you we thank you for all that you have made ours all that the father has is ours and we're so so grateful we worship you we honor you we magnify you and father we're so hungry we're here to cooperate with your plan for this service tonight we're so thankful for the greatness of your plan and we hook on we bring our faith to the greatness of your plan that it be fulfilled and we thank you father for your word the light of your word that the ears of the people have ears to hear they have eyes to see hearts that are open and receptive and we thank you for your power flowing and moving tonight and meeting the needs of the people we're so expectant and we thank you for your goodness thank you for all that we've already received and there's so much more and we take it we receive it tonight in jesus name hallelujah [Music] jesus made a statement and i like the way the amplified reads it says when i come back we'll i find persistence in faith on the earth and i tell you it's an honor and a privilege to hear teaching that helps us be what he's looking for that he's looking for persistence in faith a faith that never quits a faith that doesn't back up amen and we're in the place and sitting under a man who is stalwart in faith and has been such an example in faith and it's not a light thing for us to sit here and receive of someone with the experience of faith amen thank god for the doctrine of it but the experience of it the spirit of faith that is so it sounds different and uh he being in these services that we've gotten to be in and brother copeland is bringing us what we need by the spirit of god of what we need to be what jesus is looking for because it's going to take faith to fulfill all that the father's plan contains our father's harvest will not be stolen it will not be robbed and we'll be a part of helping in that great that great work and it takes faith amen so we value the message of faith because it's our part power is his part faith is our part and as we've said in these services we're better learning how to do our part and we're thrilled with the message of faith because jesus is looking for it amen smith wigglesworth made the statement god will pass over a million people just to get to the one with faith that's us that's us the building full of those who say that's us amen hallelujah so i want you to give a great big welcome to brother kenneth copeland thank you so much for coming love you thank you praise god hallelujah the lord is wonderful things are good amen things are good it's i'm going to say this i said this this morning and i want to say it again because there's there are a number here that we're not here this morning those that live by faith that actually live by faith your faith sustains your life and and faith is not just an idea to you the just the righteous live by faith those of us that live and walk by faith never have to change our lifestyle because of the time amen amen in that way we are like jesus we change not if there's any changing to be done of course we'll do it but not from that that's right we don't get off of faith no no no no no no no no well brother copeland i just don't feel like god's with me well that's when you better believe he is. amen you may be seated thank you so much for coming tonight i'm honored to be here pastor nancy and um i'll tell you what you don't think about ed dufresne without laughing right i mean the guy laughed all the time and nancy was telling that story this morning and what was funny about that nancy was just as you started talking about it i started thinking about it and i still and and how many of you never ever met ed your friend you never met him at all you missed out get his words tied around backwards put the wrong word in the wrong place he said to me one time he he said brother kenneth the lord didn't call me because i was eloquent called me because i was available only i think he said eloquent wasn't eloquent it was yeah i forgot what he said but i hate it anyway man i miss him he got a tape recorder from us and back there then we our our ministry carried tape recorders and i knew how wonderful it was for me to have the little martel um and it wasn't battery operated then if a small well then later radio shack came out with a little larger one it had it had pretty good quality to it and so i went to see uh radio shack if you bought so many of them you got a discount on them and you know radio shack's general headquarters was in fort worth so i went over to the to the the main store there jack oh lord help me with his name jack rausch museum my dad and i went over to my my dad was was helping me in the ministry then we went over there to see him made an appointment with him winston and so i told him what i was doing and i said now i'm going i i'm buying these tape recorders and and i explained the tape ministry and and all of that and man it was it was really going we were approaching a million tapes a year and so and we were not book worms we were tape worms that's right i'm telling you oh man i'll tell you we lived with a tape in your hand and they invented cds and took a giant step backwards [Laughter] you can't back that thing up exactly right stop that tape back it up and back it wear it out in one spot but you can dump those things back down on tape anyway so uh and i talked to jack about it i said if i can buy 50 of these then i get a better discount on them he said well uh you're sure you're going to sell that many yes sir how are you so sure i said i said something like this because i believe god oh i see he said all right i'm going to give you that discount up front and he said i'll keep the i'll i'll keep them here and when you need them you come get them he's trying me on you know so i mean you know it was over overnight we sent somebody over there to get them and send somebody over there to get them and one but a few days he called and said forget that just take the whole 50 recorders and we were buying them by the by the uh just bunches of them and that one of those recorders that little radio share it's pretty good size machine the little martel was small but you could get put fresh batteries in there and he'd take that tape recorder and a tape and go out and like nancy said this morning he'd he'd take the tape recorder he'd go to prayer groups he'd go to churches he'd go anywhere and he'd say all right now listen to this he'd turn a tape on of me and and he'd get through he'd say okay any questions and and he he and he lay hands on the sick marvelous and he kept doing that and he's driving all over the place and and and one night he started had his tape recorder in his hand and the lord said leave the tape recorder at home i don't think