[Music] a very good morning to you and praise the lord we bless the lord for the opportunity of yet another week and we bless the lord for the chance again to come to you live and alive through this particular broadcast and to share the everlasting and the word of god that is forever powerful and the weather changes not you know the bible says that indeed there is power in the gospel and there is power in the gospel for salvation and even this morning as we interact in prayer and even the sharing of the word i believe that the power vested and lodged and locked up in the world will interfere with your life you know where there is revelation there is elevation you only go farther you can never go farther than what you know you are incapacitated whatever you know will limit how far you can go and so right now i want to invite you for this morning glory and this command your morning my name is pastor team mwangi life church international immoral and i just want to invite you for the next few minutes even as we dissect and interact with the word of god let us begin with the word of prayer our father and our lord will bless your name and we give you glory we thank you lord for the gift of life we thank you for the gift of this dame and above our lord we thank you for the gift of calvary lord we thank you because you looked at us with eyes of eternity and looked at us with a love and that's why today we are standing not because of our good deeds but dear lord we are standing and we are alive because of your mercies that endures forever and because of your mercies that are new every morning we thank you lord because you bore our shame on the cross and dear lord that is the reason why we step out in confidence knowing that shame cannot be our portion we thank you lord because every handwriting written against our lives and our destinies as the bible declares that every ordinance written against us was nailed on the cross we thank you lord because all the ordinances expectations and verdicts made against us one nailed on the cross when they pierced the nails through your feeble hands and even your feeble legs oh god we also thank you because by your stripes we were healed we thank you lord because of the spears i mean the the piercing of the ribs where we get the waters that washed us and cleansed us and made us all we thank you lord because the temple curtains was turned into two that we can have access and enter into the most holy place and commune and interact with you and enter in the dimensions of psalms 91 as the bible says blessed is the man that dwelleth in the secret place of the most high we thank you because your eyes are always upon the russians and your ears are attentive any time that they call even this morning lord people watching from different areas in different seasons of life lord going through different motions summer in the season of harvest others are in the wilderness others are in the others are in the water so father but we thank you lord because you have never been defeated sorry and we thank you lord even this morning your power is moving and we thank you that your anointing and your presence is moving in the mirrors of your people lord i pray for everyone that is under the sound of my voice and i declare by the sharing of the word and even by the declaration of these oracles that indeed their lives will never be the same again i pray for every desire i pray for every cry i pray for every petition i pray for every supplication i pray for every need and i declare today the bible says that you know whatever we need before we even ask and the scripture declared that we have not because we have asked not and this morning lord i declare that you are meeting us at the point of need and dear lord you are delivering what belongs to us by the glory and honor of your name lord i pray for utterance and i declare that whatever i shall utter will be consistent with your word and it shall come with simplicity and it is in jesus name that we do pray and believe hallelujah and hallelujah sorry i don't know what is happening but healing is my portion hallelujah so this morning i want to briefly talk about something i'm calling the babylonian attack or the babylonian fights i want to base this particular a talk and this particular preaching in the book of daniel i'm looking at the babylonian fights or the battles that you face when you enter into babylon we need to understand that most of the times babylon is always depicted as the secular world and the funniest thing is that the bible says we are in this world though we are not of this world you know some of you are watching me and you're preparing to go to work and wherever you want you don't work in a church you work in a system an ecosystem that is very secular in nature and so anytime we talk about the babylon and you know the fights of babylon it is when we begin to see where we are and where we are and what we are supposed to do the bible is very clear the children of israel were taken as captives into babylon and this was what was called the babylonian captivity that was prophesied by jeremiah it is one of the captivities that is very historical because of the intensity of battle that happened the temple was destroyed and the children of israel were captured and they were taken into babylon and so we begin to see as they resided in babylon the prophet jeremiah said they will be there for such a long time 70 years and there are few things that began to happen maybe just to lay the picture for you to understand is that back in the days when an emperor or an empire took over is that that particular empire had different communities and different nations under their jurisdiction what do i mean by the time the children of israel were captured and they were taken into babylon they were not the only captivity that were in babylon because babylon at that time was a superpower and many other nations were under the jurisdiction of babylon we see their territory spreading all the way from india coming all the way to africa it was such a big territory that was being governed by the babylonians and so at this particular time the children of israel ended up there the lord told them that you will be there for such for quite some time you better marry and build houses because you will be there for 70 years and so one of the things that we know we are delivered from sin but we are still in the world of sin we have been delivered from sin whatever happened in calvary was christ delivered us from sin he paid for the sin as the bible says the wages of sin is dead so the death of jesus on the cross was not just another death but it was a payment because the wages of sin is dead and man has been forgiven from sin and man by the power of the holy ghost