Surviving on $0.01 in America's Most Expensive City

this is a penny and it's the only thing i have to survive in america's most expensive city new york city for the next 24 hours i literally have nothing except for my confidence and a dream excuse me much we got a good start so the one goal i have for today is i need to find a place to sleep for the night because it's really cold in new york right now yeah some parts of new york are under a wind chill advisory which means frostbite could set in in just 30 minutes if i don't make enough money for a hotel i might freeze to death like legit i'm not even kidding how much do you think i can sell sell this painting to you how much of a commission should i give what do you feel is a fair commission so i would say i'll give you twenty percent do you wanna do twenty percent i gave you fifty percent so that's okay 333 divided by two but you accept twenty percent i do not i think we agreed on fifty but i'll i will take 30. all right you want to shake on it oh she got it all right 300. i just need a place to sleep even with 117 it's still hard to find a hotel within my price range you arrived at this sketchy part of town in the middle of nowhere what sketches me out is that the name