i want to do that he was telling me about all this he said i did not want to do that the lord said leave the tape recorder at home and of course you know what i am same thing happened to me all that in there came out hallelujah now i was listening to kenneth e hagin tapes night and day night i'm talking night and day night and day and had that little recorder going at night in the car everywhere and uh now we had we we had a a nice car and i was running from god i did not want to go to oral roberts university i didn't want to go back to school i didn't like school when i was there the first time but i i and and anyway we had we had gone let me back up i was working for my dad i was in tyler texas and i called gloria and i said globe um hilton and hilton sutton and and charles rogers are having a meeting in houston and i really would like to go to that meeting and uh i said i i i called i called my dad and i quit my job and told him i got to get in the ministry i can't do this anymore so we're going to houston and went down there that media lasted six weeks now you understand i'm a scripture a little illiterate but it's baptized in the holy ghost and oh and and and i you know they had me singing and going on and it was just something and there's a guy walked up to me now there's another part to this story i really had a hard time with cigarettes that i fought those things i didn't know how to be delivered i hated them i absolutely hated them that'd throw them out to out the wind and turn around and try to find them out in the weeds [Laughter] that's the reason after i got delivered i carried my new testament in my pocket right there bubba because that's what broke it anyway so i thought man i don't i sure don't need these cigarettes in my pocket so i just stuck them up over the sunburn of the car and so i'd been there two weeks almost well two almost three weeks there's a man walked up to me and handed me some money i didn't i didn't oh i put all the gas i had in that car to get there handed me a bunch of money and said go home get your wife copeland she needs you to be here thank you sir very much amen i walked out and i had spent that time in the word listening to hilton sutton preach the word of faith praise god i didn't know that's what you called it so i went out and got my car had a buick riviera it was a nice car it had some miles on it but it was one of the old ones one of the heavy ones a good car and i looked up there and there was those cigarettes i said well look at you that was the last one right there praise god that was the last one well we had a wonderful time excuse me hell now hilton sudden i mean he he helped gloria and me when we didn't have any food and gloria and i stood together on the word of god that we would never ever go home to our parents over anything and we didn't so hilton said uh kenneth why don't you just come here and take over the uh the music department of this church now i'm thinking mm-hmm that sure sounds good to me i said now or use first year i said hilton i was thinking maybe the lord might want me to go to oral roberts university i didn't tell him he told me to go he said kenneth that he said that's going to be a wonderful school but he said son i can teach you right here everything you need to know yeah that's my deal right there so boy gloria was there this thing's working out yeah you know how'd that work out for jonah so gloria's mother and dad had had moved and he had taken over the superintendent of schools in prescott arkansas so here was our plan we go through from houston through east texas over to prescott spend the night with gloria's mother and dad drive back to fort worth get all of our things all of our stuff and uh go back to houston that's my plan well it was october we left it was late that night by the time we got out of houston and got oh my god everything got the kids and now kelly was she was about three john was four months old gloria is in the front seat now we're in a buick riviera which is um bucket seats in the front gloria's in the right seat kelly is in the back john is on a pillow between gloria and me gloria had the flu so bad she could hardly hold her head up and back in those days i didn't pay attention to speed limits gloria said you're happy unless you're doing mark ii with your hair on fire but yeah until the lord well that's another story i don't have time to get anything well he told me later he said when you got your driver's license you said you would obey the laws anyway that night halloween night 1966. and we just came over this hill going down into marshall texas then a two-lane highway until you came up to the there was a uh a uh flashing yellow signal it was flashing red now it's it's late the middle of the night it's halloween night but it's right about midnight and there was a forward station wagon sitting there that highway went like fish and this forged station wagon was sitting there underneath that red light and i came down over the top of that hill and it was it was had a downgrade to it and i just took my foot off the accelerator and let it coast on in and i got right up to that car and suddenly he decided to go across the highway oh come on man i of course i hit the brakes with everything i had swore just squirreled that thing to the right and he just started across there i hit him let me get up here were you where can you see me i i my car was going like this and hit him here both cars came together and mine bounced off of his and went over like that and nose down into a bar ditch there's concrete in the bottom of that bardage and it just knows down into it and um of course my side of the car was the one that was damaged and i the the door on my side was just hanging there and i couldn't get it open and and i just hit it like that and it came open i got out went around the other side of course gloria's side of the car wasn't was wasn't hurt i went around to her side opened the door set her on a little on the side of the hill there got kelly out of the back i couldn't find john and finally found him up under the seat in the front seat well the the doctor on call that night was an orthopedic surgeon and he examined john he said now mr copeland he said don't worry about this little fella he said his arm is broken and and four of his ribs are broken loose in the back but now he said he's too small for a cast he said i have wrapped it with an ace bandage but wherever you put him he won't move now he said he may cry but he won't move he said god just built them that way so they put us in this fairly large room and we uh i was in a rocking chair and i had john on my chest here like this and i'm praying in the spirit and i'm i'm rocking