glorify the lord his word [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] oh [Music] [Music] ah [Music] bye [Music] hi good morning new life covenant church and our viewers around the world thank you for being with us this sunday morning and it might not be sunday for you watching this it might be on tuesday or wednesday but thank you for participating and let me just throw in a a big thank you for your support your comments we so appreciate those and keep keep them coming and it's helping us to improve our product we're still in a lockdown situation as a lot of the world is the lockdown in parts of europe have been extended way into march and in parts of africa way into february and we just have to make sure we're careful i pray for your safety i pray for your protection i pray that god would keep you and bless you and should you have experienced tragedy i pray that the holy spirit would comfort you and and and bless you and provide for you god bless you very much in 2020 we dealt with the subject entering the kingdom 2021 i'm dealing with the subject seeing the kingdom and we're dealing with seven dimensions of seeing and last week we talked about the way god sees and that we would see the way god sees not just the world or a city or the future but the way god sees you as a person the way god saw jeremiah the way he saw jacob the way he saw abraham even way before he was the father saw him as a father of many nations because god sees so differently and we want you we want all of us to begin to see the way god sees today's lesson is entitled seeing into the sovereign dimension seeing into the sovereign dimension because if you can begin to see into that dimension the sovereign dimension where god rules as isaiah did in isaiah 6 we then can literally have our lives framed in a different manner and the narrative change so let's go to our scripture reading which is john chapter number three starting from verse one there was a certain man of the pharisees named nicodemus a ruler of the jews the same came to jesus by night and said unto master we know that you are a teacher come from god for no man can do these miracles except god be with him and jesus responds and says to him verily i say to you except a man be born again he cannot see the kingdom of god he cannot see the kingdom of god and so this lesson is series is seeing the kingdom and today's lesson is seeing into the sovereign dimension let's go to isaiah chapter number six and verse one isaiah chapter number six verse one isaiah is probably the greatest of the messianic prophets he prophesies over five administrations and he literally is the most eloquent silver tongued and prolific writer of the prophets in the year that king uzziah died i saw the lord sitting upon a throne and so isaiah now is looking into the sovereign dimension so we saw the lord sitting upon a throne high and lifted up and his train full of the temple this was the heavenly temple not the earthly temple above it above it that's above the strong this is not the most high throne it's eighth rome and there are several thrones in the scripture there's the throne of grace this is a throne above that throne uh stood the seraphims each one had six wings two wings covered their face two wings covered their feet and with two wings they did fly and they cried one to another holy holy holy is the lord of hosts the whole earth is full of his glory and the posts of the dorm moved at the voice of him that cried and the house was filled with smoke and then i said looking into the sovereign dimension woe is me for i am undone because i am a man of unclean lips and i dwell in the midst of people of uncleanness and here it is for my eyes have seen the king the lord of hosts then flew one of the seraphims to me having a live coal in his hand which he had taken with the tongs from the altar and laid it on my mouth and said lo this has touched your lips and your iniquity is taken away your sin is purged and then i heard the voice of the lord saying whom shall i send whom will go for us then i said yeah i am send me and the lord then tells him to go and tell his people and give them a certain message and so uh it's a profound profound scripture from the book of isaiah uh we talked about the dimensions of seeing and we'll just mention those again uh the first dimension that we talked about is the way god sees the way god analyzes and and through his eyes the the things that he's created and the magnificent uh artificiaries of artifacts of of created things both seen and unseen visible and invisible tangible and intangible and we talked about how in god creating sight through not just eyesight but through vision how we can also see and project our lives through visualization and imagery to what we can become because the image that is formed in your life in your mind is the image that you become and so we mentioned uh the world of advertising how that through billboards and advertisements on television or radio jingles how those ads uh convince a person through suggesting what they should buy what they can become and what they can do and con artists including the devil the main con artist uses the same thing he will project to you an image that's not a truthful and rightful image and so for africans we must change the image and we must change the narrative and we do that by seeing and so today's lesson is is titled seeing into the sovereign dimension i want to jump into the book of mark chapter number 11. and jesus is moving back and forth from bethany which is like a suburb just outside jerusalem a little town and it's like maybe uh the violence is four miles which is almost uh six or seven kilometers and so he's going back and forth ministering in the day and going back to sleep in [Music] bethany and it was there that he performed a phenomenal miracle raising lazarus from the dead in chapter number 11 of john but in mark chapter number 11 uh in this back and forth walking as he's walking the bible said he saw a fig tree of far off and he walked up to the fig tree and the bible said he saw nothing but leaves and he cursed the tree and the bible says the disciples heard him so they were a number of them uh that they were making this journey and they were talking amongst themselves who knew what they were saying but suddenly uh with a loud voice they heard him cursed the tree where he said no fruit grow on you now and forever and