Super Sonic 64 - THE FULL CUT

gamers welcome to my boulders well i'm not sonic the hedgehog but he is sm-64 sonic edition now there's been a lot of sonic hacks or sonic mods for this game that have come out this one by far goes the farthest let's watch this guess what sonic heroes i finally developed the ultimate weapon oh my god okay i had no idea that was going to be in the game that's so funny oh my god oh my child is the camera anyway yeah like i said this hack goes as far as possible to incorporate a freaking emerald to incorporate as much sonic stuff into mario 64 as possible this kind of thing's been around for years but this is the best version that we have seen yet and i'm super hyped unfortunately i could not get the widescreen version working but that's fine we're coming out of a ring okay let's go yeah huh now that is awesome look at that custom ui let's go welcome the mario 64 sonic edition a mod by thode shout out to thods and gamebun so it is a sonic mod so sonic goes fast he can do spin dashing if you come to a complete stop he can go into a ball he can roll oh that's so sick i think you can also roll out of a jump and so instead of ground pounding you kind of do a uh a stomp whoa that's cool okay that's actually sick that's really cool i didn't know you could do all that good afternoon sonic i'm omachow i'll be your helpful camera child for this new adventure okay this is a mechanical overhaul of the original game so we're going to get into this for the first time don't feel too bad for messing up homing attack bounce attack spin dash let's go i think your pound knuckles is next to the entrance what wait the toads are knuckles knuckles is just hanging out i love he's literally just jamming out what's up dude oh hey sonic how's it been oh i gotta do the sultry oh sonic precaution i shattered it to stop him in his tracks in hindsight that was a real bad idea because turns out they all landed here in this castle let me guess shattered into 120 pieces whoa what a wisp what's up buddy sonic good to see you eggman's up to no good again as you can see he seems to have teamed up with a large bobwoman at the top of the mountain oh my god this is incredible yo look at all these sonic enemies what are the what are i actually don't know what any of that is i i don't know a lot of the sonic enemy oh what the is this what in the hell is that oh my god that was scary sonic dude if metal sonic is faster as well that would be so freaking cool let's unlock the tails cannon yo check out this metal sonic you yell to yourself why is he here it doesn't look like he wants to fight but rather seriously a race we're playing some sonic r literal sonic r let's go i look he's like super shiny let's fricken go this is so fun oh look at him go i actually feel like i'm being coin levels this level takes a while 200 coins so i'm gonna do that on a different level so let's just try something else he's flying okay let's do some slide how fast can we do the slide with sonic thankfully when you get hit you don't lose rings at least i don't think that happens because that would definitely suck if you did that'd be a pain in the butt this actually controls really well like i'm kind of sucking right now but you know what look at this he just shout he just chugs up the hill that's what i could have done with robot sonic i could have just ran up the hill no problem i'm then so yeah if you get set they're probably all different colors when you get seven then you can turn to super sonic and i would guess it's once you get 50 rings just like in the actual games so we definitely need to get 700 coin stars because i want to see that alright so now let's get a bunch of easy easy emeralds speaking of easy emerald shards we'll go ahead and just grab this one real easy nice and quick bam okay now actually to the top of the fortress look at that yo what is the bullet bill what hold on what was that we'll have to check it out okay let's just check what is it what is that like is that like a big that looks familiar although i don't know exactly what it is hey look hidden one up all right here we go got ourselves a shad now falling into the caged island if this is gonna go ahead and throw him down the chimney and i'm gonna go down with him it's race time baby let's go look at us flying down this hill oh my god i'm alive oh and you can't turn the camera knuckle hello whoa this is such a cool way to do swimming we only oh i actually really like that now is the camera awful yes but this is still pretty neat really wondering how this is going to make the other water levels go though [Music] huh well there you have it there's shard number 15. never played a shard like that before or i've never played this level like that before he's just straight up flipped me off right there i feel like jolly roger being might kind of suck with um if the camera points up the whole time i mean don't know how i feel about that i mean to be fair you can just run on the ground i mean okay can you just grab it grab it grab it no he can't grab it okay i'm gonna die go up go up go up oh he recovers health so slowly okay that kind of works water levels are not that great with sonic i have to say but what's new right i guess let's do the treasure star there's not a lot of stars i want to do here get the chests i do like the music the music's very chill [Music] i missed go really slowly so we can get all these coins or get all these rings let's get as many as we can relax on sonic why do you do that why okay just forget it i'm not getting hundred coins there but we skip to final bowser but honestly i don't know it's hard to say oh what does toad look like here oh they're starting to repeat themselves i really thought there would have been more but that's okay you know what i'm happy with what we have how am i supposed to catch them i'm going too fast oh