him and and he was just up here on my chest like this then he'd move a little bit and then i just kept him here and just praying in the spirit oh god oh god oh god and i thought the whale the whale got me he just didn't get me good and and i i'm just repenting before god and all of a sudden i hear two men praying in the spirit behind me and i thought i don't know anybody in marshall texas i know i don't think my dad does i had called dad they're coming over to pick us up and there's one over here on this side that's got house slippers and one over here that's barefooted both of them praying in tongues wow and so i and john's here and and the the anointing of god came came down on top of my head and i thought oh that's warm and and it's sweet like honey and it came down over my head and the rest of my body and when it got down to john he went to sleep kelly was in shock she went to sleep and this man said um he he leaned over there to me and he said we'd have been in here sooner but he said that old bad nurse there he said he saw i'm seemingly god myself he said i got this here church of christ brother born again and filled with the holy ghost and he said me and him are going around praying for people in the hospital and he said that old bad nurse come around and said if you don't quit that i'm going to throw you out of this hospital [Laughter] and he said he said i had a truck wreck it didn't hurt me none but i had to be in the hospital for observation or they take my insurance away from me he now listen he said the lord told me he said there's a family in here that needs to be prayed for he said me and him being hid out down there behind the water cooler till she got out of there now i told all that i'm kind of going around laura's house to get there we went out there the next day and looked at that car had the devil had what he planned nobody but kelly would have lived in that car john had gone across that gearship and and rooted that gearshift out of the box wow when i looked at the door that that that was a 54 buick riviera big heavy door when i looked at that door where i just thought i did this there was a big dent in that door and i knocked it off the hinges i had just a little soreness here in my chest nothing went out there and looked at it and the steering wheel was wrapped around the steering post that's the reason for airbags that's what brought about the invention of airbags because people got killed with that steering post hitting you in the chest didn't he make me sore so the only car we had left was gloria's car it had 90 000 miles on it when we got it and i was talking something about it this morning it leaked everywhere so i'm listening to the tapes night and day day and night night day day and night night and day day and night so i got a call i had at this time i hadn't preached anywhere just i want a little place or two but hey i got a call from the full gospel businessmen's fellowship to come to lubbock texas i was born in lubbock texas and i had got my interest up at the first cafeteria and i knew right where the first cafeteria was i'm gonna get to preach of course i didn't live there for six weeks but but anyway [Laughter] so i'm in gloria's car and now i'm still listening to tapes i'm listening to tapes and listen to tapes and listen to tapes and listen to you so i got there and hey there were no alkaline batteries they were great big fat carbon batteries and you got a two-sided tape and return you go to the second side that's going out like that so i got a grocery sack full of batteries i'm investing heavily in batteries i got to lubbock i listened to tapes all the way out there listen to brother hagin all the way out to the level and that night i went to bed listening to brother hagin i am preached anywhere so now that cafeteria now those of you that missed out on the full gospel businessmen oh those days that you really missed it oh my goodness and so the deal was they they you they they had the meeting in the cafeteria and then and my goodness almost the cafeteria was full of people that came to that meeting well of course they all bought food before and then then they shut the cafeteria down and then we have our meeting right there close the end of it and up there they came in the door over here the busboys would come in here drop off their stuff go back out this side over here and start again and they just you know they're cleaning the tables so i started preaching i started preaching and all those tapes came out at once now i know how i know how ed felt all those tapes came out on faith i just preach and preach and preach and preach and preach and preach and preach and just you know i can't be still when i preach and so i'm i'm just going just going not preaching just i don't remember what all i said i just preached faith there's just preaching faith just preaching everything and so and i start i was go over here like this and so i just went through here and i preached it through the kitchen all the way through the kitchen and everybody in the kitchen was watching and i got through there and some of them in the kitchen you know and they stuck their heads out that's the way you are when you're a tapeworm so i started back it's a long drive from lubbock to texas to to tulsa and i'm driving along there 40 miles an hour petting this old car and i thought huh you can keep me just as good you can keep me just just as good at well the speed limit i think was 65 back then then you can keep me just as good as 65 as you can at at 45 and that's when he said i can and will as long as you keep it under the speed limit he broke me from speeding right then he said every time you went driving all that fast like you did he said you broke the law every time you did it every time you did it you're a law breaker and a liar so i just eased it up there and that thing ran so we got home and and then i was invited to come to fort worth and uh to preach a meeting there locally for for our pastor and so this young young man there in the church his mother was his mother was just uh she was one of the staples of grace temple church and jim wooten was a mechanic at uh i think he was with ford motor company but anyway he said brother kenneth he said i think the lord wants me to tune up your car i said i don't doubt that [Laughter] so he said where is it i said it's over at my dad's house remember when you live by faith praise god i said it's over there by my dad it's in my dad's house he said okay i'll go over there and get it now he said i'll i'll take it to my house because he said of course i can't do it on the job but he said i'll take it to my house and i'll tune it up for you and take it back and and so when i got back