[Music] [Music] basically I've got to medium-sized forget to write here on all I'm going to do is to make a super potato sauna at home alright very easy so first thing what you want to do let's get your potato please use a small knife we're not going to do your potato salad alright now we're going to do a chunky potato salad I'm gonna show you how to do this one alright we've got in a pocket that I'm really chunky alright chunky potato salad can't go wrong alright guys so put it on into off our we're going to do a chunky potato salad then same thing like this one if you off if you have small potato don't worry yourself you still can use that because I have this job history shrimpy potato I just want to be using them up and that's why I'm making a potato salad put them straight inside of some water alright let us wash them off a little bit in the water alright guys so know what we're going to do I have a medium sized pot on the stove start to get in boy that's one of the first thing when you need to do then I'm gonna show you the next step or to put the potato so this is the next way so first thing let's make your water start to boil first that's what don't want to see happen alright then what we're going to do as I say us farm I put it to them into some cold water wash them off I'll get a little bit of the stain of the starch from the water from the potato now turn on the stove a little bit because it's boiling you don't want to put them in an espresso pan and burn you so we're gonna put them in take it at the time when you're gonna put them in guys please do not burn yourself I say SS Shaffer gotta do this alright if your if your kids want to learn automate this potato cellar please cook the potato for them first and then you know you can go to the next step with them - one as you can see what happened right there that's the put it in the water what we're going to do next is this we're gonna put a little bit of salt that's a little pinch of salt we're not gonna be cooking a put it to them too soft that's lime a mush of like we're gonna make mashed potato No so I'm gonna come back but and I'm gonna be turning up my stove a little bit just a tiny bit I'm going to cook that for off the boards at ten minutes I never want to check it all right nice I love the guys are basically what started while give it a start you know like this one this one I'm gonna cook it off kala pani all right so cool don't you put it nice one give it another good seven minutes so basically I've been cutting some spring order and some mixed pepper right here some of that yellow pepper that orange per point of exactly green pepper all right so we're just going to be doing it just like this all right get in for them cut up that's a great pepper that I put up little piece of our red pepper yeah that's not like a piece like this but it's really finely you're gonna get a nice lovely color never that white onion really finely spring on in ba-leep a spring mornin nice night alright so that's exactly what I'll be talking about yeah things looking good nice one so we're going to do a gonna leave that for now and then go back to the potato nice one remove the lid and take a check when I want to know if your potato is cooked the right way you know you check it like this say still I give it another set four more minutes I don't wanna cook on a rock or tiptoe we're not gonna do any rock what you don't want to cook the real potato all right guys nice I love this I got a check and see exactly what's going on right here you know the kitchen okay I know what that cooks to look like and see you move a cook a little bit more last look there's a cook another gonna cook it so give it another five more minutes good to go now as I love the guys so basically take a good look here you can know when your parties are cooking up all right no this is finish you don't want to cook them and wash them like you're making mashed potato all right so we're gonna pour off the water and cool it down quickly as we can all right nice I love this a basically that's what I'm doing at the moment I'm just cooling it down pour out of that boiling water and cool it down and then afterward poured on we're going to show you ultimate unlovely nice potato salad a warm and generous be you guys nice and lava geyser cool and a potato for off the boat after often over tomorrow off another 45 minutes but what I'm going to do I want to put on some stuff like the main is the mixed peppers bit some pieces in it alright guys so let's go into business with this potato salad the only thing I want to say to my fund then we're gonna make here potato salad you can buy as much things you wanna hide in here put it a summer they can put egg I didn't put egg in mind because not every time I like a the kasnian is a steal egg and I mean but it's nice when I cook some natural egg I'm putting it first thing one that's the manage I'm putting in these mayonnaise that then we put in some salad cream all right salad cream little bit of pepper I know so look a bit Ajay chili bring enough flavor to it now we're going to put in some spring onion and the mixed pepper and I saw some white onion what we're going to do is to give it a little star now not every star a simple star alright if you want to do more potato you're on you're free to do more potato rice do not is it eight to put more potato inside of it if you want to put more mayonnaise does it is it tape all right second thing right here that's the board no gonna do the no put it right here right here and right there like this like a nice lovely potato cellar alright that nice one yeah good to go very easy simple to make this at home guys now what you can do next now that's some more of the vegetables left don't don't all the vegetable that's simple sprinkle a little bit on top of it like this just to give it and love the color thank you so much for watching chef ricotta cooking show that a lot more recipe a lot more ideas and a lot more things with but coming up gonna find some guys that look amazing this one is going to blow your brain so take a good look subscribe to the youtube channel leave your comments below and i thank you so much for watching and i have more recipe more ideas with a comment from chef ranada team I will see you next time bye bye [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause]