my god i'm actually going too fast come on catch them damn it there we go something about this rock did taking longer than i thought it would and i want to try out super sonic and basically you know get as far as i can in the game and here we go see how this be oh we are going to have to do ah we gotta you get a nice little sonic cam and i love the um the emblem i think it's based off sonic advance which is super cool so let's go ahead and get some rings also something else i learned oh god well something else i learned is that you can actually swap the health from sonic to mario don't think i want to switch to the sonic one that would be a really bad idea because kind of trying to go for 100 coins though i mean we only have two of them big booze haunt big boos hot we can definitely get 100 coins that won't be a problem still such a good song choice even though the knuckles rap would have been the way to go i'm not taking any risks on coins here or rings i'm getting everything yo those are the skittle bugs it's the crabs oh such a good choice oh let's just get these booze now why not we're already here i'm sorry generic sonic heroes ghost that's their actual name i honestly do wish that like when you did do your ground pound you would just stay in one spot would be kind of i'm not gonna lie it really would be a good thing like i get that's how sonic moves normally but i don't know it would just adapt better for this game okay 79 coins i like where this is going that's a lot of coins right there that's actually zero coins and 84 rings hold the phone hold your phone very tightly grip it in your the palm of your hand for what you're about to see are you gripping it okay here you can do okay that is actually probably the best part of the move set doing that ground pound spin and then smacking a wall and popping up i want to get anything else yeah let's there's a couple more easy ones uh okay we're doing doing a haunted library i want to do the epic skip if possible if i just build speed no i don't think it's going to work but i can probably do like i like that lit and this is why you push up your glasses when you're gaming because that you see how good my gameplay is today it helps oh my god i did a spin dash and it got way faster king boom booze what is that king boom boo's balcony that's his name is boom boo yeah that's the thing is wall jump he can like move way more in the air so it really does make it better i'm glad that's still the sound effect yes yes yes yes yes i wonder if this game works on actual console i'd have to test it at some point now the real question is oh i can just run up this can i yes oh oh oh my god oh my god jesus sonic you're so aerodynamic let's go let's you know what i can do i can go ahead and drain the water get ourselves that vanish cap a little nervous about falling here but oh my god sonic he just he's so movable i am really concerned about falling just because of how sonic moves in the air okay so precise all right nice oh well i'm not going to do the cyglemic here i don't think i don't think that'll be possible however i could attempt it i can attempt it let me see i can do a a stomp and a bail i could have probably done a ground pound and then a wall jump that might have actually worked now what couple more stars this level's really not that bad yeah let's do swimming beast in the cavern that one's pretty easy wait oh my god oh i can't i genuinely can't i just i cannot believe you can just run on the freaking water and just boom right up the hill oh okay here we go uh let's do like one more here i don't think we need to go for coins i just wanted to get star four i figured that'd be a pretty easy one to knock out ouch oh oh that's so clever oh my god the little robot guy is from sonic heroes making them the snippets that was that's that's honestly so smart i really like that a lot yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes had to do a little bit of swag before grabbing that nice okay that's enough stars for there let's knock out a hundred and lethal lava land oh i just remembered i was dying a lot in the volcano dude i gotta go for it though like even though it was kind of painful it's still worth it oh my god you really do go faster on this thing holy crap yeah it's worth it because like 100 coins are not that difficult in this stage coins in the middle please pretty please yes you love to see it oh okay i don't know why i care to avoid that like i'm not speed running here we got our 80 all right 85 sure you know what let's actually get extra because like this level is honestly kind of a pain okay 88 you know what 88's good we'll take that in case something goes wrong we got extra rings i think we're set i'm still concerned but you know what it's all good that's what i'm concerned about just dip sonic come on you know what just give me this ring or yeah there we go at least we got the cast emerald let's just get star six the super long way where we actually have to wait on this thing oh my god i made it all the way to the the other bowl okay no don't do that you're too you're too intense for me sonic ah just be careful okay it's over wow we are seriously cruising through uh shards holy crap shifting i don't know if i want to do a shifting ceiling we have one two three four there's a lot of rings and shifting sand land i feel like we should go for 100 here even though it does kind of suck there's just so many in the pyramid we got to do it i think oh yeah i forgot about the this freaking talks box the most insane box of all time oh snap i did the paint and collect thing oh that was so cool i'm glad we got it on film oh my god that was sick ow no no no i'm sonic i can escape that i can escape that it's all good yeah oh my god it's so much scarier than it looks i'm telling you only three of them all the other ones out here you know let's get
