inside this Tower is one of the craziest apartments in all of New York City hey get ready get ready what I've never seen an apartment like this 2500 interior square feet but what's even more insane is that it comes with one of the largest Terraces I've ever seen oh no don't look down don't look down oh my goodness and you can see the Empire State Building and we're here to find out if living in a place like this would make all of life's problems just disappear or if buying enough furniture for the roof deck will completely clear out your bank account I think there's not enough Furniture in the Ikea catalog to fill this up it's impossible look at it what a masterpiece right there on the corner at its narrowest point it's almost as big as me and the best part about living here might be the neighborhood we're in the middle of downtown Brooklyn across the street this is the New York City Transit Museum this busy road here is borm place and then this over here is Red Hook Lane you can move to New York and live on a lane it's really quiet back here this Warehouse doesn't make any noise and it kind of feels like the financial center with all these old relics hanging around beautiful you got people just kind of walking through and I see some stores at the other end of the block and we have a Mighty Quinn's barbecue in the exact same building which means you are going to be the healthiest person you know if you live here look at how convenient this is at the end of the lane we got all these restaurants and stores although I don't see any ethical Banks where you can put your money and not worry about hidden fees we'll have to keep our eyes out for one of those if you see one let me know in the comments this is the Fon Mall it feels like a mall the wapper will be your neighbor but if you were me you would just eat all your meals here at Panda Express Mighty quins is too expensive that's for rich people who might want to rent today's apartment and look you can dress like James from donut media right here at zumies zumz I can't pronounce this a lot of clothing over here we're also right next to the subway Dwayne Reed this area has got a lot in common with Herold Square all the bigname stores and look there's a Macy's here as well and an H&M and a Nordstrom you can get yourself the itchiest sweater in the world for $32 you'll look cool but you'll be suffering and you might not be warm one block this direction there is a Trader Joe's a Planet Fitness and the second worst internet service in the entire solar system you see this needle right here when I signed up for spectrum it spent all of its time way down here first place for the worst internet ever actually goes to T-Mobile don't ask me how I know wait a second we're on a different street and that is also a Macy's there could be two Macy's here how do they get such cool buildings to be their stores and here's something you don't see every day golf apparently we got some golf going on in here next to the daycare oh this is great if you're looking for a little candy store we got one right here on the corner by the way everything we're seeing is a 5minute walk from where the building is St Francis college you might learn something in that building this is the Brooklyn Tabernacle and if you want that local breakfast right here the Apollo diner a rating from the health department 7 days a week you'll end up here it's right around the corner oh but civil court also right around the corner you'll want to avoid this place I hear it's expensive let's try an espresso from a box on so this is $23,000 we are offering a concession bill so 2 months free on a 13 month Le and that affects around 19,000 how many beds how many baths four beds 3 and 1 half 48 per person to live like a king when you could get a $4,800 studio and and live like a college student I like your math I think this is better look at the sink I think this is better look at this Michelle can you tell me about these I saw one downstairs these are awesome what is this this is Dustin Yen uh we have two of them oh so I can get one of these for myself you can how much how many millions of dollars do I need to and a yoga studio cool my favorite part is that the treadmills face the Burger King and Panda Express that I would have been eating at so I'll have a reminder to use them OBP one Borum plate this is this you don't hear this there's traffic you wouldn't even know it's there you just look at it it's like a library it's like chuckecheese this is the best apartment ever you just want to jump in I [Music] do is that a little SE plane right there wow that's awesome it's one of the best roof decks of all time there be the Brooklyn Bridge there be The Manhattan Bridge oh I wish I could live here it's amazing of course there's a fireplace out here you can actually feel the heat I bet you when it's uh cold out you come up here and chill work on your inner Gordon ramsy on this thing how old is the building so we opened in June 2021 23 stories and how many apartments 138 wow we even purchased the air rides surrounding us so we can build up as tall as we are so it could get bigger no we we we maxed out as tall as we go Michelle says I'm not allowed to ask any more stupid questions there and there's a pool the number one amenity oh and it comes with towels so in case you didn't know a pool is the hardest amenity to maintain I can't imagine having this where I live of course there's a spa of course SAA what I won't defile it by walking in with my shoes on but it's nice so teach me about the apartment I see a lot of doors I see a lot of things that's the entry lots of closet space so you walk in a really big coat closet oh my goodness yes so coats can go here then you can go upstairs if your room's up there or straight down the hallway would you consider this the primary bedroom this is the primary you have a door that leads to the Terrace which is nice do you think that whoever rents this they would kind of have bedroom furniture I guess in this area yeah maybe