my car was there and i thought jim didn't he came to me and he said [Laughter] did you drive that car in here that's yeah was it running okay i sit down jim it's running great now this was just right after i got off that trip why well now in a distributor as that distributor swings around there's a little stainless steel blade with carbon points on it that's what makes it fire he said kenneth the points weren't worn down there were no there there was none there that car ran excellently absolute miracle the those that live by faith but you can't break the law and make it work amen well i didn't plan to get into all that but you know i enjoyed hearing it so uh [Laughter] thank you jesus praise you lord father we thank you tonight for the faith of god and the faithfulness of god you're our god and we're your people and we praise you and thank you tonight yes we need to pray for the president right now one of this came up but this came up this afternoon and and i've been dealing with this in my spirit for three years that somebody's going to try to kill him i've been standing against it for three years and then others have said that blessed christian no you don't satan who do you think you are you don't touch donald john trump god's anointed yes you don't touch him you can't have him thank you father they can't do it they cannot do it they cannot they cannot do it they can't kill this man oh no lord god lord god no not again we're not having this in the name of jesus thank you thank you lord thank you lord thank you jesus open your bibles with me tonight to the book of hebrews chapter 6. let's back up you know the beginning of chapter 6 starts with therefore so let's back up into that fifth chapter just a little bit here verse 12. for when for the time you ought to be teachers you have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of god it'd be good for you to underline that if you haven't already particularly where we're going in tonight's message and are become such as have need of milk and not strong meat for everyone that uses milk is unskillful in the word of righteousness for he's a baby but strong meat belong to them that are of full age even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of christ let us go on to perfection let us go on to maturity maturity not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works faith toward god the doctrine of baptisms laying on of hands and resurrection of the dead and eternal judgment now back up here leaving the principles of the doctrine of christ let's say it like this leaving the fundamental principles of the doctrine or the teachings of christ this is important yes it is i heard brother hagin say this and and i'm oh my and the lord stirred me up again over this he said these things are sacred these are the fundamental principles of the doctrines of christ the messiah the god the jesus god the fundamental principles the basic fundamental principles of the anointed one then he said now let's go on to maturity well brother copeland this is baby stuff no it's baby stuff until you get on it amen yes sir amen amen and i got reprimanded for this big time and you know the game he gets on me i get on you come on repentance from dead works faith towards god the doctrine of baptisms laying on of hands resurrection of the dead and eternal judgment repentance from dead works dead works having a form of godliness but denying the power thereof now you talk about that and there there are people in that place that lay hands on folks it's a ritual means very little yeah i like what brother hagin said about it laying empty hands on empty heads it doesn't mean anything it's just something that we do now what would you think if i said well you know i don't know about that faith towards god business and after all you name it claim it blab it grab it folks he's uh you know i don't know well let me tell you something sweetheart i named it claimed it blabbed it grabbed it and i've still got it amen that's important faith towards god well what is your faith what are you catholic faith are you no yeah well i mean that's that's fine but that's not what this is talking about that isn't what this is talking about at all no this is talking about this powerful this powerful thing that jesus talked about a lot this powerful spiritual force that's generated in the spirit of a born-again human being powerful well the doctrine of baptisms now you look like up in the greek and it says baptisms it's in greek but you i mean when it the phonetically out in english letters you can look at it and tell it's baptism and people get that messed up i won't go into all that but there's more than one baptism proven by the scripture when you got born again you were baptized into the body of christ and then baptized in water these are solemn things baptism in water outward sign of an inward grace yes oh lord i love it and i think about oh nancy i think about those motorcycle rallies that we had back there and we had so many people come to those things and and i mean we were baptizing uh outlaw bikers and and mac golver and ben priests and and this this this we that we and jerry savelle and jesse duplantis and i mean there's we we baptized at one time we what was it david something like 900 people like that out there and one i was thinking about the dog and this this woman brought her dog out there and and that dog was kind of gnarling up he didn't know whether he wanted to be baptized or not and thank god god bless him he's in heaven oh man i miss you brother he said ah that's all right i'll baptize that dog give me that dog baptize that dog that dog baptisms and of course there's the baptism of the spirit amen oh glory to god and the laying on of hands resurrection of the dead it didn't say resurrections resurrection of the dead there's more than one and i don't have time to get into all of the resurrections study them out there's the first resurrection then the second resurrection oh you don't want to be part of that second one uh uh we're you and i are going in the first load oh yeah oh yeah sunny will be coming today and eternal judgment i heard brother hagin say this and i and and i'm all afternoon all afternoon again and again i was listening to the to the tape i've listened to it all right how many times i've listened to it i mentioned it tonight to pastor nancy and she and she she said it back to me and she said that's what brother hagin said i said where do you think i got it when the lord jesus appeared to him and told him that you're going to have to tell this you're going to tell i have to tell people that you saw me and you have to tell people that that i laid my hand in your hands and soup and so