Living in a Tiny-Apartment… 80 Floors Above NYC!

[Music] that's where we're going today there's 89 floors in this building that's insane if you were wondering what the perfect apartment looks like I think this is it and not only is there a pool it's on the 50th floor look at this [Music] welcome to Hudson yards this is a gigantic mall and there's a Whole Foods there's foot traffic everywhere and for years this was one of those underdeveloped parts of New York City where nobody ever thought anything was gonna happen but it's like probably one of those modern parts of the city you could visit it is kind of a tourist trap we're also over here by the Oculus it is a failed art installation wait I see security guards and people did they reopen it the rest of it looks pretty empty you could climb it in the past and over here you can get tickets to the edge which is this thing I believe it's like way up there or maybe it's that building from down here it's pretty hard to tell [Music] train station see everybody pointing their phones up in the air what happened to your baby I know what happened to your baby I have two babies now wait what she needs to subscribe so do you so this is kind of like a major Transportation Hub and a park all combined into one if you had to rank New York City's Subway Transit by like how nice and clean it was this would probably be a 10 out of 10. and go figure that's an equinox and as far as food there's a lot of food trucks and most of them are pretty good you know this one's good because he's got the Gyros good morning and he's right on the corner some of these offices have cafes I've had the coffee at this place it's not that bad it was actually just fine the only complaint would be that most of these Parks or at least these parks by the train they're not really for exercise except for one yeah so if you're as lazy as I am a walk on the Highline Park would count as exercise just look at all the stairs you have to walk up to even get here but you can actually walk this all the way down to 14th and for reference this is 34th Street up here so it's a long ways and it's kind of cool there's like nature stuff surrounded by skyscrapers this Plaza area is closest to where the apartment is I think it's that building or that one or that one this is also the newest part of the park the southern section of this was completed several years before the part where we're at right now and the reason it's called The High Line is because of this track it used to be an old railroad that was turned into a park oh the best part is closed installation in progress they close this thing for a pink tree wow and it's going to take them a whole month to put it in are you as excited as I am for the pink tree [Music] now we're in What's called the shops and I like how everything you can buy here is Affordable and necessary I don't even know what a pie get is I guess that's what it is everything here's a watch store I'd probably wear that jacket I don't own this jacket or any suits that still fit Tiffany's gonna need some Kardashian money to hang out in here or you're gonna go broke foreign how much is the white one eighteen thousand eighty thousand I think we found the most affordable store in this entire Place definitely cheaper than Louie and Coach it's actually a beautiful looking car I didn't know Hyundai's looked like this the big advantage to living across the street from this is that when it rains out there you could always come in here and kill some time hey it's better than being cramped in your apartment and look they have macaroons Jamin how high up are we going today we're going to 24 f 24 F how many floors is the building [Music] is there anybody in here [Music] that is the sound of success oh that looks so inviting yo this is sick there's a pool oh that's amazing and look at that it's like 50 floors up looking out over the river Jamin you want to jump in yeah I know you probably could if you wanted to if this video gets a million views I will come back and jump in this pool the gym is better than the gym I go to Chelsea Piers over there he's not lying this place is premium it's probably one of the nicest gyms you could get and it's right here in the building there's a super distracting view of lower Manhattan that is just kind of mesmerizing so you could run on that treadmill for much longer than you would if you were in like a basement gym somewhere plus the dumbbells go up to 95 pounds and they have those Joe Rogan kettlebells there's a mirror It's Not Mirror Mirror it's done there oh one of them like workout mirrors I don't know how this thing works so we were just on floor 50. apparently there's more stuff on 51 and then there's the roof Lounge [Music] so on this floor it looks like we've got a game room combined with a residence Lounge you can hang out and play poker with your Suite mates your building mates and you're about to see a wife Aficionado stream [Music] wall are these other people's bottles are these yours how does it work we call them opw others people's wine there's also this room with like a partial kitchen you can have dinner parties birthday parties and let's say you've