glory i don't know if you've ever been attacked or found i've felt like you were in spiritual warfare but on my way to church i had to plead the blood of jesus i had to plead the blood of jesus so i know i know that it works it says there's still power in the blood hallelujah hallelujah was such an attack hallelujah i don't know if you understand what i'm talking about hallelujah but i had to plead that was my only way out hallelujah and it began to cease but spiritual warfare is real church hallelujah it's real the enemy doesn't want you to go any further he doesn't want he wants you to stay just where you are but he's a liar and remember that you can always plead the blood of jesus against him and he will flee when you plead the blood and i know that it works because it worked for me this morning hallelujah hallelujah and i found relief hallelujah hey glory to god the blood still works hallelujah thank you jesus i thank you for that god he said he's faithful hallelujah he gonna show up when you when you call on him he's going to show up oh bless the lord hallelujah oh sh i know our scripture lesson this morning praise the lord hallelujah the blood still works first corinthians the first chapter and we're going to begin reading at the 17th verse and we will conclude at verse 31 amen amen praise the lord and the word reads sha for christ oh excuse me lord jesus excuse me and okay here we go for christ sent me not to baptize but to preach the gospel not with wisdom of words lest the cross of christ should be made of none effect for the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness but unto us which are saved it is the power of god for it is written i will destroy the wisdom of the wise and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent where is the why where is the scribe where is the disputer of this world have not god made foolish the wisdom of this world for after that in the wisdom of god the world by wisdom knew not god it pleased god by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe for the jews require a sign and the greeks seek out the wisdom but we preach christ crucified unto the jews a stumbling block and unto the greeks foolishness but unto them which are called both jews and greeks christ the power of god and the wisdom of god because the foolishness of god is wiser than men and the weakness of god is stronger than men for you see your calling brethren how that not many wise men after the flesh not many mighty not many noble or cold but god have chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise and god have chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty and base things of the world and things which are despised have god chosen yea and things which are not to bring to naught things that are that no flesh that no flesh should glory in his presence but of him are ye in christ jesus who of god is made unto wisdom and righteousness and sanctification and redemption that according as it is written he that glorifieth let him glory in the lord amen amen thank you jesus thank you jesus hallelujah oh lord o lord we praise you lord we give you glory lord we bow humbly before you o god oh lord we say hallelujah this morning lord we say thank you for yet another day thank you for yet another opportunity thank you lord god for how you've kept us how you've blessed us how you continued lord god to provide and protect us lord god how you continued oh god to give unto us that which we need and even the things that we want god lord god we want to say thank you this morning because you are god and you are god alone there is none like you oh god there is none beside you o god you are god and god alone and god we come unto you just giving you the praise just giving you the honor just giving you the glory god because you're worthy god you're worthy god so lord we come and we ask that lord god right now in the name of jesus anything not like you anything lord god that we have taken for granted anything lord god that we have done against you o god lord god we ask that you forgive us oh god we ask that lord god in the name of jesus that you look down on us oh god and you forgive us oh god cleanse us of all unrighteousness and renew within us your holy spirit that lord god we may have the clarity to know that lord god it is always and has always and will always be you o god you o god that we may give you the glory that you rightfully deserve oh lord we praise you oh lord we magnify you oh lord we come and we thank you lord god for the blood lord god we thank you for your shed blood lord god we thank you for your shed blood lord god we thank you for the blood that lord god it does not escape any area it does not escape anything lord god but lord god it reaches the highest mountain and lord god it even goes in the valley so no matter where we are oh god if we call out unto you lord god if we will seek your face the blood will cover lord god for it has not and nor will it ever lose its power the blood still works god it still works god and so lord god i thank you i thank you for the personal testimony of your blood god i thank you for the personal testimony lord god i'm standing here by your blood lord god i've been redeemed by your blood lord god i've been healed by your blood lord god i've been delivered by your blood lord god my family my children have been delivered by your blood lord god i don't care if we don't see it the right now but your word says all we have to do is stand all we have to do is stand trust and believe lord god you said all we have to do is be confident in that which you have given unto us and that what you have told us and so lord god we stand we stand lord god i don't speak just for myself lord god we stand all over the building on your promises we stand o god and lord god we will wait for the manifestation for it shall come it shall come and lord god the good thing about it in this time it shall not tarry it shall not terry lord god we're living in the immediate blessings o god so immediately oh god immediately oh god god i thank you i thank you oh god i thank you that in the name of jesus the spiritual warfare that is going on lord god you have your ones who seal god so lord god in the name of jesus let us be filled with your word lord god in the name of jesus let us stand on your word in the name of jesus let us take down the authority of your word and speak your word that in the name of jesus the modern day amalekites that transform and lord god remove their cells to shape shift though god in the name of jesus we may just lord god annihilate them with your word and with your power with your blood of god [Music] in the name of jesus the enemy don't have the power of god we have the power so in the name of jesus all of the modern-day amalekites god we cast them down we rebuke them lord god in the name of jesus they have got to now bow to the power of the spirit that lord god you may be mighty the lord god we stand erect in the boldness and the firm foundation of you oh god lord let us understand let us see for lord god we never before we like never before are in such a warfare the witches have formed oh god but you have not given us a spirit of faith but lord god what you have given us is a sound mind your love how do we have that lord god by being in your word by being ye not conformed to this world but being ye transformed by the renewing of our minds oh god so lord god like never before let your people renew their minds every day with the