on and he said he said uh give this to somebody else he said i just give it to somebody else i and he said of course jesus knew exactly what he's thinking that they're going to criticize you and he said he or he said who called you he said you did they didn't call you i did amen and when they criticize you they judge you i'll judge them they'll have to stand in judgment and then they need to let him know you're going to have to stand judgment if you don't do it now and that just got hold of me today again really just really um everybody everyone everyone that's criticized glory and me for preaching prosperity they're going to have to face judgment that's right that's right amen now all judgment isn't at the end come on come on come on yeah that's right present time judgment is a function of seed time and harvest and do you remember that jesus said judge not lest you be judged and the way you measure it it'll be measured back to you and it's so easy to do well now you know how i love pastor when they start that just brace up come on now yes sir yes sir that's right that's right if i'd have been pastor nancy i wouldn't have done it like that you dummy if you'd have been pastor nancy that's exactly what you would have done come on sir amen excuse me for calling your dummy that's unscriptural meathead that's scriptural carnal minded do i have any hispanics in here right now oh yeah excuse me gardening [Laughter] [Music] chile con carne yeah chili with me carnal-minded meathead [Laughter] much oh yeah thank you lord i by saying if i had been her i would not have done that that way you just judged what she did that's right that's right but quite a comment don't brother copeland me come on now yeah but i didn't mean to well yeah right uh-huh if you didn't mean to repent and shut up that's right come on right excuse me repent and hush no shut up sounds better i like shut up better [Laughter] there's there is an age where you get you can get away in nearly anything somebody said copeland you old school huh i'm old and i went to school amen [Laughter] how glory to god yeah thank you lord in in in my opinion i don't usually give my opinion but in my opinion judgment is the most dangerous it will get you into trouble and and it and it has a tendency to just continue you just keep in it just stay in it yeah you don't know you're in it and it and then and people around you are dying and you don't know why yes sir yes sir yeah amen you start feeling sorry for yourself don't ever do that don't ever do that amen no that feeling sorry for yourself is is a form of depression and depression is grief depression is grieving over something you haven't lost nobody cares for me well i care no you don't well yeah i can't no you don't you don't care for me i i took him no you don't come on anyway the laying on of hands luke chapter 4. verse let's see lord what do you want me to start okay verse 38 he arose out of the synagogue and entered into simon's house now jesus hadn't changed his name yet that that's fundamental in covenant now in all of this that we're talking about don't don't don't get don't let covenant get get away from your mind entered into simon's house simon's wife's mother was taken with a great fever and they besought him for her he stood over her rebuked the fever and it left her and immediately she arose and ministered unto them now when the sun was setting all they that had any sick with different diseases brought them unto him and he laid his hands on every one of them and healed them he laid his hands on every one of them in heal oh i love him and i love it hallelujah now luke chapter 13. verse 10 jesus was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath and behold now what does behold mean look so look form it up in your mind look there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity 18 years was bowed over and could in no wise lift up herself when jesus saw her he called her to him and said unto her woman thou art loosed from thine infirmity and he laid his hands on her and immediately she was made straight and glorified god glory to god thank you jesus first timothy 5 22 lay hand suddenly on no man neither be partaker of another man's sin keep yourself yourself pure acts 28 8 it came to pass the father of publish lay sick of a fever and a bloody flux to whom paul entered in prayed and laid his hands on him and healed him and acts 13 3 and when they had fasted and prayed they laid their hands on them and they sent them away god uses people's hands amen gloria has a powerful ministry of laying hands when i'm when i'm in a prayer line with her uh and she's laying hands on people i just stay out of the way i just support her maybe put my hands on her or may i may reach across her but oh and some fella said to me one time i just don't know whether i like a woman preacher laying their hands on me or not and i said well um did your mother lay hands on you when you were a kid and you were six he said well yeah oh yeah he said i get it it didn't say men's hands or women's hands it said hands hands neglect not the gift that is in thee which was given thee by prophecy with the laying on of hands of the prosperity all these signs shall follow them that believe in my name they shall cast out devils they shall speak with new tongues they shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover who the believer the believer it's a sign among believers believers men women children believers when paul had laid his hands upon the acts 19 6 the holy ghost came on them and they spoke with tongues and prophesied acts 9 17 ananias went his way and entered into the house putting his hands on him said brother saul the lord even jesus that appeared unto thee and the way as you cut as thou cometh hath sent me that you might receive thy sight and be filled with the holy ghost we know he spoke in tongues because he said i speak in tongues more than you all actually if you look that he said i spoke in tongues more than all of you put together acts 8 17 they laid their hands on them and they received the holy ghost james 5 14 is any sick among you let them call in the elders of the church let them pray of him anointing him with oil in the name of the lord well how are you going to anoint somebody with oh you're just going to pour it on him walk off and the prayer of faith shall i um i have a case with the king james translation on the word heal in the greek it's sozo sometimes it's translated healed sometimes it translated save paul we could have stopped a small wars with that well we only preach salvation we don't preach healing really i heard brother hagin say well we just don't believe in that healing much he said don't worry you won't