like a little couch area so you guys can have a glass of wine at the end of the night or your coffee in the morning and this 15th floor this is special because everything on this level has its own Terrace everything above us these have like tiny little balcon IES that you can't even see because they're on the corner but look the neighbors they have a pretty good looking Terrace this is the largest Terrace in the entire building this is wow that is so crazy it just goes for miles and then since this is the bedroom like was suggested over there can be like your grill and your other stuff what is this a mail slot can I pay the rent in here it's your light it's my light yeah if you get lost this will help you find your way home so this is our bedroom this right here this is the bedroom's closet closet that is so crazy there's more light in the closet than where I live can I just have this part of the apartment or no all yours for $2,000 a [Music] month wow that water's coming out okay both sinks are the same are these medicine cabinets I'm afraid to touch things take a look look ooh and with Outlets very smart you have to pay over $20,000 a month to get an outlet in your medicine cabinet that you do wow and the drawers aren't fake like they are at Home Depot what's this made out of this is limestone Limestone yep and the custom mill work did anything in this apartment come from Home Depot no of course not heated floors too yep heated floors so in the winter months better take my shoes off before I stand in the tub oh man that's pretty cool it's also pretty bright you get a tan like you're at the beach in here and if you're not a bath person how tall are you 510 really I still have plenty of room so this means I've been lying about my height are you saying you're oh they're like almost silent I've been in some places where it sounds like a jet engine starting up when those come down what do we got here more storage storage so this is The Powder Room huh that's sink is the first thing your guests will learn about your new life here it's like a solid block of it is beautiful emerald marble is this storage no it's just a mirror just a mirror I am trying to be so careful I can't afford to break [Music] anything wait this is not the fridge no it looks like the fridge more Pantry space for you I guess between that and this I had a 50/50 shot that's correct BOS you guys did not go cheap course and ice maker nice a sign that you've made it in New York that much ice it's so true if your fridge doesn't have ice in it you're probably not live in here is this an oven or is it microwave it's a microwave but I've never had one of these in my apartment woo here you go beautiful wait it has a garbage dis yes which didn't exist in the city for a while ooh look at that you don't have to have garbage lying around look at the drawers too you could actually fit things in them and not have the stuff that's over here be piled on top of the stuff that's over here when you close it other thing too is like the cabinets go all the way up yeah they don't stop you'd have to be 510 to reach those though too maybe even taller what's crazy is that there's so much in that kitchen and it's in such a compact location what's the square footage on the I don't know exactly probably 750 it's a big living room really there are not too many apartments that show off as much as this one really you can only have double he ceilings in places like this that are special and we're facing East South and West all at the same time in here we're surrounded by the Terrace every single window here gives us something cool to look at and speaking of the Terrace it's accessible through doors that you'll find here these are the windows so you can actually open these up and then the doors are towards the hallway [Music] so it looks like there's seven apartments above where we are is that accurate that's correct but none of them have anything like this they just have those balconies they do only 121 ft of Terrace and this is 1900 so I've never seen this much outdoor space ever and you can see the Empire State Building honestly just the front section of the Terrace is more Terrace than I'd be able to handle you need a dining table lounge chairs a couch sofa area maybe a hot tub yeah and then like I mean just look at this you can't get sick of looking at this [Music] place oh this is a pass through bathroom on the top floor yeah wow the second room yeah I mean I could just stare at the this all day three bedrooms up here three bedrooms up here yeah Jack and Jill style bathroom that's great like these bathrooms are so functional is it a full tub y nice has a tub you each get your own cabinet with your own outlet look at that magnificent closet space as well oh this has ooh built-in dresser too it's like they assume that your clothes get hung if you live here you don't fold things and slide them into drawers no we don't do that not a $25,000 apartment you hey now both of these rooms that are connected they have a very similar layout not much difference here the only difference is this closet is split in two what's down this hallway here more storage space more storage space okay if you like to be organized this is a wow look at that OCD on display right here I love it laundry it is vented and it's full size which is great for oh wow a big unit like this now if anyone's wondering there are laundry machines in the basement so if you have a dog you don't have to put your dog stuff in your own machine you can use the basement laundry for that now what makes this not the primary is it just the bathroom because this room is all by itself it's up here at the end of the hall it's on the second floor yep and you have the UN sweet bathroom and walk-in closet the view is absolutely insane would you care looks like a primary bedroom to me and to be honest with you most luxury apartments this is what the prim sweet bathroom looks like well you can't have this place for free but if you want to live in probably one of the
