Star Citizen 3.23 is getting so close..

oh my god that actually he's actually going for me what the okay he actually bit me how's it going guys welcome to another video uh so today I wanted to jump back on of course if you're watching the channel at the moment make sure you subscribe if you haven't already um we are making videos on Star Citizen 3.23 but as I'm releasing videos a new patch goes out the frequency of the epu update is insane I like it I want to see more of this and um there's some actual not criticisms things I wanted to see changed in my previous video that of course by the time I uploaded it they've changed so I thought I'd jump on and take a look and see what's different with 3.23 okay I pressed the button and I absolutely just stood up straight away the ultimate test hang on oh my word this feels fluid AF H hang on elevator check okay so I know for those of you that just play Star Citizen life that don't you don't play the experimental mode if I'm in the experimental mode and that's the reaction of the server that's a very good sign I am very happy about this performance feels really smooth I didn't get any M this area here for some reason like when I walk along here here usually I get micro stutters and not today I want to check out the shop so one thing they changed in the shop apparently is the things that pop up so let me just see if they've made adjustments here oh my word look at this so this is what it was meant to look like so originally this thing this hologram thing on the left of the drink here never showed up and I was still happy with that experience to be honest but this is way better huh sweet that's pretty cool this as well yes we've just received some exciting new products have a look you have okay all right this is good news yeah that is clean I don't know what you guys think about that but I really like that anyway sweet um so there's a couple of major things that change so the first thing that's changed is at the moment when I hit the map I obviously go into the new FPS map which looks insane love it um but in the ship it would do the same and it would be like an interior view of your ship but more often than not I want to see the planet perspective rather than closeup and that was a criticism recommendation that I made in my last video um that's changed since my video last went up so I'm intrigued to see how that will feel whether it works as they advertise um the other thing as well apparently the dogs uh the copion um I think that's how you pronounce it anyway um apparently now actually attack you so seems as the server is working well I really want to check this out where is it it would be B is it Bounty Hunter no surely not oh hold up let's get on the train right while we're doing that uh contracts here we go I think it's on the mercenary I just didn't see it wild life here we go nice yeah this server is like fresh AF I haven't seen it okay and I've actually got a little mo like a killed thing I didn't actually have that before interesting I'm excited about this I feel like I'm on my own server have to say in my last video um I showed highlight clips of the trains not working so far so good the other thing they changed actually was apparently so so good they don't so they used to show the elevator actually on the map arriving which everyone knows how it works in the game right or like the system in the game it's not actually an elevator doing like elevator things um like but they removed that and I get it look at these NPCs doing NPC things not standing on chairs what is this 3.23 is just like a different experience feel it feels so much like especially the last few patches um I showed a video I'll link to it up in the conation where like I took on a mission that even though the server degraded by the end of the video and I couldn't actually complete the mission spoiler that the the genuine like the game play that been sorted was so good and it like makes me really excited actually for um Squadron 42 cuz like we kind of infiltrated and then we were doing a mission I felt like we went through like a whole journey it was really good oh my what is This Server this doesn't feel like an look at this this is how the game like they're not going to perfect server performance until the games like they know what they building towards server wise right they're going to keep adding features there's no point maximizing server points until it's absolutely where it needs to be but look at this this is the dream I'm walking up to the doors and I can get through I did have to slow down a little bit but like that feels like I'm playing Arena Commander I found the secret server that no one else knows about I don't think I've ever played Star Citizen and it feel this smooth this is kind of nutty right Landing gearar like genuinely what is this uh we do want to go into uh flight mode it's so fast honestly the master modes things they've really sped up the transition between the two modes and it was really annoying going between the two modes but part of me feels like if they narrow down the time so much what's the point of Master modes like that felt almost immediate like that's like non-existent time and if you don't know what I mean so Master modes for those of you that don't know so right now I can go maximum speed in the nav flight mode but I have no Shields and I can't find my weapons but I switch and it takes oh half