be bothered with it amen but in the great that's the reason the greek speaking people had no trouble with that you get saved you get healed because the word was sozo healed delivered soundness all of those wrapped up in that one greek word now i have the pleasure my granddaughter jenny uh started an orphanage in greece and um she uh met this young man i had the privilege of marrying them now i i had to work on her last name and to be able to say it smoothly now i started laughing i hope people do it don't don't don't don't smile at me do you hear what i said now don't be doing that jenny papa pistola outstanding young man praise god and his name is elias you can find that in the new testament anyway so jenny had always said out now at our prayer cabin you've seen us at our prayer cabin in arkansas right across from the house there's uh in in some tall cedar trees over there there's just a square cut out it looks like somebody at some time had maybe maybe they started to build a house there i you know we have no idea but it's just a square place in there and when jenny was just a little girl she she would go over there and she would say one of these days i'm going to get married in that spot because all the kids love to go to center point right that's just a little town that's there gloria was born in center point during world war ii and so at her grandmother's house well she kept saying that i'm going to get married in that spot well now she's in greece but no she's going to get married in that spot and i'm going to do it well a string of miracles took place he got a special thing from his job and hey in greece they don't care whether you get married or not and traditionally there the man takes the wife's name well now his his mother and dad pastor a church and there was no way they were going to go for that and so and his mother learned english reading our books with a dictionary [Music] and of course elias learned it he learned it in school i mean it's required now after english so i married them and and it was gorgeous just beautiful out there and so i've stuck a handful of 100 bills in my pocket and so after and they they were leaving that night and so i just walked up and stuck it in jenny's hands i don't remember what it was five four four five hundred dollars whatever what she said oh paul and she started praying she said no you pray well he's a big tall guy and he said okay but do you mind if i pray in greek and he got through i'm telling you my goosebumps were double-parked and i looked i looked at jenny i said girl i've been prayed for in the mother tongue [Laughter] been that great and laid hands on them and blessed them the laying on of hands is used of course in ministering to the sick but the laying on of hands was used from what i can see and what i can tell far more in blessing than in healing the sick now you go back through both covenants the blessing of the lord the blessing of the patriarchs bringing the blessing forward by laying on of hands moses laid hands on joshua hallelujah the laying on of hands the doctrine of the laying on of hands very sacred thing amen amen however it can be mocked very dangerous thing to do there they mocked jesus he's laying hands on people healing them and they said he has a devil oh oh that's bad the laying on of hands isn't it wonderful it just now i've been doing this a long time i first learned laying hands on the sick from oral robbers watching him he he had to have surgery on his shoulders well i don't understand that a man that's laid hands on the sick i don't understand why he had to have surgery healing is not a reward you go lay hands on two million people and see what happens to your shoulders he he was having trouble with his appendix and they had him in the hospital and it was all swollen up and the and and swollen up just swelled up swollen up puffed up how's that and so and the the doctors were looking at it on the screen and and he's in here on the table there and and they're looking at it up on the screen and he's just lying there and he said now jesus in the book of philippians no one's communicated with me in giving and receiving but you only yes that word can be translated receding and oral said jesus i'm cashing a receipt now it's not right my appendix will not be operated i've had all the operations i'm going to have and that doctor said wait a minute did you see that the one i think it was richard in there with him he said yeah i saw that what happened the appendix he called me one day oh he was he was sorely upset i answered the phone he said kenneth i said what he said now back in the early days of stents they put a stint in an artery well you couldn't slow him down he just he just went night and day he just all the time he could not slow the man down and this thing had a life span on it this stint 20 years something like 20-year lifespan and they wanted to go in there and put in a new one it had no lifespan on it and he's just going on about it do you know what they said to me i said well no he said kenneth do you know what they said to me i said no what'd they say they said oral why don't you just relax and just take it easy and just take your medicine and don't get that stint changed it's too risky too risky he was mad he said oral roberts not going to want to take a risk he was just live it of course he outlived most of them yeah well into his 90s what 92 94 94 i believe amen when ms evelyn went home evelyn roberts she already had her funeral planned out she's one of those people that just and if she said she had to oral wouldn't plan anything you know and she so she had me speaking and she had billy joe doing the graveside service and everything well she uh she had a she was on a walker and she was getting out of the car and stumbled with that walker and hit her head on the on this on the concrete there's very little wrong with it she was just we her legs were weak wasn't anything wrong with her body at all so the graveside service was very private to this family and billy joe doherty was doing it and nancy i was sitting uh right in front of billy joel behind oral it's very small and i don't remember now what billy joel was saying but anyway oral they had they carried him almost carried him in there set him down now you know seed time and harvest did you know that oral robbers got a hold of seed time and harvest before he did the healing ministry yeah i don't have time to tell you that story but oh that's where i learned about seedtime so and he's the one that taught me oral roberts kenneth hagin and t.l osborn taught me concerning godly wealth anyway he said billy joel i'm just planting my most precious seed well it just went all over me so