Iād rather not be reminded.
Pierre Thomas played like a man possessed. One of my favorite players on that Saints team
That onside kick still hurts.. along with the pick
The Saints showed up to WIN the game.
The Colts showed up not to lose it.
That onside kick was the ballest call in Superbowl history.
"Get ready to party with the Lombardi."
Oh man this full game is available now? I guess I know what I'm doing the rest of today at work.
My best friend had his bachelor party spill into Superbowl Sunday. They got divorced. I called that shit.
Brett Favre died for this
I find it a bit weird that some people give the Packers shit for only managing to win one Super Bowl (which is still better than most franchises in the same time frame) with Aaron Rodgers as their QB, and consider that to be squandering an all-time great talent, but don't really apply the same logic to the Saints. Brees is on the same level as Rodgers historically (maybe better) and I think most would agree that Sean Payton is a better coach than Mike McCarthy, but they seem to get a pass for "only" having one SB appearance in 13 years.
To be clear, I don't even agree with the argument. Winning a Super Bowl is really, really hard even if you have an all-time great QB, but I just feel like I only see that logic applied to the Packers.
I don't know what you are talking about
