(soft music) - [Steven] When you were young, your dreams can reach the moon. Whether you want to be an astronaut, a fireman or a doctor but for us we just wanted
to see the world together. - [Jess] So back in 2015, after following the roadmap of life and getting our degrees
and a job to match it, we decided to quit what we'd
studied all those years for and pick up a camera with
a flight ticket in hand. - Hey, I'm Jess - And I'm. Steven. - [Steven] Those videos
were simply to show our friends and family
what we were getting up to during our year abroad. Stepping forward into 18 plus countries. And after uploading more
than 1,100 videos to YouTube people across 180
countries around the globe have tuned in to see a little Australian couple
fulfill their dream. - This channel has never
been about the numbers or creating this massive following and honestly it never will be - For us just being able to
share these unforgettable experiences that the world has to offer with you guys is all we've ever wanted. - But seeing as we've created a community full of like-minded travelers
as big as what it has become, I think is worth celebrating. - [Steven] I remember
when we hit our first 100,000 followers and we
were just so blown away. - Ah I don't know wanna cry (indistinct) (laughs softly) I don't know what to do.(chuckles) I feel like shaking. - [Steven] We were like, how
is there a 100,000 people in the world interested in
what we're getting up to? - And it's now been six
years since we clicked upload on our first ever YouTube video. - [Jess] You've watched us
basically grow up, get married, go on adventures we never
dreamed we would experience, find out we're pregnant, buy
a home and become a family. And that's just the start
of our journey together. - (laughs loudly) we're
waiting four to go. - [Steven] Wow. - Daddy let's get back. She was like, dad, why are you filming me? - Yeah, - [Steven] Yeah. - Yeah yeah yeah
- [Steven] oh hi. - Hunter two, two more! - [Steven] Yeah! - Hunter you have to go two,

shocked but we are shocked. Oh my gosh one to go.

is gonna be the person. Once that moves it's happened. It's like March 31st at 3:15. Oh, Jess(laughs loudly) - A million. A million.yeah I know. - [Steven] That's a lot of numbers. - Oh I don't even know what to say. - [Steven] I know I don't
even know what to say either. This is just, that just
kind of snuck up on us that is just, I just can't. (laughing loudly) - [Steven] What are you

to be reaching these insane, insane milestones.(laughs excitedly) I am like so speechless wow. (laughs loudly) - [Steven] I don't know what to say. - So this past week has been so special. Not only did we hit this
insane 1 million mark but as you can see, we've been
slowly packing up our home. - [Jess] She doesn't want to give it away. - [Steven] Are you helping? - [Jess] Don't give away my car. - Also we're about to resume
travel by moving into a van. - [Steven] And this whole
new chapter of our lives is about to begin as a
full-time traveling family. - Plus this week has
been full of surprises to celebrate this insane
million milestone. - [Jess] Steven's family
surprised us with a night on the river food with sunset picnics and beautiful family time. (party horn unfurling) (people laughing) - [Jess] And to top it all off
our good friends surprised us with a little farewell party. Plus when they found
out we weren't going to be having a first birthday
party for little Hunter, they decided to throw her a
