Tesla P100D vs The Baddest Racecars

[Music] [Music] what's going on everybody we're back here at Mooresville Dragway and if you can't already hear there's a whole bunch of race cars here they got a big payout day so it's a bunch of classes we're running seven o class it is a hundred dollars to enter so that brings out so you know some some real race cars in seven Oh class it's probably the only tagged and insured car in the class but uh we've won some seven Oh classes before you know we've put down some bad cars so hopefully today goes good and we'll see how the qualifier [Music] you just don't look like the same local yeah nobody expects Tesla to be this fast here's how this is gonna work we're definitely fast enough to run the class you know 683 which if you tree the guy and you can always put it to the front bumper at the end you know that's pretty easy but the problem with putting it to the front bumper you've got to kill them on the trees if you can't kill them on the tree you're probably gonna lose the bracket class so I got a Oh 5 which is a you know to me that's pretty damn good light against normal cars you know Oh 5 foot what I'm seeing these seven oh guys they're doing double O's and double O's is really fast I've seen like oh three zero ones this guy did a double O eight so it's gonna be tough today you know these race cars are like the hardest cars put against cuz this is like you know Street car you know but as close as a race cars a street car can get this thing sometimes the light so uh see you on the second round of qualifying [Music] [Music] Oh [Music] you what's going on guys we're back here in the first round of seven Oh pulled into the staging lanes I don't notice some guys I'm not sure the to fajn to having to race the test even though I damn sure ain't the baddest one in the class so we're gonna try and do what can we really gotta chop this tree down if I could chop the tree down I mean it could be the win right there so uh hopefully see y'all the next round [Applause] [Applause] well apparently I treated the guy bugs about you know 200 sore so that's a pretty good little tree right there but just couldn't put it close enough to his front bumper at the finish line so he did edge me out 701 to a 695 so broke out by a little bit and you know that's all it takes right there I don't think there's a buy back to this class Holly I told him I say I can hear a woman you'll never never as good right we're back baby Sophie I can't tell apparently they did allow Bob back so it's pretty pretty hefty buyback price but uh got to make the videos you know so we bought back in and you know put out one of the race cars so you know these guys are doing with the cannon they got cars that are set up do you know be very very consistent these guys are more consistent this car is it's just a matter of I don't know if I got off the line first or what but uh under the third around [Music] [Music] [Music] oh you're reading that's good oh I got a quarter you won't call it in oh hell we doing cards nice for some jewels okay you're right okay bill oh man yeah we better tell him that what's up loud as she had ever ever seen yeah never thought they'd do this did you yeah makes no noise yeah I appreciate it man [Music] [Applause] [Music] well that kind of killed myself on that one I was getting really anxious at the tree you know it's been a while since I've got this far in a race like this so uh out in the fourth round you know did pretty good against the race cars you know prob about the only daily driven car out here but hey the way out a good time and we'll see y'all you know maybe next weekend for another seven or eight [Music]