it was strange to them nobody questioned him they left went to jerusalem went back to bethany the next day 24 hours later on the way back to bethany rather back to jerusalem from bethany peter saw the fig tree with it from the roots and calling to remembrance said to the lord lord look at the victory which thou cursed and then in mark 11 21 jesus said have the faith of god. have the faith of god which will be next week's lesson and he then says whoever will say to this mountain be thou removed and be cast into the sea and shall not doubt in his heart but believes the things that he says shall come to pass he shall have whatsoever he says and so what jesus was doing he was looking into the sovereign dimension and seeing the intent of god for the fig tree the intent of god for the fig tree was not to have leaves the intent of god for the fig tree was to produce fruit genesis chapter number 1 and verse 11. the bible says and god addressed the earth and produced trees whose fruit had seed within itself producing after its kind and so it was not god's will for the tree to have leaves it was god's intent for the tree to have fruit and so when we look into the sovereign dimension there are physical things that we see in the earth that may look right that may be pleasing to the site as as eve looked at the tree the bible says it looked good in her sight but she wasn't looking into the sovereign dimension she was looking with her physical eyes in the physical dimension and not seeing the consequences of what this physical act would do in a sovereign dimension because if you can get into the sovereign dimension it can actually change your life completely and so in chapter number 10 of the book of acts the bible says that cornelius was praying and an angel appeared to him and said god is pleased with your prayers and with your giving because they are now a memorial in the heavens send to dropper for simon whose surname is peter and he will tell you what to do and so he sends emissaries as the centurion from caesarea to joppa which is tel aviv today and so at that time peter had gone to the house the rooftop and peter was waiting for them to prepare the meal and the scripture says suddenly the sovereign dimension opened and a sheet came from heaven with all kinds of uh animals and beasts and four for the animals and a voice setting peter kill and eat now in the in the real world peter was hungry they were preparing food downstairs and he was on the rooftop now that hunger that he had was physical but the greater hunger that he wasn't aware of was a spiritual hunger and so that then precipitated the sovereign dimension to open and out of that sovereign dimension came a full sheet a complete table spread of all kinds of animals that he should kill and eat and peter said in his response because he was limited to to seeing in the the physical dimension the image that had been formed in his life was based on the jewish religion and he was very prejudiced against gentiles because they were said to be unclean and they were not supposed to be fellowshipped with and so peter said nothing unclean has come into my mouth and the lord said to him there's nothing that i've made that is unclean and so peter then had penetrated into the sovereign dimension and when he came out of that dimension suddenly there was a knock at the door and the men from caesarea came and said we're looking for simon peter whose surname is peter and we are here from the household of cornelius and so peter then goes to cornelius household and preaches to them and the bible says in 1044 that while peter yet spoke these words acts 10 44 that the holy ghost fell and it stunned peter and those that were with him that on the gentiles also the gift of the holy spirit was poured out on them fought they heard them speak in tongues as they did in acts chapter number two and verse uh one two three and four and so peter then to to get the gospel to the gentiles had to have his eyes opened in the sovereign dimension and so when we're dealing with the sovereign dimension there are certain things that our narrative has to shift in i'll just give you a common example uh being african being a black african and zimbabwean black african we were raised in an environment where black wasn't looked on as good and in an apartheid system blacks weren't allowed in certain shops they weren't allowed in certain neighborhoods had to sit at the back of the bus couldn't travel on certain classes on the trains and in certain shops you weren't allowed there and so we were raised to feel that we were less a people in fact in the apartheid system in south africa part of their religion they actually refused to give black people a vote and the logic behind that was that a black person doesn't have a soul because a black person is an animal and an animal doesn't have a soul so why do you want to give an animal a vote it's like taking a dog or a horse to the polling booth and having them vote and so the evil behind that religion was even though they acknowledged jesus as god and savior i suppose the evil behind that was that they classified individuals human beings and painted an image that was so wrong and it it is so impacted and affected south africans even still today and africans as a whole because uh we were we were not programmed to know that black is beautiful that black is actually not beautiful and in many surveys that have been done concerning uh people of color they put in one survey they did they put uh white dolls and black dolls and asked the little girls to choose a doll and and all the little girls including the the little girls the black girls chose white dolls and the black dolls were not chosen and when they asked them in their own innocent way they in my own words said that black was unattractive and that black was evil and so a lot of times when you look at commentaries or documentaries uh concerning africa and the struggles of africa it's always a very dire picture of who we are and what we are and we have the self-loathing of ourselves and this uh hatred of who we are and what we are even though we don't say it we subliminally believe it and we automatically defer from from being who god has called us to be and i'm not trying to incite any racial tension or any racial conflict or fraud on any different nationality or ethnic group i'm just citing an actual fact as to one of the reasons why as a people