word there's not one day we can go lord god without seeking your word without seeking you in prayer and communicating with you oh god so right now god right now move as only you can move as only you can thank you for setting the atmosphere holy spirit thank you for being in our midst heavenly father thank you for allowing us to enter into the spirit realm this morning lord god we don't find ourselves in the spirit realm for not o god we find ourselves in the spirit realm for whatever it is that we stand in the need of it doesn't matter if you're in the building if you're hearing this word if you're hearing this service you have the access and the power to call and to claim that what it is that you need from the very atmosphere for the sound waves do not hinder our god for the building and the walls do not hinder our god lord god you are omniscient you are omnipresent and you are omnipotent and so wherever you are right now whatever that thing is that you've been calling unto god for whatever that thing is that you've been seeking god for reach out in faith believing that he is and it shall it shall come to pass as you stand on it in faith holy spirit i thank you lord god your man servant your word that's coming forth lord god now in the name of jesus let each one of us open up our hearts and our minds that we may receive that what you have in the name of jesus for your word lord god your word is the very medicine that we need we thank you o god we glorify you o god we render this service into thine hand o god thank you o god glorify you o god i magnify you o god that you be high and lifted up continually in this place in the name of jesus in the name of jesus holy spirit complete this prayer pray that which i know not to pray that you may get all of the just want to challenge saint paul's ladies to stand up and be women of valor who god called us to be amen amen courageous women hallelujah on uh september the 18th we were going to do it um we were going to have a women's sister circle amen and we were going to do it in the hartley center but due to you know some of the things that's going on out here covet and other things we're going to do it via zoom so that everybody can partake amen so we're gonna meet on zoom you'll get zoom notification all those who who don't or it's not on the church's notification please see me and bob make sure that you get zoomed notifications so that we can sit together and and check in with one another and let god have his way in our lives that we stand and be the woman god called us to be hallelujah amen so look for your zoo and if you don't have zoom if you don't have the church's information please see me today those that are in person however get in touch with the church and you can get the zoom information but it's not out yet but we will get it out to you god bless amen praise the lord come on let's get the lord of praise amen ministry is still going forth amen we have to be our brother's keeper because iron sharpens iron praise god and so we thank god for the women coming together in ministry amen i do have a praise report this morning i got news that brother gary cooper came home from the hospital amen hallelujah god answers prayer we also solicit your prayers on behalf of brother ben brown he's still in the christiana hospital amen but we we are declaring victory over his situation amen and we sister uh amen victory victory and see in the body of christ when we say we proclaim victory that means we praise god before it manifests by faith we believe and uh we also want to solicit your prayers on behalf of sister virginia elligood she is in saint francis hospital but she's in very good spirits amen and so we ask you to continue to cover her in prayer and we proclaim victory over her life in jesus name amen and just let us not forget those that are on our sick and shut-in list we keep them in prayer be mindful that on monday through friday we are on the prayer line at 7 00 am to approximately 7 15 am amen and we just praise god for that time of coming together in prayer on september the 15th i believe it is the number uh will be changed and to get that new number just call into the office and sister butler will get that number the new number back to you we didn't change the number the system that we're using changed the number amen so we're not playing games praise god but we thank god for every one of you amen who show up every sunday whether here at the sanctuary or in our virtual community we praise god for every one of you we thank you for your faithful giving as you give unto the lord somebody say unto the lord because god loves a what he loves a cheerful giver so we ask you continue to be faithful in your giving whether you give in person redefined whether we realize it or not amen we cannot ignore those that come in and they don't they don't come in officially but they're here every sunday online through facebook live amen even folks that have other have another have a church home amen before they go to their church service they come 9 30 to facebook uh live for saint paul or youtube and so we thank god for all of them and we want them to know that we love them and we appreciate every one of them amen praise god god is doing a new thing he's doing a new thing and so that's why we have to do everything that we do in a spirit of excellence amen and so i ask that you would pray for us as we adjust somebody say adjust amen we have to adjust to the times amen we have to adjust to the way things are going amen but everything we do we're going to do it with a spirit of what excellence amen and we're going to and we need each other amen so no big eyes no little use we're going to do this thing together for the glory of god i want to thank god for all of our ministers let's get the lord of praise for every minister in saint paul amen and when i say ministers i'm not just talking about our active ministers i'm also including our retired ministers because saint paul ministers are not retired at saint paul amen they're retired from the conference but they're they are they are active in the church and so we thank god for every one of them amen our uh our our song ministry our music ministry we thank god for you those that are on uh our sound in our streaming we thank god for you we thank god for our trustees and our security we thank god for you and together things get done amen praise god so let us go forth in the service we turn it back over to our most capable worship leader amen amen amen we're now going to have a selection by our praise team and then the sermon will come forth by our our bishop our pastor but um i was listening to reverend coretta pray and you know prayer goes where we can't and they were singing the song this morning the blood the blood covers everything and every two weeks my family and uh we get together on zoom and we pray for our family we pray for our various churches we pray for the community and we definitely pray for our children but i want to thank the lord this morning for the blood because the blood my nephew was lives in saint louis and he was on the highway and someone shot him three times and shot his his girlfriend once but i'm gonna tell you the blood covered him because he went into the hospital and was discharged the same day so we have been praying we have been praying and covering our children and covering our family so even if your children are doing something that you don't approve but we got to pray for him anyway cause prayer