a second to now it reduces my speed I can use my weapons and I have shields I don't know I like I say I found it kind of annoying honestly the time between switching but it was like a punishment for choice you know whereas now I feel like I could in a even in a fight go between the two modes to like fly away put my Shields up you know I don't know but all the all that stuff is subject to change anyway so like I'm not going to focus on that too much cuz that's the sort of thing that will get changed by the time you guys see this video so don't sweat that that's not it's not a big deal all right so first things first let's look at the map oh yes so much better oh love that so hang on we've got some hot Keys down here local map my location go to selection what okay so that is obviously our ship um oh the hot Keys have gone now cross-section view what's that full view I actually have no idea what that is let's try that again F2 what does it say go to my selection my location local map so where's my location what's it going to do for my location it's already got me all right hang on let's try a Brios select that and then if I press two oh my word that is gamechanging but it doesn't work from here okay I imagine that will get fixed 100% because once I'm in this view I want to be able to go back cuz like what's the point of the go back button if it's not relevant all of the time right so let's do that again Brios sorry if you don't care about the map but like this has been so needing of improvement for so long it is total disservice to like not pay attention to this stuff right so step back for oh step back doesn't mean go back to where you were my location step back oh okay so step back is like next level not an un like an undo in my mind it's like an undo but that's not what it is and then local Maps one yeah if they had stepped back in this view which I again think they will have um oh that's so good right anyway let's I actually need to pick a location to go this is so good this is exactly what I asked for so thank you Greenery oh I did it again I pressed Master modes again you have to click the mouse button it's the I'm still not used to it ini no it was perfect no it was literally the perfect server okay all right new day new patch it's actually been three patch matches since that moment and I've got to say up until this point the feel of the server feels really good uh equ is good which is really cool we just saw a teaser of a new ship I put a little screenshot on up on screen of a new grav bike uh if you want to make sure you don't miss that video when I check it out make sure you subscribe uh cuz that's going to be freaking awesome but we're going to go and see and I'll be honest I don't I've got my doubts guys on whether or not this will work am I heading the right way I I think so it's over here uh this little spot I've been to quite a lot here in the ep2 um I have my doubts whether or not this will actually work they've put it on that they fixed the movement of the copion dogs and then it was off and it was back on so I know we've got really good server performance right now which is really promising but I'm a little doubtful that they've actually fix this bug this is kind of reminiscent of like NPCs standing on chairs so I don't know oh my word the clouds in this update by the way you can put them on really high settings hang on let's just should we do it here let's do it now uh Graphics check this out it's freaking they've also added upscaling which I need to make a video on at some point uh clouds volumetric clouds I've already gotten very high on high hi sorry all right I'm running at 90 frames a second so that didn't really make any difference but holy this game is looking better and better every time actually this ship looks really crispy I swear they've done something to the rendering engine or something cuz everything seems like really crisp it's kind of weird I don't know the game looked good anyway but now it just looks even better which I didn't really think was possible anyway so if you've never found these dogs before it's pretty simple Mission um all you need to do come to a green area on Microtech if you can't find them go to a different green area cuz they don't they're not in every Green biome what you need to do basically is fly close to the ground I put out a ping but you don't need to kind of get close to the ground here there we go oh my word we found some already and then here we are I really hope they move when we get close landing gear let's see I'm actually going to be a little disappointed if they haven't fixed this issue by the time it comes out to live but we'll see Landing complete all right well let's have a look oh I didn't turn off my engines oh that feels bad theyve definitely like this actually looks way better than usual it's just something it doesn't I can't figure out what it is it's almost less smear the game looks crispier is that I don't know let me know in the comments my light is really Bri hang on can I turn this down my forehead less gleamy now all right anyway oh Dynamic hard I I've said it before in other videos I really like nice smooth I really like the dynamic crossair thing I was against it at first but I was wrong cuz it's really cool right where were these guys they were like over here somewhere weren't they we've got a storm this looks different as well H got some serious drawing drawing