then they had the the memorial service then uh there was a little while after that of course it was there at maybe center now i and i i thought you know and they brought a a large chair up on the platform and and and in which for him to sit and i thought well i i think i'll mention to him maybe maybe he wanted to say something and about that time somebody walked up to me and said you might want to ask him to say something i don't much think he will i said okay yeah i will and i didn't talk all that long now they almost carried him in there that morning and he's sitting over there in that chair i said sir you have something you'd like to say to this yes i do and he began to talk about death he began to talk about different aspects of death and the more he talked the louder he got and the stronger he became and he just said this man lived by faith and he talked for about 45 minutes and then he said if you think oral roberts is just going to sit down and take it easy you have another think coming and he grabbed the arms of that chair and he jumped up and he said i'm gonna preach this gospel till i die and he did yes praise god he did this man i learned from him the laying on of hands in the invalid room my first time in there colin steele the the man that was manager of the uh all of the the meeting equipment and so forth came to me he said now kenneth uh he explained the envelope he said now you hear on the the system the speakers and you write down the points of his message and then you're going to have five to seven minutes there before he gets in there and you prepare the people to have hands laid on them okay so this is my first time in there and uh stand up here david and let me demonstrate with you so he walked in there and when he did i stepped back out of the way and uh so he looked at everybody and we had quite a lot of quite a few people in there and he came over there to me and he said now he went like this he said now you're going to do the praying and you're going to do the laying on of hands i could feel all the color going out of my face and he laughed he said don't worry about it he said i'll be there if you make a mistake i'll fix it now listen to what he said nancy he said don't touch him until you're ready to release your faith i'm still that way today the laying on of hands there was a woman i had my eye on her she was on an old army cot her nurse was there with her i'm having a guess at her age i i would guess her oh and at least in her 70s now little tommy pooched out there and uh she was so weak her nurse when we started over there to lay hands on her they her nurse put her hand in there under her back like that she was so weak laying on her hands are you with me now and uh so we headed right straight to her i still didn't know i i'm don't touch them till you're ready to release don't touch them well i was studying uh brother hagin's tapes on the power and authority invested in the name of jesus he got it by inheritance it was conferred upon him and he wanted by awesome combat in hell the power and authority in his name and i thought that's it that's it now he preached on the point of contact the name i want i'll release my faith with the name i walked up there to her he's standing right here and uh i walked over there the nurse is here she's here he's standing here and it's it's a little screwed around there when we walked over there to that cot i was positioned there where i was actually in front of her and her nurses over here holding her up anyway and so i said in the name of g from right here now you ca it's impossible to imitate this because when it has the anointing on it to your god i thought my god my god my god the line of the tribe of judah has roared now i still got my hand on her you fire unclean spirit take your in the name of jesus whose i am and whom i serve take your hands off god's property now she went and spit that tumor out on the floor and jumped up and ran off of that bed her nurse chasing her thinks she's gonna die any second dear lord here we go um the hands are a point of contact now oral roberts coined that phrase and he said this there must be a point where you release your faith whatever it is he said faith has to come to a climax and it has to come to a place where it explodes gloria called it boiling over it's just it's not something you feel and brother roberts would explain excuse me like this when it comes where you know in your knower you know that you know that you know you know you know that you know you know you know that you know you just know you know that you know you know and when you know you know that you know you know you know something's about to happen now brother hagin jesus caught him up into heaven itself a lady's hand put his finger in the palms of his hand and his hands began to burn i've never had that i don't have to have that but now i'm i'm about to confess something to you and i and i i told you i got in trouble and i got in trouble right here and the lord dealt with me over this over the years and i just pushed it aside and the lord said i have called you and anointed you and i have given you a special anointing to minister to the sick well i don't know how many times i'd listened to that i listened to it over and over and over and listened to it over i heard it again this afternoon because brother hagin lives in my phone and in my ipad amen amen he's right in there in that opposite i was in a time of prayer and worshipping the lord june the 28th 1980 seven minutes after midnight his presence filled my spirit and he began speaking to me he ministered to me and began answering questions me about some things i'd prayed about now i kept this all these years and i let it get away from me i didn't want to do it right in the middle of the night in fact i was up there at the prayer cabin midnight and all of a sudden stand up right on your feet man i jumped up and stood at attention i commission you to lay hands on the sick with a special anointing then he began to talk to me about some some things then he said lay these hands on the sick no sickness or disease shall be able to stand before you your word shall be my words your thoughts shall be my thoughts receive my anointing that sounded so much like what he said to brother hagin i just didn't want to say it publicly and then i let it slip and he started talking to me about this some time ago and i and then i i still struggled with it and and i i talked to several uh about it i talked to jerry about it i talked to keith moore about it it bothered me because but then the lord said he said consensually the same thing that he said brother hagin said who called you [Music] you're not kenneth hagin you're kenneth