you have been given the ability to overcome sin but you are still in the world and you are still in a nature which is the flesh that can still fall and that's why the holy ghost was given to you so that you can be able to stand even though you are still in the world of sin and so i'm trying to compare where we are living as the physical world and i'm trying to compare this to babylon because these were the children of covenant but they were in babylon in a secular state in a place where sin thrived and no one cared and i discovered that anyone most of the people especially people that are born again these five battles are very key and these five battles will come upon every believer the first battle that the children of israel faced was the battle of location the battle of location that is the first battle that they faced and you will discover that in life and i'm trying to be as practical as possible you are a location is connected to your location your allocation is connected to your location that begins to tell me that sometimes the devil may not fight their doors that ordained for you but the devil will fight the man that is supposed to access the doors the devil will make sure you are not supposed to be where god wants you to be at that particular time of the dealings and we see that the first battle that happened upon the children of israel was to be relocated from canaan to babylon the dealings of the children of israel was in the land of canaan the law said i'm going to give you a land flowing with milk and honey i'm going to establish you and i'm going to establish my covenant with you forever in this particular land and so when nebuchadnezzar came he took them out from the place of their location and there was a relocation there was a relocation and everyone under the sound of my voice it is my prayer that the lord will keep you blessed is the man who is planted beside many waters because he's like a tree that bears fruit in and out of season there is a divine location ordained for every man and it is the will of the enemy to make sure that you don't stay in your location because when you lose your location you automatically lose your allocation when you lose the place of your planting you lose the place of your fruitfulness and that is why not every open door is ordained for you neither is every opportunity ordained for you and neither is every promotion coming from the lord you need to come to the place of divine intelligence to audit and ask is this of the lord i know maybe in the many devotions i know i've touched on this the second battle is the battle of language we see this in the book of daniel chapter number one this is there the bible says in the third year of the reign of jehoiakim king of judah nebuchadnezzar king of babylon came to jerusalem and besieged it and the lord gave jehoiakim king of judah into the hands with the some of the articles of the house of god which he carried into the land of shina to the house of his god and he brought the articles into the treasure house of his god so we begin to see that the first thing that happened was the relocation the temple goods were taken out and then the bible continues to save then the king instructed ashvanas the master of his eunuchs to bring some of the children of israel and some of the king's descendants and some of the nobles young men in whom there was no blemish but good looking gifted in all wisdom possessing knowledge and quick to understand who has ability to serve in the king's palace ladies and gentlemen listen to me this morning we begin to see even the enemy does not look for people that do not add value to his own kingdom because the bible says that the king answered to ashvanas this was the master of the servants and he said go to the territory of the of the egypt of the of the israelites but there are specific demands that i need you to look for there are specific people that i need you to look for and these are some of the specifications he said that the first one uh is they must be young they must be young some young men in whom there is no blemish and i came to discover in this nation they say 70 percent is the young people and i came to discover that both god and the devil is entrusted with the young people when you know the lord when you are young you have ability to serve and walk with the lord for long god is not waiting for men on their death deathbed to give their lives to jesus because yes you will enter heaven but you will not have done anything in the realms of the earth and so in the economy and the ecosystem of eternity both god and the devil are looking for the young people because young means longevity of service and we begin to see some of the features that were given here young men in whom there was no blemish good looking gifted in all wisdom possessing knowledge and quick to understand who has ability to serve in the king palace and whom they might teach the language and the literature of the chaldeans so the first thing we begin is the battle of relocation the second thing we see is the battle of language every kingdom has its language words are not vowels words are spirits that create possibilities in the realm of the spirit i will repeat words and not vowels they are not just nouns and verbs words are spirits that create possibilities and realities in the realm of the spirit and that is why as a believer you can be careless with your word jesus said that the words i speak to you are spirits and their life and you are clean because of my words oh my god meaning that there is a kingdom language and there is a secular language so when you enter into the ecosystem of babylon the first battle will be the battle of location the second battle will be the battle of language we don't speak like them that do not know the lord we don't speak like them that do not have a hope we don't speak like them who do not understand the covenants of yahweh upon our lives that's why the law says let this book of the lord not depart from your mouth but meditate on it day and night and you shall make your way prosperous and have good success there is a prosperous way and there is good success but the secret is in the utterance and the things that you utter so we begin to see there is a battle of language whatever you utter becomes a reality if all you do is utter negativity you end up creating a reality of negativity when god spoke when god spoke things came into being one writer wrote and said words the original intention of words was not for communication but for creation your tongue has the ability to form possibilities and your tongue has the ability to abort realities so you need to you need to master your language and every kingdom has its own language hallelujah and then number three we begin