got some pyramid scheme cryptocurrency I mean investment opportunity you can educate people about how that opportunity will change their lives after it changes yours monetarily you probably have to rent this out and reserve it someone's doing something here [Music] we're almost a hundred floors up right now look you see that we're like level with one World Trade this is awesome there's trees that's actually the sky so like we have a glass wall to keep you from you know exiting the building prematurely but look at that that's open air up there this is an oasis in the middle of Hudson yards we've got these like enclosed Lounge areas but this is wild you can see boats these are the helicopter pads and that's the train graveyard just like the one from Final Fantasy VII there are other apartments in New York City where you can pay the same prize but they will not give you what this building give you [Music] thank you this is the op one bedroom left in 15000 yards and it's cost 2.399 according to the paper this is over a thousand square feet so everything about this once you walk in it just feels so nice this is a foyer with a gigantic look at all that man this little area perfect for shoes Keys jackets propaganda from Sirhan confusing artwork that lets people know you're successful is it a Galaxy I like it I want it now as you walk into the left is these sleeping quarters and then we have the kitchen and living room I think the microwave oven here is nicer than the entire apartment I live in and look at this freezer man you could like load that up with steaks the whole kitchen here is a total home run so we got the light bar and this is the trend visera I was gonna remark that it wasn't plastic look at that it's like a whole breakfast bar but I feel like these same chairs those would look pretty good just right there [Music] got your two million dollar water pressure up in here big sink creepy hand ring I wonder what it means oh a hug what are you doing also over here by the range we've got even more counter space for Keurigs air fryers this has four burners it's a Miele oh look at that can your apartment do that it probably can [Music] Oh what a beautiful little place I really just like the way that this feels it's bright there's the Purdy flowers 11 feet silly oh really I also like how it kind of has like this bevel to it this might not be the most exciting view but we're facing west you're gonna get a direct sunset in this room it's gonna be orange in the evening plus you can live out your childhood fantasy of watching helicopters take off and land this place might cost over two million dollars but your dreams are Priceless now as far as Furniture we got a big couch wait what's happening to my view oh that's you okay it's good that we have the electronic Shades that's nice and look at the entertainment center it's massive but it's tucked away oh oh it does come out look at that you should buy that for your apartment and if your friends are a bunch of animals they can eat out of this feeding trough that's what I guess this is you know from like a farm perfect for Super Bowl I also like how even though the furniture pieces are all big there's plenty of space for everything it doesn't feel cramped and look at this we've got floor Outlets under here so like you could reconfigure the space the point is is that this is a big elegant well laid out apartment [Music] awesome we've got laundry believe it or not some buildings don't allow you to do that and it's nice how this little hallway has closets in it that leads over to where the bedroom is foreign I think you can have whatever size bed you want in this bedroom this is California closet and it lights up when you open it doesn't light up oh it does oh thank God so you can see your sneaker collection that's hot is this pre-installed on all these apartments it's nice how all the storage in this big room is kind of in one location that way your bed your reading chair and your cute little nightstand these can be as big as you want them to be even got room for a Peloton and a printer from HP that doubles as a scanner and also makes your life miserable using this thing is probably a nightmare we've got that same amazing Westward view heat and everything uses these Nest thermostats and this place is so nice I'm having problems finding things to complain about if you wanted a place with a big bathroom I think this is it we've got this massive tub with counter space and if you're not a bath person that's okay come on over here look at this got a two-person shower that's gonna be a torrent of water and then we've got the sprayer thingamajigger and a bit two people here oh yeah one two maybe more that tub looks so relaxing we got Duo vanity here and I think that cash Jordan is Cash copying my haircut oh we have the same haircut we kind of do kind of eat it floors oh really so when you come out on a cold winter day your feet will stay warm and your hands if you're crawling around yeah your dogs will be very happy if you live in this place lots of storage down here underneath where the sink is these are also medicine cabinets and we've got the throne room very organized
