Sieging An IMPOSSIBLE Castle With Endless Troops in TABS

welcome back to a little game you probably haven't heard of called Taps now a while ago we got the map makers update and there are tons of maps but we finally have the ship battle oh my goodness and they made it from scratch this is a beautifully made map oh it reminds me of sea of Thieves being in the hold of a galleon yeah yeah that is impressive Naval battles totally accurate Naval battles should be a thing with destructive physics and Boards flying off everywhere in cannons firing and smashing and splinters hitting your grandma in the not your grandma she wouldn't be on this what about the most subscribers this month oh yes Normandy beaches Bismarck versus the Dorset Shire people love their plastic sky in here and who doesn't wow this one is called World War II Fortress assault so you can tell that whoever was occupying this bridge has bunkered down this is I mean this is impressive we finally have an epic Bridge battle this is stuff we did in ravenfield I think what would be really really interesting just to see what would happen is if you put a hundred musketmen on either side of the bridge and you force their little totally accurate AI brains to meet in the middle and fight each other I think we're gonna have some pretty oh what is this are you kidding me they oh there's a whole bunker system we've got ale we got treasure and people drooling on us this is crazy this guy's chosen a very dangerous route on this bridge now this is what I'm talking about this is what I've always wanted in tabs and that is custom epic Maps like this so the first man to die is a red Soldier followed by a little bit of Friendly Fire from the blue musketmen uh there's gonna be some guys falling off the side of this bridge but honestly that's gonna be pretty cool so here's the thing that I love about tabs right lots of guys with muscles their motive is to kill the enemy but they probably don't want to die but not enough to hide behind the bunker here and red is just yeah yeah I I don't know if we'll ever get like an update to like the AI but it would be cool if we did because then you'd have like really really epic battles totally ultimate epic battles I think red is just absolutely getting dominated right here so why don't we put red on the defense what would happen would they still get destroyed as quickly if they actually use the defenses now I think we're gonna want some grenadiers in these trenches and then all we need is the flag bearers to hold them in a position we've got 49 men including the flag bearers telling these guys use cover the blue men who for some reason I guess it's just the way their trenches are laid out have a much easier chance to get through the trenches unless of course you're these guys I just like that's just is totally accurate War right there I mean I don't know what else you want from a tabs battle better AI that's just me men reload and fire what are you doing okay point blank shots okay he just uh oh my goodness what are you doing well you see here the problem is that maybe if I do not shoot them they will not shoot me uh bud you gonna die okay so actually red why are you not firing anywhere is this not the weirdest thing you've ever seen in tabs you know what I have this Naggy suspicion that muskets don't work but I think archers might oh here come the bombardiers though they're good ideas oh as these guys get summarily executed you know one by one slowly but surely oh that's a good grenade the only people doing their job is the grenadiers oh God they also hurt theirselves there's one cutting to your left come on buddy you can do it grab that grenade throw it into this pack and Achieve Glory or get stuck on somebody's flag die and drop a grenade that didn't work at all just because we have to test it archers might have a better line of sight and there's 39 these two archers are really like covers for idiots and they're dead remember when I said that archers will probably do better this is a route we know where this one's going so what we need to do is change the battlefield what could they use well we do have Deadeye snipers I'm hoping that they have collateral meaning not that they're gonna try to take out a bank loan mommy today watching Baron's Channel I learned how to take a clones I'm thinking that the snipers could could could somebody please use this bridge as it's intended this is a defensive holdout against endless foes well that is if you can't count to a hundred but it's is it the flags do they just do they break the AI I don't understand because if you take them away these guys will just run straight at the enemy oh there we go we're getting shots finally um they don't last very long but they I mean one bullet couldn't kill quite a few by going through them oh we're getting salvos off these guys make some really intimate noises but if we go back to searching best maps all time you are gonna see some truly epic defenses there's not that big of a path though so we need to find a better Fortress for the most epic Siege and I think we found it this looks like a proper Siege we've got these ramps that the troops are gonna have to walk over there's already fires going on in the city or maybe they're just like you know it's charcoal heated homes archers all along the walls 107 Defenders now if I was attacking this I would want Shields to go up the front this reminds me of stronghold did anyone ever play stronghold it's such an old game now and you're gonna need Siege equipment so let's get a classic catapult or four now you're gonna have to have the king his personal retinue so the attackers in rare form actually have less numbers than the Defenders but I'm think thinking that if they're bringing the right equipment now this looks epic seeing arrows rain down on your foes from the Ram parts of your castle walls now one of the shield guys did fall I'm wondering though as Men start to take casualties will it slow down the use of these ramps and this is gonna be great the catapult's like I would like to go too and then he gets stuck on a bush the Catapult is firing oh the the stone is rolling back down though that could be really really bad for these attackers I was kind of expecting the attackers to do much better and I think it's because the Catapult rocks aren't able to break these walls right there's no destruction physics and catapults for whatever reason have the range of well you know like if you're trying to throw a football with your foot and not kicking it throw throwing it it doesn't make any sense right this doesn't make any sense it sir you're not supposed to be on the Catapult we're gonna replace one of the columns with Vikings and give them some Berserkers followed up by a yarl they have Viking mercenaries see we can make our own campaigns and tabs now their Shields are smaller oh there we go the Berserkers are jumping up the ramparts now oh someone's gotta make it this is like oh dude he hit the rampart the little brick there they're hacking them up I mean they're doing okay it was enough to destroy attract them catapults are really liability for an attacker but I think the rest of the Vikings should get up and if the yarl gets up there then it's gonna be bad news for these Archers look at this the Vikings are already clearing through this reminds me of that one medieval uh game I was playing was it earlier this year it was the second one it was like oh man what was it chivalry too oh my gosh that goes back look at the yarl he's sneaking up he's clearing the walls has anyone else done any anywhere close to that no they have not so we're gonna do a challenge we're getting rid of all the catapults all the early factions are sending in combatants and we're gonna see who does the best now since we've already seen medieval not do too good I think we should try Dynasty because the samurai can block arrows they don't have a shield unit but they might not need one so who is gonna do the best the Vikings the samurai well the dynasty faction uh not the best balance the farmer faction their hay balers are really trying to make up there or the tribal faction which is actually surprisingly doing the best I think they got up to the walls as fast as the Vikings and the samurai farmer faction I honestly thought was gonna do better there's only one guy and he just he's holding on by a literal twig okay the tribal faction is messing stuff up and they also have some spear throwers here but since the archers over here we're able to defeat the farmer faction so easily we're gonna have to rely on the Dynasty and the Vikings to clear the entirety of the walls oh I just realized that this is a busted down Siege Tower isn't it oh no it's just a wagon with ramps that are on fire oh maybe it's a crash cart that you're supposed to that's what destroyed the gate oh yeah some of these guys are like wait a second the door the gate house is unlocked oh my gosh you're walking into Bad News Bears the yarl is kind of creating enough problems for himself is he on fire or is that just his Berserker ability you know what I think the attackers are actually gonna win so we are gonna see the conclusion of what I think is it really is like the best Castle attack red team is defeated blue team is Victorious this is another episode of tabs if you do want to see more
