by all might which eventually boosts their morale as one of the heroes in the area checks on Dobby he wonders how he managed to survive the battle despite his current condition when a mysterious fear of light begins to appear in his chest as it turns out right before Shoto covered him an ice Dobby had managed to copy shoto's phosphor move protecting himself from being completely cooled down by his brother he's able to catch the heroes off guard as a stunned Shoto watches him completely burn keto in and onima Alive taunting that it was a good idea that he faced Shoto first as he was able to make use of his phosphor technique to reinvigorate himself he then calls out a skeptic who speaks to him through a device in the near hayaan nomu nearby skeptic tells him that he's too busy to meddle with his issues but still inform some of endeavor's location and that he's currently fighting all for one at the ruins of the ganga Mountain Villa upon learning of endeavor's location Dobby thinks that if he sticks to his original plan of defeating Shoto first his body wouldn't last any longer as a result he decides to fly towards ganga ignoring all of his brothers please to continue fighting he's then interrupted by skeptic who tells him that he's going to get a free ride when a warp gate suddenly appears right in front of him Dobby enters through the warp gate and is immediately teleported to endeavor's location upon arrival he then emerges from the portal gleefully greeting his father Dobby then proceeds to burn down the surrounding Forest causing more trouble for the heroes this was then accompanied by himiko who had transformed into twice summoning a huge number of twice doubles through of the entire Battlefield Endeavor asks Dobby if Shoto is alright to which he replies telling him that he originally plan to kill Shoto and then bring the ladder to him as a present but he was too strong upset that his dream won't come true Dobby then declares to Endeavor that he will still try to take as much as he can from whatever he tries to protect he then charges towards him preparing to face off against his own father because Dobby still posed a big threat to the heroes Endeavor Jets himself into the forest far away to let his maniacal son chase after him while the remaining forces deal with himiko's doubles and all for one unbeknownst to Endeavor though Dobby had been internally compressing thermal energy inside of his body ever since his initial defeat at the hands of Shoto and continues to compress even more with all of his blue flames building up in about 10 minutes his body will explode and cremate everything within five kilometers in a massive nuclear blast in addition he was also informed of the location of the evacuation blocks in between UA and shiketsu by skeptic aware that there are still some underneath ganga and within the estimated Blast Zone intending to take them down with him including the rest of his family Dobby continues to pursue his father as his body starts to crack with his entire skin burned away after his Flames continued to burn his flash now now completely consumed by his blue flames Dobby lost any form of sanity and just recklessly charged at his father the combusting Dobby maniacally screams for his dad to watch me as he unleashes a devastating Vanishing fist that completely smashed Endeavor but also obliterated his right arm Dobby grabs a hold of him as Endeavor desperately tries to convince his son to put out his Flames that he doesn't want to watch him die but Dobby continues to repeat to watch him and for natsuo to play with him his mind long gone Endeavor reaches into Dobby's heart and much to his shock within Dobby's phosphor Endeavor recognizes Rey's Frost Quirk realizing that in his hysterical State he managed to manifest ice within his own Quirk Endeavor proceeds to look at his son and says he takes full responsibility believing that he had to Bear the burden and stay alive to atone for what he's done but now he recognizes that Dobby's been watching him this whole time while he couldn't be there to watch him he declares that he can't let him die but also won't let anyone else get caught up in their tragedy he grabs a hold of Dobby preparing to use all of his Firepower to propel both of them into the sky to explode together however before he can get too far as Dobby's body continues to crack Rey appears before the two of them using her eyes to stop them in his hazed State Dobby manages to recognize his mother who shouts an apology to her son she then calls out to fuyumi and natsuo who had followed behind Rey against their mother's wishes fuyami cries out that she can't take
