rats i'm down here with these guys we're on the river and we're looking for some big fish but in the meantime we're uh we're gonna eat even if fish don't but we're gonna try and catch them anyway so let's go so the main objective is catfish but there is a wonderful walleye and small mouth population on this river i feel like it would be a moderate sin if we didn't try to catch at least one yeah even if you don't at least try hey well that's just the bait all right it went down it did really yes it's a big bull head man yeah there's a eight inch bull head on there yeah we don't fish with like so we are in shinerville let's put on a shiner imitator oh no we have an escapee he said today he's like he keeps on saying man it's nice here and even he said oklahoma one time i'm like no wrong driving and everything kind of stopped well i mean it's time consuming yeah especially hunting because i used to be really really having hunter but would you used to hunt a deer just deer or anything here i mean deer and you know we got hog down in south georgia oh yeah i've always wanted to kill one of them never been a duck hunter i know they're you know they're like people swear swear on it but it's never been like you're either in or you're out man like i've never met a duck hunter who's like yeah i go every once in a while right and uh we just got turkey season back just a few years ago they suspended it for like five [Music] what kind of what kind of turkeys do you have down there honestly don they're really hunting it's my favorite but yeah i mean everybody yeah that's what everybody says is that on the bottom oh there's the beaver right there no we will can't have flatheads without beavers it's impossible oh somebody left a whisker seeker rig or got snagged and floated one dang did he tag it good or yeah that's the sound you're looking for well we just had our first run but he ran and dropped it and if i beat you guys to it i'll just flip it in here and let him start loading it up for you but that was probably channel cat because it was short and fast yeah yeah and then he dropped it a flathead it'll be like well lots of times you'll hear them suck it in it'll be like this it'll be like like that yeah and then nothing cool why don't you let him uh load it he's running sideways at us all right here you go here we go keep that line tight keep that rod tip up you're gonna have to drag him over that log go get my phone out of the boat give them the boots oh back back up no no no no no walk around the log yeah walk around yep you might be stuck in it all right here let me see it let's see if we can jimmy him out is he on there dang it i wonder if that log would bite us but lots of times they like to hang out by him he wasn't a bad one either was too well that was exciting we will uh set the rod downstream of that log this time he wasn't bad though no he was a nice fish do you drop it nope there you go go boy reel man all right get him keep miles and i would drive 900 more oh chandler what do you think about that it's biggest catfish i've dreamed about this for months and here we are and it couldn't have worked out any better bro i'm telling you that is awesome you want to hold them rightly let him go he's going to splash you probably that's what they do i told you one bite we were looking for one bite hey he was weighing that's crazy that got my adrenaline going that's why we came out here bud this is my favorite time of day sunrise and birds chirping and this is where one more flathead eats maybe we'll see and some people just can't hang this is the first all-nighter i've fished like this years they're just staying up like when i when i fish it's like hard for me to sleep you're like a hardened mountain man i'm just like all right river rats if you notice behind me it's nice dark and blue we had a little morning thunderstorm pop up by surprise but uh we've been fortunate most of the evening they've been splitting