we have not advanced the way we should have if you look at the very first civilizations in recorded uh anthropological studies you will find that the first great inventions the first great cities actually began the first writings of cumulus and uh hieroglyphic writing actually had its origin on the continent of africa the the first great civilizations were birthed in africa but somewhere down the line we we've lost who we were and it's time for us to get back and look into the sovereign dimension to see who we are and if you'll track through biblical commentary you will find that god has used people of color for many many very important uh statements issues and narratives in the scripture which we'll deal with but seeing the sovereign dimension is very very important because our success is important and our image has to change the narrative has to shift and so the sovereign dimension then is key for who we are so let's look at very quickly uh exodus chapter 33 and verse number 11. and the bible says and the lord spoke to moses face to face as a man speaks to his friend and he turned again into the camp but his servant joshua the son of none a young man did not depart from the tabernacle and so here is a man moses when he was born the bible says in the book of hebrews that his mother saw he was a proper child which means he was something special and so she hid him from the midwives who were instructed to kill all the egyptian uh all the uh hebrew jewish boys and so when he was too big to be hidden she made a a basket an ark and put him in the river now which is stunning and lands up at pharaoh's palace where pharaoh's uh daughter is having a religious ceremony for fertility because she couldn't have children and discovers moses in a basket and moses is raised in a camp with egyptian values uh egyptian uh narrative egyptian education the bible says in 722 of the book of acts that moses was learned in all the wisdom of egypt it was mighty in words and deeds and so moses was way way ahead and so one day he sees an egyptian beating up a hebrew and suddenly moses eyes open he's now 40 years old at the age of 40 he sees in the sovereign dimension and his eyes open and recognizes i'm a hebrew i'm not an egyptian because blood is thicker than water as they say and the scripture says that he beat the egyptian and killed him and buried him and so the next day when prince moses was again inspecting the construction sites he saw two hebrews fighting and so when he went to stop them and say brothers why are you fighting they said to him are you going to kill us the way you killed the egyptian yesterday and so moses then realized that the story was out that he'd killed an egyptian and so and that the story was not that he was the hebrew and so the bible says he fled and he landed up in the in the household of jethro the head of state and the priest of god in midian and for 40 years moses now uh is living with this big thing over his head that he's a murderer he's a killer he is uh a wanted man dead or alive and uh he now moves from being a prince that has access to just about anything he wants anytime anywhere in all of egypt to now being a shepherd camouflaged with long robes to to shield him from the the heat of the desert looking after sheep and he does that for 40 years and then on his 80th birthday which is uh the 10th in the circle of new beginnings 80 is the number of new beginnings in his 10th cycle of new beginnings god visits him a bush sets on fire and moses now sees into the sovereign dimension and god tells him take off your shoes because you're standing on holy ground and god tells him i'm going to send you to deliver my people out of the hand of pharaoh and and moses says i'm not the man i'm not the one and god says well what is in your hand and he says i have a stuff and he throws it down and and the staff turns into a serpent and so moses is now getting a view of the sovereign dimension that all his life is holding the the serpent that beguiled eve the serpent that held israel back the serpent that destroyed humanity and so he picks it up again with the tail he becomes a rod and god says with this rod you will deliver israel and he says put your hand in your breast and he turns into leprosy and he's stunned and he puts it back and the leprosy is removed and god then tells him i'm going to do many signs and wonders through your hand and god speaks to moses the scripture says face to face but even though joshua is close to moses moses servant god doesn't speak to joshua yet face to face he's going to speak to joshua through moses and so for us we want god to open our eyes so we can see in the sovereign dimension and seeing in the sovereign dimension means that you begin to see yourself in your full assignment you see yourself in your full purpose you see yourself in thy will be done in my life as it is in heaven you see yourself in a way that that uh even your parents or those that maybe your guardians your peers and friends around you may not see who you really really are that really out of you the gift of god is there and so with isaiah the scripture says that uh when king uzziah died who had become a close friend of his uh king uzziah had brought a renaissance to israel the bible says he restored uh the temple worship he built the temple he built cities he became an inventor he built all kinds of war instruments and god raised him up mightily and the scripture says that when he became big in his eyes suddenly he became leprous and died and it became such a tragedy to isaiah and in the midst of this tragedy when king uzziah died the bible says that god opened his eyes and he saw in the heavenly dimension and the first thing he said he saw the lord sitting on a throne whoever you are and whatever your challenge is god is sitting on the throne right now ready to to rule on your behalf to reverse the injustice against your life to take away the plight that your father and your grandfather your grandmother the the the uh lack and the the trajectory of wrong and injustice against their life that god is sitting on the throne to reward you in this generation god is sitting there as a judge because isaiah was standing there he was standing as a lawyer and as an advocate but his lips were tainted because the evidence that he was trying to bring for israel had been tampered with and tainted but then there were angels there with six wings six is