copeland i called you i said that to you and i had to repent and i repent before you amen is there anyone in here that desires to have hands laid on you because you need healing in your body now think about this don't come up for somebody else you can pray for somebody else you can get a prayer cloth that someone don't you come up and say i've had people do this come up and say i i i had this happen in jesse duplantis church and i knew then i had this on my mind but i didn't say it to them but i and i i healing for your heart and they came up there with all kinds of different things that's dangerous you're coming up there under false pretenses well yeah but brother copeland my uncle needs healing and i said come on well i'm not i didn't maybe make it clear enough i don't know but anyone at all that needs healing in your body right now for any reason and you would like my for me to lay hands on you tonight anyone at all those that raised your hands stand up one more time anyone at all okay no one else now i'm going to turn this over to to barry and the ushers and david and and pastor nancy to arrange this how shall we shall we move this podium over and line or granddaughter or somebody that was behind her and she had dark glasses on and so i just took her glasses off and i said may i do what jesus did she said by all means so i went and put my hands on her eyes and just held them there until i was aware of the anointing and i took my hands off and i said what do you see she said i see you come to find out she had double visions so bad she couldn't tell and she was pastor of a church nancy she couldn't she was 70 what was it uh she was 75 and doing fine she'd been about to be 78 going straight and so she said she had double vision so that she couldn't she just she was legally blind so then that was on saturday night so sunday she came to church and passed and testified before the whole church and and uh and and george said you see the clock and she said well of course i see the clock amen amen listen where'd you come for sweetheart your shoulder it was from a car [Music] [Laughter] oh jesus glory to god thank you lord jesus praise you lord what'd you come for i fractured my rib two weeks ago well you shouldn't have done that i know but i am younger yes yes nancy would you put your hand there under that rim but [Laughter] thank in the name of jesus thank you jesus what'd you come for dear i would hang on here till we found out hearing in my vision yes and total restoration total restoration there's isaiah 42 isaiah began to prophesy the 42nd chapter of isaiah and that's about the 22nd verse he said there was no one to say restore [Music] on my birthday december the 6th the lord woke me up and he said 2021 will be a year of divine health divine healing divine prosperity and divine restoration and it's come right now [Laughter] yeah restore restore i say restore over your house i say recover over your house and today if it's arthritis or what it is but i can't i can't i've been able to bend it or grip it okay okay now pain now you've told me about it yes so don't say anymore i can't okay yes sir now i know about it yes so you don't have to say that anymore now in the name of jesus you can move your hand and you will move your hand you can and you will in the name of jesus because you can do all things to morning i was preaching there for happy calling and uh i just i didn't sit straight up in the bed i just woke up and my my neck just went forward like that and there was jesus right at the foot of the said kenneth have a cookie and i said uh he said your response is i believe i will i have it thank you and it's gone and then i was just i was lying there meditating on that and in my spirit then then i saw myself go into a party and someone came up to me and said have a cookie i said no thank you i have a cookie [Laughter] and he said here's the six eyes of faith i believe i will i take it i have it i'm grateful for it and i forgive the six eyes of faith i had it in the name help me nancy in the name of jesus all right you just say i take it it's mine i believe i receive it now in jesus name i have my healing glory be to god yes yes i have it i have it it's mine and and so i started practicing that i believe i will i take it i have it i have faith in god and i'm very grateful for it and i forgive if i have ought against thee huh i have it what did you come forth um my the meniscus in my left knee i torn it when i was praise dancing at my church and um it's just very difficult to move around without tightness or pain and it gets really swollen yeah i understand that i did the same thing i took off running across the platform you don't do that when you're so sad but i did it you understand right now i speak to the swelling and i command you to go away get out of there right now in the name of jesus and heal i give him praise and honor things thank him and worship him for it yeah i'll do that uh uh come on down here the anointing on me right now is very very very strong come please come please come please quickly in the name in the name of jesus in the name in the name of house there and door you little bitty house little ran out i walked around god loves kenneth god loves kenneth oh god loves killing god loves me as much as he does jesus i couldn't grasp that and i mother's a prayer warrior and she just wouldn't quit now world war ii you couldn't get aluminum my dad had bought my mother a brand new set of aluminum cookware and the lord spoke to my mother and said the aluminum the aluminum it's the aluminum getting in his body she she got mad took it out there in the backyard and buried it [Laughter] it took a little while asthma was was large in my dad's family i've never had it i hated a little touch of it i was walking across the living room and mark hankins and trina she was healed of asthma and i and she was giving her testimony and i started wheezing a little bit and i said no you don't said satan trent has been healed of it and i'm healed too and that's the last of it right there it's gone don't yield to it now breathe deep [Music] thank saying in your spirit is there something the lord's saying in your spirit about her instead how you go to sleep at night matters last thoughts last thoughts right before you go to sleep yes yes saying the right thing holding focusing on him as you go to sleep faith thoughts love thoughts and that's why the lingering of [Music] what about children do i have any i don't have any but i would love to have some and husband as well yeah you need a husband to go along with it and do we have any prospects not right now that may be the problem girl god has him picked out don't just take anything that
