why am I searching this out oh welcome everybody new episode of fears to Fathom is out called the Carson house if you remember the last two we played I really really enjoyed them I thought they were top-notch absolutely fantastic uh we had the one we were home alone and then the biggest jump scare of my life happened and then we had the Norwood hitch hike where we drank from a coffee machine and lost our mind and our controls all went backwards it's nice knowing you guys foreign games I'm very excited about this one I've been excited about it for a while I think it's going to be great um so let's just jump well before I go any further I should say that I'm still quite sick but I don't care because nothing was going to stop me from playing this game September 24th my name is Noah I'm a 28 year old male from the Midwest yeah so the premise of these games again is that they're like stories that people have submitted I have no idea why I'm sending this but I hope my story can be a lesson this is what happened when I was 18 but I remember this incident like yesterday as the trauma dictated a major part of my life for a little background my dad was a realtor and almost always became friends with his clients one day he came home and pitched me a small job offer for the weekend one of his old clients was going away for a few days and needed somebody he could trust to watch over his house the man worked as a CEO at a local media company dad told me that the man would pay me a hundred dollars just to watch the house and do some basic chores I accepted the offers I had nothing interesting going on for the weekend besides I thought I could use the time to get my schoolwork done plus I wasn't picky where my pocket money came from my dad drove me to the house oh hell yeah what up baby let's go are we doing laundry oh which one's mine where's my underwear hello laundromat rules no running no pets no overloading machines no smoking we are not responsible for lost damage clothing almost like don't wash your clothes either so many rules that's a lot of rain if I go out and I'm going to need to wash my clothes again oh why am I going down here I shouldn't be down here I really shouldn't be down here stepped into a decrepit mind never mind I was just sleeping I was just tired oh I'm gonna Sprint my way to Victory what about you you want to watch some clothes bleach Carson's office looked like a good spot I could sit down to work at wait wait wait wait wait no I don't want to sit down and do work I gotta I gotta feed a dog God I just keep going further and further into the maze no we're not doing that we're not doing that we're going to feed Zeke poor dog's probably dead at this point Zeke hey boy oh wait the food is in the basement you said I'm gonna close that because I'm gonna freak myself out with it spacer was a little too dark you think is there a light switch almost forgot I apologize for those lights in the basement you can grab the flashlight in the storage room upstairs it's no problem don't be nice to him it's it is a problem like upstairs upstairs or just upstairs from the basement upstairs rail was too lazy to model the garage I like that is this it I've been in so many [ __ ] rooms what's out there oh there it is okay this music is really freaking me out don't I go to my death I hate basements I hate it so much [ __ ] somewhere in this house what now I've turned your oven off what are you gonna do about it Loki it made me very uncomfortable knowing he was in the house I had to confront him I didn't have his stop him but I forgot you think that it's dude he's at my place right now we were going to go to the movies with Brady but then it started pouring so we stuck with a sleepover the only logical thing I could think of at the time was to keep an eye on the security monitor yep yep why did I go all the way around now that I think about it I should have called the cops yeah but at the time I was so engrossed in my own thoughts that the idea never even entered my head can we sell call the cops rewrite the history dude wait did you check out that article it was Brady who told me about it oh this weren't gonna like progress because I remember the last game the dude was like knocking at the door and then I went and hid in the closet and I was like no you have to go talk to him again and then go hide in the closet so I thought it was gonna be something like that they were not she was knocking outside the door to the security room so maybe I have to stay in there I don't know what happens if she comes back out because you said you just started stared at the cameras and she stays knocking at this door [Music] oh God she's so creepy [Music] she's right outside the door to the room I was in I thought my heart would pound right out of my chest [Music] oh Noah are you in there no I really missed you whatever is happening between us we can work it out together oh man I feel like if I talk I've always been nothing but nice to you but you always treated me like [ __ ] you need help Cara I know everything I know you left me for her oh [ __ ] it's different with her what I love but I love you what about that need to leave right now we deserve a second chance you know I could just turn you into the police for this oh okay okay do it and I will [ __ ] kill both of you what do we do Cara that my I think that was my cue to go to the other room [ __ ] now if I go [Music] if I stay in here now okay okay Noah I don't know if I should stay or leave [Music] go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go yes yes I left the house and ran down the block my dad called the cops though by the time they arrived she'd already left the house but I knew where she lived Carol was one of the first people I met on a dating site she was three years older than me but I found her cute so we started dating however two months into our relationship she started doing meth as you do I tried to get her help but she turned it around on me as if I was always as if I was trying to change her one day I had enough and I had to break up with her I told her to leave and never contact me again she was pissed she was trying to convince one of the cops she didn't intend on doing anything wrong that night but of course the cop wasn't buying it they reviewed the footage and it showed everything from the point of her entry to the moment she grabbed the kitchen knife but the thing that messed with me the most was the fact that nothing was stolen from the house turns out she was heavily under the influence of the drug and alcohol at the time she was arrested arrested and sentenced for a long while wow we survived we did it chaps we did it we got away from the lady [Music] cooking with Jeffrey VA burlesia that's really fun I didn't even get that [Laughter] [Music] cool I like that special thanks to pretty hey my name's here [Music] I don't know why I need things I didn't do anything for the game but I appreciate it a game by rail oh do you pronounce it rail or Ray too raise a second that was fun I like that a lot it's it can be tricky to come out with games like this because the first one was so scary and this does remind me a lot of the first one it's very reminiscent of that sort of like being at home alone and someone comes to the house and scares crap out of you it's a lot like that one um but it's hard to do a third one because the second one was so good and there's so much more to this like being able to explore all the house um all the different things you can do with the cameras and everything and then being able to go to the store and get the groceries interact with all the people there and then come back like the world seemed bigger this time than any of the other ones um but I really enjoyed it it always anybody breaking into my house and kind of like skulking around while I'm in there Praise on that primal fear that I have and I just hate it but that's gonna do it for me glad I played it even though I'm still sick and going through covet right now but I I was so excited for this to come out that I had to play it as soon it was out and nothing was going to stop me I did it for you for all of you guys at home anyway thank you so much for watching and I'll see you in the next one