the number of man and he's showing uh god is showing isaiah that these angels are actually uh standing with you as advocates on your behalf and and the six wings two of them are our wings that will cover your face because of the shame that has come on on mankind and two of those wings are covering your feet because you've not been able to walk in the things of god from the time of adam but two of them you are still gonna be able to fly and above all creation fly into dimensions that that only a human being is able to fly but but what the angel is now going to do is going to take a coal from the altar a very hot coal it is going to use tongs and hold that coal in his hands and he's coming to purge your mouth and touch your lips so that now the dimension that you are seeing in you'll stand there as a lawyer as a defending lawyer defending israel against the accusation of the devil because you had already said god had already said in isaiah 1 come let us reason together though your sins be as scarlet i'll take them away and i'll make you as white as snow the problem was there was no lawyer and the problem with isaiah he was tainted because the evidence was tampered with but but in the sovereign dimension here comes an angel from the heavens and and from that place the heavens then release the fire of god like moses fire was brought to moses and changed his life forever and he approached pharaoh to let god's people go the same with isaiah the angel took the fire and put it on his lips now he can prophesy in isaiah 7 14 says that a virgin shall conceive and bring forth a child in isaiah 9 and verse 6 for unto us a son is given and a child is born and the government shall be upon his shoulders isaiah can prophesy in isaiah 40 comfort he coveted oh my people isaiah can prophesy in 53 of isaiah oh yes that he was wounded for our transgressions and bruised for our iniquities the chastisement of our peace was upon him and by his stripes we are healed isaiah can prophesy arise and shine for thy light has come and the glory of the lord has risen upon you isaiah can prophesy that zion can give birth in a day and a nation can be born in one day brothers and sisters when you see in the heavenly dimension god will put the fire of his spirit on your life on the day of pentecost when the holy ghost fell the bible says there were cloven tongues of fire that sat on 120 heads and their lips began to speak another language when you get in the sovereign dimension you'll speak things that you don't even know you pray prayers that you can't express with your natural language i'm praying that god would open the sovereign dimension in your life i'm praying for the fire of god to catch your lips for the fire of god to turn your soul for the fire of god to blast you into the sovereign dimension the bible says in chapter number one of revelation i was in the spirit on the lord's day and when i turned around i saw jesus as a flaming fire i'm praying for the sovereign dimension to put your life on fire to give you a testimony of fire to give you miracle signs and wonders to turn your life around to switch your destiny oh lord let the sovereign dimension catch my life like you did for moses and like you did for joshua like you did for isaiah do it for me oh god put your hand over your heart and say god open my heart to see open my eyes to see open my spirit to see the sovereign dimension let your will be done in my life as it is in heaven give me grace to walk in the sovereign dimension change me like you changed peter from a fisherman to a spokesperson like you changed paul from a prosecutor to a preacher oh yes oh god change my heart and my life let the seven dimension open unto me eye hasn't seen an ear hasn't heard the things you have prepared for me but let my eyes see what you prepared for me open my eyes to see the destiny you have for me open my eyes to see the way that i take lift discouragement and lift all kinds of trepidation but open my eyes to see the sovereign dimension where you are give god a praise for your eyes have seen the glory of the lord oh yes in the words of the slaves that were set free someday i shall be free and my eyes shall behold the glory of the lord i pray for your eyes to see heaven opened and to see the glory of god father thank you for the heavenly dimension and the servant dimension mine eyes have seen the glory of the lord clap your hands and give him a praise like simeon like anna god is gonna keep you alive to get a glimpse of the sovereign dimension you won't die until you see the sovereign dimension you will see him as he is you will see him in his glory you will see him in his power you will see him as your provider you will see him as your healer you will see him as your deliverer oh god thank you for opening my eyes to the sovereign dimension of sovereign dimension be real in my life god sitting on the throne rule on my behalf in the name of jesus i give you praise amen and amen and amen [Music] thank you father thank you father guys thank you for viewing today i really feel a strong anointing here and i pray that god will put grace on your life that that you will not be cursed in your roots because if god could curse a tree in the roots he can bless it from the roots and i pray that the words of jesus will bless you from your root oh yes the bible says that he was a rod taken from the root of jesse his roots were blessed amen you will not be like the fig tree whose roots are cursed you are going to be like the olive branch whose roots are blessed like like like the olive tree that jesus prayed under where that oil of anointing comes to anoint your life in the sovereign dimension your roots are blessed that means your children are blessed your grandchildren are blessed your great-grandchildren are blessed in the sovereign dimension what your hands touch those are blessed in the sovereign dimension your enemies flee before you in the seventh dimension the heavens open unto you and your prayers are answered in the sovereign dimension angels encompass around you and keep you in all your ways unless you dash your foot against the stone i thank you father for giving us a little insight into the servant dimension i thank you for isaiah seeing your train fill the temple fill my temple fill my temple with your holy smoke fill my life with my destiny in the name of jesus thank you for watching today god bless you guys let this week be
