hey hi hi guys it's very nice to be here hi hi hi hi hi um so i'm going to talk to you about my favorite thing that i did in the last year um so i during lockdown i think we all got a little hobby didn't we did a bit of banana bread sure did a bit of running did a bit of cross stitch i was sure all of them so and i was it was just me and my partner at home the whole time my partner's a girl in case anyone's confused my hair's not an accident and and and she was like sushi you need a hobby because i'm i'm annoying to be around so she was like baby you need a hobby so i've got a hobby in lockdown my hobby was quiz shows now i love quiz shows i absolutely love quiz shows the chase i'm watching it pointless i'm watching it tipping point i think tipping point is the best show on television by way of cheering give me a cheer if you've seen the tv show tipping point okay well those you that haven't get a life okay it is i'll tell you how it goes in my house it's it's tipping point the crown pointless that's it they're the best shows on telly now i i love tipping point and i started i started watching every single episode watching every single episode whenever it was on and i started live tweeting along to the tv show now no one was interested in what i had to say about tipping point i've got loads of followers on twitter not one person is retweeting it not one person's liking it but i'm having a great time three days into me live tweeting along ben shepard who hosts the show i need to tell you this ben sheppard host tipping point now listen guys i'm a hundred percent less but there is something about ben shepard i don't know what it is but there is something about ben i don't know what it is but i want him to hold me in to tell me that everything's going to be okay i love ben shepard right so i'm tweeting about tipping point three days in he slides into my dms hello ruffle oh my god we've already got nicknames hi shepherd hello ruffle i had no idea you're a fan of the show would you like to come on the celebrity special yes madam your face is absolutely right shut the front door someone ring mom yes bloody please okay so three months later this chump is driving to bristol so i get to bristol and i think right what i'll do is i'm allowed to have my government allowed walk wherever i'm working so i'll go for a little walk in bristol brilliant so i go to a multi-story car park now normally when i'm parking i'll tell you what i do i do a little bit of this and then right at the end i do a little bit of that i would say that's classic parking on this occasion i'll tell you what i did i did a little bit of this and then i did a little bit of that and then right at the last moment i popped my foot on the accelerator and smashed my car into a wall okay then what happened is all the glass in the back of my window went i've got to go by just all of it so now there's a massive hole in the back of the car and i think oh that's not good and i want you to know that i'm definitely a feminist but in that moment i'll tell you what i did i rang my dad and when i'm a small girl fix this if dad went baby there's nothing i can do baby there's nothing i can do and so then so then i had to ring loads of places in bristol see if anyone could put a bit of glass in the back of my car and everyone went nah can't help you can't help you can't help you the 10th man that i rang said the only thing that you can do to make your car legal to drive is cover the whole of the back of it in cling film so off i pop to wilco's and cover the back of the car in cling film i'm crying i'm covering the car in clinton having a little weep covering the car and cling film now in doing the car in cling film i accidentally sliced my hand open so now my hand is pissing blood but i think i can't go to the hospital i want tipping point celebrity special i'll have to just bleed out so cover my hand in a bit of kitchen roll and i pop it in my pocket and i genuinely think to myself i'll just deal with that later so then so when i go to the tv studio and i park my car and i sort of leave it as far away as possible and i walk towards the studio and the girl that's working on the show comes over to me and says hello welcome to tipping point and i'm the most excited person they've ever had i'm like oh my god it's great to be here thanks for having me and then she takes me into into like the the first bit like the waiting area and ben shepard is there and if you're interested he smells just as nice and looks just as good as i wanted him to oh my god there's something about that man now because we're not allowed to touch each other because it's because it's covered times and we're not even allowed to do this because he's in a bubble he just throws his hands into the air and goes susie ruffle so i think well i'll just do the same thing so i go ben shepard but in doing that i accidentally pull my hand out of my pocket and throw a bloody rag at him so now i'm just throwing blood at ben sheppard in the middle of a pandemic hi ben great to meet you have some blood very weird vibe weird vibe from ruffle so i get taken into makeup they do my face lovely and they get taken onto the show now i'm very excitable i'm very i've been doing a lot of research been watching a lot of the shows trying to get my general knowledge absolutely brilliant and i'm very nervous about being on the show but i want to do my best and i'm on the show from someone from made in chelsea who i'm sure as a human is absolutely fine but on this occasion i was finding him very annoying because i didn't have a great show in fact i had what ben shepard described as the single worst performance he's ever seen on tipping point okay i had a terrible time i got all my questions wrong i got the counters wrong during the game bet i had a terrible time and he was getting all of his questions right and he just kept going oh you know what all the questions that come up i just keep knowing i'm one of those lucky people do you know i mean all those lucky people like something like it's gonna happen it's gonna happen to me because i'm one of those lucky people and i thought yeah mate you're on a tv show about rich people that you get paid to be on i would say you are the luckiest prick that's ever lived so so i have the worst show i get voted off the show at the first bit because oh by the way when you're doing these shows you're raising money for charity so now i'm just losing money for sick kids yeah so so now i get taken out of the tv studio the girl that's working on the show takes me out oh how are you getting home do you need a do you need a hand because she'd sit in my car earlier and went oh my god is that your car and i had said no it's not my car so now she takes me outside i see my car i think well i can't let her know that that's my car so i try and sidle away from her i just go oh no it's fine um i'll see you later um i've got someone picking me up i'm absolutely fine no no you go in i'm fine i've got a friend pick me up goodbye i wait for her to go in then i sneak oh wait she's gone i sneak out i get into my car i drive out as i'm driving out she walks out of the tv studios and goes i thought that wasn't your car and i went it's not see you later and drove off um we've all been very nice my name's susie ruffle cheers goodbye