in going on right now which is a little bit weird where are the copion have they run off did I have they been blown away in the storm seriously where are they oh here they are right there they are they haven't noticed me yet okay okay are they going to move I don't think they're going to move really oh I really want this issue fixed oh my God they fixed the issue okay oh my okay they're teleporting around that's also very unsettling back to the ship why are they teleporting man there is some weird Des synct going on and it is ah okay so disclaimer for Star Citizen by the time you play this it's probably fixed I I don't have time to re-record this when it's fixed but equally oh my god that actually he's actually going for me what the okay he actually bit me that Jesus I've lot heal up I fat fingered the camera that's what happened that's proper scary are they going to come in my ship this is oh no no no close the damn door okay he ran off that's proper weird that's crazy it's I've got an injury on my leg I've just realized as well okay I don't was I shooting my ship then okay when the when this when this when the serers yeah okay so when the when the weird teleporting issue gets fixed this is genuinely quite exciting game play cuz they run they run fast man yeah there just some weird decn issue okay I've actually run out of ammo grenade launchers please lock that damn door oh my word yeah what the fudge I okay I might actually die I might actually die go away I do actually have a pistol thinking about it what the what what okay and now I'm getting blown up by a freaking great cutless please tell me there's not a freaking this is not a good situation this has been a bad situation bro chill what the fudge I'm going to try and fly past him here oh my word he nearly killed me can I get away oh no I'm I'm actually dead I'm actually soft death right now and I'm actually dead we like the G the 3.23 is so close I feel like if that if the dogs didn't teleport around that's so good also that AI ship completely just a literate me from nowhere [Music] oh honestly honestly oh I'm so large right now sorry that was a weird thing to say um all right I'm not having star is mug me off quite like that um no no no no no no no no no so I've come back with a vengeance and a plan to take care of this mission in a safe environment um and also I will be scouting out for the the guy who took me out um and I and I will destroy him if I find him it will be it'll be easy in this thing trust me plenty of Firepower to go around can even see the Firepower from here delicious um I think that little Mark there might be my death marker um I guess we'll find out it was quite cinematic as I blew up in uh in the air there so yeah hope see some more of that unless that is the ship that was here before I can't see him on the radar otherwise so he might he might just turn up again it' be interesting that's that's me right we'll stay yeah okay so my plan actually is to use a really cool feature of this ship and um oh jeez there's the ground o you'll see what I mean hang on is grab my sniper rifle here with the new and improved scope this ship is so much more manageable when the serers like a good cuz there's so many doors when the server is slow the doors open really slowly and it's such a pain and then we're going to go to the roof I'm going to shoot their heads off one oh oh they might be aware of my presence see they seem to only move maybe when you get close cuz they're doing the thing they were doing before this feels so dirty oh he's meant n okay he's moving kind of yeah so this isn't they haven't perfected this yeah but it's good to show progress you know like it's changed a lot since the last time right we want to go metal got four more bullets I did not think that through might have to use the ship here let's give it let's try that let's see if that actually works what I should bring is a bomber that would be rather good all right there's some more over [Music] there all right can I just use the blasters all the missiles would be good huh see I don't really have the weapon for this cuz it's not really accurate for pinpoint maybe a missile it doesn't really wow that sounds really good actually this is really dumb bit more over maybe a little bit further back hey I think that worked kind of okay well this is not working looks cool though come on yeah some serious Ser a decn going on that's a shame hang on now because of the way gravity works on the lift here I believe like when you go in space if you didn't have gravity you would just Flo off the lift right right uh that's the wrong button I should theoretically if it works how I think it works anyway yes nice right uh see now this is the problem ah come on well I can't do this if they're going to keep lurching around the place can I here we go and I've run out of ammo what else did I bring oh that's a G right can you just piss off you're dealt with I need to get one more now where's the last one right there I can hear I only need to get one more and right here he is if he could just stop stop running around oh my goodness last bullet oh my word I'm out of oh that was the last one with the last bullet oh I went to teabag you and I completely failed that's awkward right there we go got you I assume this is me yes it is sweet nice cool got all my stuff back sweet just leave me there that's funny all right um well that all done I
