under duress in the ball his hand has made contact with as the ball comes out he's able to move forward but urina's saying hey i mean if somebody is hitting my arm as i'm throwing how's the ball supposed to get back to the line of scrimmage 29-yard loss on the play second and 38. at the 38-yard line second and goal they need the enzo pass is complete to the far side finding denzel knox one of the return men for citrus gina came in 279 yards and just 33 carries three tds touchdown in every game of the season takes a delayed handoff inside beats two men finally brought down by roland k roughness on citrus wence is okay after the hit levy courier let's see if we go back and spot exactly what happened here so indeed we have a hole i mean okay if you could hear that late hit on the quarterback after the interception but he was hit as he was thrown not entirely sure what that's about so the interception is going to stand change of possession still in play it's a late hit it's it's roughing the passer on the pass i don't know if that that happened during the interception as it was happening it was pretty bang bang but are they saying it was uh is unnecessary roughness after in at running back but the new could be trent young 6 390 pounder freshman from cajon high school in redlands california over the right tackle he'll be brought down and that's a terrific tackle by the five medina to his left here comes the blitz extra pressure can they get to young young with some time has a man espinoza down the left sideline pass complete for a chunk play that's a great job by young keeping the play alive with his feet to his left that's a tough throw on the money espinoza hauls it in 31-yard gain on the play into lancer territory it's first in 10 from the lancer 21. young that one in as the pass was batted away well you have the most potent offense in the scfa for citrus do you maybe try one down the field from your arena or you just go into half it looks like this is just gonna be a quick kneel down and we go in at halftime 20-14 citrus the top offense and the scfa coming into week four with a six-point lead on top of pasadena city back in a moment here folks of the first half stats four citrus adam arena five of six for 125 yards a couple of touchdowns train young four for four 29 yards kade wentz eight for 17 with 124 yards touchdown and the iron the int situations coming into this one and well really they didn't disappoint it but i will say in the first half i thought the defense showed it show pretty good poise both teams able to move the football but when they needed stops they were able to get off the field saw a couple of turnovers forced the first play of the game and i know we missed it we'll go back to earlier in the game there was a fumble fumbled by kasmir dina dina meanwhile on his first carry fumbles the ball away and then wence marches him down the field ending in a 41 yard bomb to wheeler smith for the first touchdown of the you have talent you have character but but sometimes it's sometimes it's hard to get both and he has exactly that here this season with pasadena city he's really loves his guys and loves coaching him everybody's bought in there there's no there's no eye guy everybody working on the same page trying to execute trying to get better week in and week out drop their first game of the season at cerritos crossover game they were up early in that one but they have righted the ship they're 2-0 since 2-1 coming into this one versus the top offense in the scfa this is knox on the return and he'll take it go it's 4 20 and counting in the fourth and the owls trailing by three here comes the rush some pressure young trying to avoid it roiling to his right throws and this one out of bounds that'll bring up fourth down fourth down at the 45 yard line in al territory fourth and four does the top offense and the scfa coming into week four go for it here and try to extend this drive trailing by three and i think this is the right play 408 to go jackson now to the right of young here comes more pressure young rolling to his right gonna try and pick up the first down himself he will and he's out past the 40-yard line to the 38 and we have an injured player for pasadena nothing too serious he's able to come off the field is jordan monroe but it's a fresh set of downs for trent young and the citrus owls young has provided a spark here on this drive with his team trailing by three under four to go 340 and counting young hands off to jackson jackson up the middle not much doing there ronnie mendez is going to have to come out for a play as his helmet came off he was working with mark anderson on the play anderson good job of showing discipline there again not getting into any extracurricular this game after a fumble from kasmir dina on his first carry of the ball game kade wentz takes it down for a 41-yard connection to wheeler smith for the first score of the ball game 7-0 adam urana meanwhile responds with a 34-yard hook up to isaiah espinoza ties the ball game up at seven off and then urana to robert vega for a big play 67 yards that that was all in the first quarter ivan castro added another field goal at the end of that first to make it 17-7 going into the second quarter but against the top offense in the scfa this lancer defense has only allowed 10 points in the last three quarters all while taking the lead and riding the ship offensively and there have been some disastrous plays in this one for cade wentz couple of interceptions had a really bad one for a pick six but should this score hold it's going to be one heck of a story when you factor in to play on special teams and caden spence on the block and the scoop in the school to tie the ball game up at 27 all and that was after the pick six pasadena then gets in close takes a lead with a field goal at 30 to 27. it's christian contreras to go ahead score 38 seconds remaining the owls out of timeouts third and 15 victory formation so the lancers are going to kneel on it and then they'll have to run a play they're probably going to eat the five no this pl and the play play clock exceeds the game clock that will do it the lancers improve to three and one winners of three in a row they dispatch the top offense in the scfa the citrus owls their record drops to two and two your final 30 to 27. and a hard
