Butter makes everything better..except when sealed in a vacuum pack with meat cooked Sous Vide. Love their channel, glad they saw the light - PERFECT!

welcome back to salute everything everybody today we got our butter experiment on such a stop stop for a second listen a lot of people say that putting butter while you're cooking your steak sous vide is a mistake what is it about that but it makes everything better but I agree a hundred percent butter makes everything better so today we're going to put it to the test butter or no butter let's find out right now let's do it what about a little butter butter butter butter butter so I'm making this video because one of my subscribers asked me on a comment saying did you ever try not putting butter on a steak I hear that's a mistake my immediate response was what butter makes everything better there's no way but then they got me thinking and I did some research there's a lot of people that says putting butter on your steak is not the ideal thing to do so let me show you how I'm going to be running this test I'm going to be using the best meat in the world I feel like if you have been watching my channel for a while this needs no introduction but let's do it anyway this is picanha this is what it looks like when you buy it from the store I'm going to be cutting steaks out of it for this test let me show you the exact way how to cut picanha correctly the most important thing to keep in mind is you want to cut it with the grain and in the end of the video on the bonus footage you will understand why as I will explain so to stay true with this experiment I'm keeping the season extremely basic only coarse salt nothing else but obviously our butter a lot of butter I got to be honest as I'm doing this test I'm thinking the back of my head this test is ridiculous come on butter makes everything better why am I wasting my time I put the stakes in a one gallon bag first the butter and then the plain one with no butter now they're ready for the water bag and I am going to be cooking these steaks at 135 degrees Fahrenheit for two hours I'm also using these new soothing magnets that I got in Amazon I'm going to let you know if they're good coming using them for the first time our experiment is ready let's check it out as you can see on the time-lapse they did not work very well but I'm going to give him more tries and I'll let you know what I think about them but so far I'm not really impressed but you'll see them more in the future so far the mini wait is a chat look what happened we turn like wait oh it smells so good but that's a lot of butter that's amazing it's not so good obviously it's picanha it's the best steak in the world AHA yeah that's kind is Mozambican layers I had to say that because a lot of people don't think I'm Brazilian so Brazilian miniaturize uberaba hospitals Brazil there's a okay so I was just saying hello to the Brazilian is with no butter can you see that there's anything on my face everything I cooked previously I put butter on it all right so I know mama you're going to try it let them all try it and then I will describe the difference go fry my mouth butter butter it's good it's good now trying to nobody you can taste more of the meat with wound on the body and the tenderness and I return it isn't a nice it is an awesome no no it's not the same book is 10 times soft I have an idea and that favor I have an idea what are their strengths let me try to describe it seems like the butter was so mixed together with the meat that the flavor kind of lighten up a little bit and here the flavor got more concentrated and has much more beefy flavor than not well that's it was about right I have a different theory come here is this there's a hot bar that one has not like this one because of the butter they solved it and getting to it as good as he's gotten to them it's a matter of so that flavor is a matter for me but under comment below what do you think about what he said we are not scientist we just like to eat good food so my heart breaking scientist I don't know so anyway my recommendation is do not put butter on your meat with pacaya should we do another test on a different type of meat or I think we made a point but the reason I wanted to do what the Chaya is because we know the flavor yeah we know everything about yeah so my recommendation is don't put the butter it's a lot better without the butter butter yeah you don't need that money by morphicon why if you have any suggestion why this