to see the king was interested in changing their names changing their names because your name carries your identity when i talk about a lion nobody's thinking of a range rover when i talk about an elephant you're not thinking of a mansion because a name releases a certain object in your mind and a name begins to give you a definition of a certain entity and so when we come to the battle of names you discover that anyone that encountered god we look at a man by the name of saul he has to be chained from saul to paul because he was operating with the very nature of the same soul who was there to pursue david and kill him because there was something in saul that fought the anointed of the lord and there was something in this other soul that fought the anointed of the lord and that's why the lord had to interfere with his identity even in the realms of the spirit before john the baptist was born the bible says that a name was given to him and they tried to give him the name of the father zechariah according to the couch of the day but they said no and the father came and said he shall be called john what was god doing by giving john a name he was securing the destiny of john we begin to see the dealings even when the father of noah named him noah he said this shall be our deliverer the man was given a prophetic name and we begin to see in the book of daniel that these three hebrew boys were given the names of the gods of egypt i mean of babylon meaning that your name affects your identity when your identity is affected you become dysfunctional in purpose and when you are dysfunctional in purpose you abort your destiny i say your name affects your identity when your name is affected you become dysfunctional in purpose and when you cannot function in purpose you automatically abort destiny so we see the first battle is the battle of location the second battle is the battle of language that battle is the battle of names identity and the fourth battle is the battle of diet you read the scripture you discover the king came with delicacies and the food that they were given had to go through the temples of the babylonian gods [Music] and so daniel looked at the meal and understood the source of the meal and he said we cannot defile ourselves with the king's delicacies and the bible says they purposed in their hearts listen to me there are opportunities for compromise but it takes a man that has purposed in his heart to walk the walk and talk the talk many people partook of the meat many people partook of the food but what they didn't know they were trading destiny with that particular food the same way eso sold his birthright because of a bowl of lentils and we have many people that are failed in this battle because the appetites have made them about destiny the bible talks about a man by the name of gehazi this man elijah elisha carried a double portion of the anointing of elijah and naaman comes to elijah and when naman comes gazi and gives some money and and gehazi looks at elijah as the elijah is rejecting the money and and and and he does not understand how can the prophet reject the money when we need the money and the man pursues naman and says indeed the prophet is in need of money and that is how because of the appetite of money that is how gay has he lost the mantle and lost the dealings of destiny there are many people because of appetites they have lost destiny and lost many things and the final battle that you're going to face in babylon is the battle of worship the battle of worship the bible says and the king exalted a golden image and there were sounds of war music in daniel 4 because behind every sound there is a god being worshiped behind every song there is an image or there is a deity being worshiped and there were these instruments of worship and men were there and they were adding fire but three hebrew boys stood and said we have vaginis we only bow to one suffering god his name is yahweh we are hebrew not just by dress code we are hebrew by character they added fire and the three boys were thrown into the fire and i thought the bible i was reading the scripture and i thought that if i stand with the lord he will stand with me but i discovered sometimes the law does not stand with us on the ground he stands with us in the fire the bible says that three hebrew boys were taken into the fire and the king looked into the fire the fire was not consuming them and they realized the sound of man was in their midst and the only thing that was burned was the bondages and the chains of babylon and i discovered the bible says you shall go through fire but the fire cannot consume you the bible says you shall go through many waters but the waters cannot drown you because the fog man has the nature of joining men when they show up in the fire so that he can teach the fire lesson that there are people you don't burn when they took him to the den of lions the lions learned a lesson that they are people you don't eat hallelujah and so then there are of us that are in this ecosystem people working in the secular system be aware of these five things be aware of your location be aware of your language be aware of your diet be aware of the names change of names be aware be aware be aware of worship let the position not become an idol unto you let the money you make not become an idol unto you be aware of these things and i'll conclude by saying this babylon will never fight your anointing but babylon will find use of your anointing that is why the king said look for men that are teachable and men that can serve royalty babylon will not fight your anointing but babylon will find use for your anointing father thank you we are in this world but we are not of this world and this morning lord i pray with somebody and i declare lord they cannot be hijacked in the place of relocation i declare names will not be out that destinies will not be affected and aborted i declare this morning my god whatever doors you have opened will not turn out to be idols that we are going to bow unto and i declare today father that indeed oh god you who knows the end from the beginning we know that babylon does not fight the anointing may you raise men that will preserve their knees and they will not bow down no matter the intimidation of nebuchadnezzar and the babylonian system and above all preserve a church even in these end times a russia's church that can influence babylon as daniel influenced babylon let thy name be lifted up and it is in jesus mighty name we have prayed and believed hallelujah may god bless you may god keep you another blessed time and as you walk out remember we are in this world we are not of this world and those five battles will show up may you stand and stand for the lord in jesus mighty name
